Great staff, and so nice to my little timid dog. They took good care of her and did a very good job with their grooming. It was a little confusing on the pick up and drop off. The parking lot doesn't seem to be set up for that and has a bit of a learning curve to it. Would definitely recommend.

Ultimutt Dog Care takes great care of your dogs. Ours spent over a week there and we got report cards with pictures of him having fun. This was great to see while we were away. When we picked him up, he was sad for two days because he missed his new buddies! I recommend this business to others looking for dog boarding, day care, and grooming services.

They're wonderful and very caring. My daushound has back problems and the spa and message help him greatly. The staff are very friendly and super nice..they do a great job cleaning out their ears and my dog dog jake always smells wonderful when he gets done..and is very soft .I would highly recommend them and Jake would to . also the price is great too

Our girl, Georgia, LOVES to go to Ultimutt Dog Care! It's her time to socialize with her furry friends. She gets so excited in the car when she knows she's almost there! The staff truly cares for their clients. We highly recommend them!

Our busy puppy needs interaction with other dogs and people. She seems to love going and can't wait to get out of the car. They are always very quick to let me know of any issues. I have always had a pleasant experience from the report cards to the professional team! I would highly recommend.

We LOVE the service we receive when Charlee goes to Ultimutt! They give great care to her when she goes in for her scheduled grooming. She also loves playing with her friends when she goes to daycare.

Our three bloodhounds love their visits and stays here. They are supervised carefully and get lots of play time. We take them here for boarding and occasional play days for nail trimmings. The staff is compassionate and knows our babies by name.

We love Ultimutt! The staff loves our dogs like their own and that’s so important to us dog parents! Our dogs get so excited when we tell them they’re going to school, it totally makes my day! We never worry about them while they’re at daycare and don’t hesitate to ever take them in. I recommend Ultimutt to all of our friends and family. It makes my heart happy knowing that our pups are loved and well taken care of while we are at work. These guys are the BEST!

We LOVE Ultimutt! Our golden retriever has storm anxieties and we both work full time so on rainy days she goes to daycare and is treated perfectly! We love sending her to daycare to play and interact with other dogs. The staff is always so welcoming when we walk in and knows our dog as soon as we walk through the door. We have been very pleased with the boarding experience when we go on vacation as well! Overall it's a great place to leave your dog and know they are being well taken care of!

My husband and I LOVE taking our pup to Ultimutt, and he LOVES going! He always comes back home tired, which is a great way to have a calm evening. Taking him to a place that is fun and allows him to get out some energy while I'm at work has also taught him not to be afraid of going in the car! I can definitely tell a difference in his confidence and socialization since going! I would reccomend Ultimutt to anyone who wants to socialize their pup! Ultimutt is also a great solution to pups being home alone while you're at work. We have yet to take advantage of the grooming services they offer, but look forward to that as well!

I used Justin to watch my Doodle Bambi while we were on vacation for 4 days, this is the first time ever leaving my baby with anyone she is a puppy and he did phenomenal, I did not have to worry about my baby, he sent videos and daily pictures and updates of how my baby was doing. I loved that she was in a home and not in a kennel with no interaction. She got to be where she was comfortable on the couch bed or whatever Bambi preferred. I will definitely be recommending Justin as well as using him again. :)

What an amazing place.I needed help with a situation with a couple of dogs from a impounded vehicle. This man Justin was beyond professional and caring. I would recommend Merry Mutts as AWESOME #1 Thank You Merry Mutts !!!!!

Justin was absolutely fabulous with my Aussiedoodle (Poppins). He made sure to check in with me a couple of times (with pictures) during the 3 days he watched her for me. This is a man who truly, from his head down to his toes, loves his job taking care of other peoples dogs. He took great care when introducing Poppins to the few other dogs he was also watching that weekend. Justin is reliable and his love for dogs has given me peace of mind knowing I can travel when I need to and not have to worry about her well being. His prices are reasonable and Poppins came home tired and happy from all the playing!! I have already scheduled two more trips where Justin will be sharing his home with our little girl!

I was going to start bringing my dog here, but I guess they discriminate against dog breeds even though my dog is well trained has been through canine training and has certificates for it. A pitbull will not be accepted.

I was left without a sitter for my 2 pups Antonio and Paris just before leaving town in a couple of days. When I discovered Merry Mutts on line the first thing I LOVED was they are open 24/7. It was 10 pm on a weeknight. I left a message and within 30 minutes I received a call back from the owner Justin. We talked for several minutes. I asked for referrals and Justin was quick to give me a long list of Pet names and Pet Parents with phone numbers. The following day I called each one and left messages. All returned my calls and shared their 5 star reviews with me with a lot of compliments for Justin. I discovered we both used the same Veterinarian and that was a plus for me. Everything was checking including a good friend of mine knew one of Justin’s neighbors. Her review was also glowing of Justin and Merry Mutts. I was delighted that Justin sent me daily updates with pictures and video’s of Paris and Antonio through out the week which was great!! When I picked up my pups while they were very excited to see me I could also see they had both bonded with Justin over the week they were with him. I’m very happy to have found Merry Mutts. One last thing it was great being able to drop off and pick up at my convenience leaving and returning home….I loved that! We recently took a short 3-day trip out of town and were in need of a dog sitter. Justin came to the rescue, and was willing to take in our two dogs, English shepherds, on short notice. The dogs were well taken care of, and he kept in touch with us throughout the away time with videos and texts. When we went to pick up the dogs, they were so content that they were not even overly excited to see us. We highly recommend Justin for your doggie daycare needs.

When plans fell through at the last minute before my trip, my best friend and I were scrambling to find someone to watch my dog Maxwell for the 3 days we would be gone. After receiving the recommendation from a friend of a friend to get in touch with Justin, I did just that and I couldn’t be happier! Justin took great care when introducing my corgi to the other larger dogs he was taking care of, sent pictures and videos every day, and Maxwell was so content and happy when I came to pick him up! I just moved to Fort Smith and needed a dog sitter. So happy we all found Justin. My pups already know the street. When we pull up they are so excited to get to play with Justin and the other dogs. This is our first time needing to board, we checked around and nobody would take him due to him being an aggressive breed. He is an American Bully but is the most gentle, biggest baby ever!! Justin pulled thru for us and very appreciative, took care of our boy as if he was his own!! Sent me updates each day along with photos! I highly recommend and would use again!! Thank you Justin!!!

My mom decided to use a dog sitting service for the first time with her dog who isn’t great at getting along with other humans or dogs. Justin was great—the dog settled in, loved Justin, and learned how to get along and play with other dogs. Justin sent daily updates and pictures while my mom was away, giving her peace of mind. Pup had a great time and I know he’s ready for my mom’s next trip so he can hang with Justin.

Joe is awesome! He was so reassuring when we dropped out big boy off for a he first time. He took the time to let Indy get acquainted with him and the facilities before we left. The property is beautiful and the kennels are very nice. Even pickup was really nice. Had time to sit with Indy for a few minutes so that he could get his hellos out of the way before we got in the car. I’m so happy we found this kennel. Well worth the drive from Fort Smith. They are definitely our go to kennel going forward.

If you want a home away from home for your babies, this is the place. Our girl Jade (pictured) had such a great first stay that she wasn’t even ready to come home with us after 6 days, she was having too much fun! The owners are very sweet and knowledgeable. They want your dog to feel comfortable and will arrange a time for them to meet and explore the kennel before their stay. Amazing experience all around!

Wonderful boarding facility! They make the dog’s comfort and safety the highest priority, and they have the experience and knowledge needed to do so. You can tell they truly love dogs and enjoy spending time with your pets. Our dogs stayed a week here, and I think they were happier at River Valley Kennel Resort than they are at home! Thank you!

First of all Suzanna and Joe are two of the nicest people you would ever want to met and run a very organized and professional business. My 4 furkids (Huskies) had fun and were happy and I honestly think they would have been perfectly happy to stay another day or two which is not their usual reaction when they are picked after being boarded. I feel like we have been blessed to find River Valley Kennel Resort and Joe and Suzanna. Even though it is a bit of a drive knowing you can feel comfortable and enjoy your time away is PRICELESS! You can only give them a 5 star rating but they deserve higher.

Absolutely thrilled with Suzanna and Joe, they treated our dog like one of their own, and took time to sit with us when we dropped him off and picked him up. They sent us regular updates, pictures, and videos, and made sure we felt comfortable giving him the commands before we left. These people truly care about each and every dog they take in. We highly recommend their obedience training to anyone, but will also be using their boarding services in the future.

We absolutely love this place! After our original kennel shut down a couple years ago, they recommended this place. While it is a bit of a drive for us, it's worth it. Our dog, Bella, loves her stay here and is well taken care of while there. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to board their dog. I know at one time they were boarding animals for people from as far away as Dallas.

River Valley Kennel Resort is an awesome place to take your dog or cat! They are an upscale boarding kennel in a country setting where your dogs can really stretch their legs and play and even swim in a pool. Their staff is extremely professional and treat your pets like family. I highly recommend!

Lady I spoke to was very friendly and provided answers to all my questions. They are slightly more expensive than other boarding options in this area but are more convenient in my opinion. I did not ultimately end up boarding my dogs which is why I left one star open but I will likely use them in the future. She left a positive impression on me

They were great with my dog and were very responsive to questions and great to interact with. My dog seemed to have enjoyed his time at ‘Pet Paradise’ . Also seemed to have very affordable prices for the amenities your pet is able to have while being boarded! Awesome place and definitely will be going back in the future.

I was very impressed by the facility and people at Zion. Our pack did well there and everyone was responsive to our anxiousness about leaving our fur babies. We had no need to worry. They did great. Came home happy and tired. Thanks to everyone who took care of our pack!

Lisa was such an amazing person to care for our 2 pit bulls and Yorkie. She sent us daily photos and assured us our fur babies were in good hands when we were out of state. We have never been away from our fur babies 🐶💕.. So she made sure to make us extra comfortable to trust her and R&R Ranch with them. Our sweet babies were even allowed to sleep in her bedroom all together. I will be forever grateful for her. I will NEVER take my babies anywhere else to be cared for. She even provided the food for them. There is plenty of fenced in yard to run and play in for them. 😊 The price is totally fair for the treatment the pets receive there. This place has been around for years and I'm sure they will be around for years to come. They give great service and treat your fur babies like family. ❤️ Thank you so much Lisa!! We have taken all our dogs here for many, many years. Lisa loves our fur babies like they were her own. I cannot imagine getting that personal and consistent attention any other place. Our dogs love her and know her. There is that relationship and trust built between them. I have recommended R&R to all my friends and will continue to do so... and of course, fur babies will be back as soon as our trip gets rescheduled and this pandemic is over.

We Have sent our dog to see Lisa at R & R Ranch SEVERAL Times!!! About 4? times. Lisa is the least of professional, calls the dogs bad words and has never let me see where the dogs stay! Last time our dog came home FILTHY and filled with ticks and with a rash on her belly. WE KNOW Lisa spoiled her Because the only way our dog would trust someone is to be spoiled. BUT I don't like the name calling, that leads me to think what else is happening. I also called several times to set up an appt. Then her equipment was not working when we went to pay called 3 times no one answered the phone when I AM TRYING TO PAY YOU!! It's a shame too because we needed her to got to a boarder for 2-3 weeks and now we have nobody!!

Anxious to leave our dog very first time. Lisa was recommended by our friends, and i thought she was great. She sure knows how to take care of fur babies. Our dog spent 2 nights at her ranch and never had a problem.

As a fur baby parent, I try my best to make sure my littles are safe at all times. My family went out of state to a family wedding and we decided to board our babies. The thing I’m most upset about is I called and left messages on both Saturday & Sunday checking in on my babies. No answer, no call back, and nothing mentioned about the calls. The lady seemed pretty nice, but that’s no way to gain repeat customers. Worried sick about all weekend states away and couldn’t enjoy our trip for worrying.

Our dog loved her stay at R & R Ranch. She spent a week and didn't want to leave. Great friendly staff. Highly recommend them!

Lisa is wonderful, she truly loves animals, our Jake looks forward to seeing her and his doggie pals there. I feel like he has more freedom there, more so than other places.

Wouldn’t leave our fur babies anywhere else! On top of being a safe and clean environment, our little guys are spoiled with love and attention.

Amber and Lily at Paw Paws did a fantastic job taking care of our elderly dog and 2yr old while we were away. They were consummate professionals who said what they would do and did what they said. The facilities were clean and well maintained and our dogs - who are good judges of character- loved them.

Great local family owned boarding service. Have used many times for extended stays for my 3 small indoor dogs. Clean runs, owner interacts and plays with the dogs, posts photos of your pets, provides updates on request. Would recommend to friends and family.

I took my little guy there in February and again over the weekend. They were great with my Gunner. He was scared and didn’t know what was going on but was happy to see us when we picked him up. This time when we took he was more excited to get out of the truck. Again he was a happy camper when We arrived. Lisa and her husband are loving parents of their own fur babies and that makes me comfortable. Overall PawPaws is a 5 in my opinion. I’ll definitely take him back

Our dog was well taken care of when we traveled recently. It was nice getting photo updates regularly to see she was having fun.

This place is great! Not very many places where my girl Candi will just go in by her self That say a lot. We full time rv and sometimes we need to board our girl she can be a bit shy at time but not here she jumped out the truck and went right in like it was home The ladies that run this kennel treat you with respect and courteously and they don’t over charge This is our go to place when in the area!!

They were so Amazing with our 2 dogs. Our dogs were there for 5 nights. Our fur babies had a Great time. I Highly Recommend this place to Anyone and Everyone

I love and trust pawpaws with my fur baby. They are loving and attentive. Highly recommend them to keep your pet safe are you cannot be together.

I dropped my 2 dogs off about 8:00 am on Saturday..very nice place...I had asked over the phone how much it would be and was quoted a price..I also asked if I could pick up on Sunday.. was told yes...what they failed to tell me was if I picked up after noon on Sunday...it doubled !!! If I had known that I would have had someone pick them up..I hate it because it was close to home and seemed like very nice people...but this was just unacceptable...

I can't say enough good about this place. The women are friendly and their attention to detail is perfect. I live in Fort Smith but make the drive to them because they truly are the best. I will be back again when my dog needs grooming.

Took my dogs there the first time today. All three of them look great and feel extremely soft. There no obvious missed spots, hidden fees, razor burns, or snips on them like I received from multiple groomers in the area (poteau Oklahoma to fort Smith Arkansas). This was one of my dog's first grooming appointment ever and they did great with him. Lastly, my mostly blind senior miniature schnauzer that's a piece of work was returned to me without panicking which is super rare. It's about a 40min drive from my house, but definitely worth it.

I cant begin to say enough good things about canine cottage. They have went above and beyond for my family. My dog is 7 years old and has always hated going to any boarding facility and she loves it here. The staff worked with me on my pick up of my dog after I had a loss in my family and had to pick her up later then planned. They accommodated around my schedule, and kept me updated on my fur baby. They ensured my dog had everything she needed and bathed and nails taken care of. They ensured my dog was at her home away from home. This boarding facility might been smaller then most people are used to, but i assure you YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DONT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE. So much that I make a 2 hour drive when going out of town just to bring my dog here. There is about 15 boarding facilities closer to my house, but if it means my dog is taken care of in ever aspect and loved and cared for i will continue to make the drive. This is my dogs 3rd time staying here and will not be the last. You will not regret it one bit leaving your dog here. Love the staff, the facility and the care!!!!!!

Very friendly staff. Excellent with the pets. Grooming was good less hair to deal with. Learned about my dog getting hair cut.
