Tom came over for a meet and greet and went over everything in detail. I felt very comfortable letting him watch my dogs. He followed my instructions exactly as I explained them to him. I loved the report card and photos! I highly recommend and will definitely be using their services again!

We could not have asked for a better experience!! Tom was very thorough and wanted to make sure that no box was left unchecked before babysitting our poodle for our vacation. I received updates every single day with informative notes to let me know how Oliver was doing. Tom was responsive to my texts, and very loving to our baby boy. Clearly, Tom and his team worked with our Oliver during his 30 minute walks as we noticed Oliver with much better walking behavior upon our return! Tom and his team were faithful in watering our plants, ensuring that Oliver had music at night and had cuddle time every day. We are grateful and will use Tom’s service again ♥️♥️♥️

Poppy had her first visit from Tom last evening and she had a great time walking and playing! We feel very comfortable with Tom. He is very professional and caring! We will definitely use his services again!

Initially, I became aware of Tom and Desiree through Petco‘s rover app. We started with them approximately eight months ago, and I will never have anybody else as long as they’re available. My litter boxes are clean when I come back as if I were there myself. He sends pictures of my cats, even to show that he plays with them. I recommend them highly

This is the third (or fourth?) time that I have used Tom & Desiree's service and they are just wonderful to work with. Their website makes the booking and payment process super easy and they have been great at communication leading up to and at the time of service - I have used them for both drop-in visits and dog walking for my two Labrador retrievers. They always send me a detailed "report card" - including photos - after each visit and the best part is that my dogs absolutely LOVE them (especially Tom) so I never worry about them when I know Tom & Desiree will be stopping by!

Being my first experience doing something like this I was nervous leaving my fur child but Tom and Desiree took great care of my pal baron, fed him on schedule took him out to play and interacted with him, even cleaned up an accident. They sent me pictures and he was happy and enjoying the new friends he made. The house was just like I left it when I returned home along with one happy doggy thank you so much for taking care of my best friend.

Tom & Desiree are the best! They took care of my dog Mia while I was recently on vacation. They walked her 3 times daily and showed her much love and attention. Mia is a Lab/Beagle mix and at times she can be a handful!! Her hunting instincts kick in when she see a rabbit, squirrel or chipmunk and to say she pulls on her leash is an understatement!! Tom handled her very well and was up to the challenge. I can honestly say I did not worry about her at all while she was in their care. I will definitely use Tom & Desiree Pet Service in the future! I have multiple animals. Not all of them required attention but they took time to become acquainted with them. Of those cared for, none were rushed and all were given positive encouragements. Very patient. Even went out of the way to secure pill pockets for one needing medication. Also asking if anything else was needed before finishing up

Tom took great care of our dogs and our home while we were on vacation. My dogs are still watching the door hoping he is coming back to play. Tom and Desiree are very nice people. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Tom and Desiree’s Pet Sitting business! I feel so relieved that my cats are in Tom’s care. He is the most efficient when it comes to taking care of my boys! He plays with them, gives them lots of love and treats. He has to give meds twice a day to one of them and that’s where the relief comes in. He treats my pets as if they were his pets. Plus, Tom will bring in mail, clean, water plants and even feed the birds outside. I feel so very fortunate to have Tom & Desiree are in my life! ( he also sends pictures every visit!) Please give them a try!

The staff was very friendly and caring, but I was not satisfied with the service..The prices were high for our area.. Was 70$ for the bath and shave down ears and nails..10$ extra for hair matts..Her hair is very choppy and not shaved down like we thought it would be. Other places have done a much better job

Both of our dogs love coming to Lead Me On for boarding when we go on vacation. We even have to keep our truck windows up so our lab doesn’t jump out in enthusiasm for arriving here, so he must be having a great time! Our sheepadoodle loves it here, too. And grooming always goes well for us here. We are grateful to Stephanie for running such an awesome place to bring our dogs!

I have a great pyrenees puppy who is well over 100 lbs. He is gorgeous. Nails are short without bleeding (so important). He looks brand new. I will be back over and over

They seem to take good care of the dogs but the communication is lacking. When I booked my boarding I specified I wanted my dog to also go to doggie daycare during the day and they said that would be fine but they would have to temperament test her. When I picked my dog up I asked the lady if she did good and she said yes. Only for her to later tell me she was on vacation all week and didn't really know. Then they told me she wasn't in daycare due to them being full and the wait list is a year long. Also I measured out the dog food for her to only have scoop extra and she came back with almost a full bag. I am not sure what to think as my first experience was good but the second not so great.

Love how well they take care of our girl Aurora and the amazing grooming they do.

I called many different local groomers and decided to try Lead Me On because of my conversation with the owner. She was amazing because there were no simple ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answers. I was given full explanations on what she would be doing for our dog. I was sold just from that conversation. Thank you so much for giving Rocky the best grooming he had EVER had. He still looked amazing 3 weeks after his appointment! I've been telling dozens of people about your place. I was highly impressed with your talents and especially your customer service. Top notch! We have used Lead Me On to board our sweet pup several times. She experiences severe separation anxiety and doesn't get along very well with other dogs ever since our other dog passed away. They also matched her with an older dog ro see how they did together, and it went great! The staff at Lead Me On goes above and beyond to care for her. When possible they have her with them in office giving her extra snuggles. They also keep us well informed of everything that is going on. We love going onto their Facebook page and seeing pictures of her. It gives us such peace of mind! I refer them to everyone I know! They truly treat all of the dogs as if they are their own!

I always have a pleasant conversation with the staff. If a question arises while my dogs have been there, I've received a phone before because of verification on two of my dog's medicines because I didn't have it marked for the one dog. They even contacted my vet to verify the med. The dogs have got bathed, groomed, and nails done, and my dogs looked good. The staff has helped me take my dogs to the vehicle upon picking them up, too. Friendly and kind all around. Just make sure you have all your dogs boarding shots up to date. Always call if you have questions, and the staff will call you back if you leave a message.

They loved my dogs. To me that is the most important thing. I knew that I didn't have to worry about Kona & Duke when we left. We called to check in and they were always happy to let us know how our pups were doing. Great place, wonderful people.

I have a Samoyed and they are notoriously hard to groom. I moved from Illinois and was in desperate need of a groomer. This place was recommended from a dog group and I have not been disappointed. She has always come out looking beautiful and fresh. Highly recommend!!!

Fox Chase is our Dog's 2nd family. They treat them like their own and always let us know if there are any concerns. Gabby and crew are amazing and always fit us in for doggie daycare or boarding if we need it. They are some of the nicest people you'll meet and animal lovers at heart.

Great staff. Responsive and communicative. Gave great feedback on my dog's stay with them. My dog returned happy and healthy. I've picked her up before and she'd have an odor or seem stressed by her stay. That was not the case here. Fox chase will take an emergency contact and had a vet they can use for emergencies close by which goes a long way for reassurance. The only downside is their parking (which I don't hold against them) it's on a busy road so just be cautious leaving. Will be using them again

I would not trust my dog Cardi with anyone else ! They do a wonderful job with her!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are always quick in responding to emails and phone calls. Very friendly and accommodating ! Cardi can't wait to visit in a few weeks.

We take our great pyr to Fox Chase Kennels for daycare a couple days each week and always board her here as well. She LOVES the staff and we can tell they love her, which definitely makes leaving her easier. Daycare offers her a chance to run off her "puppy" energy and has made her incredibly well-socialized. She loves playing with her puppy friends and splashing in the pool out back. Good prices, good people, and a great location for us to get to.

I have been taking my dog to Fox Chase ever since he was a puppy. He is a very high anxiety, high energy and tempera mental terrior. They always take great care of him and have learned how to handle his temperament. He loves Gabby and her team and gets so excited when we go there.

Couldn't be happier. Our 5 month old only fur baby puppy needs to develop social skills with other dogs. This is a perfect fit. Our GSP seemed to be going through separation anxiety, but now she runs to Michal & Gabby like it's her second home. Doggy Daycare 8am til 6pm $10...well worth the price. They book up fast so call well ahead. Haven't tried their boarding yet but these 2 live on the premises so you can't ask for better.

Not happy the way my dog was treated. Not to be put with other dogs. Came home had to take to vets. Bite Mark's on back and tail. Gabby the owner was nice, but other lady their was rude to me. Will not go back. Some might like it their. No problem first time a year a go but no happy now. My opinion.

The staff is so nice. After one day of dog daycare, our dog wanted to turn around and go back in the back with all his new friends 🤣 so I know they take great care of their pups …

We have been taking our dog, Birdie, to daycare at Fox Chase 2-4 days per week the past few months and have boarded her overnight many times as well. Birdie loves it here and even waits at the door in the morning until my wife and I are ready to take her for the day. We're always greeted with a smile and can't thank them enough for the services that they provide. We consider all the workers at Fox Chase members of Birdie's family and will continue to bring her here. Thank you guys so much!!

Dianna & Co. are the best! They took care of our animals on several occasions. We are so sad that we had to move so we can't use her services anymore!! Our hounds have been kenneled in the past with our vets office and even private kennels but they never received the attention that Dianna & Co gave them. And her prices are so much better than the vet/kennel because of the special attention she gives them. Our hounds were able to sleep and play in their own environment so they seemed so much happier when we would arrive home. I can't believe we never used a pet sitter before. I just hope we can find a comparable sitter in our new location. Dianna was so sweet to come over and say good-bye to us and the hounds before we moved. We would trust her with our kids any day!!! We miss you!!!!!

Awesome service, Diania and her employees are amazing people!!! She makes sure your pets are cared of and more. When she agrees to look after your furry loved ones she goes above and beyond her duties. It just amazes me how she is with animals. I'd absolutely use Johnstown Pet Services in the future!!

Diana is just awesome with the pets. Boarding pets can be a hassle, and having to deal with kennel cough after your vacation is not fun. Diana cares about your pets just as much as you do. She just doesn't look after your pets when you are on vacation, if you have to work later than usual, she can stop by and let your dogs out so you don't have to rush to get home.

Unless you have a dog that gets let out and fed, don’t bother. They don’t like the smell of cleaning litter boxes.

Great job by Johnstown Pet Services. You can go away and feel at ease knowing they will take care of your pets!!

I called to ask if availability, and said specifically for special needs. It was a holiday, and it was very busy. I'm sure they would be accommodating. I hope to try the service again.

I made an appointment over a month ago for two cats. I called on the way to let her know i might be a few minutes late. She then tells me that one of my cats is to old and she won’t be able to groom her. I’m not mad that she won’t groomer my older cat I’m mad that she had a month to call me and tell me that but chose to wait till 10 minutes before my appointment to tell me when I was already on my way. She didn’t even call me to tell me I called them. It was every unprofessional and I expected better from a business.

This place is terrible. The people don’t pay attention to how the owner wants their dog groomed, and they end up doing a terrible job. They completely messed up my dog’s fur, shaving it in places they shouldn’t have. On top of that, they are extremely rude to customers

These ladies are amazing. I came in with my high strung 9 month old Morkie who hates his nails cut and is definitely a momma's boy. The had his nails clipped before I left. I showed them pictures of what I wanted and while they explained it might be difficult to do that cut be that way because of the difference in fur, my little man looked like he stepped out of the photos himself. I also had my 1 yr old in for a clean up bath and cut. He looked equally perfect! A great job trimming up while not taking off more than I asked for. They both smelled absolutely amazing! The cuts were flawless and not choppy looking. And my favorite part of it all was when I picked them both up about an hour later, they were relaxed and walking around freely behind the counter and not locked in a cage. Trauma free for my boys! Guiesseppe and Vencenzio say thank you for taking such good care of them! And we will be back to see you again.

We had the greatest experience at Spawtique! I have a beloved yet high energy 12 year old yorkie who absolutely hates scissors!!!!! The team did an incredible job with Alfie! He looks wonderful!

Great experience every single time! Im in town only every other week for a couple of days visiting my mother. I try and keep up with the puppers' needs while here. Nail trimming is the biggest thing, but a clean dog is always wonderful. So toenails... one of the girls has extremely long nails that we have been working with, but the quick never moves back. She absolutely needs her nails filed, not cut. It takes more time, but every single time has been a very positive experience. These are the right people for a tough case. Four paws up and a wagging tail!

She does a wonderful job triming my dogs nails. He is a big baby when I try to do them and he doesn't whine once. She also baths and cuts my cats. He looks so pretty when he is done.

It’s not a secret Harley is my Baby, his nails had gotten so long and needed cut. I called in the morning and she took him the same day! The shop was unbelievably clean, they talked to him and I personally loved that…. I would recommend this shop a thousand times over…

Greatly impressed with how well my dogs nails were trimmed. My dog was a bit nervous, but were still able to trim them down with expert precision. Think I found my new spot!

Took my puppy in for her second visit. The first visit was fantastic I asked for a puppy cut and when I picked her up she looked beautiful. Took her in for her second grooming, again I asked for a puppy cut, just a little bit off and when I picked her up I was totally shocked I wanted to cry they shaved her. Definitely do not listen to your directions, I feel they shaved her for the groomers convenience and not the clients instructions.I will not bring my puppy back to her again. And I will not recommend them to anyone.

No words can express how wonderful Paul and Shirley are! I have been taking my poodles to them since 1999. No other groomer takes the time to meticulously groom dogs like Paul. Paul also detects health problems and I follow up with the vet. I highly recommend the Dog Gallery for grooming and boarding!!!

I had my dog Jake groomed here today. Jake was really in need of a hair cut. He did a really great job. Jake is a 6 lb. Yorkie- poodle. I will certainly go back.

Just moved back to the area and was impressed by the reviews. Paul was a nice guy but We asked on three separate occasions if he can do west highland terrier cuts. He said yes all three times. A schnauzer cut is not a westie cut. Ears shaved, full face beard, no roundness left in head/ face. Very upset.

Shirley has taken care of our dogs Simon and Maxi in the past. Maxi was always happy to see her so I know Shirley took very good care of her for her to act that way. Currently our dog Jenny is being boarded at the Dog Gallery and I know she is fine. Kudos to Shirley and Paul 😊👍 …

This is the very best groomer I've taken my little pup to since moving to PA. My pup had a spinal injury. This is the kindest and gentlest groomer I've ever met.

The owners are great with dogs. Very friendly and attentive to our specific needs. Call ahead for holidays and weekends. I would highly recommend Dog Gallery Boarding to anyone that want good care taken with their dog.

This is the first time I have ever had my 2 dogs being boarded. I was truly thrilled to see the outstanding facilities upon arrival. I was also very happy to see the huge yard and fenced in area where the dogs could run and play outside. Wendy also took the time to listen about each dog and their eating and play habits. What I forgot to tell her about the dogs; she asked me ! I was very impressed with her. She made me feel like they were her own. And when I picked them up; she told me about each one during their stay. I will be back; I mean my dogs will be back when I bring them with me from Myrtle Beach. The Number one place to trust with your furry friend! They will care for your dog like it was part of their own family. Always fresh food and water. Dogs love the friendly and safe environment and the playtime. This is the only place where I would 110% trust with the wellbeing of any dog and I highly recommend their service to anybody !!! If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Canine Country Inn is a great place to board your dog. Rates are good. Wendy is the best and always takes great care of our dog when we are out of town.

Wonderful place. The Furbabies get lots of attention, love, exercise and play. Wendy treats all her fur guests as if they belong to her. It was a wonderful experience for my furbaby. He'll never stay anywhere else.

My puppy was given a spa treatment, beautiful haircut and shampoo. I was so pleased when I picked him up. He had gone somewhere else before and left, anxious and they shaved him rather than trimmed. Cozy Inn trimmed him beautifully and he left in a super happy mood!

Fantastic staff and great facility. They treat you like family and make my dogs feel right at home. We’ve also used their aqua-therapy services to rehab our GSD after major hip surgery. Not only did he heal well, he came out stronger, healthier and more confident! Highly recommend.

My dog stayed here for 7 days and was cared for exceptionally well. She is on supplements which were given to her as I instructed. She also has special requirements which I explained to staff and they followed. Staff were very friendly and helpful when checking in and out. She got a bath before check out and smelled great. She was ready for check out at the time given and they were quick to reunite us. If you miss your pet when they are staying here please just check their Facebook, they post A TON of pictures so you will probably get to see your pet there (which is awesome!). It is also nice that there is a veterinarian right next door so incase something happens they can get care quickly. Anytime I need to board my dog, she will go here and I highly recommend Cozy Inn to anyone interested in boarding. It’s a 45 minute drive but it’s worth it! I have heard horror stories of boarders losing clients dogs but this place is secured with fencing for the runs and if your dog goes to the activity fields they are also secured with appropriate fencing.

Cozy Inn cared for our 1 and 3 year old aussies while we were on a road trip and needed doggy day care for a few hours. They had a primary caretaker and got to play with other dogs, which my dogs love. They were happily worn out on the drive home. The staff was thorough, professional, courteous, and friendly. We really appreciated their willingness to provide a one time service and would use them again if ever in the area again.

The price is very, very fair! The staff was super nice. Also, the complimentary bath omg amazing. He was so stinking soft!! Softer than when we take him to the groomer. If we didn't live in another state I'd bring him back there for any other future boarding we'd need.

I tried them for a few months. It's overly expensive and while some of the women here are very friendly, some aren't. My pup came home with a gouged paw that had him limping for a week after we kenneled him for a vacation. I figured, dogs will be dogs and it wasn't enough to put me off entirely. I decided to stop using them when I found matting behind my dog's ear (despite monthly full grooms) that would definitely have taken a long time to form. I then had him groomed elsewhere and the haircut was considerably better than what he received here. All in all, my complaints are small- I just don't get a good vibe from how this business is run, from their strict hourly policies to their not letting you see where the dogs sleep, to a particularly gruff and unprofessional woman I had to deal with a couple of times. It's a little weird.
