Hi! I am Olivia, and my partner's name is Belrie. We look forward to meeting you
I am so fortunate because I had to cancel this sit at the last moment and Olivia and Belrie were extremely understanding. All our communications leading up to the sit were phenomenal, and I can't wait to have them stay with Pearl soon.

Caring, responsible and reliable house and pet sitters since Nov 2020
Once again, Todd and Janis were wonderful sitters. They were easy to communicate with, sent adorable photos, and took great care of our home.

I've lost track of the number of times Jasmine has house sit for us. As always she is reliable and responsive. I know my house and pets are in good hands with her. She is a great communicator. We came home to a clean house and happy kitties. I highly recommend her!

Flexible, reliable, & adventurous married couple. Animal loving + Travel ready!
Jordan and Alexander were absolutely wonderful pet and house sitters during our 3.5 weeks away. Jordan kept in contact with us with pictures and updates about our dog, and it was clear both she and Alexander are real animal lovers. They took wonderful care of our home, plants and garden as well, and we came back to a clean and tidy house and a happy dog. If they had any questions, they would just ask, and they took care of everything that was needed while we were traveling. We highly recommend them for any house and pet sit opportunity, and hope they will come back to our home again next time we go away. Thank you, Jordan and Alexander!

She kept me posted about all of our pets and sent photos. I would definitely trust Brandi to take care of our pets and home again!

Complete Peace of Mind While You Travel: Loving Care for Your Pets and Home
Maeve was very communicative and kept us updated on our pups and house during her stay. Prior to her visit, she was very organized with a list of questions so she was well informed before she arrived. The dogs seemed happy and well cared for while we were gone. Recommend her to others.

Olive can be a bit shy with some new people but April quickly won her love. Can’t thank April enough for her care of Olive and our home. Great communication, left our place clean and tidy with a very happy pup. Would love to have her again anytime. Thank you, April!

What a great experience we had with Lisa. She was so good with Cella. She was very tolerant of Cella's early rising. She's a tiny little thing, but has a big personality and knows what she wants. Lisa was so good at reading her needs. We were able to have a zoom interview with Lisa before we confirmed the sit. She stayed in touch with us daily and kept us updated on how things were going. When we arrived home, Lisa had washed all of the bedding and towels. She vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. We couldn't be more pleased with Lisa as our sitter for Cella. We hope we'll be able to have her again. She was awesome.
This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.
From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!! She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :) Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!
This is our second time welcoming Michele and we were so happy to have her back! Our dogs Pedro and Samantha love her and it is clear she loves them! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. We can't say enough great things about her and hope you are lucky enough to get her as a sitter for your pets.
If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Would absolutely recommend them for a sit and would love to have them back again any time!
Liz was a fantastic sitter for our boys and took great care of our home. She was a great communicator and kept us informed of what was happening and how our dogs were doing. She also kept our home clean and tidy. We would be grateful to have Liz sit for us anytime!
We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again
Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.
Christina is the best house and pet sitter that we have ever had. She leaves the house immaculate. She is independent, reliable, and totally professional. Communication is excellent. In terms of pet care, Christina is special. I think that she is a dog whisperer. Bridie, our crazy Wheaten, adores her and is sad when she leaves.
Delphine was amazing. All 3 of our fur babies took an instant liking to her, which is very unusual of them. We right away knew both our cats and our dog would be happy with her. We came back to relaxed and happy pets and a clean house. We think we found our ‘go to’ house sitter with Delphine. We would love to have her over again.
You could not ask for better house and pet sitters than Ken and Jane! Before the sit: Communicating with Ken and Jane prior to our scheduled week went smoothly. They were proactive about planning. They came out to the house prior to the sit and spent a couple of hours going over things about the house, meeting the pets, and getting familiar and comfortable with everything. They were delightful people to meet; I was wishing for a couple of days to just hang out and play tourist with them! During the sit: Ken and Jane sent me daily updates and photos of their outings with my pups and with their interactions with my kitties. I appreciated how they chose the sit partly because of their love of exploring rural areas, because that's what I have here! They were perfectly suited to my home and pets. Ken absolutely loves cats and is an intuitive and experienced kitty-handler. Jane really bonded with one of my kitties; both of them made great progress with all three of my cats, each of which is pretty shy at first, and one can be a real problem child. They worked very hard to give love to each pet and ensure that each felt calm, happy, and cared for. They spend tons of time outdoors with my border collie/retrievers. The dogs had daily "spa time" after walks and outdoor playtime, having their long fur brushed on my front porch (which the dogs love!). They sent me happy photos every day. If anything came up, they just handled it. They really seemed to enjoy their adventures and the pets each day, which made my time away that much more enjoyable. After the sit: I was thankful to have some time with Ken and Jane when I returned from my trip. All the pets were calm, happy, and healthy when I got home. Ken and Jane had left me a detailed note about that last day to make re-entry easy. They sweetly left a thank you note and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table also (a very sweet and unexpected surprise!). They seemed quite sad to leave my "kids;" Jane left with tears in her eyes, saying goodbye to my dogs. We've kept in touch since the sit. My whole house really misses them. Oh, and the house was immaculate and plants all watered (inside and out) when I got home! If you're looking for kind, competent, caring, organized and responsible people to care for your home and pets, invite Ken and Jane!

They take great care of our corgis that come here. 4/5 stars only because there seems to be a lot of discrepancy between pricing depending on who you talk to about boarding and what is included. We boarded our dogs and requested daycare everyday but when I checked the next day on the cameras they were not in there. Turns out although they said they were adding it they mistakenly did not. While they did apologize I still feel terrible my dogs spent all day in their kennel rather than getting their energy out as we had wanted. Otherwise the rest of the visit was great and our corgis seemed very content when we picked them up.
I want to write about my experience with Olde Towne’s training packages. First the positive. The new trainer Lauren is wonderful and genuinely cares about training my puppy. She is very communicative and helpful with tips on how to deal with different situations. We had signed a package of 10 day training sessions and 3 private sessions and she took over when we were about halfway through the package, and the difference between her approach and the previous was immediately obvious. Now the negative. I would highly recommend asking questions about the training packages because what they do not tell you upfront is that when you sign up for a half hour day training ssssion, you also have to do day boarding at $40. So you end up having your dog there for about 4 hours each time. This may work for some people but not for me – I drive half an hour there and have to hang around for 4 hours when all I wanted was a half hour session for my puppy to train. I would not have signed up with them if I had known this was their company policy; they never told me this when I signed up. I don’t care to go into the details of my very unpleasant experience trying to resolve this with the front office staff – it was clear they were not interested in coming up with a reasonable solution to my problem and instead took a very monetary approach that totally disregarded what was best for my dog. I don’t suppose they care that they have lost a customer that they would otherwise have had despite the distance and time involved for me. But I question the approach of this company – that they care less about the animals and owners and more about keeping to their “company policy” tells me that I’m better off taking my dog somewhere else. I would give Lauren 5 stars but Olde Towne gets one star.
Their new trainer is incredible! My dog is reactive with other dogs and rather than generalizing her board and train program, she worked her with other dogs constantly. Lauren also advocated for my dog and I, going above and beyond time and time again. She is a great and frequent communicator. The only reason I go 4 stars is because olde town is very fancy but not super organized. I had mediocre service at the front desk and over the phone. I'm excited to see how my dog develops as I bring her home but I am feeling very optimistic that her work there will be life changing for both of us! So much gratitude!!!
Olde Towne has been a wonderful choice for my kitty when I travel! I first brought her there as a kitten and have continued even though I probably could leave her at home and have someone stop by most of the times I'm gone. They take great care of her, send me pictures, snuggle and play with her, and make me feel totally comfortable while my fur baby is in their hands. My cat has a...large personality...and the staff there never seem to mind that she can be a bit feisty. I highly recommend them!
I started coming here after I has suspicion my dog wasn't being taken care of like he should have at his previous day boarding facility. Every day I pick my dog up they tell me how he did and what time his potty breaks were. The staff is very nice and helpful. Scheduling has been made super easy. I love all the services they offer (especially the pool). My dog and I have been coming here for about 2 months now and we absolutely love it!
This location has taken great care of my cat for at least a week once a year for the past 3 years. This year they were also very accommodating when I had to extend my cats stay at the last minute. This is a good, safe place for your cat with solid service.
We took a week-long trip, but could not take our cat with us. Old Towne Pet Resort was not the closest boarding location to our home, but they came highly recommended and their pricing and policies were reasonable. I’m glad we chose them. The cattery was in high demand, so we didn’t get the exact type of unit (with a window and camera) we wanted, but their staff were helpful in suggesting an alternative which actually saved us a little money. They took great care of our cat, sent photos, made sure he played with others, and even organized a nail trimming spa day. The location is easy to access and the space is amazingly large and inviting.
George has been an incredible groomer. I just heard did he left Olde Town, does anyone know if he went to another shop? Does anyone know where he went? 1/21/2023 update: we miss George, but we had Betty groomed out dog and sh did such a great job. See nice picture that Betty took on the grooming table.
This review is only for the Sterling location, this is the second time we kenneled our dog there, this time only for 2-nights, which we only needed for one night, when I made the reservation the person told me it has to be for 2-nights or I couldn't kennel him there. (Never heard that crap before) I paid $120 per.night with WEBCAM I only could watch him in the room nowhere else, when the first time I had access to the playtime area 24 7, when I called to ask why I am unable to see him other than the room they said they don't do that, when it is clearly on their website showing the playtime area on the WEBCAM, At this point I was glue to my phone as well as my husband and daughter. He was never taken to playtime until I called them and asked why, the girl said in 20 minutes, it was 2 1/2 hours later when I called again. I asked what's going on and girl her self came to get him. Later that night a girl came to get him to go outside and you could tell she was scared of him so she left, 15 min. Later a guy came standing and looking at him and he left than another guy came and he left, I called again asking what's going on? Finally another girl ended up taking him out. Later that night a girl came to the door and tried to talk to him but he got up crouching down scared and went to the back of the room. This is a 120 pound German Shepherd. That is a happy dog and never sky's away from people, I'm a property Manager so he's around people all the time. Again I'm just giving this BAD review to the Sterling location. Please think twice before boarding there.
I’ve never boarded my two cats before and was not sure how it would go since i was on the west coast flying with my cats to dc. Booking from across the country was a smooth process and check in was easy. Everyone explained how things would work and showed me where they would stay. I’d recommend olde town and use them again if I had to board my cats. The facility is very large and clean and the compartments the cats stay in are a good size for them to spread out, my picture only shows half the space.
I don’t think 5 stars is enough! Healthy Hounds is amazing! I recommend it to everyone! My dog and my mom’s dog feel so comfortable with the front desk staff and the groomers (Jessica and Sunny). Cooper comes here from doggie day care and loves it more than being at his “grandmas” house.
This was Wylie and Luna’s 1st stay at Healthy Hounds. The staff was amazing at responding to questions during their stay. Luna got extra attention on her birthday. Wylie has been to dog parks but not a daycare situation and they were great about easing him into that environment. This will definitely be our go to place for all of our grooming and boarding needs
We’ve been going to Healthy Hounds for grooming with Tonya since we adopted our cockapoo last year. I love that we have a set appointment, we know who the groomer is and they text us for pickup when he’s done. Some places let others cut in line for $, don’t honor appt times, leave the dog in crates for hours, and you never know who’s going to be the groomer. Chase is done in 90 minutes, always looks fantastic and isn’t stressed out! Now, if I could just keep him from playing in the mud for a week!
We have taken our dog to Healthy Hounds in Sterling for a few years now. He is almost 15 years old and requires gentle handling and some assistance to move. Our dog is very comfortable there, and we know he is treated very well. Tonya and the entire team always talk with us about his cut and any concerns we might have before they start grooming. He is happy to go in and very happy and handsome when he comes out. Our dog has been groomed by every groomer there and he always looks great when they are done. The front office staff is also very efficient and pleasant to deal with and everyone I have met dropping their pets for daycare are genuinely pleased and grateful for the care their pets receive. This is truly a happy place! We recommend Healthy Hounds above all others in the area for quality, consistency, and care for your pet.
It took us 6 years to find the perfect groomer for our doodle Carl and I'm so thankful for Healthy Hounds! Before Tonya, my stomach would be in knots picking up Carl from his grooming, never knowing what to expect - but that never happens at Healthy Hounds. Tonya makes Carl look perfect every time, exactly what we want and asked for. She is kind, friendly, listens and is incredibly skilled. The entire staff is delightful and I've never been to a facility where the dogs seemed genuinely happy to be there. I cannot recommend this place enough!
We had Jessica groom our golden doodle and asked for a specific cut. Jessica was very attentive to details and Jade came out looking gorgeous. It was easy to drop off and pick her up in a timely manner. Excellent groom and we will be back. Thank you for providing us with such good service.
Healthy Hound's groomers and staff are THE BEST! They always do an amazing job and our pup is always so happy and fresh when we pick him up. He gets the best treatment and can play with other pups while waiting to be picked up. Highly recommend them!
Shelby was slow to warm up to daycare but she now LOVES to go!! Her tail/butt wag as we approach the Healthy Hound facility and she seems very happy when we pick her up. She loves the staff and has met some playmates. It is so nice to know our girl is having a fun day when we're not with her.
I've boarded my dog, Coconut, twice since moving to the area and I'm so happy to have found this place. I've not had great experiences with boarding in the past with previous dogs, and Coconut is a timid dog, so I've been really nervous about finding options for when I have to go out of town. The staff is friendly, happy to answer questions, and Coconut comes back home relaxed and happy. I can tell he's taken care of and not anxious to be there, and that alone means SO much to an overly anxious pet parent like me. I appreciate that they offer private daycare for the pups that may be socially awkward and I appreciate the pupdates I can request while I'm away.
We have been going to Healthy Hound in Sterling for grooming services for over 3 years and we love it. Everyone who works there is friendly and approachable. My 50lb dog is groomed there every 8 weeks or so and I am happy every time. They remember the details of the previous cuts , the groomer talks to me ahead of time to make sure she knows what I want, and they are super sweet with my dog. I would highly recommend Healthy Hound if you are looking for a new place to get your dog groomed.
I’ve had great experience with this kennel. I was going on an international trip and needed to get in at the last minute when someone on Rover canceled on me. They stayed late, did everything they could so that my dog could be boarded. I would love to see the facilities, upgraded a bit.
DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!! As a favor, I picked up a close friend’s dog yesterday. The dog immediately went to the bathroom as I left the place. I was supposed to leave the dog at my friend’s apartment, but the dog was hyperventilating and I did not feel comfortable leaving the dog alone. I took the dog outside and I have never seen a dog pee so much in my life. I grew up with big dogs and I used to live with my friend’s dog. Within the next 3 hours, the dog needed to go to the bathroom 2 more time. It had appeared that they did NOT take the dog out at all that day. The dog was still hyperventilating after all those potty breaks. I checked her pick up bag to see if she had any food left. She had over half the food my friend sent which indicates THEY DID NOT FEED THE DOG FOR SEVERAL DAYS. The dog was so hungry after I fed her that she was licking the crumbs on the floor. I am very familiar with this dog and that is an abnormal behavior. I am extremely displeased with the dog’s experience. We are still monitoring her for health issues. Based on her behavior and the smell of the boarding facility, it appears she was kept in a cage without food and potty breaks. I have read other reviews that have mentioned this and the place just smells like the pets are sitting in feces all day. UPDATE: I saw the owner responded about the extra the food. I double checked the messages to my friend at the time. I asked how many bags the dog was sent with. After doing the math with the food left over and taking into account extra bags, the dog missed about half her meals. Also responding to the medical advice, I have watched the dog on several occasions and I have never seen the dog act like this. My friend has taken the dog to the vet in the past and this is not related to health issues. The facility did call my friend day of to let her know they did not take the dog out the last day. Honestly, this facility is grossly neglect with dogs….
Pet comes back distressed from this place. I believe the open runs are not for all pets. It’s a basic facility to keep pets for a day or two, if you don’t find any good care.
We've taken our two beagles here twice now! The staff is friendly! The place is clean and bright! They were allowed to kennel together! There was no problem giving meds to one who has a chronic condition. We asked for both group and individual playtime. The second time we took them there one dog was a little grumpy with the playgroup and they were quick to call to advise and we changed to more individual play! They enjoyed their vacation and were happy and chipper! They have groomers if you would like to have them pampered! They came home smelling great! They have a nice play area outside! The owner is our veterinary Dr. Easton, who is awesome! I highly recommend this daycare/hotel!
I had used Dulles Pet Hotel for years and always had a great experience. Somehow after my dogs most recent visit, he returned to me acting strange. He was treating his one foot gingerly and was very mopey and lathergic. I assumed he was just moody from being in the kennel for a few days. After taking him for a run the next day as I always do, I realized he was limping. I dropped off a perfectly healthy dog and got back a limping dog. Nobody at the Pet Hotel had any idea how this happened despite them supposedly providing 3 individual play times each day. They offered a courtesy exam but I was very dissatisfied with the doctor's approach on several aspects. The biggest issue is he insinuated the staff told him my dog regularly jumped against the cages and he probably hurt himself that way. I asked why nobody had ever mentioned this behavior to me before. He said, well not specifically your dog but some dogs. Which was not at all how he framed it at first. Furthermore, upon attempting to investigate the issue with management, I was informed of some issue with something from a previous stay months ago where something was going on with his nails. Nobody had ever communicated this issue to me. Bottom line after years of what I thought was good care of my beloved pet, I have lost any trust in this business caring for my dog. I will never return to this place after this experience!
Worst worst WORST place to bring your pet. First off my dogs were told they would get two group times one for each day of board. They didn’t get either one. When the kid came out to pick up the dogs they threw on the leashes and dragged them inside. Didn’t say hi or ask which one was which or anything. Not friendly and made me worried about leaving them there. ( one of my dogs is a 5 month old puppy) he said he would give them a potty break as an add in. WHAT? They don’t normally get a potty break? When we went to get them picked up they said they were “ too busy” to get their group time. When they handed us the dogs they just threw the leashes at us and forgot the bag I brought with them and had to go find it. The minute the dogs got outside they both peed for what seemed 5 mins straight as if they hadn’t been able to. When I asked to speak to the manager they said to write down my name and number and he would call back. A few hours later that same kid calls back and said the owner was too busy to talk to me and that he said I could get a free group time next time we brought them back. I said “oh we won’t be coming back!” This was so awful. Our oldest dog has been to many many facilities and have had great experiences. We were able to see them on camera and would get check ins. This place has me wondering what happened to them. Makes me so sad I cried on the way home. Please, if you love your pets don’t bring them here!!
What an awesome find! We just moved to VA and had to rely on on-line reviews when looking for a place to board our dog. It is very clear that the employees here love animals and love their jobs. They were extremely professional and friendly. The ladies at the front desk instantly made us feel comfortable and reassured about leaving our dog there for 9 days. When we picked our dog up, we got a frequent boarding card with NO expiration and a free vet examination if we have any concerns in the next 10 days! I highly recommend Dulles Executive Pet Center. I will definitely take our dog here if we should ever have to board him again.
My dog and I both love Dulles Pets Hotel and Daycare— I am confident my dog is getting the best care and playtime! He always leaves happy and it’s a great value too😁 …
If you love your pets, DO NOT board them with Dulles Pet Hotel. We gave this kennel a shot as our normal boarding facility was full. What a huge mistake. Our dog came home smelling terrible, his bed was lost at first (they didn't know which one was his - even though it has his name on it), and was completely covered in urine and dirt once they found it (stating it just came out of the laundry). The bag we provided with our dogs food and toys was lost, with them saying we don't know which one is yours (even though it is labeled with our name). They simply said, we can't find it, oh and we think your dog ran out of food. So, that's concerning since we packed a couple days extra food. Our dog came home pretty skinny compared to when we left him, and not at all clean. While we could not go in to see the facility due to COVID, we really have to wonder what the inside of the boarding facility looks like. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
A great pet hotel with decent prices for the area. Our dog always comes home absolutely exhausted from all the fun he’s had running around when we are gone. One thing to note is that you have to call when you get to the door and they come out to get the dog. They keep the doors locked so there is no access to the lobby.
