I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Hannah and Joseph were so kind, so communicative, and clean! Kevin seemed so happy in all the photos they sent. Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. Ray and Lynn were excellent sitters for Moose! They took him out multiple times a day and always played with him. They sent so many pictures and Moose always looked so happy! They were very flexible on when they arrived and left and very organized. The house was left clean and tidy and we found a happy dog when we got home. We would definitely have them back anytime!

I could go on forever because Veronica was beyond incredible! We feel so fortunate that she was able to sit for us. Our fur babies were so spoiled with love and attention. Veronica followed their regular schedule, gave our dog her joint supplement, and helped clean her paws with medicated wipes from our vet. Our cat is very shy and sometimes doesn’t even come out for sitters and he loved Veronica! She brushed him and gave him so much love. They were both so happy when we came home. Veronica went above and beyond for us! She even made us masks, got us some disinfectant spray we haven’t been able to find and to top it off she made us bolognese sauce with sweet chicken sausage! She even left us a new box of pasta to make when we got home! We couldn’t believe we got to come home to an incredibly clean house, dinner and such happy pets! Veronica sent pictures and updates daily which made our time away even more relaxing. She took cleaning and sanitizing very seriously which we appreciated so much! We highly recommend her! She treated us, our home and pets just like family. We would love to have her sit for us again and are so grateful for everything she did for us! Also - dinner was delicious!!

Came in with my 8 week old Yorkie (she has been scratching herself a lot). Michelle checked her and cleared her of any flees or rashes. Not only did she check her, she went out of her way to cut her nails & gave my Bella a treat! She also gave us tips and advice as new dog parents. All at no cost. Can’t wait for my Bella to get big enough to take her to Michelle. Not to mention, my dog cries a lot when she’s with people she doesn’t know. Michelle made Bella feel so comfortable.

Called at 9:20 to make appointment. Went in, said she would call when ready. No call. Went back at noon and lady said she called (maybe, but she didn’t call me). $65 cash. Went to atm. She didn’t offer a receipt. Bad business.
I brought in my 15 year old sheltie that needed special TLC and it was given in aces. She wasn’t scared when we picked her up and you could tell she had been gently handled. Highly recommend.
I had called them concerning my fat cat (my Siamese) on Friday they told me to bring him in Saturday practically no notice ahead of time and they got him in there. He's unable to clean himself his butt area need to be shaved I had them shave all of him basically they gave him a bath they said 2 hours he was done in like an hour or less second time I brought him to them and they've done an awesome job I'll keep going back to them.
Went in to see what their availability was and the lady was extremely dry and very rude. No customer service skills at all!! Not sure how you can run a business that way. I asked for a morning and the rude lady didn’t even try to offer anything else or even bother to ask if I wanted to book an appointment on their next available. Do not use this place unless you want to get treated rude!
The owner, gracious and rather blunt, lol, is a pleasure. She is a business professional and has been at this same location for over 15 years. She stands by her promise, that if, for any reason you are not satisfied with the grooming, you will receive a redo or refund. I was unhappy with the last grooming she did and saw areas that appeared neglected and bypassed over. I did phone her and then went in person. She was not too happy about my complaint. But that's just her character; she is a perfectionist. She did acknowledge my concerns and redid my dog's groom. The result produced a show quality groom! I recommend Cozy Clip Grooming because she stands by her word. And in today's society, having a business professional like her, is old fashioned quality customer service that many businesses are lacking in!

Best place ever to kennel your pups and kitties. We've used Sandyland for 20-25 years. The owner Denise and lady that works there Charlotte, are all about the animals. They will give your fur babies their medication and anything else your pet needs. Charlotte literally saved our pup's life on one visit. She could tell something was off about him and rushed him to the vet. Turns out our boy was in a pancreatic crisis and if she hadn't been paying attention to him we would have lost him. I can't say enough good things about these folks. It's not a bright and shiny place, but animals don't care about bright and shiny.... they just want food, play, and love and that's what they get there!
They have been taking care of our dogs for as long as we can remember. Literally on two occasions saved our dogs lives. We adopt older dogs and never think twice about their safety when leaving them there. Recommend 100%.

Dropped off my dog over the weekend. Upon first impressions the premises seemed unkept and disorganized, the kennels are dark and have poor conditions for the dogs; cement floor and the building reeked of urine. I left my dog’s food for the owner to feed him but she didn’t use any of it and my dog came back skinnier, and also smelled of urine. Further, he physically starts to tremble whenever he gets near his kennel at home- I can’t imagine what she may have done to him to make him dread his kennel so much. Definitely do not recommend if you actually care about the well-being of your dog, this location should 100% be your last resort.
We love our dogs. They are family to us. We are very critical about who has the qualifications to take care of them and we found Denise meets those qualifications. When we go on trips, we are not worried about them because we know they are well taken care of.
We have used this service for literally years! They have been the nicest humans anyone could ask for. This time was for a new batch of animals that had never met them and our dogs absolutely LOVED them! We will continue to use them AND let everyone know about them! THANK YOU SANDYLAND KENNELS!
Been coming here for years. Denise and Charlotte have actually saved our Sparky's life on 2 occasions (special needs dog). Take care of our pets as if they were their own.
Owner is very accommodating. Kennel is nice and clean. The cages are very roomy. We feel very confident in leaving our pet with Sandyland.
Charlotte just does not seem to enjoy her job..more likely won't leave my baby again..the place smells has lots of flies..i was really ify about leaving my dog but I took a chance since it was literally last min..no camera to check on your pet..i got no pictures..just nothing to reassure me my baby was fine..i did choose to leave him cus I did like the kennel he was gonna b in..nice size kennel but the 2 days I left him I was concerned the whole time so I won't leave him again
