We were so fortunate that Melanie was available to stay with our 15-year-old cat, Little Bits for 12 days. Our sweet female calico has gotten older and a little more frail dealing with hyperthyroidism. My husband and I were concerned yet hopeful that we’d find the right person to look after her needs. Well, Melanie was a gem; we didn't have a single worry the entire time we were away. We were also very grateful that she was able to arrive the evening before we left so we could go over things in the house and get acquainted. We knew instantly Bits would be in excellent hands. Melanie was watchful and very attentive. Her communication was beyond exceptional and we loved getting updates with photos of our girl. It was obvious that Little Bits was very happy with her new friend. When we returned we found our home clean and in perfect order. Melanie did an amazing job!

Carlinda and Kent were the absolute best sitters for our three dogs. We are rarely able to get away for an extended period of time. Carlinda and Kent provided the best care we could have asked for. While we were away, one of our pups needed some medical attention....we simply lucked out by having such amazing caregivers...from vet appointments to constant updates, we knew that we had nothing to worry about. We would HIGHLY recommend Carlinda and Kent and truly hope that we can have them back.....our boys miss them ;-)

Mae and Ted were wonderful! They took great care of our pets and home and we had a lot of yard watering because we had newly planted trees and plants and no rain! We also had a situation where our hot water heater died literally the night before they arrived and they had to put up with that over a holiday weekend until it was repaired on Tuesday. They are professional, very self sufficient and left our home looking beautiful. I recommend them highly for any situation, we will certainly request them again if the need arises. Erica watched my senior dog and cat for 12 days while I was traveling internationally. She was organized, responsive, and took excellent care of both my animals and my apartment while I was away. She sent me photos during the stay and my pets absolutely adored her. She has watched my pets before and I always trust her to take excellent care of them. Traveling internationally and leaving my pets in the care of a sitter always makes me a little nervous, since I won't always be immediately reachable. However, Erica's communication and obvious competency made me feel very comfortable about leaving my pets in her care while I was away. It's very obvious she adores spending time with the pets and caring for them. I came home to a clean apartment and very happy and healthy pets. I would highly recommend Erica for any of your sits!

Jasmine is a five-star sitter. She is everything you want in a sitter when you go away and leave your beloved pet and home. She is reliable, communicative, respectful, and flexible. We had no worries about our dog or home while we were away, and will be having Jasmine sit for us again soon. Our home was immaculate when we got home, and our dog was obviously well-cared-for. Brian was great and was my first sitter experience through TH to look after my two little dogs and one of them was a recent rescue I had for a month and learning new things and still training. Brian was good with communication, clear about his travel plans and we managed adjustments to him coming in early by a day. This was helpful for me to feel I can personally give orientation to my home and pets before leaving for a few days. Brian was also good with the hand-off to my next sitter when weather conditions delayed me. I came back to a tidy home and happy pets. Brian was calm with my new pup's minor furniture destruction. Thankfully I bought the warranty! I would recommend Brian to anyone and would consider him again for future sits!
