We were so lucky to find Sue and her services for our wedding day, it allowed us to have our fur baby involved in our wedding day whilst relaxing knowing he was in safe hands after the ceremony. Sue took Cody for a long walk in the morning which meant he was very chilled for his big role as our ring bearer at our wedding, Sue then helped us with photos and took him back to house sit until the wedding party returned. Cody loved Sue and took to her instantly- we just wish we’d lived close by to use her more regularly. We would strongly recommend Pets Pals Chichester as our dog wedding chaperone :)

We are so happy to have found Sue and John. They were amazing looking after our two dogs and our cat during our holidays. It is not easy to go away for a week and leave our beloved animals and the house in the hands of somebody else but we trusted Sue right from the beginning. Sue was giving us regular updates so we could enjoy our time away without needing to worry. We can not recommend Petpals Chichester highly enough and will definitely use their services again!

Oh Sue, we are so glad that we have found you! We had begun to think we couldn’t travel much anymore because of our 3 elderly cats, one of whom is blind and one deaf. They weren’t coping well with going in to a Cattery so someone visiting seemed like the only option. So, we decided to give Petpals Chichester a go. Sue, has been like a breath of fresh air, looking after our 3 precious boys so well & sending us reports and pictures after every visit. To know they are in such safe hands has really taken the stress out of travelling away; so much so that we have booked 3 trips later in the year and will be using Petpals for all of them. It really is so much kinder to leave cats in their own environment, so thank you so much Petpals!

We have been using Sue and Jon at Petpals Chichester for a month now and they are utterly fantastic. I was so anxious about getting a petsitter initially but I couldn't have left her in better hands. They are thorough, careful and considerate. My golden adores them and the visit reports I get after every visit are a highlight of my working day. They are so diligent and professional, before starting they took the time to meet my golden and go over everything in terms of her needs and personality with us. We have only used the petsitting and taxi services but I wouldn't think twice about using any of their other services should I need to.

Sue is an amazing dog walker who goes above and beyond for both our pet and us! We feel very lucky to have found Sue having moved to the area last year, the pressure was on to find someone who was reliable, caring and trustworthy - Sue is all of these and more. From the moment we met Sue, we could see her love for animals, caring nature, and professionalism. Our dog absolutely loves her and has a great time (he makes this very clear by his reaction to her arrival at our home with his wagging tail and bouncy welcome). Sue also updates us after every walk, with a photo and comment. Sue is very easy to contact and always quick to respond, she is very flexible to fit in with our busy lives and the online booking system makes it super easy to make or amend bookings. I would highly recommend Sue to anyone in the area who requires any of PetPals services. Thank you Sue!

We are so pleased we found Petpals when we needed them. Right from the beginning Sue had been fantastic coming round to meet our dog, really getting to know him and taking the time to make sure she understood all our requirements. Our dog absolutely loves it when Sue comes to visit and she always takes the time to message a report after each of her visit which are personalised and lovely. Sue really cares about the animals and it is so reassuring to know our pets are in such good hands. We would highly recommend Per Pals 10 times over. Thank you!

We had such a positive experience with Pet Pals from the start! Sue was very quick to respond to our request, we arranged for her to meet the cats before the planned overnight stay, and Sue was so kind, gentle and friendly with them as well as being very professional and thorough with all the info I gave! Whist we were away I received updates and photos which was such a lovely touch and very much appreciated. Our cats Eric and Lucy were calm and happy in the photos and when we got home. It gave us such peace of mind knowing Sue was looking after them so well while we were away. We will definitely be using Pet Pals Chichester again and highly recommend others do too!

Sue has been brilliant with our dogs (who are not always easy) She has stayed over and done visits and walks a number of times now and been wonderful. The dogs love her and we feel really relaxed knowing she is there. She always sends up dates and photos too which we love!

What a delight to meet Sue and find someone locally to care for our 9 week old pups last weekend. Everything was spot on, from our first contact, thorough information shared, we were confident enough to know that Sue would care for the pups for a few hours tending to their individual needs and ongoing training in line with our own philosophy. A comprehensive update report while we were away from home with photos. Cannot recommend PetPals with Sue any more than Excellent service, Communication, professionalism and friendly, competent attitude on all levels. Well done Sue you have a super business model.

I am so pleased we found Pawsitivity for our dogs. They are treated so well, loved and cared for like part of the the family. Irma always has so much good advice and knowledge and has made my girls feel settled from the moment she met them. They have some great walks while there and always come back chilled and happy! Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend Pawsitivity Dog Daycare, Boarding & Walking 🐾 Lando loves his weekly walks, his days at day care and his stays at boarding, Irma and Marco are so lovely and look after him so well, they keep us updated throughout the day and send us pics of him on walks. Lando has definitely grown in confidence spending time with lots of other dogs, thank you Irma & Marco!

Marco and Irma take exceptional care of our cockapoo. I was nervous leaving her but Irma sent me pictures of her playing. She comes back exhausted and gets very excited when she knows she is going there.

My dog has recently stayed for 2 weeks with Pawsitivity and he has come home such a happy and healthy boy. Home from home and lots of lovely walks and the photos gave us peace of mind. Irma and Marco are knowledgeable and have lots of love to give. Highly recommended.

Noisette loves going and staying with Irma and Marco, she does go with Marco on a long walk once a week. I would highly recommend them

Irma took over from our puppy trainer/walker when she moved, and we were worried Alfie wouldn't settle, but we were wrong he absolutely adors Irma, and when he comes back is bouncing around so happy and full of himself. He is interacting with other dogs far more .It's really more of a social play date that we wanted for him . He really looks forward to seeing her . We couldn't be happier.

We’ve sent our dog to Irma for a few months now for both daycare and boarding. With pictures and updates we get to see the fun he’s having. They take great care of him and we know he’s happy there for his home away from home. With walks on the beach and in the woods, he’s well exercised. Would highly recommend Pawsitivity Dog Daycare if you want your dog to feel loved even when they’re away from you.

I've not been using Pawsitivity for long but my Spaniel always looks so happy in the pupates Irma sends me and posts on social media. They are really flexible and often helped me out at short notice. I feel confident when Rocco is with them as I know he's always well looked after. Would highly recommend Pawsitivity to anyone who wants their 4 legged friend looked after.

When we went on holiday to France this May, Irma walked our two dogs every day. We were kept up to date with lovely messages and photos. It really made us feel content that they were being looked after so well. We will definitely be using this service again as the pups loved her so much.

Pawsitivity had our little boy for just over a week. We were very happy with the service - Irma and Marco were responsive, attentive and caring. Kate absolutely loves dogs and they absolutely love her! She is very knowledgeable about dog care and behaviour. She is very kind and caring to all the dogs she looks after and she treats them like members of her family. If dogs could choose, they would choose Kate!

There are few people I trust with my dogs more than Kate. She absolutely adores all dogs and they adore her. I know my girls will be really well looked after, get to socialise safely with other dogs and they come home tired and happy. Absolutely first class.

Kate, Nicky and Lara are fantastic! Our dogs Ted and Percy adore them and I am confident they look after them just as I do. When Kate dog sits she spoils them with lots of cuddles and I'm sure they are disappointed when we come home. Thank you so much ladies.

Sara and Mike are brilliant! They have walked and boarded my pup since he was ten weeks old and he loves them to bits - they look after him like he is theirs and I have every confidence that he is safe and happy when he is with them. He is super excited to see them each and every time! I receive regular updates whether its from walks or boarding and both Mike and Sara are professional, reliable and friendly. I highly recommend their services.

Mike & Sara are a great team, and quite clearly very knowledgable about puppies and dogs! They are easy going and supportive, with a lab puppy things can be hard work sometimes but Sara has lots of tips and tricks to make things easier 😊 Abel loves them both and enjoys his walks & playtime with Mike! Mike and Sara are an amazing team. We couldn’t be happier with their services. We use grooming, boarding / walking and training and highly recommend all. Very knowledgeable, caring and reliable. They offer a home from home experience making our pup and us feel at ease and very happy. We looked around before deciding Mike and Sara were the right people to look after our 10 month old pups and truly we are so pleased we have made the correct decision. Mike and Sara have had them for the weekend and they have come back home so happy and content, I look forward to our dogs next visit knowing they will be well looked after and cared for in December and then for 2 further weeks in January. Fantastic service, friendly and professional people, Our Cocker Spaniel, Buddy, loves his visits and is always happy to stay. We feel very fortunate to have found Sarah and her team. Brilliant service and we have no hesitation to drop Buddy off.

Our pup had a wonderful stay with sarah from start to finish. After never using a dog sitter/boarder before we were hesitant to leave our boy for 9 nights but we had absolutely nothing to worry about. Sarah sent us regular updates throughout his stay and upon collecting him we can tell he was very well looked after! Would 100% recommend paws and relax, our boy is now exhausted from a week of walkies, playing and cuddles!

Dawn took wonderful care of our dog while we were away. She sent us regular updates and made sure before hand that our dog would get all the specialty care she needed and left our house very clean. Thank you!

We have not used a pet sitter before so was a little apprehensive, but we need not have worried as Dawn was wonderful! She was friendly, kept us up to date throughout our two week holiday and loved our dog as if she were her own and the house was just as we had left it. Dawn is a fantastic pet sitter. Our dog is very anxious but Dawn took the time to build a bond with her and we felt very comfortable leaving her whilst we were away. Dawns regular pupdates put our mind at rest that our little fur baby was in the best hands. 100% recommend!

My lovely but difficult dog was very happy when the lovely Dawn came to stay and look after her for a week at short notice. Dawn has a lot of knowledge of canine behaviour, and gave us some helpful tips on our return which we've since put into practice. I would happily ask Dawn to pet sit for us again without hesitation.

Dawn was tuned in to the dogs and looked comfortable and in control. They were relaxed on my return, the house was clean and tidy, and the dogs had been well looked after. If I need a dog sitter in the future I would certainly hope that Dawn has availability. Thank you.

This is an update to my earlier review in December 2023. As planned Dawn came to look after our large house and our young lively fox red Labrador for 6 weeks from the end of January to mid-March. She did a fabulous job. She was very attentive to Freddie's needs and knows her stuff when it comes to dog psychology! The house was looked after extremely well and it was left in excellent condition. She kept us regularly informed about developments and sent us lots of photos of Freddie while we were away. She was very responsive when we needed to contact her about things to do with the house. We felt very confident that she was able to take everything in her stride and that Freddie was being very well looked after. We came home to a very happy dog and everything all in order at home. What more could we ask for? We will certainly be happy to use Dawn again when we go away and have no reservations in recommending her to others. Thanks Dawn.

Dawn looked after my cat while I was on holiday and sent lots of photographs of her having cuddles and playing with him and it was so reassuring. I can highly recommend this service.

Wonderful day care with staff who clearly love the dogs and take great care of them. To see how excited all the dogs are, as they arrive, is testament to how much they enjoy their time here.

Came Bognor Regis on holiday and wanted a day out were we didn't have to worry about the dogs. The team here were amazing, they organised a trial to meet the dogs before booking them in for a full day of care. Staff are really friendly and the dogs looked like they enjoyed themselves too. Next time we're up this end of the country we will definitely be using them again.

My puppy Gsd had a trial last week and absolutely loved it. Rhia barks a lot when she first sees other dogs and gets very over excited. The girls were absolutely amazing with her and introduced the dogs to her one by one. She’s been for 3 hours today and had an amazing morning. She’s totally whacked now and snoozing away. Thankyou to all the girls at Scdt doggie day care ❤️

Ellie loves it when she goes to daycare or to training. She is always exhausted after playing with the other dogs all day. Great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great little shop for treats food and lots more.

I was recommended Bee Bee kennels by a friend of mine this was the first time we left our dog 🐶 Teddy Darren and he's Daughter kept us informed that Teddy had settled in nicely this put our minds at rest so we could enjoy our holiday when my Daughter picked up Teddy he did not want to leave and kept looking back definitely will be sending Teddy on many more vacations 😁☺️

Amazing kennel with owners that really care for your pet.

They had our Barley for 2 weeks and all was fine. They even washed his bedding and Barley was in fine fettle. He had apparently behaved himself well and photo's were sent to us while away. Great service and would highly recommend - personal recommendarion is how we heard of them.

After being hesitant for years about using a kennels we are so so pleased to have gone for it with bee bee kennels and regret not doing it sooner! Darren is so friendly, genuine and it is very clear he has a real passion for caring for dogs! So grateful to Darren and his family for offering this service. You guys are great! We will without a doubt be returning clients 😊 🐶 🐕 🐾

Although our dog is yet to stay here (we have made 2 bookings) I am already extremely confident and happy he will be well looked after, the staff are all wonderful, live onsite and are renovating the kennels to an amazing standard by hand, you can really tell there is a passion for dogs here.

Have used BeeBee kennels for several years. Our two Dogs always happy here. Darren goes above and beyond to care for the dogs boarding at his place. Is always on hand day and night as he lives on the premises.

Friendly people. Obviously dog lovers. Our young spaniel stayed here on his first time away from us and he seemed very happy. We have booked further stays.

Our three dogs used bee bs for yesterday.darren is very good and kennels are perfect and clean my 2 remaining dogs will continue to use this exceptional kennels until too old to do so.

We have been using Bee Bees for about 5 years now and both staff and kennels are amazing. Blaze thoroughly loves it there. Would recommend to all dog owners.

My little one has stayed three times now and always seem to have fun. Walked lots and sleeps well for days after. Loads of photos and text message updates which is reassuring when leaving him there. Will continue to use her services.

Just picked up our three from their holiday whilst we had ours from Carleton Canine Centre. Having tried another two kennels over the years we can thankfully say we have found our one… whilst leaving a review may make them busier and more difficult for is to get our three into it is well worth the recognition. Nothing was too much trouble, they understood the breeds and their ‘unique charms’ and all three had their tails up and were happy. (Past experiences with others not the same) we fully expected to have to wash the dogs when we got home but no need. I have no trouble recommending the kennels and their staff as they were all lovely. Thanks again x

We took our three big dogs here for the last week while we were on holiday. After having a few bad experiences with kennels, we were nervous to try another, but we cannot explain how pleased we were with Carleton! All of the staff are incredibly caring, friendly, and attentive. One of our dogs is a Cane Corso with a lot of friendly energy but anxiety about kennels. I have never seen her walk in so excited and happy and come out exactly the same. This has filled my heart to know she was happy and comfortable while we were away. We're so pleased and have definitely found our new kennels for any future use! Thank you so much to the whole team, cannot recommend you enough!

We adopted our two Jack Russell Westie crosses from here 18 months ago, and we bring them back to be groomed here. The pups are always happy to see the staff , which is lovely.

Our rescue dog Skye is very well looked after here. She is on lots of medications and they made a clear plan to make sure she could still have the routine she has at home - Rene, Carla and the team are brilliant - and Rene talks to and loves Skye like she’s her own - we have used them a number of times now and will continue to do so -

I cannot recommend here enough!!!! I have a very anxious dog who is scared of people so I called and explained and they said I could bring him along and meet everyone so he can get used to the staff before leaving him whilst on holiday. I felt so content leaving him in their care (and I wouldn’t have gone on holiday if I wasn’t 100% sure he would be okay and trust who looked after him) He means the world to me so I was very picky! All the staff are absolutely amazing and Bears best friend Renee is just an absolute hero! She reassured me so much I often received videos and pictures of him which calmed me so much! It meant I felt so comfortable and happy knowing he was happy and in such good care! My dog Bear loves her so much they even share his favourite treats of a carrot together! 😂 We now have 2 dogs and again due to her being a rescue she is nervous. We took them both in and Bear couldn’t wait to see everyone! They made such a fuss of Beau and made sure she was settled and happy. And to ease my mind I receive a message that same day to say they are both fine and happy which meant so much to me! Renee goes above and beyond to make sure not only the dogs are okay but you are aswell! It’s so special when you find so where like this! I would be lost without you all! Thank you to all of you! Both my doggies love so much!!! You’re our doggie hero’s! ❤️

I miss my dogs a lot when I’m on holiday so I’m constantly checking the cameras to see if I can spot them. What I love to see is that every dog gets a cuddle and a fuss everytime they are let out into the paddock. The dogs all look so happy and the team there are clearly devoted to them. I can’t think of a better place to leave my dogs when I’m on holiday.

Our dog was here for 12 days over Christmas. He had troubles settling in but the staff were amazing especially Carla. Could not recommend enough. Thank you guys

Ripley stayed over Christmas at Carleton and clearly had a great time. The team clearly understand what they are doing and know dogs well which is very reassuring to the owners.
