Animal & travel lover - dependable (Non-smoker, vaccinated & boosted)
Diane was incredibly organized and efficient. We had a lengthy video chat before the almost two-week sit. She asked many questions to ensure she understood my kitty's routine, habits, needs, and personality. Every day during the sit Diane sent one or more photos of my kitty with a cute caption. Another sitter took over before I returned home. She (the other sitter) reported that my apartment was very clean when Diane left. Additionally, she said Diane graciously shared information about the sit and was generous with her time.

Joey and his friend Rebekka took such great care of Bernard! They took him to restaurants in the area, on hikes and walks around town. Our home was super clean and tidy when we arrived home. Highly recommend Joey!

A peaceful, responsible, and loving guy who cares for animals. Non smoker.
Alexander exceeded expectations. He was patient wih our Bedlington Terrier, Lucy, and she liked him. He did take her outside pretty often and kept us informed that she was eating well and behaving as usual. There were no issues with the house or its condition when we returned home. We would be happy to have Alexander for a future sit.

Sharla is amazing! She took wonderful care of my nervous Frenchie and apartment for 2.5 weeks this past August. She has a great way with animals and makes sure to keep you informed with daily pictures and videos updates. I know my little fur baby was in good hands for the duration and my apartment well-looked after. I would definitely recommend Shar!

Tidy, responsible and reliable, pet lovers!
Brittany was an absolute pleasure to work with, right from the first communication we had bout my trip and Sitter needs. She's very responsive, professional, kind, caring, clearly loves animals (and in my case, both dogs, and farm animals as I run a Farm Animal Sanctuary for rescued animals). Brittany kept me informed throughout my trip with photos and messages which I very much appreciated. And she left my house as clean, if not cleaner, than it was when she arrived at the start of the stay. Finally, I would highly recommend Brittany for Home/Pet/Farm Animal Sitting services, and would welcome an opportunity to work with her again, and often.

Pet and travel enthusiast, who would love to take care of your furry companions!
Teagan was a favorite with our pups. Because of travel issues, she ended up having to meet them on her own and they took to her right away.

Tess was great to work with! She took great care of our birds, plants and house, and she communicated quickly, clearly and pleasantly. She sent us regular photos of our birds and left the house neat and spotless. We are very happy and would definitely welcome her back any time!

It was a pleasure to have Jeanne and Alex pet sit for us while we were away for a week. Jeanne communicated very well before and during the sit and regularly shared pictures of Yuki with us. I think he got all the attention he needed! She also took good care of the house and our plants. We would love to have them pet sit for us again!

Liza and Dennison
Liza and Dennison were great sitters! They were very communicative and sent lots of pictures of our dogs. They were neat and tidy as well and took great care of the house. We would be happy to host them anytime.
This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.
We could not have asked for a better house sitter than Myria! She is kind, personable, organized, responsible communicative and more...She read all of our instructions before arriving and asked lots of questions about our pups to make sure she understood their personalities and schedules. You can tell she truly is a dog lover. Myria provided regular updates and we felt 100% confident leaving our dogs in her care. We came back to a home that was spotless - you could hardly tell she had been here. I'd highly recommend Myria as your next zeewoi!
I've always been lucky with my sitters through zeewoi, and this time was no exception. George, Larissa and their four lovely children were the absolute perfection in house guests and I cannot praise this wonderful family too highly. They did all the usual things you'd expect, gave my beautiful girls all the love and care I could wish, walked them at least once every day despite the best the British weather could throw at them, and sent me regular updates and photos so I could see how much love they were getting. They also left the house cleaner and tidier than I think I've ever seen it! I'm a bit worried that all they did for the week was walk and play with the dogs and then clean the house - I'm beyond grateful, the place looks amazing! They really are the very nicest people too, George has a hilarious sense of humour (thanks for the funny texts George!) and Larissa is calm, kind and an inspiration as a mother. I really can't wait to have them back to look after the girls again in the summer and wish the whole family a wonderful trip until then. If they come and house sit for you then you are in for a real treat!
Jo & David were absolutely amazing sitters for our house and dog Rosie while we were out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. They are the best! Jo was super communicative and responsive at all times. She and David bonded with our dog, who grew very attached to them. They left our house super clean (and there were even chocolate chip cookies for us on our return)! Most of all, they are just super nice people and very easy to work with. Anyone is lucky to have JoAnna & David housesit for them.
Amara was a WONDERFUL sitter for our home and our dogs for the weekend. We were so comfortable with her being in our home, and she provided regular updates and photos of our babies. The house was clean upon arrival home - we would have no hesitation recommending her to others and hope she would consider coming back to spend more time with our dogs!
First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.
Christina handled Bridie's first-ever time without us perfectly. We returned after 5 days to a happy, well-cared for and well-exercised pup --- and an emaculate house. Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues. We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs. Chrisrina is the best sitter that we have ever had.
As ever, Charlie was the perfect dog/house sitter - took loving care of our dog and looked after the house and garden as if they were her own; all returned in immaculate conditon!
Ranji was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Zoe and was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. She took wonderful care of our condo and wouldn’t hesitate to have her in my new home in NJ if she wants to check out a new area.
I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! Jenny and Geoff are welcome back anytime and I would not hesitate to recommend them as excellent sitters.

I'm so glad I found Kim! She took great care of my dog, Pete, while I was out of town. I was concerned because he's an older boy, and I've never left him with anyone or boarded him. But she stayed in contact with me the entire time I was gone, sending reports and pictures. It was very reassuring. Pete loved her!
I am so happy with Kim! I was nervous having anyone take care of my dogs. Our meet and greet went well. She explained her services, asked my needs, went over prices and most importantly engaged with my dogs. I knew from the minute I received the first picture she sent me of my dogs they were in great hands. She did everything she said she would do and more. She even left a very detailed report card and left treats for the dogs. I am so glad I trusted my instincts and hired her. This is gonna make my visits to see my grandkids so much easier knowing I have someone like her to help me with my dogs. She’s absolutely wonderful and clearly loves dogs! A+++
Kim is amazing! She watched our girls for 10 days and sent pictures everytime she visited. Our girls loved having her visit!!
Kim is absolutely wonderful with our pets Coco and Tuxie! She sends updates every day with pictures of our fur babies so we know they are in good hands! We couldn’t recommend her any more highly!
Kim was wonderful. Extremely reliable I never had to worry about my gang. She would send photos at each visit which I really liked. Will definitely be using again!
We are so happy to have found Kim. She is knowledgeable, reliable and takes great care of our dogs. When they see her, their tails are wagging because they are so happy to see her💕 …
So happy we found Kim Hill! Kim is a wonderful, caring, responsible, and professional dog sitter and walker. She truly has found and loves her “calling.” We highly recommend her services and rescue. Louie Benjamin can’t wait to see her again.
I am so glad I found Kim. I am delighted and reassured by her attention to detail. I was surprised and pleased to find a little "goodie bag" for Gretchen, my cat, and a report card! I appreciated the photos sent while I was away, the light left on in the living room, and the paper brought in. We will certainly call her again!
So glad to have found Kim. Absolutely amazing care and above expectations with communication. Our kitties were well taken care of! 🐈⬛❤️ …
Great with our two dogs , dependable professional … would definitely have her return
We boarded our dog and cat with Julie for 2 weeks. I loved the updates and pictures of how they were doing via text. They both seemed quite fat and happy without any stress when we picked them up. I was hoping the stay would tire our little dog out, but that didn't seem to happen. So nice to have a home like setting to board them.
I have never had issues with Kitty Kamp and my cat appears very well taken care of everytime. I've boarded my cat multiple times over the past 5-10 years. I like that they require documentation that your cat is up-to-date with shots. I like they homey atmosphere vs kenneling at the vet. Always a positive experience.
Julie is such a kind and wonderful person. She takes such great care of the animals and treats them like they were her own. Highly recommended!
Julie is amazing. We boarded our cat on short notice and it was our first time boarding a pet. We got a tour, she answered all questions, and sent pictures of our cat while she was boarded. The price is great and Julie's love for animals is amazing. 10/10 will board again
We had a great experience with Kitty Kamp! I knew that I couldn't keep my three cats home alone because they are too social and loving. They had the time of their lives. They received tons of love and attention and their needs were met with lots of care. The environment is like a cat paradise. I forsee our families becoming regulars at Kitty Kamp!
Phenomenal boarding service! I brought my mini dachshund here for a few days and he had so much fun. Brought him home and he was looking around for his friends, then went to sleep because he was tired from all the playing. Very reasonable price and service you will not find at big boarding places. It is nice to know that he has a place to stay that he loves.
I love the service provided by the owner, Julie, she never disappoints. She is affordable, reasonable, and overall awesome. Kane doesn't like people he doesn't know, but he does seem to enjoy Julie's company. In fact I'm off to pick him up today at noon!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAT THERE!!! Boarded my two cats there for 8 days. They were dramatized by the experience. Not only did Julie get a huffy or snarky with me while I was dropping off the cats, but when I called to check on them and when I went to pick them up. My one cat scratched and bit her while she was trying to put her in the carrying case. She must have done something to her because my cat urinated and deficated on herself. So Julie put her back in an already cleaned cage that my cat was staying in. No litter box - nothing. I had to give both cats a bath because of how badly they smelled. It took me less than 5 minutes to put the cat in the carrying case. She said my cats aren't invited back. Did she really think I would use her again? RESPOSE TO THE OWNER OF KITTY KAMP It was your idea to put them in the carrier. I have had cats all my life. They are CATS they have a mind of their own. Now I know why you don't have cameras so people can check on their pets. I can only imagine what you did to my cat to make her want to bite you. I'm almost positive it was torture for my cat because she peed and deficated on herself because of you. I got her out of your cage and into my carrier in less than 5 minutes. No bites, no scratching, no fighting with me. Do you want to to know why? Because I know how to put a cat in a carrier. Ask a vet how to do it. I did bring more than enough food for both cats. You did not follow directions. As for reimbursing you - we were practically thrown out. You should have said something then. Both of my cats are very loving. Both cats won't let me out of their sight since being at your place. The one you traumatized is a purebred Ragdoll. If you are not familiar with the breed, look it up. You may be good with dogs but you don't know nothing about cats.
It was awesome. My girls seemed happy, they played, they were well watched, and they got a long well with the other dogs. It is such a nice place very clean and no smell. I am glad we found her now I can go on vacation and not worry. They get a A+
Terrible. Our cat's stomach somehow got "accidentally" sliced while she was there. The owner didn't even offer to cover the surgery and vet fees- which ran up to $2000. If you care about your cat, I'd advise you to look elsewhere.
Jane and Mike are some of the sweetest kennel owners ever! They love our crazy boy, and Baxter sure enjoys going to "camp"! Give them a try, and you will not be surprised that their kennels are full throughout the year!
When I relocated here to Ohio, the house that I was renting wasn't ready and in a panic had to look for boarding. MJ's came up on Google so I called , checked it and well since then I've had to board them few times during the house renovation. My three doggie babies always have such a good time roaming around since they aren't use to all the different smells coming from the desert.
Mike and Jane are swell folks. There are times when I pick up Nova that she'd rather stay at MJ Kennels. I think they may be spoiling my dog, but that's okay, I do the same thing. It's a dog's life!
My pups think they are in heaven and never want to get in the car to come home. M&J are great with them!
Have had our dog there several times. Reasonable price. Good people. Miss Gretel a lot but know she is in good hands.
Our 4 dogs loved it! So much beautiful space to run and play.
Fantastic kennel wonderful people!🐕🐾🐩 …
Hi good people. Ok 🙋🏻♂️ …
Everyone is always so very caring and kind. Doctors go above and beyond to make sure that you are well informed and that your fur family is throughly examined
Today was my 1st visit to Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital. I wish that I had found Eastside years ago!! The care that we received was truly amazing. The entire staff is so kind, caring and thorough. Real people.
The friendly and excellent service is great. I find it very comforting that the Doctors do not simply do what is typical, but actually consider each situation. A good example is vaccines. Dr. Anselmo discussed each one with me and why my dog would or would not need it. Then, with her guidance, I made the decision. Perfect!
Dr. Anselmo is the most patient practitioner I've ever experienced. She shows her love of dogs every time she is with Joey. Thank you!!
We adore this place. We are new to the area and have four dogs. I was really nervous about finding a good vet and they came highly recommended. The first few days we were here my dog got a staff infection. Every vet hear us had no openings for weeks. They somehow fit him in. They spend so much time with you and address your concerns, they share so much concern with your pet and truly listen and spend the time with you. They follow up and want to hear how your pet is doing. Thank you for taking such good care of our babies!
There is no better vet than Dr. Rutman! He is absolutely the best! The care he takes of our dog Tasha is amazing. I'm so grateful that we have him. Extremely knowledgeable, doesn't ever recommend anything that's not necessary, so caring and truly cares about the quality of life of your pet. The entire staff at Eastside Dog & Cat Hospital is top notch. I highly recommend them!
The staff was exceptional and exhibited a authentic level of compassion, understanding and empathy. The Dr. Anselmo gave clear and reasonable advice, much of which you knew she would choose herself when our senior cat began showing signs of distress. Nancy and the front office were always going a little bit extra, and it was what we needed as a family. No matter the animal, we'll always take them here. Thank you for helping Gizmo transition peacefully.
Dr. Culek and the staff are wonderful! We are grateful to have such kind and competent professionals to care for our cat. We highly recommended Eastside Dog and Cat Hospital.
Dr. Culek and staff at Eastside have always been wonderfully sensitive and supportive to our dogs’ needs (and ours), and procedures have always been successful. We’ve been going to Eastside for at least 15 years, and having gone to other vets before that, Eastside is where we’ll always stay!
Dr Rutman is our favorite vet for our cats. We still go to him even after moving to Lakewood. He is compassionate, yet resonable.
Great place to work on confirmation class for your dog. My daughter started showing dogs last year and she loves taking them to confirmation classes at Canine Affairs. Mark is great with dogs and his students of all ages. Everyone is so friendly.
I have had the most wonderful experience there with my 2 rottweilers. From Mary's puppy class, full of socialization and her own vast rottweiler experience , to Bridget's obedience classes and show knowledge. Grateful.
I attended the drop-in conformation class and as a newbie with a puppy I was treated wonderfully and learned so much. Everyone so friendly. And it was nice to see Bridgette after all these years as she was one of my first obedience instructors. I'll be taking more classes for sure.
With two 15 month old puppies fresh to obedience training, we made great progress in a comfortable and reassuring environment. Training is steady and the facility is great.
I have emailed and called several times to get my dog enrolled in there agility training . No one has bothered to respond back to me . Very disappointed in their professionalism.
Great place for grooming and training
Mary berr is wonderful and very reassuring with her training!
Very solid and informed dog training. Highly recommend
Great place for puppy socialization classes
Great people Wonderful pricing Doggies looked great
My fiancé and I trust no one else except All About Dogs for our silly bulldogs Norman and Cliff. Cliff always has a blast at daycare and is able to play with his best friends. Our elderly dog Norman is treated like a king with extra TLC and …
Our dogs are absolutely precious to our family. It can be very difficult leaving them behind when we travel, but All About Dogs makes the experience wonderful. Our dogs were treated with such love and affection throughout their stay. Each day their day included time outside playing with multiple caretakers, time playing in the dog daycare with other dogs, treats, rest time, etc... We received constant communication about how they were doing, the dog friends they made, the activities they did each day, their health, etc... We kept joking that they were not going to want to come home because they were so happy. We picked up two very HAPPY and HEALTHY dogs. This is a place that is run by people who genuinely LOVE dogs. You can tell the moment you walk in the door. They are the very best of the best, and we couldn't be more grateful to them for how they care for our pups.
Excellent place to board your dog from a half-day to a weekend and beyond! Very professional and friendly staff. You can tell they love their work and are experienced with all types of dogs. Our doggie had a great time based upon the "report card" they give you after a visit. The facility is in a pleasant and peaceful country setting.
We boarded our golden retriever here and they did a great job with him. They clearly care for their animals and go out of their way to make us feel at ease. We will certainly board our dog here in the future!
We love All About Dogs! They are hands down the best daycare in our area. They take such good care of Sophie for daycare/day-sit and grooming services. Sophie has attended multiple extracurricular events at All About Dogs and has loved every single one. The staff is amazing and so loving toward her like she is their own. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Moved to the area 6 months ago. All About the Dogs of NEOH, LLC is the best well run kennel of any I have used anywhere. Our dog comes home happy, the staff care about the animals and treat them as if they were there own dog. We cannot say enough good things about this organization, the staff and the professionalism. Northeast Ohio is lucky to have such an establishment. Last, but not least the communication is superior. A shout out to Ms. Donna and her entertaining narratives about her walks with Ms. Sadie. In summation, I strongly recommend All About the Dogs of NEOH to all Dog owners. Think worry free vacations.
Love this place for our puppy. We have boarded him here and we have done training here. They have a wonderful training program and a lot of extras that you can schedule for your dog if they are being boarded. Great staff. Nice location. Nice facility
I gave the groomer (mo) very specific detailed instructions and she nailed it! Very friendly people here. I showed up late (don't be like me) and they still got her in. Most importantly, my dog was comfortable and happy. Thanks again.
They did such an excellent job with my 7 month old Hazel. She smells and looks amazing. Prices are very competitive. The biggest this I like is that they aren't booked out 2 weeks or more like a lot of them groomers in the area. I also wasn't rejected because of my big girl
Excellent first time grooming experience for my little poppy, they were timely, kind, gentle, patient and compassionate. The purpose of the visit was to introduce grooming in a positive way and I feel she did an excellent job!!! I will continue to take my puppy there for grooming and training. The environment was clean and professional.
Lynn was the only cat groomer that would provide grooming services for our 18 year old cat. We also left our cat at Cat’s Inn when we went on vacation. Our cat needs IV fluid and insulin shots. We knew she was in great hands but also Lynn really cares about the cats she takes care of. We are so thankful we were referred to her! Thank you Lynn for taking such good care of our cat!!!!
Great experience at Cats' in for getting one of my cats who doesn't like to be groomed set for the fall! Will definitely be bringing my boys back if they need pro grooming/matt removal in the future.
I have a 19 year old Persian and she’s very difficult to groom. Lynn is always so patient with her. Highly recommended!
I am so happy with Lynn‘a ability, calmness for my cat, knowledge of cats, and I felt comfortable with her the whole time!! She loves cats and wants the best for them. My cat has long cotton candy hair and was very matted and Lynn removed all of them efficiently! I would 100% recommend her for grooming!!
I cannot say enough good words for the service Lynn provides! She was able to get us in on a holiday with pretty short notice due to our difficult schedules. She is extremely knowledgeable, gentle, personable, and all-in-all fabulous at what she does! We needed grooming services, but if her care for grooming is any indication of her care services for boarding, I'd be willing to bet your kitties are extremely safe in her hands! We look forward to utilizing Cats' Inn for our future needs! Thank you so much, Lynn!
We had a stray cat show up and after a few months we decided we would keep her but she needed a good grooming before she could come inside. Lynn got us in very quickly and was amazing with our new fur baby. We will return and I 100% recommend her! Polite, caring, professional, and all at a fair price.
I did not think my cat would allow us to shave her, but I was wrong! 11/10 would recommend for anyone who needs their long-haired cats shaved or groomed. :) Update May 7, 2021: Excellent job as always. I’m thankful to have such a wonderful, talented stylist to bring my cat too. Bad reviews are nonsense on here because I can see the care that is put into each service.
The ladies here are lovely and kind! My cat Pretzel was treated like a little princess and during the grooming process I was advised of better tools to keep her from getting mats. They not only provide excellent services but good advice.
Lyn is as professional as they come. She has years of experience with animals and knew exactly how to groom my 17y/o cat with matted hair on painful to touch areas of her back. She has great recommendations for animal care and I will go no where else for my cat grooming needs.
After a kitchen fire (started by cats on my stove) my family, pets & fosters had to move out for 6 months. I called around to various boarding facilities and could not get such a large group accommodated. Lynn, on very short notice, took them (8), and they had a room to themselves. They were well taken care of. If anyone had an issue health wise I was contacted right away. She's extremely knowledgeable about cats. Can't say enough good thing's about this facility.
We just boarded our dog (Jackson) for a week. He loved it. The staff is fabulous and they were So accommodating to our needs and our dogs needs. He was there when the storm hit last week and they lost phone service. We communicated by emails so I could check on my boy. I give them 5 stars across the board ❤️
I currently have a 9 (almost 10) month old Bernese Mountain dog. Although he is a great pup, and loves everyone & everything, the first several months were ROUGH. My parents had known of Virginia, and they spoke with her about sending Bruce (said pup) to day care some days throughout the week. I’m glad I did that solely for socialization purposes. However, when I noticed his behavior wasn’t necessarily improving (jumping on people, biting at the ankles or arms, resisting), I sought out Virginia to undergo more specific/personalized training. We worked for a few weeks on basic commands, which helped some. Then, and this was a last resort (but available) option, I had to make the decision whether or not to send him to ‘bootcamp’ for a week or two. Well, that worked out well because I was going on vacation. I’m not saying that Bruce was a completely different dog when I returned, but he definitely worked harder in those ten days than he had in the 7 months prior. He does not throw any fits like he used to when excited or overstimulated, he can be redirected more easily, and he wants to please me, which is something I was worried I would never say. I had to ensure I held up my end of the bargain though. If I hadn’t been consistent or listened to Virginia when she taught me what to do, then he definitely would have regressed. He is growing up, which may have something to do with the improvement, but Virginia is VERY honest, good to the dogs, and supportive, no matter what it is you or someone else may want/need to focus on. She told me that I wasn’t going to enjoy this dog if we (yes, we) didn’t take care of/work on the poor behavior he was displaying. I can 100% say that I enjoy him, and that he is my best friend now. No, he is not perfect, but I know I have a very reliable person in my corner if I ever need help. If you ever decide to seek out Virginia, whether it be for daycare or training, just know that your fellow friend is in good hands, but that it is also your responsibility to practice and work with her just as she will you.
THE biggest, cleanest & most supervised day care & boarding I've ever seen & used. Best price you'll find in Cleveland area. And they put on the BEST parties throughout the year. Where else can you dance to a live band with your dog?! My dogs & I miss it since moving out of OH. Miss you Virginia!!
I loved the training classes with my 6 month old puppy, Benji Virginia taught me so much! Benji also plays at doggie day care on Mondays. Club K9 is always clean and has friendly staff!
Great work, they really know their stuff. After one lesson I can already see the difference and improvement in my puppy. I can't wait for our next lesson.
I loved taking JoJo, my coonhound, to Club K9. They all loved him and talked about how well we was getting along with the other dogs. We was a new rescue and a bit shy but they always gave reports on how he was doing. The space for the dogs is enormous and even has outdoor areas (which is not common) for the dogs to run around in. Everything is well kept and the staff are super attentive. I ended up moving out of town which is why I no longer take JoJo there but I highly recommend this place.
The owner Virginia has been great to work with! We've been working with her to train our dog Henry. It's been amazing to see the progress he's made in just a few short weeks. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. Would definitely recommend.
First I would like to thank the owner and the staff for taking such amazing care of my dogs . I am so happy I picked this place for my dogs meatball and duke . They seemed to have fun well taken care of. Friendly staff and owner . I will be definitely go back to them when I go on my next vacation.
Club k9 is a awesome facility! Virginia is such a great trainer. She has helped both of my dogs with obedience training. Her day care program is well organized. Great staff, and great group of dogs who come here. Will be boarding my dogs here in the future! Would recommend to anyone in the area.
Club K9 owner Virginia runs a first class establishment. The club is staffed with caring professionals and is always in pristine condition. If you are looking for a safe place for your dog to socialize while you at work then day care is an excellent choice. The club also offers training and boarding. I highly recommend this facility.
We shop here for everything we need! Jennifer convinced us to start feeding the dogs raw food (not that our arms were twisted, they are our babies for crying out loud) we have been on Stella and Chewy for 2 months. The girls absolutely love …
I miss a Dog's/Pet's Life. This place is a corporation cosplaying as a mom and pop shop, but so long as Jen continues to work there I will continue shopping there as Jen rules! She really understands food science for your pets. If Jen leaves ill go save a few bucks at Pet Supplies Plus (they have the same brands Stella and Chewy, Fromm, etc.). Only giving 5 stars because of Jen.
A wonderful place to get your pet food and supplies. Now, under the new ownership they've remodeled and added a self-service dog wash and some grooming options! They are always competitive on food products, with some of the best options on the market available. And the best part is, if you need advice? They KNOW what they are talking about! Some of the best people from the previous store are there to help you. We highly recommend and we will make an extra effort to go back every time we need something!
We are regular customers of Happy Tails mainly having stayed after Dogs Life closed— only because Jennifer is managing it !! Her extensive knowledge has guided us for years, and having her at Happy Tails is why we continue to shop there. I highly recommend her to many other dog and cat owners/friends!! Jennifer is a great customer service person-and most of your ladies working there are also !
I've been coming here for years. I love the selection of cat food they carry and the professionalism and service I get whenever I'm in there... I was apprehensive of trying kibble for my kids again due to one of them constantly getting blockages from the ingredients of the previous kibble I was feeding them..Then one day I was in buying the kids canned food when Jennifer, the Store Manager, asked me if I fed them kibble....I told her I stopped because of the blockages my one was experiencing...It was that moment that everything changed...Jennifer spoke so highly of the ND Urinary formula and convinced me to try it. Since putting the kids on this food, there have been no blockages or urinary problems!....Jennifer is an absolute godsend! If it weren't for her knowledge of the products, I would never have tried this food...Jennifer, a huge thank you from me and the kids! Meow!
I love Happy Tails in my hometown of Chesterland! I have been purchasing here from Jennifer for years. She has always been a great help, courteous, and professional. She really cares and it shows. The store is always stocked, clean, and very shopper friendly. I would highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am another customer that has been going to this store for years. I was pretty upset to see it closed, and ecstatic when it reopened. Ted's knowledge was second to none. I am so glad to see Jennifer there when it reopened. Before it reopened, I had to go to a chain store next to me. All I got was blank stares and guessing whenever I had a question. She has obviously learned an awful lot over the years. And her love for pets and people is so very obvious. From my first dog, Pepper, Jennifer has always been a tremendous help. Pepper is gone, and my Staffordshire Terrier is almost 12. She is incredibly knowledgeable and I get whatever she recommends. I get it home, and get phenomenal results. I got Primo and Tia after Pepper. Tia was a Blue Heeler. I have no idea how she knows so much from one breed to the next. I also very much appreciate her knowledge with the right nutrition. You just don't get this kind of service in one of those big box chain stores. A quick story with Tia, I tried learning Tia's nutrition needs for 3 1/2 months. I kept getting the wrong food over and over, and she showed allergic reactions with her hot spots each and every time. I should have just been open and asked Jennifer. She advised me to get Zignature. And just like that, Tia's hotspots cleared up. Now Primo, my Staffordshire, as he is getting older, his needs are changing. And he doesn't do very well with the raw in the bags. Jennifer and I had a conversation, and I found some homemade recipes online. I read the ingredients to her, and once again, Jennifer knew what else to add. Primo is doing great with his Zignature and a little homemade mixed in! I can go on and on about her, as I am sure many others can. Thank you Jennifer for all you do.
I could easily purchase my cats food from Chewy online and not travel from Wickliffe, OH. It feels like family when I walk in the store, and am always greeted and feel welcomed. Jennifer helped me with the Farmina N&D food for my cats, and they just love the Ocean as one of my kitties has a chicken allergy. It was seriously important that I find a dry food without Chicken, and she recommended a few brands. After the cats decided what THEY wanted (hahaha), I was able to settle on N&D for now as I try to transition to wet food and the dry as a supplement. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable on nutrition and a huge asset to the store! Can’t wait to stop in again soon! Thank you for the help and kindness in helping my kitties.
Stopped by here for a mini litter box for my son’s new kitten. So helpful and so nice! They have such a great selection and their customer service is amazing! Will definitely be back!
What a beautiful makeover ! Shelves are stocked with a wonderful selection of products. The staff offers an education on quality food choices. The grooming station is the perfect addition and offers a safe environment for its guests.. It is so nice to go into a store that offers not only excellent customer service, but builds relationships with their customers as well.
Bruno’s Dog Training & Pet Care is amazing! I have been taking my german shepherd here for several months now. The pups are constantly supervised and they care for them like they are each their own pups. I have also been utilizing the training as well which I love - Danielle will meet me at a local park or at my home so it is real world distraction training. Archie my pup has boarded there a few times and someone is there all night and he does not have to be crated (unless the owner wants him to be) and then he gets daycare the next day to romp and play. Highly recommend and family run business - not a franchise. I also love Brunos because the amount of pups during day care is not too many.
We first began working with Brunos/Danielle for individual training when our dog, Jackson, was around 12 weeks old. We knew we wanted a husky and we also knew we didn’t have the first clue about how to raise a puppy. Danielle was extremely helpful. She taught us about boundaries, being fun, and praising Jackson when he made good choices. When Danielle told us she was opening a local doggy daycare within a few months, we made sure Jackson was one of the first dogs registered! Danielle and her team put so much effort into making the facility fun AND safe for dogs! Any time we drove into the parking lot, our dog became visibly excited and would RUN to the front door. We boarded him here multiple times and whenever we would pick him up, he acted like he didn’t want to come home and instead ran around in the lobby with his friends haha! Danielle and her team began to know Jackson (and us) by face rather than name which made us feel welcomed and proved to us that Jackson was more than just “a dog” but instead had a very special place at Brunos. We eventually did a one week board and train which gave us the opportunity to have Jackson off leash in our final training session! There is no greater feeling than being able to play with your dog and trusting that he won’t chase down a squirrel in the middle of it! Once, while picking up Jackson from daycare, Danielle noticed Jackson’s ears were slightly red and offered to trim them right then and there to allow better air flow. It turns out he had a double ear infection and responded like a dog in pain does (growling and whining.) Despite this, Danielle was able to trim both ears successfully which allowed them to heal quicker along with proper medication from the vet. I truly believe Danielle and Jackson built a bond over the last year and a half which is the only reason she could go near his ears when they were hurting. Danielle has a natural talent as well as advanced training to help owners and their dogs build the best relationship possible. We moved across the country to be closer to family and I have seriously considered flying Danielle in just to reinforce training. It would be well worth the investment. If you are looking for a trainer, a doggy daycare, boarding, or grooming, I HIGHLY recommend Brunos. You won’t find another facility within 60 miles that puts in the amount of time, energy, and love that this facility does. Your dog will be safe. Your dog will have fun. Your dog probably won’t be ready to leave when you do pick them up. Every day at Brunos is the best day ever.
My dog loves this place!! He gets excited when he goes to daycare! He don't even worry about me leaving him no more. They always do great with grooming too. When I first took him, he had anxiety and they were able to groom him and everything. Now, he don't care. He loves his Brunos employees.
The owner and staff are absolutely phenomenal. They're professional and go above and beyond to make sure your animal is taken care of. They are upfront on services and competitive on pricing. Their facility has a great setup, the fact they have a indoor play area for the dogs is what won me over. It's awesome the dogs have the ability to play and not sit around in a crate all day. Another great feature they offer is that they have someone there with the dogs overnight when boarding to make sure dogs get taken care of. After discovering Bruno’s I can't imagine sending my dog anywhere else! They are in my opinion a 5 star class act!
We had our first session today and we are already seeing great results. Danielle is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Highly recommend.
Does great with both my dogs! Have used the daycare and the training services. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable! We love them!!
Danielle was very patient with my nerve dog, Sammie. She did a great job groomer Sammie at a great price. I would highly recommend this groomer for your pet.
Danielle is so good with our dogs that they cannot wait to see her each grooming! She has a gentle touch and a great connection with our German Shepherds. I would recommend her to anyone who owns big or small pets. She is equally good with both.
Does the best job grooming my dog. Great people, very friendly, and very welcoming. Easy and stress free communication and transaction. They also pay attention and let me know of anything irregular they find like a rash or bump.
Bruno’s Dog Training and Pet Care is absolutely amazing! Your pups are always in such great hands and the dogs have a blast!
