Tall Tail Pets have been amazing and I highly recommend them. They have helped me train my cockapoo puppy and they walk him regularly each week. He is always so happy to go out for his walks and has made some lovely friends of his own along the way. We cannot recommend Nicholas enough! He has dog sat our 4 dogs. We have 2 mastiffs, 1 Great Dane and a frenchie. My Dane is a nervous dog, within 10 minutes she was all over him, sitting with him, on him. He has a way with dogs that gives us confidence to use his services. I do not know what we would do without him (probably not go out!!) He really deserves this shining review!! 5 star recommendation!!

Michelle visited our cat twice daily when we were on holiday and she did such a good job! She did a visit first to get through the admin side of things (for free). When we came back home, our cat was clean, well fed and happy. Her litter was scooped and bin changed as well. Michelle also sent us updates almost daily and collected a parcel that was left at our doorstep. Highly recommend and price is very competitive!

We have been very happy with the care that our dog, Henry, receives from Ray. Henry enjoys his time with Ray and is calm and settled when he comes home. He's obviously bonded well with Ray and always runs up to him if we see him when we are out walking. Ray is very reliable and we would recommend him without hesitation.

Ray has a huge amount of passion and knowledge about dogs. I trust him with our dog completely and our dog clearly loves hanging out with him. We've used him twice for boarding and each time our dog comes back seeming v content. I would recommend Ray to any of our friends.

Ray is excellent and you can see that he absolutely loves dogs. Our dog loves him too! He walks our cocker spaniel while we are at work and every night he is nice and tired so we know that he has had a great walk. We would definitely recommend Ray.

Knowing Ray shortly before the formation of Petpals Chislehurst, it became apparent that he was born to care for animals. I got this impression from the way he treats his own two dogs, Ralf and Sydni. When he first mentioned that he was going to become a full time franchise owner of Petpals I never had a shadow of a doubt that he would be successful. Knowing his wife and children, I knew that the support that he would receive from them would guarantee that any animals which are under Ray’s care will also be under theirs too, no questions asked, with the love and support that they give their own animals. In June, Ray graciously agreed to look after my two cats and tortoise for a week. During the assessment phase my family and I were all thoroughly impressed in the level of detail that goes into the preparation for Ray to take care of our animals. Ray goes above and beyond to make sure that not only are your animals safe and well looked after, but so is your home. He offered to open and close curtains, turn on lamps overnight and other services to give the appearance that you were at home to deter potential burglars. Upon coming home from our holiday, we found that the tortoise and particularly the cats were not only happy to see us, but disappointed that their new friend, Ray, wasn’t coming to feed, play and look after them anymore. The bond between them is apparent and it clearly not one sided. Ray continuously asks about them when I see him and saves lily leaves for the tortoise, which are a favourite of hers. I would highly recommend to anyone who is planning on looking for any kind of pet care service to contact Ray and will certainly be using his company again for any future occasion where we need any fully qualified and insured pet care.

Ray consistently goes above and beyond to help people and their pets. We have one dog that is quite difficult and Ray has helped us every step of the way. I would recommend Ray's services to anyone with a pet that needs help, whether it's a pet taxi, dog walk or boarding. My dogs love being with him and he's helped us so much.

I am so happy with Ray & His family for taking care of my little spoiled Chihuahua Dior-Biscuit wile I was away on my Easter Break. Before I left her with Ray, she was not eating dog food at all and didn’t mix with any other dogs and couldn’t be walked with out a lead. Wile I was away ray sent me videos and pictures of my dog acting like a real dog. Dior was chilling on the sofa with other dogs, eating dog food out the bowl with two other Dogs. Ray took her for long walks off the lead and she loved it, I could see on the videos how happy she was, Dior even gave Ray a kiss on the lips good bye when he drop her back home. Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!

I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change

First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!

Sharon has been watching our beagle for the day when I am at work and our pup always comes back home like she's had the best day! Our puppy has been going for walks with Sharon at least twice a week for several months now and thoroughly enjoys himself. He's well looked after and clearly enjoys socialising with the other dogs. We've also used Sharon's daycare which has given us great peace of mind, knowing he's cared for and has company when we need to go out to work or out for the day.

Our lab has stayed with Sharon several times now and she has become our preferred and regular boarder. We just know we're in safe, positive hands with Sharon. Our dog is always desperate to jump out of the car into her house every time we come! I know he has the best time.

Instead of leaving a review I should attach a video of Rory when she realizes she is at Zoe's...she practically pulls my arm off running towards the door and runs straight in without looking back!! We have been taking Rory to Zoe's twice a week since she was a puppy and she absolutely loves it! She always comes back home content (and exhausted!). She loves getting a day to play with her doggy friends and we can relax at work knowing she is happy. She loves to be around other dogs so daycare is the perfect option for us. Rory has boarded with Zoe once and again, came back happy and bouncy and we enjoyed the little updates while we were away, she will definitely be going back again for our next holiday! Zoe and her dad, Paul, are both really friendly, approachable and have been brilliant at taking Rory last minute when the unexpected comes up. We always get little updates when we ask during the day and sometimes a little video of her enjoying herself on the walk! I'm really glad we found Zoe's, its been completely invaluable to us and was brilliant for Rory's early socializing! Zoe and Paul are the most amazing people! Our Cavapoo (Harper) went to Zoe’s Daycare for almost six months (twice a week) whilst we were staying in Croydon. She absolutely loved her time at daycare - she’d literally run into the door to see Zoe and Paul and to play with her new friends! We were working from home but wanted our puppy to be well socialised and have fun. We certainly had peace of mind knowing she was in a safe environment with Zoe and Paul. They’re so diligent, attentive and caring! We received pictures and videos often which I personally loved. Harper stayed overnight with Zoe and Paul too. It was so comforting for us know she was in the best hands and being so well cared for. We are moving out of the area and I know we won’t ever find such an amazing daycare. It really is one of a kind. We’re lucky enough to have come across Zoe and Paul and whenever we’re allowed to travel again we know exactly who’s going to be having Harper for an extended stay! Zoe and Paul are genuinely two of the most honest and caring people I’ve ever met. I know Harper’s going to miss her days with them and I will miss dropping her off and seeing her ‘wiggle bum’ with excitement to be at daycare. We couldn’t be happier with the care Harper received and would 100%+ recommend Zoe’s Doggy Daycare!

My labradoodle has been going to Zoe’s Doggy Daycare for over 18 months. She absolutely loves spending time there, and I am very happy with the care she receives. Zoe and Paul go out of their way to ensure my little fusspot is fed, and happy. When I pick her up in the evenings, she is always happy and tired. This is definitely her second home and I couldn’t imagine leaving her with anyone else.

Zoe's has been a wonderful second home for our dogs for the last four years. Our current springer gets so excited that she tries to drag me to Zoe's front door. Our 8-month-old cockapoo Phyllis has been going to Zoe and her lovely family since she was 12 weeks old. Phyllis absolutely loves her doggy daycare - she's so excited when she sees Zoe in the mornings, and is exhausted and happy when she gets home after a fun day of walks and playing with the other dogs. For us, it's so important to know that Phyllis is happy and well cared for, and we couldn't recommend Zoe enough. She offers a great service and she's really flexible - she does pick up and drop off for us, sends pictures and videos of the dogs having fun during the day, and she recently gave Phyllis her first haircut. I have been taking my dog Lucy to Zoe's for daycare five days a week for the past three months, and the only reason I had to stop is because of a change in circumstances. Lucy loved it there - it was a home away from home! Sometimes she didn't even want to leave in the evenings! Zoe and Paul are great - really friendly and flexible when I had to work late, which was such a huge support - and I was happy to leave Lucy in such safe hands. They gave Lucy a lot of love and cuddles, as well as some lovely walks, and I know they were sad to see her go. Lucy will miss them very much!

Zoe has been looking after Jack & Molly for over 2 years, its become their second home! Not only do I feel confident and happy that I'm leaving my dogs with someone who cares for them as much as I do, Zoe and Co continuously go out of their way by dropping and picking up Jack and Molly when we are working late, popping round to remove ticks because I'm awful at it, and so much more! Molly is totally spoilt with her favourite lunchtime treat at the breakfast bar with Paul, not the service she gets at home! Zoe also now grooms both dogs, she takes such care and they come back looking and smelling fabulous! I could not recommend Zoe's Doggy Daycare highly enough! We'd be totally lost without her!

I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

Little Barks have been looking after our 9 month old pup Eddie since he was 14 weeks old and we can’t recommend them enough! Eddie is so excited when Dominic comes to collect him for day care and we love receiving updates throughout the day of Eddie playing and having fun with the other lovely dogs there. Little Barks are hugely knowledgeable having given us lots of tips on bringing up our pup and we certainly give them credit for Eddie having grown up to have such a lovely temperament! You can genuinely tell Little Barks love what they do and we can’t imagine a more accommodating, reliable and safe service.

Little Barks has been wonderful for our dog Chuck. We originally got into contact with them for dog care for the practicality of us being at work but it has given so much more. Chuck the opportunity to spend time with different dogs, running and playing together, he is treated like he is one of their own. Chuck always comes home tired and is so exited when Domonic comes to collect him. I can’t imagine there being another dog care that treat the dogs so well. I would recommend Little Barks to everyone!

Our pup Dexter has been going to Little Barks for around 2 years. From overnight stays to walks and full day care. He comes home exhausted after a day of interaction with other lovely dogs. Dexter was a young dog when he first started going, Dominic and the gang have helped him grow into the most loving dog we could ever wish for. We really do credit Dexter’s stays at little barks for his loving temperament. We often book a day care for Dexter because we’re pretty sure he prefers it there to his own boring house!
