The best pet hotel ever! Honestly I couldn’t be happier :) My Springers Choco and Honey spent many holidays here and they love it too! The country club is super safe and the doggies get to run in the forest every day. I have already booked 3 more stays for 2025 :)

This is our 3rd time leaving our 5 year old furry boy at Elmstree country club hotel. He runs up the path when we dropped him last week, so excited. He adores Sammy, she is just the best with him. Gives him so much love and hugs, as soon as he saw her last week in reception he jumped up to her. We had the webcam but only viewed it a few times as he was a knockout each night. I cannot recommend this place enough, it offers us reassurance he is in the safest and most caring arms whilst we away. We wouldn’t leave him anywhere else…this place is like his second home. He also came home smelling gorgeous as they bathed him and washed his bedding. Superb service these guys work so hard. Thank you Sammy and team for taking care of our boy during Xmas. Love the first video of him setting eyes on you 💕

My dog was a little reluctant on his first visit but ran towards the van on his second visit. He definitely enjoyed his visits and I received some lovely photos of him happy. Will definitely use their services again in the future and recommend them to other dogs owners.

We recently had the pleasure of boarding our dog, Simba, at Elmtree Canine Country Club, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment we dropped him off, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They took the time to get to know Simba, asking about his routine, preferences, and any special needs he might have. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and designed with the dogs' comfort in mind. There were plenty of play areas for Simba to roam and play around, which he absolutely loved! We appreciated the regular updates we received via instagram , including photos and messages about how he was doing, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. Simba returned home happy and healthy, and it was clear he had a great time during his stay. We highly recommend Elmtree Canine Country Club for anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their furry friends. It's a relief to know that when I need to board Simba again, he'll be in such good hands!

Took our 2 year old Beagle for a two week vacation at Elmtree. Should have been boarding, but she had so much fun we ungraded it to vacation. Five star treatment from the staff and spotless facilties! Great great great, all I can say!!

These guys are amazing and we felt safe knowing Huck was taken well care of during our trip away. The staff are so friendly, nice and caring. We have used them twice now, and though it’s always hard to leave your pet behind, knowing they are in good hands really make all the difference! They make sure your dog’s individual needs are catered for and the enthusiasm of the staff is lovely. Thank you!

Elmtree is the best! They look after your pets with great care and attention. The staff are incredible. I wouldn’t send my baby’s anywhere else. They come back so happy ♥️ can’t recommend it enough. When you’re away they will send you photos and keep you updated with how they are getting on, which makes you feel at ease. I am so grateful that I have found a place which I trust 100%. Could not say enough nice things about Elmtree and their staff. I have a very anxious rescue dog and I was so worried to leave her behind while we went on vacation abroad. When we first arrived we were greeted by 3 of the most lovey people excited to welcome our baby Grace. They were very patient with her and gained her trust and kisses. While on vacation everyday Sam sent me updates and photos of Grace running around and playing with her new dog friends. She was exceptionally kind and understanding of our missing Grace. When we picked her up we found a happy, excited, well exercised dog. Being a rescue Grace is generally timid of men but she absolutely loved and said goodbye to the young man who helped packed up her room. It is safe to assume he was also very kind, gentle, and patient with her. The staff took exceptional care of our baby girl and I couldn’t thank them enough. Grace had the time of her life! 5 stars. Will definitely be using them again!

It was my dog's first time ever staying at a pet boarding facility and I was a little concerned upon dropping him off. However, the staff were very friendly and assuring most especially Angie, Andy and the manager Tom. Initially I was nervous about my dog socialising with the other dogs without my supervision as he is so tiny but Tom was very reassuring in letting me know him and his team were up to the task. He made sure my dog was able to properly socialise and make new friends which made his experience at the facility a lot more wholesome and fun. I am also pleased that communicating with Tom was quick and easy throughout my dog’s stay at the facility. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place for our golden retriever to stay. Secure modern clean facilities and staff were amazing. They made such a fuss of him and he seems to of really enjoyed himself despite having separation anxiety and us worrying about him. We booked an hour of 1-1 training during his stay with Emma and saw videos of these on Dropbox and he seems to of learnt so much. The webcam in the rooms accessible via your phone really reassured us and to see what he got up to. Thank you for such a great service - we will be bringing Hugo back.

We couldn't have been happier with Michelle’s care for our 9 month old black lab pup. We felt reassured for our 10 days away. Michelle sent photos and videos. The pup slept in a lovely spacious room with a large crate and had a long walk every day. It was great to know she was being well cared for in a homely, family environment. Thanks Michelle - we’ll be back!

Amazing care from Michelle whenever she has looked after our dog, Coco for us. Each time Coco has stayed, we have been sent regular updates, pictures and/or videos which gives us peace of mind and reassurance. Coco's confidence has grown since staying with Michelle, and she is more relaxed and comfortable in the company of other dogs. Cannot recommend Michelle highly enough.

We really couldn't be happier with the service Michelle provides. Our 2 year old lab, Lola stayed with Michelle for 2 weeks while we were on holiday. It was the longest she has stayed away from us, and we were really quite worried about leaving her for so long. After a trail day, I could tell that Lola absolutely loved being at Michelle's. When we took her for the full 2 week stay, she was immediately at home, and didn't even notice us go! All of the photos and videos that Michelle sent us showed that Lola was having an amazing time. Michelle loves all the dogs that stay with her, and they get treated as if they are her own. Thank you very very much Michelle!

As a dog owner all you want is for your dog to be safe, happy, entertained, and well looked after when you are away on holiday, and this is exactly what I got for my labradoodle! Michelle sent regular videos showing our dog clearly having her own lovely holiday when we were away which always put a smile on my face. I actually think she is now a bit bored she’s home! We are very happy that we contacted Michelle on a recommendation from our dog walker. Our dog has now stayed at Michelle's house on a couple of occasions and she has had a great time. She settles in straight away and gets on great with Michelle's pets. They go for lovely walks and gets well looked after. I would definitely recommend Happy Pet People.

My dog Milo stayed with Michelle for over 2 weeks and I couldn’t have been happier. Even from the start the thorough checks and trials to make sure myself and Milo were happy. The videos and contact whilst away was great and made me at ease the whole time. Amazing service and feel so happy now I have someone I can trust every-time we go away :) Would definitely recommend

My 2 year old sproodle can be slightly ‘challenging’ sometimes so was worried about how he’d be in a new setting but Michelle sent me lots of great videos of him having the best time ever, running around off lead and he made some great friends whilst at it! Michelle spent 1 on 1 time with Buddy to work on his confidence and obedience which I hugely appreciate ♥️

Michelle does an excellent job looking after dogs. She understands and dedicated her time to understanding the different needs of individual dogs and creates a fun and fulfilling atmosphere for all!

Michelle looked after my mini golden doodle for two weeks over Christmas. He was extremely well looked after, he had lots of exercise and she sent me regular photos and videos which was lovely and enabled me to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was happy and well looked after. An incredible service from a trusted team. We’ve had both our dogs (Pug and Bernese) attend Doggy Day care, and it just works. At a younger age, it meant that I had care for my dogs when they were at their most active. Now, whilst both are slightly older, it still acts as a great socialising outlet as well as ensuring they aren’t left on their own all day. The team can organise collection and drop off, and are pretty flexible on requests. You can tell they really care about their job, and in turn, your dogs. They also organise beach trips for fun days out, as well as charity dog walks across the year. Definitely recommend.

'My rescue Boris was very shy and scared of his own shadow. He loved other dogs but didn't know how to play. Thanks to the girls at Ruby's Rambles, he's gained so much confidence and made lots of new 4-legged friends. I cannot praise the Ruby's Rambles team enough. Monty absolutely loves his days spent here, comes home completely shattered from all his activities with his friends. We've also noticed such a positive change in his confidence around bigger dogs too. The pick up and drop off service they offer really takes the pressure off us knowing that when we leave for work in the morning that he will be picked up and kept active for the day, then will be fast asleep when we return - he loves when Nicole walks through the door! Being able to see what he gets up to on their Instagram page is something that I really enjoy too! Highly recommend!

After being left in the lurch with care for our cocker spaniel while at work, Ruby’s Rambles came to the rescue! The whole team is so lovely and approachable and the care they give to our pup is second to none! He gets so excited to be picked up and taken to daycare and has the biggest smile when he’s dropped back with his muddy paws washed. You can tell that this isn’t just a business and that the whole team is passionate about dogs, their welfare and giving them the best care possible. I can not recommend them enough!

Rubys Rambles is absolutely fabulous. I can’t praise them enough. They pick up and drop off your beloved pooch right to your door and create a safe and fun environment for your dog and are great for socialisation. They ensure you have peace of mind and your dog is taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable doggy day care!

Ruby’s Rambles provides an excellent service! It is so convenient as they do pick up and drop off and our cockapoo gets so excited when Nicole comes to pick him up. We sent him as a puppy for socialisation and now he loves to just run around with all his friends every week. Highly recommend.

Our dog Willow absolutely loves her time at Ruby's Rambles - they are so helpful and make sure that she is extremely well looked after. Tania has been absolutely amazing with my little Cockapoo Margaux. Tania has been professional and reliable from the start. I feel totally at ease knowing my pup is in great hands! She is alway knackered when she gets home so I know she has been having lots of fun on her walk too! A great home from home option. Would highly recommend.

Chloe is amazing ... utterly charming and instantly trustworthy ... she jumped in at the last minute and looked after our 2 kittens over the Christmas break ... following housesitting instructions to the letter ... and sending us daily photographs of Dolly and Beanz (rather good ones I may add!) ... will definitely be calling upon her services again.

We have been using Chloe and her girls on a regular basis for 3 years now. Chloe is always very responsive on texts. All are great with our dog and our dog loves them. They are sensible and don’t walk when it’s too hot but hang with the dog and provide company/distraction instead. They always share photos of the happy pup which is very thoughtful and much appreciated🙏🏻💚Highly recommend their services!

I have a rescue dog, who is a bit tricky and has lots of needs, mostly around routines! he has had a very traumatic life. I very much wanted some time away and the Remraf team have made that possible!! Lisa from the team came for a meet up and some “get to know you” walks that went well and then she pet sat for 4 days with overnight sits and walks and it all went brilliantly😀 I am delighted with the care and attention she gave my boy and I felt happy and confident going away, knowing he would be so well cared for. Communication whilst I was away was excellent, with regular updates and photos. Chloe and Mel were so helpful, accommodating my greyhound sitting needs very late in the day (less than 2 weeks before I was due to go away and in peak holiday season). Communication was great and Mel came to meet my boy a few times so he would feel more comfortable with her. I got daily updates, photos, videos of his adventures with Mel (and other doggy friends, he loves other dogs), he had great walks in lovely settings. Chloe and Mel asked all the right questions for info about him and his needs, meaning nothing was missed (you know what it’s like, you do their routine without thinking, then don’t think to detail it all. No worries as they covered everything - routine, allergies, likes/dislikes, feeding, treats, meds, vet details etc). I was worried he wouldn’t want me back as he had such a good time. I had no concerns about leaving my fur baby or my house in their care and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Remraf K9 services. Thank you so very much for enabling me to go on holiday with confidence that Hamish would be well cared for. As soon as I saw a picture of him roaching (as in picture attached) I knew he was relaxed (he was roaching from Day 2).

I have used Chloe on a number of occasions. I find her incredibly professional, riliable and capable, My animals range from dogs, cats rabbits , Guinea Pigs and rabbits and she can manage them all! She keeps me updated with lovely pictures whilst I’m away which is a lovely touch. I recommend her10/10 ⭐️⭐️

Chloe is a very enthusiastic and professional lady, she has helped us with our very reactive Labrador, providing training, printouts and advice. Our Lab also goes on a weekly walk with one of her walkers and she provided us with a sitter for an all day session, at short notice, so we could attend a family funeral. I know I can call Chloe at any time for advice and I have no hesitation in recommending RemRaf Pet Services.

The day care is absolutely brilliant. Bella went there for several months until we moved away from the area. The staff are so lovely and friendly. I often got photo updates during the day. There's also a lot of flexibility round which days you send your dog which I found really useful. I used the pick up and drop off service which was superb. I really cannot recommend this high enough. I knew Bella was in safe hands and she had the best time!

We - and our dog - are very happy customers! The service is regular and reliable, so we can confidently know what's happening each week. Unlike lots of daycare services, there is flexibility on booking at short notice which is greatly appreciated. Communication is easy and quick via whatsapp. Our dog always comes back tired out, and we are often sent pictures or videos of her enjoying herself with the other dogs. I couldn't recommend more.

We have been sending our dog to Elmtree Doggy Daycare for 4 years now and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Not only our working cocker spaniel loves going there every week as she flies out the door when she sees the team picking her up, but we have always found them to be the right combination of professional, caring and reliable during all these years. We have recommended Elmtree to several friends and neighbours who now send their dogs there too and the feedback and experience is consistent with ours.

We looked at 3 doggy day care centres before we found Elmtree. It is fantastic, the customer service is great. The pick up and drop off service is reliable. Our driver Hannah is brilliant. The most important part is our dog Bobby loves it there. He knows when it is a ‘school day’ and sits looking out the window until the van turns up. From regular photos to updates about our dog, we know Bobby has benefited from his time going. He is safe and looked after, the staff really seem to know the dogs. I have done and will contine to recommend Elmtree.

Elmtree is an extraordinary place. It is such a beautiful country escape for my little city dog. My dachshund, Pan, always comes home happy and knackered, which for anyone who has a dachsie knows is a good thing! And the best part of it is I know he is safe with them. They are reliable, flexible, communicative and always kind. Sending your dog away is always a scary thing, but I never worry when he's at Elmtree! I honestly cannot recommend them enough!

Aurora is a fantastic walker. She really cares about dogs and Rhia was clearly very happy with her walks. I felt totally secure with her service. Aurora is great with communication and send great pictures. I would highly recommend and will be using again in the future!

I'm very happy with Aurora's help to look after Bobby, my cat, for almost a week. She was very thorough and knowledgeable with good experience taking care of pets. I love that she send daily pictures and updates, she even asked if I need my plants to be watered! Highly recommended and I'll use her service again, no doubt!

Aurora comes to walk my energetic husky Mischa for me every now and then - and Mischa is delighted every time! Aurora takes wonderful care of her, sending me tonnes of pictures of their adventures together, and is 100% reliable. She is even great for last-minute appointments (so long as she can squeeze us in) and is always very communicative. Would recommend her services to anyone!

Aurora has looked after my cat a few times when I’ve been away. She is trustworthy and I feel she really cares about him. She understands that a cat needs love and attention just as much as they need food and water. I can enjoy going on holiday knowing that my companion is being well looked after.

Aurora took care of our Boston Terrier and Vizsla for one night, and we couldn’t be happier! She has awesome knowledge, especially she knew how to work with our energetic Vizsla. Super responsible, she follows all safety rules, ensuring our dogs were secure and comfortable. Aurora is also very communicative, competent, and incredibly nice. She is not just a sitter, she is a dog expert. Highly recommend!

Aurora is absolutely amazing. She came over to meet my cat, Pigeon, before taking on the job to make sure they both got on and she knew where everything was. Then, she was super thorough and asked for lots of details about Pigeon and her health and who our vets were etc. incase of any issues when she was cat sitting. This was massively appreciated and let me know Aurora was an amazing choice as cat-sitter! I got pictures of pigeon when I was away so I knew everything was okay and I felt so reassured the whole time which meant I could really enjoy myself. I wouldn't hesitate to use Aurora for cat-sitting again, and can't recommend others do the same!! And see attached for some lovely pics of Pigeon and Aurora!

Aurora took really good care of my Penelope (cat) when I had to go away urgently. They got on instantly so I knew she would be in great company. I received an update and photos everyday which was a great part of the service and Aurora kept me updated on anything else that occurred during the 2 weeks. I could not be happier with the service and I know Penelope was really looked after. I will definitely be using Aurora's services in the future and will recommend to family and friends.

Our cockapoo has been going to Aurora since April 2021 (when he was about 14 weeks old) for daycare 2-3 times a week and overnights, and he couldn’t be happier! Aurora, Diego and her dogs are his second family - they’ve taken such good care of him, I really don’t know what we would do without her. Even since we moved out of the area last month, we still send him for overnights because it’s such a comfort to know he’s somewhere where he’s loved and looked after. We have also sent him for longer periods when we have been away on holiday and she’s been great. She is always very reliable, communicative and really knows how to take care of animals. Do not hesitate to book, but be warned, your dog may have a new favourite!
