Excellent service. Great people who clearly love dogs. Cody, our Mini Schnauzer has stayed a few times now and absolutely loves it. He gets a holiday and a chance to play in open fields with other dogs. Would highly recommend - worth every penny to know your dog is well looked after whilst you are away.

The best and most loving doggy accommodation. A luxurious home from home. I wouldn't entrust my elderly dog's care to anyone else. Anthea and Kevin are fabulous.

We recently moved from the US to England and were very weary of leaving our precious dog with anyone while we are aware. Sam has made us feel more than comfortable leaving our dog in her care. She is extremely responsive and communicative while we are away. Our dog always comes home well cared for and happy. She created a warm welcoming environment for us and our dog. We are happy to leave our dog with Sam and would recommend her for anyone!

We have been boarding our whippet with Wendy and Colin regularly. They are both so caring and professional in the way they look after Lola and their communication is excellent. We know that we are leaving her in good hands. She has always returned home happy and healthy. We would not hesitate to recommend the kennels.

Cannot recommend highly enough. We were really worried about boarding our dog. We did not need to board our previous dog so had no experience and no idea what to expect. Both Wendy and Colin impressed us immediately with their dog knowledge and attitude. He did not look back when we left him and was his normal excited self when we returned to collect him. We would have no hesitation in boarding him here again. Thank you both for taking such good care of him.

Recently put our dog Bailey in kennels for 1st time. Both Colin and Wendy were absolutely great, experienced in offering reassurance as I felt quite anxious. Came back off holiday, Bailey absolutely fine, good feedback. Both are very experienced and compassionate about dogs. Would highly recommend these kennels and certainly will be using them again.

We put the dogs Spirit and Honey into the kennels as we were having work done at the house which meant their was nowhere for the dogs while the work was being carried out. We can't thank Wendy and Colin enough. They were brilliant at making us feel confident in leaving the dogs with them and looking after their needs. Spirit is a sensitive dog and doesn't like change. We had to extend their stay at the kennels as we hit a few problems when the works were being carried out so it ended up being 6 weeks. We were worried about Spirit as when he has stayed in kennels previously he has always come back home poorly. We needn't have worried this time as they both came home happy and contented and Spirit was fit and healthy. We can't thank Wendy and Colin enough for their helpfulness and our weekly catch ups when we checked in on how the dogs were doing. We will only being using Rowan House in future when we need kennels and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. Tina and Christopher

Well. Just picked up Ed and Clary our very special rescue dogs. It's difficult to leave them behind but sometimes you just have to. I would not use any other kennels. Wendy is really understanding and takes care of the pups as if they were her own. She has a soft spot for Ed... Which is lucky because he has had a real tough journey in his early years and can be a challenge. Friendly, always accomodating even at short notice. Definately a five star service!!!

Wendy made us feel super comfortable leaving our 2-year-old Vizslador with her and Colin. We had a wedding nearby and Wendy was super accommodating.

We contacted Agnes when we were looking for someone to home board our Jack Russell, Poppy. We arranged to meet Agnes with her own dogs so that she could see how Poppy was with them. As Poppy is a rescue dog and had become very attached to us we were concerned that she wouldn't settle if we left her for a week. We needn't have worried though as she was very happy with Agnes and her family, and we received regular updates and photos showing us what she was up to. In fact when we went to pick her up she didn't seem too bothered and I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend Agnes Pet Sitting Services.

Highly recommend Agnes, who looked after our dog whilst we visited the RSC theatre. Agnes was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and responded to correspondence very quickly when booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the show knowing he was in safe hands. Our little dog very much enjoyed his country walk with Agnes and playing with the others who were visiting Agnes that day. We asked Agnes to care for my son's Greyhound whilst he got married at a hotel in Stratford. Agnes collected him from the venue, brought him back to have pictures taken with the bride and groom and returned him the next day. Agnes cares for our four legged friend as if he was her own. She’s friendly, dependable, incredibly caring, and kind to the animals she looks after and walks. I’m so pleased we found her, she has helped us out for 3 years now, from early puppy visits to walks and occasional overnight stays.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Lygon Arms Hotel with our furry friend, and we couldn't be more grateful to Jackie from Cotswold Paw Patrol for her outstanding dog-walking and dog-sitting services. Jackie's love for animals shone through in every interaction. Our dog took an immediate liking to her, and it was heartwarming to see the bond they formed. Jackie's professionalism and dedication were truly commendable. We wholeheartedly recommend her services to fellow pet owners!

I love leaving my dog with Jackie. She is so conscientious about his routine, training and wellbeing. I love how she remembers all the details and things I've told her to look out for. She also send us updates on Angus' stay, and I feel really confident that she has the dog's beat interest at heart and Angus is having the best time when he's at Jackie's.

Jackie has looked after my Border Collie a number of times from a weekend to a full week and I’ve never had any issues. A meet and greet first which was a great idea, my dog Ollie, warmed to Jackie straight away and Jackie was great with him. Jackie was in contact during the times she had Ollie, she sent updates and pictures which was really reassuring. Each time I pick my dog up, he’s always been so happy and has definitely had a great time! Reliable, trustworthy and friendly. I will carry on using Jackie!

Really pleased with Sandy's stay with Jackie. Sandy is quite a nervous dog, and Jackie was brilliant with her. We felt very comfortable leaving her with Jackie and she was really well looked after. We are very happy to recommend her.

Thoroughly recommend Jackie at Cotswold Paw Patrol. She came over and met us and our dog, Bob, a few weeks before we were going away. She then came to stay at our house and look after Bob for a couple of nights while we were away. We were very happy with Jackie's approach and communications; she was very trustworthy and we could relax, safe in the knowledge Bob was at home and having a stress-free time (he can't go into kennels or mix with dogs he doesn't know). We will definitely be asking Jackie to come again when we need to go away.

Have been in contact with Jackie for 9 months trying to book our dogs in with her for our summer holiday. She cancelled our meet and greets numerous times, we were sympathetic of this due to the pandemic and we were very patient, we finally met her and arranged a trial night date that suited us all. After waiting for 5 days (with a further two messages from me) she finally sent over the form for us to fill out, she also then added £200 to our agreed price. Two days after this, with no warning she has then told us that our dates are no longer available. Would not recommend. Terrible service.

100% would recommend Creature Comforts! My excitable dog absolutely loves his group walks and always comes back tired out - which is certainly a challenge! Hayley and Paul have been absolutely great with him, and always flexible if you need to drop in an extra walk due to work commitments etc.

We’re really happy and pleased with the service provided, Ivy loves both Hayley and Paul so much and is always really excited to see them! We think the time she is out for on the walks for is really beneficial for her - she always comes back tired and well exercised! We like that she is able to socialise with other dogs in a safe environment, and they try to match the energies of the dogs to support this.

I have used Creature Comforts for the last couple of years and not only has my Tilly made new friends but I have too. Both Hayley and Paul have gone above and beyond with their support. They are friendly reliable and so very caring for the dogs in their care. Tilly knows the days when she is going out and she waits looking out the window. She really loves her time out with them and she even cries when they go I know that Tilly is having a great time and she loves to go out and have fun and I know that she is being well cared for.

I’ve been using creature comforts since Ozzy was a puppy so over 2 years now and they are incredible. Ozzy loves going out with his gang, so much so that he hates walking alone now. Hayley and Paul care for Ozzy like he is their own. They are flexible, reliable and responsive. Thanks to creature comforts I can go out to work without having to worry about my dog. I wouldn’t be without them! Highly recommend them to anyone who asks about a dog walker! Thanks guys xx

We would highly recommend. We have been using Creature Comforts for a year. Woody loves them. Every week he sits and waits at the window for Paul and he is so excited to see him. It’s nice to know Woody is getting the stimulation he needs. His recall has also improved from the walks.

Hayley walked my previous dog and now walks my very lively but loveable rescue puppy. The needs of each dog are very different but always more than met, and Archie has a fantastic time on his group walks. Being a lockdown pup and a rescue I was very concerned that he would have limited socialisation and the group walks and puppy socials have made sure that is not the case, he is growing into a well balanced dog with Hayley’s support. I always know that he will be safe, well looked after and happy, retuning from his walk excited to tell me about it and then fall exhausted into a deep sleep.

Dolly adores her walks with Paul and Hayley, they've concreted the training we started with recall and good manners. They're so accommodating and helpful. Definitely recommend x

My dog was terrible off lead before Hayley started taking her for a walk. She's taught her recall and just general walking mannerisms and it's now a delight to walk my dog! Couldn't recommend her enough. Luna always comes home tired and content and sleep half the afternoon. Good value for the amount of time she's taken on a walk. Couldn't recommend enough!!!

I have being using Hayley services for the last few years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I find her to be very professional and very knowledgeable in the services that she offers. She treats my dog as if it was her own and he looks forward to his walks with her. I couldn't imagine nor would I want anyone else to take care of my dog. I can not recommend Hayley highly enough. You will not be disappointed by the service you will receive if you went with her.

Our previous cat Larry was really happy going to Dolcot cattery, and our now cat Molly had six weeks there at the beginning of the year. We feel that they are treated really well and couldn't be happier.

Chris has been extremely helpful with our Springer Spaniel Buddy. We’ve worked with him closely for a number of months and have made a ton of progress in lots of areas. Things were really difficult before we started working with Chris and it is a massive relief to be in a much better place now and have a lot of the negative behaviours under control. Chris was very professional and very effective. I am very grateful for the work he has done and could not recommend him more highly.

Chris has been doing training with me and Freddie for just over 2 months now. He is amazing with Freddie who gets so excited to see him each week! Chris really knows his stuff and is happy to adapt each session to whatever you need which has been great as we have worked on issues that have cropped up in a timely way. Would definitely recommend. Freddie is going to be joining Chris and Becs for doggy day care soon and we can’t wait as I know he will be in safe hands and have an absolute ball 😊

I have been having 1 2 1 sessions with Chris for my staffie pup. We got her at 8 weeks old and my older dog didn't take to her. I asked Chris for help when my pup turned 13 weeks and he has been amazing. My pup is now 20 weeks old and my 2 dogs get along brilliantly. Chris has showed me how to train my pup as well, she is coming on amazingly. He really is very good and knows his stuff. I highly recommend Chris if you need any help with training.

After making enquires to multiple dog trainers for our dog Henri, Chris was the most prompt to respond. Chris is a kind and approachable person who is instantly able to put you and your animal at ease. His training was suitable, adaptable and conducted in easy to follow lessons for both owner and animal. Nothing seemed to much to ask from Chris and he was always willing to be contacted at any time for advice after lessons. It is clear from the outset that Chris loves the job he does and it really shows.

Chris has been helping me and my dog Woody to overcome his separation anxiety and improve recall. I am very pleased with the results and Woody loves Chris. Chris has a lovely, calm manner and has been very flexible with session times and location. I would highly recommend.

I had 3 sessions with Chris and learnt that some of the issues were caused by me giving mixed signals to my puppy Indie. Chris has a really calm nature and positive approach. My main problem was with Indie and my 2 cats. Chris only got to meet Meggie but he could see how stressed out she was, my other cat mostly hides whilst Indie is around. It's still work in progress but I can now pick Meggie, and Bella up in front of Indie without her jumping and trying to grab them. Chris you'll be pleased to hear we had a breakthrough this morning, Meggie and Indie were both on the bed with me for a couple of hours. That's the 1st time in about 5 months, I was over the moon. We have continued to train and she's now playing fetch with only 1 ball and will drop it right at our feet. Chris you were a star and we can't thank you enough.

We were having issues with our dog Hari's anxiety and reactions around people. Chris spoke to me at length on the phone to find out Hari's background as a rescue and to assess how he could help. After just one session we were able to understand more about Hari's behaviour and implement some key learning to start making immediate progress. After a few more sessions with Chris we are thrilled to see Hari's confidence growing and having much less reaction. We've also decreased the "safety zone" as Hari is becoming more comfortable in closer proximity, in most cases. I just want to say a big thank you to Chris, for all of your help and advice, we couldn't have turned things around without your training. We feel so much more confident and in control, which obviously we know is helping Hari too.

Our Nicole absolutely loves her time in day care every week. Chris & Becs are lovely people and offer fantastic services. We had a 121 training course with Chris and he has patiently helped us get to the best solution. Also Bec's grooming is amazing and professional as well! Can't recommend enough!!!

We worked with Chris when we got our Puppy, Delilah. We did 6, 1-2-1 sessions with him where he helped us with lead walking, obedience training, separation anxiety, meeting/being socialised with other dogs and a lot of other things. Our puppy is now 16 weeks old and we get comments on how friendly and confident she is. I really don't think we could have managed this without Chris. So thanks, Chris!

Our 3 dogs have stayed here a few times now. Very accomodating and friendly people who have a good knowledge and love of dogs. Visitors are welcomed without an appointment and kennels and runs are always clean. Our dogs have always come home happy after a stay at Bolstrode.

Always put the dogs needs first. Our dog has bee a frequent visitor for the last eleven years. She never has a problem going off with one of the girls. They tell us she gets many short walks per day. What can I say, we would be lost without them.

The first time I've used these kennels and I'm so pleased I've found somewhere close to home where I know my lovely, elderly dog is cared for so well. She needs cuddles as much as food and when she came home I could tell she had been really well cared for. The best kennels I've ever used.

I've been using these kennels for about 9 years now I think. My two staffies were always extremely well looked after during my regular 2-3 week visits to Australia, as well as shorter breaks. Over time Chris and Yvonne have become like extended family and I know I can trust them to do their very best for my precious cargo. I only have the younger one of the two now. Nowadays I live a 2hr drive away . However there is still nowhere else I would be happy to leave him for an extended period. Knowing he is safe and cared for and the peace of mind that brings is priceless.

Excellent kennels, our dog had an 18 day stay and came home A very happy dog, couldnt ask for any more really. Excellent prices and care, we will use this as our go to kennels from now on... they also do military discount which in England is a rarity, nice to know that there are people out there that actually appreciate what our soldiers do for us.
