Jane has been walking our dog Rocky for a few years now and has always been very flexible and adaptable to our varied needs. She has assisted us with finding temporary cover whilst she is away and has also helped us find boarding care when she was unavailable at very short notice. Rocky loves going out with Jane and the rest of the Paws and Whiskers gang. He recently boarded with her whilst we were abroad on holiday and the care given was fantastic. It really did help us to relax and have a great time knowing that Rocky was well looked after. We would highly recommend Paws and Whiskers Pet Care to anyone needing her services. Paws and Whiskers have done a fantastic job looking after our 2 cats and guinea pigs whilst we've been away! Really good service and felt our pets were in safe hands. Got regular updates. Would definitely recommend.

Jane has looked after our 13 year old springer spaniel a few times he is still extremely lively but he copes well with the fabulous walks Jane takes him on. We get fantastic photos of him whilst we are away and updates. He couldn’t be in better hands, we have no concerns as he is so content staying with Jane.

Jane has been looking after Angus for a while now, he always looks forward to seeing her whether it’s for walks or pet visits, she is always making a fuss of him when she sees him, I have a very varied and busy schedule that changes regularly and Jane has always been accommodating for this and is always happy to help if she can. There is nobody else we would trust Daisy with when we go away other than with Jane, we get updates via messages and can see where she's been each day on the Facebook page surrounded by other dogs which she loves. Daisy flies through Jane's front door and truly makes herself right at home because she's so comfortable and happy there! Knowing your dog is happy and so well looked after is priceless and I would highly recommend to anybody.

Jane is so lovely. Her love for animals is apparent in everything she does and she always goes above and beyond to make sure our dog is well cared for. Luna loves her walks with Jane and it is so reassuring to know that she is in good hands. I love to see the amazing photos she takes on her walks and it’s so nice to see Luna having fun with her friends. Would 100% recommend!

Our four cats had the pleasure of being cared for by Jane whilst we were away for the weekend. We were able to relax knowing that Jane was visiting them and we received updates so we knew our fur babies were in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

I have used Jane for the last 4 years to walk Archie, she was recommended by another user and I am so glad she did! Archie gets excited every time I mention her name let alone when she turns up to walk him. We also use Jane for boarding as I know he is being so well looked after & I can go away with no worries whatsoever! She should also be a photographer as the pictures she takes of the pups in action are amazing! I really do not know what we would do without her! 😘

Jo has looked after our rabbits many times. She is fantastic with them. Your fur babies will be in safe hands while you’re away.

Jo looked after our two bunnies and we couldn't recommend her enough. They had a lovely space with indoor and outdoor runs, and clearly had a great time as it was difficult to get them back in their carrier to come home! Thank you again Jo for looking after Gatsby and Daisy!

Fabulous, looked after my tortoise Flash so well. I felt comfortable leaving him there. They even sent a settling in photo!

I was very pleased to see the arrangements Jo had made for my rabbit's recent stay. The pen was spacious with a number of activities to keep my bunny occupied. And there was an outdoor area in the daytime too. I was also impressed by the updates provided by Jo. I was nervous about leaving my rabbit with a new person but a combination of Jo's friendly professionalism and seeing the accommodation put me fully at ease. I'll look forward to the next occasion.

Booked our 2 bunnies in the superior accommodation over Easter this year, and what a lovely time they had! The views are amazing there, and they had lots of space indoor, and out, for them to run around. Very affordable luxury, and they were so well looked after, even had their toe nails clipped! I can’t recommend Petpals Buxton highly enough. They have walked our Beagle for the last few years and he is a difficult dog to walk. He is reactive and strong and they have always been patient and built trust with him. If you need a dog walker in the High Peak check them out.

I have used Deborah from Petpals Buxton regularly to look after my cat since I got her two years ago. It works very well as my rescue Luna much prefers being in her own home. Deborah is knowledgeable and flexible, and has sometimes extended her care or responded with short notice. A most valuable service for a single owner! Thank you.

We have had Deborah walking our dog Daisy for nearly two years now. Daisy is a bit of a difficult dog, quite nervous when out and meeting other dogs. With Deborah we feel at ease as we know that she understands our dogs special needs and would never get her in any unsafe situation with other dogs. Plus Daisy loves her! Great service from Deborah at Buxton Petpals. So much better for our cats to be looked after in their own home which we are away. Deborah ran through everything with us and she has been flexible with days a couple of times when our return has been delayed. We absolutely recommend Buxton Petpals.

Since moving to Derbyshire 18months ago, with no family close by to look after our beloved cocker spaniel, PetPals Buxton have been our saviour! In all that time they have taken our dog out 4 times a week and have never once let us down. Deborah & Jo both leave notes when needed, but mostly to tell us what a wonderful time the dogs have had which is also evident from the photos and videos posted on Facebook. But the proof in the pudding is the fact that each morning about 1/2hr before pick up time, Rolo jumps onto the window seat in the kitchen with his chin rested on the windowsill waiting patiently for the Petpals van to arrive....... then gets very excited! We honestly couldn't do without them. Totally trustworthy and definitely recommend.

Debs 'cat-sat' our Rosie for a week, and we were really impressed by her professionalism and flexibility - we changed our plans a couple of times at the last minute and she didn't bat an eyelid! She also went that extra mile, putting some flowers that were delivered whilst we were away in a jar and bringing our post in. Will definitely ask her to look after Rosie again, highly recommended.

We are absolutely delighted with the care and service we receive from Petpals Buxton. It is very reassuring to know that our much loved dog is in great hands, he is a large breed and nothing is too much trouble for them. They write comments in a book so we know what he has done with them that day, we can also add comments too 😊 and view videos of him playing with his dog friends. We would have no hesitation recommending their service and thank them very much.

my girls love having deborah to stay, always peace of mind knowing they are well cared for, and the daily photos and videos are very welcome and reassuring to see them looked after and having fun. highly recommended

The last time I used this service for my cats I returned to empty water trays, a foul smelling sink full of water and wet cat food and a bath with an open bag of dirty cat litter in it. Not impressed at all plus the danger of dehydrated cats. Would not use again.

Our dog absolutely loves staying at Lara and Liam's. We used them for a week holiday, as well as a day care. Each time the dog comes home happy and well looked after. Massive perk- they take the best pictures ♥️

Love taking our dogs to Lara and Liam, they are treated like family and always have plenty to do. They take them on beautiful walks all around Sheffield and always always go above and beyond to accommodate our dogs' needs and give them a great time. I'm so grateful I can go to work or uni and relax knowing they're happy, active and loved when I'm not there❤️ 🐾

Really good doggy day care and boarding. Lara and her partner took very good care of my rescue dog many times including overnight. He is a bit nervous with new dogs but Lara had him playing off leash with the others within minutes every time. She is very experienced, confident and cares about dogs. She was also very friendly and accommodating to me which I really appreciated. My dog liked her, enjoyed staying with her and would be pooped when he came home because he played so much. She is also open at the weekends which is very convenient.

My dog loves Lara! He gets so excited every time were on our way to drop him off it's incredible, especially as he's super attached to me and has separation anxiety. He's become more confident and playful with others dogs since coming here too. Lara is a very warm and caring person and it shows in everything she does. I love the photo updates too!

Lara took care of our family dog Lilly during our half term visit to the Peak District and she was amazing! It was last minute and she was very responsive, saving our holiday when the weather forced us to indoor activities for a few days and where couldn't bring the dog. She took great care of Lilly, making sure she had loads of exercise and even came home clean (it was very muddy given the weather!). Thank you so much Lara, we'll certainly be in touch again whenever we come back to the area!

Our Red and White Setter absolutely loves going to Lara, I think she’s disappointed to come home when I pick her up! We get updates and photos and I feel 100% confident in Laras’ ability to cope with all her funny rescue-dog quirks. Often we text Lara at the last minute and she’s able to accommodate us, I couldn’t recommend Life on Paws more highly!

Lara was fantastic at looking after our puppy Harvey while we welcomed our baby to the world. We were sent regular updates from walks and what he had been up to throughout the day with plenty of pictures which was lovely. Even asking for a couple extra nights stay was no problem and accommodated easily as well as extra precautions being made in case baby arrived in the middle of the night. All in all excellent service and Harvey will be sure to visit again.

We left Ralph (our 4 month old pul) with Lara for 11 nights which we were initially anxious about as it’s hard to leave your pup with anyone you don’t personally know. Lara straight away put our mind at ease. Every day we had updates and photos, he clearly had a great time and I’d recommend Life On Paws to anyone. Thank you.

What an excellent business - Ruby had her interview today and was welcomed to the family of doggy guests. Expect a bumpy track to reach in your car, but it’s well worth it.

Our dog Marvin has stayed with Anna and John twice now and he is so happy to go. Anna and John take such good care of him and I feel happy knowing he is having a ball. They always send regular updates, pictures and videos whilst he is there. I have him booked in for another holiday next year, I wouldn't send him anywhere else!! Great facilities and great care. 🐕🐶

Our cocker spaniel Margot stayed at Home on the Farm for 11 nights and had a brilliant time! She has never been to doggy day care before but we didn’t need to worry as she enjoyed the company of other dogs and we’ve really seen her confidence grow. We loved the fact that she could continue to enjoy her daily off lead walks and burn off her energy! John and Anna kept us reassured with regular videos and updates on social. Would definitely recommend.

Our Springer Nala has stayed with Anna and John a few times now. She is always welcomed so nicely and she is happy to go. The most beautiful setting and she comes home exhausted after so much fun. Would definitely recommend, We received regular video and picture updates which was lovely. Anna and John are so kind and understand how hard it can be to leave your pet and they treat Nala as they would one of their own ❤️

We can’t thank Anna and John enough for looking after Bob our very energetic and playful 2 yr old border collie He stayed for 6 nights and from the videos John sent he’s has an amazing stay , I think there has been a lot of ball throwing , and Bob has come home happy. We really loved the area that the dog boarding is in , they have plenty of freedom , their own sitting room and their own sleeping pen. Bob goes to daycare so is very well socialised and seemed happy when we left him Thank you to you both

What a great find. Perfect dog boarding and such a great alternative to kennels. My dog was happy and enjoyed the relaxed environment and had plenty of walks, play time and cuddles.

We are so glad to have found Home on the Farm for our working cocker spaniel, Rafa. He is usually pretty reluctant to be separated from us but, after a very helpful introductory visit, Rafa had a two week stay and clearly had the time of his life in the care of John and Anna. The outside space and facilities are brilliant and the supervised freedom for him to run and play were just excellent! We are sure he will look forward to another stay in the not too distant future.

I'd like to keep this place a secret, but that doesn't seem in the spirit of helping great new businesses thrive. And this is certainly one of those. I have a 8month old puppy and have been nervous about booking her into kennels as she loves the company of people and dogs. That's the beauty of this place, it feels more akin to doggydaycare than kennels, with dogs given the opportunity to play together, and with John and Anna keeping an eye on them and playing with them. My pup has so far been for a 30min intro visit, and also a full day. She LOVED both experiences, evidenced by the warp speed at which she got very muddy playing with the other dogs, and by the gorgeous Instagram video. John and Anna, I'm delighted to have found such lovely people who clearly care so much about dogs and have nailed it with Home on the Farm. Molly says 'woof'....she can't wait to return soon....

Our springer stayed for the first time for 5 days he had a great time and was superbly looked after. Excellent, highly recommended.

Claire did a great job of looking after our cats and providing us with daily updates, photos and videos. She was very attentive to their needs and even our nervous cat felt comfortable with her. We found Claire to be well organised, polite and reliable.

We would absolutely recommend Claire to anyone looking for a cat sitter. Our cat can be very shy and nervous around new people but Claire managed to win her over immediately! We loved seeing the photos after each visit and the updates meant that we could really relax knowing that our cat was in such safe hands. We already have more visits booked in and I’m sure Poppy is looking forward to it!

Great experience using Peak Pet Services - Claire took the time to understand our cat’s individual needs before we went away which really helped us feel at ease. Daily updates and photos were provided and the questions/messages exchanged demonstrated that Claire was truly invested in our cat’s welfare whilst we were away. We came back to a calm and happy cat (which is not always the case after we’ve been a way) - a clear sign that Claire had done a fantastic job. We will be booking again the next time we are away!

We felt completely at ease on hour holidays knowing our cats, rabbits, chickens and chameleon were being cared for so well. Excellent pet sitting! Claire from Peak Pet Services is an absolute gem, we’re so happy we found her. When we’re away we know that our cat is well looked after, happy and fed. Claire is really intuitive with our boy, and will follow his lead when she visits - sometimes he wants to play, sometimes he just wants a cuddle. She sends regular updates and takes (great!) photos of him on the days she visits, which is reassuring, and she is extremely flexible and happy to suit our timings and needs. We wouldn’t know what to do without her!

Excellent transport and assistance provided by Michael for my first ever dog! He drove from Sheffield to Canterbury, stopping off at two service stations so my dog could exercise and make some mess! The car used was very smart and comfortable.

I have had the most amazing trip to pick my puppy stray up from Zante and drive all the way back to Yorkshire. My driver/courier, Norman was fantastic. The whole process went smoothly, safely and was a trip of a lifetime. They organised every last detail to ensure the dog and myself were comfortable and well looked after. Highly recommend this fantastic company. Expensive but SO well worth it. Thank you.

I travelled with my dog from Sweden to Wales. They were very professional and organised and even remembered our names when we would call. No issues with booking etc. Were given plenty of information and contacted by the driver days before which was reassuring. He arrived in a branded van and clothes which reassured me (I am a young woman) and was very professional throughout. The van was clean and well equipped for transporting my dog and we took regular breaks around every 4 hours. Well worth the money and would definitely use c four paws again. Thanks/Diolch!

We had Milo collect from London on Sunday with two cages and a carry cage and lots of toys. Milo was perfectly happy and items were in good order. Collected on time and delivered on time. Excellent service and driver was very nice. Highly recommended for animal transport. Will definitely use again if the need arises. Good job thank you

Calagran Four Paws and my driver Will were absolutely amazing at handling our cross country transport for a long distance move. Having a rather large Staffy x Old Tyme, who had sadly had to be exempted due to her size, I was even terrified to take her on the road in anything other than proper transport. And with it being such a long way I wanted a safe long distance option also for all round safety and comfort. Our needs were catered for with the upmost care and Will was absolutely amazing with my nervousness and with my lovely girls nervy nature. I couldn't have been happier and I plan to travel with them again. I can highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company. I just endured an incredibly stressful and long importation process into Europe and finally into the UK with my 3 med/large breed dogs. CFourPaws went above and beyond to help me logistically with things they really didn't have to and was outside of their services. Provided much needed emotional support and were empathetic to my unforeseen financial costs. Really without people like Keith and Greig, I may have crumbled under the stress of it all. In a medical emergency you were the first kennels we found after literally 100's of phone calls with spare capacity to take Casper while his mum had an emergency operation to remove a brain tumour. The 10x photo's you sent us showing him happy & thoroughly enjoying a run in the secure field were a huge relief to his dad & a massive boost to his mum's immediate recovery.

We recently used C Four Paws to transport our dog Adi from Glasgow to Heathrow for her trip home to Canada. David was a very kind and professional driver and got us to the Kennel at Heathrow on time in spite of some unavoidable traffic delays along the way. We’re back home with Adeline safe and sound and are very grateful for having used the services of your company and David for the first leg of our trip.

An absolute lifesaver when it came to transporting me and my cats from Dublin to Somerset. There was fantastic communication the entire time during the booking process and our driver Clive was incredible! They made what was a very stressful move for me and my cats, a very easy time and I cannot thank Clive and the whole team enough.

I was very nervous about leaving our Fox Red Lab (Eddie) when we went away for two weeks and did quite a bit of research. I needn’t had been worried. Eddie loved being with Francesca and her guests so much that I am not sure he wanted to come home. He has stayed there again in September. This is the only place I will allow him to board.

5 stars ✨ 100% recommend. My border collie Cooper has gone to Peak Boarding a few times when we've been on holiday. The facilities Francesca has for the dogs is practically a 5 star hotel. Cooper is in his absolute element being able to run around the private fields they own with his dog friends. He always happily goes off when dropping him there and returns happy too!

Paradise for dogs, my two always come back tired and happy with some lovely photos of them roaming around in the fields! I have complete trust in Peak Boarding, it will always be my first choice for dog sitting when we are away.

Can't praise Peak Boarding highly enough, our labrador has been visiting for several years now and we always feel so confident he is in the safest hands with Fran. Her care and the facilities are second to none.

Honestly I can't recommend Peak Boardings enough. We have two dogs and Francesca makes sure each of their needs are met no matter what. The dogs settled in with no hesitation from day one and anyone who has dogs will know you can't make them like somewhere! Whether they have stayed for one night or 7 nights they have a happy funfilled stay and always come home exhausted 🥰
