I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Susan and Jim were exceptional pet sitters for our 2 pups and cat! From the start they were communicative and asked thoughtful clarifying questions that made us feel comfortable immediately. We spent time together the evening before we left for vacation and it was clear that they had read our welcome doc and instructions. They referenced animal behaviors that were noted and confirmed details. They arrived about an hour before we left and gave us all plenty of time to feel comfortable with being in our home. Throughout our vacation, Susan sent photos and updates of our critters and let us know how they were spending their time together. Susan was quick to respond to my messages via WhatsApp any time I reached out. Susan and Jim stayed at our house until we landed at the airport and let them know we were safely on the ground. They fed and walked the dogs and let us know they would be gone before we got home. It was great knowing that had our flight been delayed, they would have stayed at the house until we were safe driving distance away. We came home to a sparkling clean home, a thriving and happy garden, and well cared for animals! Susan and Jim left us detailed notes of their stay and even gave us lots of instructions on how to keep our garden happy! What a treat! All our linens were washed and replaced and the house was immaculate. Thank you Susan and Jim for choosing our home and furry family to spend your time with! You were the best first experience we could have asked for and would love to have you back again!

We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida! Brian is awesome - he is simply the best pet sitter and house sitter that we have EVER had and we've had a bunch. He is experienced, thoughtful, respectful, loving, appreciative, helpful, enthusiastic...the list just goes on. Started with our initial call - it was our first sit with zeewoi and he immediately instilled confidence in us in how he talked about his experience and how he saw his role. In the pre-planning, he had great questions for us and helped us to get organized. He was thorough through the instructions, came in a day early to make sure he understood everything about our house and our dog and then followed through on everything. He even drove us to the airport and picked us up on the return. Along the way we were gone, he sent us pictures and kept us updated - always making us feel good about being away and knowing Jorge and the house were in great hands. We had workers coming to fix a fence while gone and some other activity at the house - he was helpful, available, and willing to do whatever was needed to be done. He was self-sufficient and when it came time to leave, he had everything organized and cleaned at the house - he left it in better condition than he received it. We would love to have Brian sit whenever we are away (and in fact will invite him and hope he says yes!) - any one would be lucky to have Brian as their house and pet sitter.

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Honestly, we would hire them as our only dog sitter all of the time if we could. I cannot thank them enough and say enough good things about them. They also took very good care of our house and plants.

To this list of attributes I would add flexible, capable, sensitive, extremely good with the dogs even if one of mine is sometimes a little ornery, and just a wonderful person all around. Because of constantly changing circumstances due to a move and coronavirus, my dogs ended up spending not two weeks but a whole month with John and they were so comfortable and happy. John helped them in so many ways and coordinated shipping them overseas, he went above and beyond the wildest stretches of what a house sitter entails and did it with a smile and a laugh and reassurances that all would be well. And indeed he was absolutely right - the dogs arrived so well cared for that all my fears of them being traumatized went out the window. Sammy has just had his first holiday at Maddie's and I can't thank Shelley and her crew enough for making him feel at home from home. He has previously stayed in kennels but he is 8 now and we felt he deserved some comfort while we went on holiday. The pre-stay visits were great for making sure Shelley and the other dogs got to know Sammy, and that he would be comfortable there. And by the time we dropped him off for his holiday, he was chomping at the bit to see his friends again. I didn't once worry that Sammy wasn't ok whilst we were away, as we received daily "pupdates" showing us how he was getting on and what he was up to. We could see from the photos and videos that he was happy and felt safe. The care and attention he received was as good if not better than at home. Before his stay Sammy hadn't really socialised with other dogs and we weren't sure how he would be, but he soon got stuck in at playtime and was leading the walks. I would highly recommend Maddie's and will definitely be booking Sammy in next time we go away.
Before I contacted Maddies home from home I did a lot of research as I had been rushed into hospital in January and had to leave my poor dog at boarding without even seeing it, I was worried the whole time in hospital about my dear little girl and couldn’t wait to collect her and I was determined to find a home from home boarding. I researched several but Maddies came out on top so I contacted Shelley and we meet up for a sniff test with my little girl and the rest of her dogs. Wow how thorough and professional her whole business is. I was very impressed and we arranged a sleepover, I was very anxious to be leaving my girl again but Shelley sent me regular pup dates which put my mind at ease. I was once again taken into hospital so I contacted Shelley to see if she could look after my little girl at short notice and she was there for me again. My stay in hospital was so much better knowing she was being cared for and regular pup dates made my stay in hospital bearable. My little girl loved her stay at Maddies and always had lots to occupy her and lots of walks. I can’t recommend and thank Shelley enough for looking after my little girl it really is home from home.
This was Elsy’s first 2 week stay at Maddie’s and she was so looked after ! Lots of daily updates with videos and photographs. The walks all looked amazing. Shelley was very professional, caring and so loving to Elsy. Really really pleased I found such a brilliant home boarding stay for Elsy to go. Have booked many more stays for her in the coming months. Thank you for all your help and amazing attention to detail.
Teddy is cared for 100%+ whilst I go away on holiday. It's a real home from home boarding. It's peace of mind knowing he is in safe hands. Shelley makes the separation easier for me and Teddy settles. Lots of attention given to the dogs in her care. Walkies, hugs, playtime and groomed. I enjoy the photos and videos sent daily. I collected Teddy after 12 days. He's fit, healthy and no kennel cough. So pleased I was recommended Maddies home boarding & day care. I have never been disappointed. Thank you Maddie & Shelley.
Ninja has been expertly looked after by Shelley for the past three years with a mix of boarding and day care. I now have two dogs that both go regularly and they don't even look back to me when they see Shelley. It really is a home from home with personalised and loving care. Highly recommend!

Working full time we were a bit stuck when my Mum had an accident and we had to look after her dog, Chester, for a few month's. We couldn't have chosen better with Maddie's. It is certainly a home from home, but even more than that - the dogs get great enrichment, exercise and socialisation everyday. We've been using Kim's pet sitting service for around a year now. She came highly recommended, and her support has been amazing. She regularly sends pics of our cats while we're away, and the cats are always in good form when we return - they seem to have enjoyed the break from us! I love that the cats can stay at home when we're away, and I trust Kim to do the right thing for them at all times. She's really well organised with regards to diary, billing and so on, and her prices are very reasonable. Definitely a happy customer!

Kim first looked after my pair of very shy cats in February, and since then she's done so a few more times when I've gone away for short breaks or just overnight. She takes great care of our cats and they really like her despite being very shy around most people! She is always very responsive to messages and she has even been able to help us with last minute bookings when we have needed them.
Kim took care of our cat for two weeks and we were extremely pleased with her. Our cat is very timid, always hiding whenever any person outside the family entered our house. However, Kim managed to earn her trust and approach her, keeping us updated constantly and making sure our kitten was well. We cannot recommend her enough! Kayleigh at Jasper Tails looked after our 3 year old miniature dachshund , Ozzy, for 10 days when we went on holiday in January. Ozzy had such a great time and fit in with the other dogs so well. Sally looked after my Cockerpoo and my mum's cat for over four years until we moved to the coast. Stanley was always so excited to see Sally, I have no hesitation in recommending Sally's services, she is definitely the best pet sitter.
We have used Sally's services for years and a review is long overdue. Sally is like another member of the family now. She's so reliable and totally trustworthy. She cares for our cats as if they are as precious to her as they are to us. We 100% rely on Sally and thoroughly recommend her service. More importantly, if our cats could speak they would recommend her, they adore her.
So friendly and helpful. Nothings to much trouble for them. Always helpful and they love animals.

Fantastic place with lovely staff, who really get to know and care about the dogs. My dog goes two days a week and gets so excited when we tell her she’s going to “Doggy Day Care”, and it’s great for me knowing she’s enjoying herself while I’m at work. I have also used their holiday boarding service, which was also excellent. Both me and the dog were really happy she was staying with people she knows really well and that know her really well.
Our dog Colin the rescue now comes weekly, he loves it and I cant thank Derrick and Sophie enough. They are understanding and accepting that every dog is different. As any dog parent you want to make sure you are sending them off to a caring place, I can honestly I say 5* doesn't do it justice. I am very happy I found this place. x
Putting Chip into daycare was the best thing we ever did!! He loves his two play sessions a week! As soon as we say his going his up and ready to get in the car, I would not trust anybody else other than the team at daycare with my boy!! They are so caring and loving with him !! We have had a few months of ill health in the family and they have had him in for extra sessions at a drop of a hat which has given us great pieces of mind his receiving the best of care! Sophie is amazing with my Wish Springer Spaniel. My fur baby doesn't like being apart from me but she goes in with her ears up and tail wagging - and not just the first time! She is welcomed like one of the family and while we are away we get regular pup-dates on how she is. I would recommend without hesitation, we drive from Northampton because we are so happy with her service.
