I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. I could go on forever because Veronica was beyond incredible! We feel so fortunate that she was able to sit for us. Our fur babies were so spoiled with love and attention. Veronica followed their regular schedule, gave our dog her joint supplement, and helped clean her paws with medicated wipes from our vet. Our cat is very shy and sometimes doesn’t even come out for sitters and he loved Veronica! She brushed him and gave him so much love. They were both so happy when we came home. Veronica went above and beyond for us! She even made us masks, got us some disinfectant spray we haven’t been able to find and to top it off she made us bolognese sauce with sweet chicken sausage! She even left us a new box of pasta to make when we got home! We couldn’t believe we got to come home to an incredibly clean house, dinner and such happy pets! Lori and Joe took great care of our two dogs and tow cats while we were gone. Our plans changed and we actually asked if they could come a day before we had originally planned to leave and they said no problem! They even stayed over on the night we got home so that we could meet them which was very nice! Lori was very good with communication before the house sit and also during the time they were here. She let us they had arrived safely and then sent us a short text or pictures every day of the animals. The house looked cleaner than when we left it when we got home! You could not ask for better house and pet sitters than Ken and Jane! Before the sit: Communicating with Ken and Jane prior to our scheduled week went smoothly. They were proactive about planning. They came out to the house prior to the sit and spent a couple of hours going over things about the house, meeting the pets, and getting familiar and comfortable with everything. They were delightful people to meet; I was wishing for a couple of days to just hang out and play tourist with them! During the sit: Ken and Jane sent me daily updates and photos of their outings with my pups and with their interactions with my kitties. I appreciated how they chose the sit partly because of their love of exploring rural areas, because that's what I have here! They were perfectly suited to my home and pets. Ken absolutely loves cats and is an intuitive and experienced kitty-handler. Jane really bonded with one of my kitties; both of them made great progress with all three of my cats, each of which is pretty shy at first, and one can be a real problem child. They worked very hard to give love to each pet and ensure that each felt calm, happy, and cared for. They spend tons of time outdoors with my border collie/retrievers. The dogs had daily "spa time" after walks and outdoor playtime, having their long fur brushed on my front porch (which the dogs love!). They sent me happy photos every day. If anything came up, they just handled it. They really seemed to enjoy their adventures and the pets each day, which made my time away that much more enjoyable. After the sit: I was thankful to have some time with Ken and Jane when I returned from my trip. All the pets were calm, happy, and healthy when I got home. Ken and Jane had left me a detailed note about that last day to make re-entry easy. They sweetly left a thank you note and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table also (a very sweet and unexpected surprise!). They seemed quite sad to leave my "kids;" Jane left with tears in her eyes, saying goodbye to my dogs. We've kept in touch since the sit. My whole house really misses them. Oh, and the house was immaculate and plants all watered (inside and out) when I got home! I have loved working at Pets and Pats. It's heartwarming to work with such adorable little dogs, you create an amazing bond by spending so much time with them. I stopped working a week ago and missed them every day. Another plus is the staff I have met in the 6 months I have worked here, caring people who are always willing to help and lend a hand when you need it, especially if you are from abroad. I made some great friends from all over the world who I will miss very much and would love to see again if this trip brings me back to Auckland.
Absolutely love the friendly team at Pets and Pat! My little pup, Romeo, has been going there for over a year, and he always looks forward to the PupBus coming by in the morning. Romeo is already looking forward to his morning cuddles and kisses from all his friends! Team is very professional and always communicate all so well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Working in Pets and Pats made me feel very grateful, first because I was able to spend so much time with so many doggies, and second because gave me the opportunity to make very good friends while working with the staff members. Also it was very rewarding to see the excitement in the puppies every morning when I had to pick them up, but also see the happiness when they were reunited with the parents in the afternoon.

My little Cleo has been going to the farm since she was six months old so the better part of 2 years - we had tried a couple of other daycares before settling for Pets and Pats - They have given Cleo so much confidence, Ang and the team treat her as if she is one of their own but not just when she’s there - When Cleo has been off unwell they would check in on her and drop off care packages making not only her but also me feel cared for and supported. I always know she has the best time while she is there, when she is picked up she is always so excited to go does twirls and squeaks in excitement before bounding out the door and is so worn out when she comes home that she snuggles up on the couch - If your ever considering a daycare for you little fur baby absolutely can’t recommend P&P enough!
I cannot recommend Pets and Pats enough. Being first time fur parents, we care so much about our little Charlie and where he goes. Pets and Pats are constantly AMAZING to deal with. Charlie gets picked up by the "pup bus" which he waits at the door for in the mornings. He gets sooo excited when it arrives - that tells me everything I need to know. He absolutely loves going to the farm as he gets to run around with all his friends. We really like how they categorise dogs in size, age and energy levels so we know Charlie won't be bowled by bigger dogs or step on smaller ones accidentally. The whole team are friendly and really easy to communicate with. I have 100% trust in everyone involved and know Charlie is in safe hands from the moment that he gets picked up, to when he gets back home at the end of the day ❤️
We used Pets and Pats services for over 3 and half years for Mika - our now 4 year old Lagotto. Pets and Pats were very accommodating in that Mika wasn't spayed for the first 18 months, but was still allowed to attend (post a trial period) as long we kept her in at home for the time we was on heat. This pragmatic and professional approach was important to us as a working couple. For over 3 years - Pets and Pats never missed a pickup, and their communication and flexibility when life happened was top notch. They are a very reliable and dependable service.
Absolutely LOVE Pets & Pats Team. They have looked after my two girls for over a year now. The staff are so lovely and the bus drop off is so convenient. Our girls are knackered when they get home (both pointer x that need a lot of exercise!!) The grounds are a dogs paradise and the team absolutely love and care for all the dogs. Owner Ang is lovely and has helped us out when in a major pickle several times!! Our girls have also stayed over weekends many times. Any review which degrades the care or cleanliness of the dogs or property is absolutely rubbish. Our girls come home cleaner than when the left! The property is fully secure and wonderful. Pets and Pats is a home away from home for Lilli my wee dog who was welcomed into the family, and I mean into the family in all aspects. She slept with the other treasured dogs inside and the team was happy to accommodate her independent style. I have left Lilli with Pets and Pats since she was born and would not thinking of any other better place. The team care for her every need, food, rugs, grooming and cuddles. I know when I pick her up that she is healthy and happy. I searched for months visiting other places which do not match up to the wonder home with Pets and Pats. Security is big for me and I love that fences and places for all dogs of all sizes to run and play. Pets and Pats the best place ever!

My mini Schnauzer has been going to day care (and also vacationing there while I’m away), for over 1.5 years now. I highly recommend this loving family to take care of your fur baby. Croi absolutely loves it there, he gets super excited when we reach the house as he knows it will be a fun day with lots of exercise, play time and attention. I also get daily photos and videos of him on walks and playing with other dogs, which makes me so happy. They really are his other family and I’ve saved one contact as Mama Croi in my phone, so much love and affection! I just let them know my ETA for drop off and pick up so he’s all ready to go, so easy with excellent communication!

I can highly recommend this daycare. I have been sending my miniature schnauzer Dora to Alina & Alex since she was a puppy. It's like her second family and Dora really loves them. Plus their Golden retriever Barron was the best baby sitter to Dora when she was a pup. I 100% trust them as they take such great care of her, she is always loved on and protected. I wouldn't just leave her with anyone but I know I can go to work or go away and she will be in the best caring hands. I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Dora is always so happy to see them because they have such big hearts and are such a lovely family.
Gucci has stayed with Alina and Alex since he was a puppy. They are wonderful people! They always fit gucci in at the last minute! Gucci loves them and their lovely dog! They send daily photos and videos. Very responsive, trustworthy and a Lovely family! Gucci always has the best time!!

Alex’s brother Igor was a wonderful dog sitter and helped us tremendously with our dog Balloon. Even though they are located in Auckland he was happy to travel and stay in our house in Jacks Point, Queenstown. Oreo has been going to daycare at Pets in the City Wairau Park for a few months now, and she has the time of her life there. The staff are fantastic and I know they take great care of her while she's In their care. The overnight hotel option is also fantastic for me as a shift worker, and means that my dog is safe and taken care of while I'm away on overnight shifts. Highly recommend anyone looking for doggy daycare and hotel services.
Lovely staff and very welcoming environment! We weren’t sure how our boy Apollo would do on his first day as he’s never attended daycare before, but pets in the city have been amazing with getting him settled and helping him build his confidence. Very easy process with getting registered and always highlight of the day seeing the photos they post to see how he’s doing🤗
Had a day care stay during the week. Staff were great to talk to. Drop off and pickup was efficient. Have a small confident dog but young. He was fine in with other dogs. Place is kept clean and staff genuinely love dogs. They do kennel dogs overnight and rates are reasonable.

The team are always cheerful and positive when we arrive. Both daycare and overnight stays are enjoyed by my dog. She is always tired and ready for a restful sleep after playing with her doggy friends all day. I love the social skills it's teaching her as well as the exercise she gets.
I was very scared to leave my lil Biscuit at daycare for the first time, but the staff took their time and informed me how everything works, showed me around, and kept me informed about Biscuits progress. My dogs love going to Pets in the city Wairau, so much so that they forget to say goodbye to me!
Louis our miniature schnauzer had a great stay for a week. He was well looked after and we could enjoy our holiday without worrying about him. The daily photos on Facebook were great and we could see that he looked happy each day playing with his new friends. The staff were kind and genuinely cared for him. This is his 4th stay and we will definitely be back!

My 2 cats and I met Louise during one of the most stressful times in our lives. During the Auckland flooding my babies needed a place to stay and Louise provided the care, love and attention they needed. They ended up staying at Pet Park for two weeks and came home happy and relaxed. What makes this more amazing is I moved house whilst my babies where with Pet Park so what they knew as home had changed. I can't recommend Pet Parks enough. They are just simply amazing and will love your fur baby as much as you do. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my girls!
Petparks looked after my dog, who passed away earlier this year, on numerous occasions. Although he could be quite challenging behaviorally, Petparks understood him and managed him really well and he was always happy and relaxed about going there. Jennifer and Louise were always accommodating and gracious about booking changes, and drop off and pick up times. I never felt hurried when updating them about anything new each time I checked him in for a stay - I felt that they were genuinely interested in his welfare, and fond of him. I was able to enjoy complete peace of mind about him whenever I was away, and I recommend this place unreservedly. Plus Jennifer does the most fabulous grooming!
We had our "special needs" dog Oscar (who is a tripaw Labrador X) staying with Petparks for 4 weeks in August. Oscar seemed relaxed and well cared for when we picked him up. Louise, Jennifer & Co. are very caring. Will certainly come back.
Our puppy Charlie has stayed at Pet Parks twice. They looked after him really well. We supplied our own food and they had no problem with this. It’s a social kennel - so may not suit all dogs. Charlie came home happy and healthy. I have no hesitation in taking him there again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a boarding kennel.
We have been taking our pets to Petparks for years. They have always been so well looked after, and our pets were always so happy to arrive.

From day one, we were impressed by the level of care and communication. We received daily updates via social media and prompt responses to any queries we had, which gave us peace of mind. Unlike most daycares in New Zealand, where dogs are confined to kennels overnight, Woofland allows dogs to sleep comfortably in cozy rooms, on their own beds, or even with the caretakers if they choose. Our girl Millie is quite sensitive and attached to us. She visited another daycare before, and the second time we took her there, she didn't want to leave the car. Woofland is something different. She can't wait to jump out of the car, and have a blast with her friends and the team. The serene natural environment and a huge land to run or just chill in the shade is therapeutic and so special about this place. The most amazing, friendly owners and caring employees are the trustworthy true dog lovers. They uderstand, see and observe each dog as an individual personality, and gently tailor the approach accordingly. We finally have a place to be Millie's home away from home, when we're away, and it's a huge relief. She can spend the night there inside the house, in her own bed, with a caring staff member, not alone in a cage. We are so grateful to know that our most precious girl is safe and thrives there. A great place for dogs to develop self steam and improve confidence while having fun and enjoying their freedom. My dog used to be very dependent on us and shy towards other dogs despite our attempts trying to get her socialized with other dogs from her young age. But, her shy personality was not something we could change much. She could get bullied around very easily in a normal beach walk and I had to intervene in most cases. With this background, I started taking her to Woofland with not much of hope after a friend recommended this place. I had to stay for about an hour in her first session to monitor her behavior. The second and third sessions I took her myself to see how she behaves. It was a mixture of stress and excitement for the second session. I could see she was starting to get more relaxed after the third session I dropped her off, less anxiety and more of the excitement. So, I felt fine enough using the pick-up/drop-off service after this point. Again, during the pick-ups I could see her progress building up self confidence. The first and second pickups she was getting excited while still unsure of getting into the car. But, the tides changed after the third pickup and kept getting better steadily. I would definitely recommend this place for other dog owners since I have had good experience myself. Plus, they offer a free trial session that you won't want to miss!

Highly recommend Woofland! They are an amazing team. We have an energetic golden retriever called Harley and we were keen to socialise him with other dogs and help get some energy out. The Woofland team are so kind & caring. Harley has an absolute blast, they send across photo updates which is very much appreciated and they even do some training. I visited the Woofland in person and in my opinion this is a friendly, spacious and well-prepared place for dogs. They have some different separate places to be able to classify dogs related to their size and safety. My dog loves it because he has some friends there and lots of fun with them. I strongly recommend it for all who care for their dogs.
Really wonderful experience with Woofland, the ratios between carers and dogs is great and the access to the grassy outdoors was key in ensuring the dogs felt comfortable and relaxed. We will absolutely be coming back!
We’ve trialed a few of outdoor daycares in Auckland and Wooflands is definitely the best one! Orhan, the owner is so friendly and accommodating with us, we’re so grateful to find a trusting daycare like his. He takes good care of our boy and has a great big property for the dogs to run around on. Also a bonus seeing the photos and Instagram stories of our dog having a blast during the day. Couldn’t recommend Wooflands more!
We tried 2 other facilities and our boy Theo did not like it. We almost gave up until we found Woofland. He loved it straight away. The staff are amazing and treat all the fur babies with such care and love. The owners are amazing people! The hardest part is trying to take our boy home because he never wants to leave Woofland 😅 …

Tara and the team at CCPR are and have always been my first choice in pet boarding, and i can always trust my pampered pooch to be looked after as if he were at home with mum and dad! Highly recommend
My cat is always well looked after here and when I told them they needed to give her, her daily medication whilst their, they were more than happy to. Even when my cat hates it! Will happily recommend to any cat or dog owner.
We have taken our dog for 8 years and my sons dog for 3 years. It’s a fantastic place where the dogs strain on their leads torun inside on arrival and always come home clean and full of life. We are lucky to have this kennel close to home.

I have bringing my pups here for years and have never been disappointed. They take SUCH good care of my pups and even hand fed my older dog when he was getting on in years. My dogs are always happy to go and in wonderful spirits when I pick them up. There are closer kennels, but none are as good as Creature comforts. Highly recommend them.
We first heard of this dog kennel from word of mouth, we are so happy we tried it ourselves. We had to travel overseas suddenly for 2 weeks, with a short notice they agreed to squeeze us in which was a relief. Tara and team are great, they are quick on responding to emails and uploading photos :) prices are reasonable and you know your fur baby are safe with them :) thanks team :)
Our dog has anxiety and had behavioral issues at her previous two kennels, so we were quite anxious ourselves about leaving her for 3 weeks. However, she got wonderful care at Creature Comforts, apparently was a doggy model citizen, and arrived back home happy and better socialised with other dogs. We couldn't have asked for more and will definitely bring her back there if we have another extended trip.
Fantastic place. My dog loved it and didn't want to leave. Fantastic people. You can ask Tara to send you pictures and videos of your pet from time to time to be sure that everything is fine. Surely, your pet should be fully vaccinated to be able to stay there.

Such an amazing top notch dog daycare facility! Owners Chris and Morgan have such an amazing setup and service. Our pup is a sensitive border collie and she sees it as a home away from home-we are so lucky to have found them.
After a three week stay over Christmas, our cocker spaniel Jimmy came home happy, healthy and settled. We were impressed with the regular photo updates and seeing Jimmy live his best life which put our mind at ease while we were overseas. Wags n Woofs is so great, our dog Kodi absolutely loves his time at daycare with Chris and Morgan and they are clearly awesome with the dogs as he is always so excited to see Chris at pickup and doesn’t want to leave him when he gets dropped off! The door to door service is brilliant, and they are very reliable and punctual.
Our dog Frankie does regular walks and adventure days with Chris and always comes home a very happy and tired dog! It's great as It means she has had her exercise for the day, socialised with other dogs and she is there when I get home from work as he picks her up and drops her off. I would highly recommend Chris/Wags'n'woofs to anyone! Much better than any other dog day care.
