My Gunner stayed there this weekend and I saw some changes that I was not too happy with. When I logged in to watch the dogs at play, I did see may dog fights going on while the employee was cleaning the floor. The employee did not see the fights and never broke them up. I'm just glad my dog was not involved or there would be an issue. I also saw 2 dogs on top of another dog for a while. I did not like seeing that. I know they have to clean while the dogs are playing but they need to look around also.!! Thank you. 12/3/2024 This place is great for leaving your pet while you go on vacation. My dog has separation anxiety and does so well here. I've tried other places and when I'd pick him up he would be sick for days, smell, and I would have to take him to the vet. This place he loves. All the employees I have met are friendly, happy and love pets. I definitely recommend this place. They also have daycare. 7/2024

I am super happy with the grooming service! It was easy, fast and he treated my dog so sweet. They made me feel very comfortable leaving her. It’s been hard for me to find someone who can groom my Yorkie correctly, and Joel did an amazing job! She was perfectly cut. We are definitely going back.

Love bringing our dogs to stay here when we are out of town. The staff is great and the dogs are happy.. Joel is a fantastic groomer! We had our dogs groomed while they stayed.

Colby has been going here for a few months and he absolutely loves it! The staff is amazing! On the car ride home he sleeps the whole way, and even has a smile on his face 😀 (see pics) …

Great facility and staff! I can see on webcams how well they work with the animals. Point of feedback that even though the official hours say 6:30am opening, I have trouble getting someone on the phone at the front desk around that time.

My girlfriend has worked at PetSuites for a little over a year now and she always says that it is the best job. All she talks about is all the sweet dogs and cats she gets to work with and all of the people. I’ve been there myself and it is a very clean facility. They are always cleaning to make sure all the dogs and cats have a safe stay at PetSuites! Everyone there is so professional and they all genuinely care about every single dog and cat that comes through. My girlfriend has two older dogs and they love to play with their friends in daycare! I would recommend PetSuites for anyone looking for a nice, clean and happy facility to board their fur baby!

Our new puppy TED was there for TWO weeks!! We got photos everyday of him and his puppy friends. Everyone there was awesome!! I am sure he had a great time and we were happy to find Pet Suites!!

I’ve been taking my dog here for a while. He has some anxiety when it comes to grooming and he got the best report ever this last time. Joel was amazing!! He did such a great job and knew how to work with my dog to keep him comfortable.

My husband and I stopped in last week to tour their facility and we were really impressed with their cleanliness. The staff all seemed to really care about the animals and were really helpful and explaining what to expect. We are looking forward to our pets first boarding stay with them!!

Oakley had an excellent week at PetSuites! The booking and check-in process was a breeze, and communication with the staff was very easy! We've never left her for a full week before so I was definitely anxious, but they were so helpful! I definitely reccomend them for boarding!

We have two dogs and two cats...and Best in Pet Services is awesome! The time and care they take with our furry four legged children gives us the confidence to travel knowing that they are in good hands. Best in Pet takes the time to not only understand your needs as an owner but also takes the time to 'be-friend' your pet. The relationship our animals have with Best is amazing! We were so fortunate in finding such a caring compassionate animal lover to care for our sweet Molly while on vacation. She had daily walks and lots of love as we found out through notes left from each visit. it really took (some) of the guilt out of leaving. I would highly recommend Lisa and her staff to anyone looking for extra special pet sitting services.

Lisa came daily to check in on our bunny. It brought us such peace of mind for the 6 days we were away, to know that someone caring and compassionate provided this service. Lisa accommodated us, on all levels, meeting Hazel's needs while we were away. We would highly recommend her services.

Wonderful! Being new to the area, we had no one to ask to pet sit for us. Kalli, and Best in Pet Services has ended our search. Visit diaries, texts with visit pictures all to help us know that our pets were in the best of care. When your pet sitter loves your fur babies as much as you do, you know you have a winner!

We love Best in Pet. Always a great experience, we wouldn't trust our pets to anyone else! We've used Best in Pet now 4-5 times and have never had one negative experience. Love the quick communication and simplicity of booking online too.

Its hard to believe, but Lisa and her crew have been watching our pets (now 4 dogs and 1 cat) for over 7 years. Might be 9. While we hate leaving our 'boys', we know they are in the best hands. Cant imagine having entrusting them to anyone elae

Took my two (very) reactive pups here for private pool and play yard time. Just wow, not only is it an awesome space and super clean, but every staff person was so understanding and willing to accommodate my difficult dogs. Everyone at Lucky Paws went above and beyond and we can't wait to come back here for more good times!

We went here for a semi-private puppy pool party and couldn't have asked for a better experience! Gretchen and all of the staff are so kind and helpful. They made sure we had everything ready to go so the day of the event went smoothly. It was gross weather and the people who booked after us cancelled, so they let us stay an extra hour for free! Very lovely people and awesome facility!

We visit the outdoor pool and agility area and love it! My pup is always exhausted after we leave… the pool and clean and limited number of pups. Great experience!!

We have been using Lucky Paws for over 12 years (2 different dogs) for boarding, grooming and daycare and I cannot speak highly enough about them in all three areas. The staff and facilities are unparalleled. I am super picky with the places I use when it comes to my dog. He is a part of our family after-all! Unlike dog daycares that just pen your dog in a small gravel-bottomed exposure, Lucky Paws has beautiful, clean and and large indoor and outdoor play yards (with grass!) that also includes a huge swimming pool! (Huge bonus in the summer.) The day care is very well staffed and they actually play with your dogs. Animals coming into their daycare are well vetted which gives me peace of mind that my dog will always be safe and surrounded by healthy and happy dogs. I love the groomers, especially Michelle. She is so good with my dog and does a great job with his haircuts. She is one of the nicest people and my little mini doodle loves her! As for boarding, it is the only place I will consider. Beyond being clean and well maintained they offer a lot of a la carte options that let you customize your pet's stay. I love this flexibility. The staff are all great and you can tell that they all put the animals first. Love, love, love this place! I cannot recommend it enough.

Great outdoor dog park with a lot of running space, an obstacle course and a perfect pool to swim and have a good time. The price is very reasonable and we’ll def be going back

10 out of 10 LOVED this place and my dogs loved it as well!! We went for play time outside in the pool and my dogs had a blast. They check vet records so you know your dog is safe around the other dogs and have a complete enclosed play area. It's only $10 a dog for the whole day!

I took my nervous dog with severe separation anxiety to lucky paws for daycare as I am no longer a remote worker and am required to be in office 3 days a week. Staff was so friendly and helpful on the phone. Very nice people. Also they were so sweet to my boy Manny. Everyone loved him there and I can tell they genuinely enjoy being around the dogs in their care. I can’t wait for manny to have a fun place to go to socialize and play. Other daycares in this area are just a small dark concrete room and a vey tiny area of fake grass. Lucky paws has a beautiful facility and outdoor park with acres of land. I can’t wait for the summer months so Manny can play in the pool. It looks amazing!! They get 5 stars from me, only downside is I do wish they had cameras but I believe the reason they don’t is because like I said they have acres of land with nowhere to really put cameras so it makes complete sense. I would say they are the best in the area. Trust me when I say I have done so much research on daycares and have already tried a couple. Where I send my dog is of utmost importance. My dog is my life and my light and he is what keeps me going. I feel at peace sending him to lucky paws and I know he will have fun and socialize. Thank you lucky paws for making me feel at peace while being away from my dog. I will be a repeat customer that sends my dog 3 days a week. I also would love to try some of their trainings and agility classes.

I really can't say enough great things about Lucky Paws. My wife and I adopted our dog, Dante, as we first moved to the area. We happened to live only a mile down the road, so trying it out was logical. Boy am I glad we did! They literally have it all - HUGE outside area with a seasonal incline pool, a separated astro turf section for when the weather is nice, but the outdoor area is muddy/closed for the winter, and even a huge indoor area for when it's just too damn cold outside! Wait though, there's more! They even have a groomer, boarding, training sessions, you name it! I think the greatest thing they had though, which wouldn't be normally mentioned, is a great community. You see the same people throughout the year and the same dogs. Dante had his own wolf pack to roll with every time we were there and the company shared amongst the humans was great! Luxury like this costs something, but I found the $175 price tag for the year to be more than reasonable. You get what you pay for! It took us moving to Virginia to finally realize how good we had it at Lucky Paws, which is what finally prompted me to sing their praise in this review. So with that said...Gracie, Inca, Remi, Rugby, Meg, Saida, Sophie, and whoever else I may have missed. Dante misses you guys!

Love talking our husky malamute mix here for the pool in summer. One a kind place! The pool is pretty big and the park even larger. Always seems to be a healthy load of tennis balls floating in the pool too.

Gem of a place! The team and facilities at Lucky Paw are fantastic! They look after our pup like she was their own and the variety of services cover everything from grooming, daycare, and boarding. Highly recommend!

Heather was FANTASTIC, not only did she come every day to look after our beautiful cat Charlotte, she went above and beyond by watering my flowers, bringing in our mail, and even putting out our trash while we were away. We received daily updates and pictures through the app for our baby girl. Just wonderful reliable service at a more than fair price. I will definitely be using her services again!

Heather is amazing! She cares for our pet when we aren't able - and provides much needed in-home grooming for our sweet dog -- who isn't too happy getting a bath! Awesome service! So glad we found in-home services since it takes a lot of stress and anxiety off our pet when she's able to stay at home.

We first boarded our puppy Romi with Heather when she was just a few months old and have been sending her to No Place Like Home Pet Sitting ever since. Heather sends daily updates and photos and I never have to worry about my girl when I’m away. She truly feels like she is at home and is always so excited when we drop her off. Sometimes I actually think she is disappointed when she has to leave. Heather is very responsive and goes out of her way to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable. I highly recommend NPLH and wouldn’t think about sending my pup anywhere else.

Heather is wonderful! My dog Murphy has special needs (back legs are paralyzed from intervertebral disc disease) so his bladder needs to be manually expressed. Heather is great with him. She is kind, trustworthy, attentive, and thorough. Her regular emails with photo updates ease my mind while I'm away. Plus, she's only a text message or phone call away. Don't hesitate to hire Heather to take care of your pet!

Our family used this service twice a day while we were on vacation. The sitters cared for our two cats, one of whom had health needs that required administering daily medication and lots of "accident" clean-up. The sitters kept in touch with us daily to update us and even included photos of the cats. It gave our family peace of mind to have such wonderful caregivers for our kitties. I'd highly recommend Heather and her staff.

Nancy is such a great cat sitter! She took great care of our kitty Meeko and on short notice with no concerns at all. She offered to help get our mail, take out trash out and water our plant while we went on our vacation. She will be our forever pet sitter as we used to have a family member watch our cat but the family member is not able to anymore. I just love how she cares about all animals. Thanks so much and we look forward to taking time away now with no worries.

This place is awesome my boy Ringo gets so happy when he gets to have a sleepover or playdate with his pals at the care center they have foam parties!!!? ( Kinda jealous!). The staff is amazing they take pictures of your fur baby throughout the day and show you what they are up to. They always have cool treats for them and fun activities they are very well priced to. I've seen other people's dogs come in and their tails go up and they get so happy seeing the staff. Such an amazing gem to have in our area!!! So happy to have found My Dog’s Care Center! We had our first grooming appointment and everything went smoothly. The staff are very friendly and were able to fit us in for a last minute appointment. Our little guy left happy and looking very handsome. Facility is clean and professional. Several dogs were picked up while I was there and they all seemed to have had a great time. Looking forward to our next grooming!

I want to provide my heartfelt gratitude for taking amazing care of my dogs over the last year! We’ve now boarded them multiple times and stopped by for daycare and grooming and each and every interaction has been wonderful. The care team are true professionals and very obviously well trained in dog behavior and safety, which is something I looked for when choosing a center after moving to PA last year. We boarded the dogs over Christmas and our return flight had to be cancelled. The front desk was so helpful in rearranging their stay and what they could eat. My dogs whine with excitement when we pull up to drop them off and always come home happy, healthy, and ready for a nap!

My 12 yr old Scarlett has been going to mydog for our boarding needs for years. She loves it! Stimulation from her pup comrades and excellent care from a dedicated staff gives her the best experience possible. We love it because we don't worry one minute that she is not properly being cared for. I cannot say enough wonderful things about mydog!

We have been bringing our fur baby here for years. The staff are amazing and so caring. They love our boy as much as we do! From daycare and enrichment activities to grooming and boarding, My Dog is top notch and we know our boy is in great hands.

Our 10 month Mini Goldendoodle, Zuzu got boarded for 6 days there and absolutely no complaints. We had to do it last second and they were more than accommodating. Even though she can't talk we think she'd say, "I WILL be back to this place!" <3

They are always prompt and friendly! Our dog has anxiety at the groomers because of a bad experience at a different, big box store groomers. Since we've started here, our dog is opening up more, and they are very gentle with her! Erika does a wonderful job!!

Absolutely awesome! I swear our dog likes it better there than home! The staff is friendly and loves the dogs... Place is clean and warm. They offer grooming as well. Price is just right, fair and maybe a little less than most, with better service.

Our new young dog spent a week here is boarding and training because our usual pet sitter and the dog weren’t comfortable enough with each other for the sitter to get her into the crate or out for a walk. Dan, Amanda and Michael did amazing work teaching her “stay,” loose leash walking and “leave it.” Most importantly they and the kennel staff worked with our pup to make her comfortable and happy with handlers she didn’t know. They were also patient and supportive with me, the nervous owner who hadn’t kenneled a dog for at least 15 years. Anytime I called, they were knowledgeable about our dog’s progress. It’s clear to me that care a lot about their clients and their owners. We will definitely use their services again and recommend them to friends. Thanks to Dan, Amanda, and Michael, the trainers, and the kennel owners and staff who put our puppy at ease!

Was a last minute boarding and it couldn't have been better! Did an unannounced walk in tour of the facility and it was spotless... Loved the place and would definitely keep bringing my dog here for future boardings...

They took great care of Ecto! We feel better knowing someone is there later in the day if needed. Most facilities will leave after 6pm and not come back for 12 hours. We loved that they offer tours without notice so you can see how they actually run the facility.

This place has really grown. The grounds are clean and well kept. Our dog does not go or come home very happy from here, which is concerning. But he seems cared for.

Just Phenomenal. This was Max’s first time at a kennel and I was worried sick he’d be unhappy. Let’s just say- he was far from unhappy! I loved hearing how his day went and getting happy pictures of him every afternoon! I will 100% be using parkway lodge again! Knowing my pup was in great hands made our vacation the best it could be. We took our rescue puppy Penny here for training. She was a difficult student, but the staff was exceptionally patient and kind. The format is great for puppies (and come on, it's also so cute!!) Highly recommend!

At other boarding facilities, my dog would put up a fight when getting out of the car, but with Parkway, he jumps out with no issue. This tells me they are doing things right for him, and I am so thankful I found this place!

Completely reliable and loving care for our cat. Recommend them highly. Our cat care taker has become family. She also takes extra time with our kitty when we’re away and is very talented at capturing wonderful photos of him. Great communication through the app and in person. So relieved to have found them.

Highly Recommend! Fetch! Pet Care has done an outstanding job for me. When I go out-of-town, they care for my dog and cat in the mornings and in the evenings. They always post pictures and an update with each visit, which makes me feel comfortable that my pets are well cared for while I am away. Fetch! Pet Care was everything we were looking for in a cat sitting service. Laura Y was fantastic while we were gone for 18 days this May. We have absolutely no issues with the portal, the schedule or the service. One of our cats took a while to warm up, but that had nothing to do with Laura or Fetch! He is just cranky. When we came home, everything was as it should be and the cats were well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone. And we look forward to booking their services again soon.

We were a bit apprehensive as we are extremely reluctant to leave our animals in the care of a stranger. However, after our experience with this company in October 2023, our expectations were far exceeded. In particular, our pet carer, Jody, was absolutely wonderful. She was extremely meticulous and her correspondence with us was prompt and informative. I felt as if a family member were caring for our animals. We were deeply touched and appreciative of the love and attention Jody showed towards our pets. We cannot recommend her enough!

Fetch! Pet Care was fast and easy! I've used Rover and other online pet sitting services before. What makes Fetch! better is that they find the sitter for you and arrange introductory meetings. I had a hard time connecting with sitters with other services....they said they would get back to me with a date and time they could have a meet and greet and then would never contact me. I did not want to follow up with them because I figured if they couldn't schedule a meet and greet, how were they going to be at caring for my pets?! Fetch! finds the caregiver for you, there is a meet and greet, then you let Fetch! know if you would like to proceed with the sitter. Fetch! gives you a detailed invoice listing each date the sitter will visit your pet, the length of time each visit would be, and the cost of each visit. I appreciated having that invoice. Pam watched our cat and dog for 10 days and we were very happy with their care. Our dog got a long walk every morning and then a midday visit and end-of-day visit. Well worth the peace of mind.

They texted us with little updates, just enough to reassure us that everything was going well. They took such good care of our girls.
