I really appreciate Heather, Robbie, and their upbeat, energetic team of dog walkers! They do a wonderful job taking care of my dogs! My dogs are like children to me, and they are so much more relaxed and content when I get home (not frantic or lonely like they used to be). These amazing dog walkers are completely trustworthy, friendly, and flexible. They are the best dog walkers I ever had, and I highly value them. My dogs love their visits, and I feel peace of mind being at work, knowing they are getting a daily visit from their friends at Crazy Mutts! :-)

I am so thankful to have found Crazy Mutt!. I own two dogs. Prior to moving to North Carolina, I had never left either of them in the care of anyone other than a family member. One of my dogs has a history of abuse, and as a result exhibits many of the behaviors that you might expect (fear biting, mistrust of strangers, etc.). Both of my dogs have chronic diseases that are managed by daily medications. For the first few months that I lived in North Carolina, I did not venture far from the Greenville area. I was not sure if I could ever feel comfortable leaving my dogs. Then, I found Crazy Mutt!. After contacting Crazy Mutt!, Robbie came to my house for an initial meeting. I could tell by how my dogs reacted to him that he knows his stuff! He was kind enough to give my one dog the space and time that she needed, but not intimidated or discouraged by her demeanor. She had already started to warm up to him before he left-a huge feat. When I scheduled by first weekend away from home, I was able to use the Crazy Mutt! client portal to select days and times of days for drop ins. Though I received a prompt confirmation of my requests, I still felt compelled to e-mail Crazy Mutt for a more "old fashioned" confirmation. Heather was so kind and understanding in her response, she did not seem bothered by my dog-mom anxiety. When I returned from my weekend away, I was so relieved to see that both of my dogs were happy and well. And not only that-Robbie had left a note detailing their weekend activities, so I knew how they pooped, ate, and exercised. If it helps for a reader to know, I have a fair amount of experience caring for dogs. I grew up in a pack of dogs, spent years working at a dog daycare/boarding facility, and have myself taken care of dogs in their homes while their owners were away. That being said, Crazy Mutt! really provides top notch pet care, and I highly recommend the services that Robbie and Heather provide. Crazy Mutt! is awesome and easily deserves a five star rating!

Looking at previous reviews, I do agree that requesting walks through text messages can be difficult and sometimes messages can be missed. However, ever since their online portal was launched where you can sign up for dog walks online, I have had zero problems with Crazy Mutt Pet Sitting! They always come exactly at the time slots I sign up for, and my dogs are always tired when I return! I have also used them for a pet taxi service to doggie daycare when I was leaving out of town too early to drop them off. Thanks for always keeping Ari and Enzo happy and tired!

Crazy Mutt is an excellent pet sitter!! They kept in touch with me while I was away for a very important event, kept my mind at ease knowing my fur babies were well taken care of. I can't say enough about Crazy Mutt-I've been using them for about 7 years and couldn't be happier. They're dependable and reliable and above all else, they'll treat your Pet as one of their own. They'll go out of their way to make sure your pet is taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a reliable pet sitter.

They forgot about our cats over Thanksgiving weekend 2016. They were starving for 3 days. If you have any love for your pets you will choose a different pet sitting service. Heather even yelled at us and told us it was our fault. We had a $250 check-up bill. Once we notified them if that, they went silent. Thank you Firetower Vet for seeing our kitties so promptly. I will never forget coming home to their starving faces.

This is truly a terrible service. I know there are so many positive reviews, but our experience was TERRIBLE. The initial meet and greet went fine. Then we travel three hours away and paid for four visits. They didn’t show up. We checked our alarm system and could tell our doors hadn’t been opened. They didn’t respond to our calls or text messages. I had to have another client call and they answered for them. First they lied until they realized we had proof they hadn’t been there. Then said they forgot to put us on their schedule. Then ARGUED with us that our dog didn’t need that many breaks/walks. You agreed to a service. Stop. Then they told us they would refund us for the two visits they missed. It’s been years and we haven’t seen that money. They straight up took the cash from our house for services they didn’t do. Then disappeared after promising to return the money for services they failed to render. It ruined our trip worrying about our special needs dog. There are so many good boarding services that we have found and trust since then. Also, have the emails to back all of this up 🤷‍♀️ ETA since the owner claims to have no record. That is the problem. You never put us in your system after our consultation (per your email). Emails below. (Removed emails below after for privacy).

We used have used their services for many years for multiple animals. They are terrific! They have always taken good care of our pets. And our pets have always loved their visits. We have great trust when our animals are in their care. Highly recommend!

We have boarded our two dogs here several times and I think they love it more than being home! In all seriousness, their most recent board was short- notice, and ended up having to be extended and Tiffany was so accommodating under the circumstances. Understanding it was a few weeks before Christmas, we were very fortunate they had the room and could make it work. We recommend The Bark Park Resort to everyone and drive a half hour to get there! Well worth it!!

The Bark Park Resort was perfect for our needs and 2 dogs (Greyador & GSD) that we've never boarded before. We were able to keep them together in their largest kennel. Tiffany (and staff) was great in working with us to tour the facility and complete all of the paperwork/reservations before bringing our dogs there. I will say our dogs switched behaviors on us for how we initially described them and they didn't eat all of their food, but they were safe, in a clean environment and loved/well taken care of as if they were their own. Being able to check in on them with access to their camera was a bonus! We're so happy to have this option to allow us to travel in the future!

The Bark Park was the best option for me when I had to board my dogs for over a month. They had bigger rooms for a better price than anywhere else I looked and best of all, they are not just a company looking to board as many pets as possible to make money. It was great to see how much my dogs got to play and all the wonderful photos they took of them. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very first time boarding my pets. They usually travel with me everywhere. Occasionally, they'll stay with my mom, or I'll have someone stop by to feed them and let them out at my house. These options were not available this time, so reluctantly, I chose to board. I was more anxious than I think they were at first. Being able to see them on video, 24/7, offered me such peace of mind. Receiving their pic by text made my day. While traveling with my dogs will always be my first choice, having Bark Park as a safe, convenient option is amazing. I'll use again if the need presents itself, and I'd definitely recommend to others. Outstanding customer service!

My Samson stayed a while back. Being his first time, I was the one skeptical. The resort was nice and clean. Smelled fresh. I was even able to see him when I was away. She gave him attention, which Im sure he loved. Would definitely use the Bark Park and refer others again!!

Our very young dog, Elly Mae, stayed for a weekend in September. They were so wonderful with her. Very big kennels, roomy and clean. Dogs can see each other and have plenty of play space outside also. Really like being able to check in on the camera and see her. These folks are great ! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again !

My dog stayed here 8 days while my family was in Disney, she had NEVER been away form us in her 5 years and she did amazing. The staff did so good with her, I got lots of videos and pictures. I could check on her 24/7. We highly recommend.

We have boarded our dog there twice so far, and they are great. They have cameras in each room, so you can check on your dog anytime. There is also a large fenced-in area for the dogs to run and play.

Very nice clean place we boarded 4 dogs they were well taken care of. Dogs were taken outside many times during the day for potty time and play time. Will use them in the future that's for sure..

Love this place..so much better than boarding at the vet! Each dog has a spacious area and cameras where you can check on your dog anytime you want. And so clean!

Where do I even start. Preston and Jim have been wonderful with our sweet boy Ace. I didn’t think Ace would change due to his behaviors. It would be hard for us to give him the life we wanted for him because we were unable to take him out in Public. After his month-long stay we finally were able to bring him home and he’s a completely different dog. We were able to take him out in public without him lunging at others and barking at other dogs. I’m very pleased with the results and I will definitely say it was worth it. At the end we came home with the tools we needed to keep practicing with him. I definitely learned a lot just the one hour we were with Preston.

Excellent job Jim and Preston! We used Hoffman Haus training for our 6th month old lab and noticed once home (1day) the big change already! How did we choose this place? Charlie our 3.5 year old Golden Retriever has spent many nights there and we’re totally impressed so why not continue using there services. Again many thanks. We've been bringing our dog here close to 5 yrs for a day up to a couple of weeks and he's always had a good time. We have a Malinois, so we understand that he's not for everyone, but the staff at Hoffman Haus are knowledgeable to be able to deal with different breeds. We trust them with our dog any day. We appreciate being given daily updates, pictures/videos, which gives us a peace of mind that he's being taken care of. They have tons of supplementary services outside of lodging which is nice. Keep up the good work!

Jim and Preston were wonderful trainers! Our dog was 9 months old when we enrolled her so she had already picked up some bad habits. Oakley was very bad at jumping and biting for attention. They were so patient with her and the communication between them and us was great and informative. The facility was beautiful, clean, and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming to our dog and us! Oakley was treated wonderfully and she was so well taken care of! I highly recommend Haufman House for training your fur baby as well as their awesome boarding facility! Thank you so much for all of your diligent and hard work Jim and Preston!

Hoffman Haus is the greatest!! I brought Munchkin (aka Munchie) when I realized he needed much more training than I was able to do or even the knowledge to do. Preston and Jim are absolutely incredible and so knowledgeable about training. Just after a week, Munchie was learning things I could have never imagined. Preston took him and loved him like he was his own. They truly went above and beyond caring for and training Munchie. All of the staff there were truly amazing from day one!!! I never worried if he was being cared for and loved. Every time that I texted Preston to check on Munchie, he always answered and sent videos and pictures. I could never ask to be treated with such kindness than what I was given by Jim, Preston and everyone that I come across since day one. Munchkin has come a long way since August and he has so much more to learn. I can’t say enough great things about Hoffman Haus!!!!

Jim and Preston were amazing with my doodle Zoe!!! They took a 7 month old pup and taught her to listen to commands and do them on command! Super impressed with their skills and my well behaved pup! Looking forward to continuing to learn during their Saturday training sessions! Thank you both from the bottom of my heart!

Hoffman Haus did a wonderful job helping our dog Mollie. For the last 4 years we have struggled to figure out how to train her as she becomes very anxious around other people and dogs she does not know. We were thrilled to get several updates during her month-long stay at Hoffman Haus showing her progress and Jim took his time to talk us through his work with Mollie and answer any questions we had. Not only did he train Mollie, but he trained us so that we could continue working with her at home to further her success. Hoffman Haus provided the training foundation we needed and we can truly say that Mollie came home a different dog. We know it will take continued practice to maintain her skills but we now feel that we have the tools and knowledge to help Mollie be the great dog we know she can be.

The staff at Hoffman Haus have been the best home away from home for my dog, Nova. They take the best care of her and as a frequent traveler, it’s such a peace of mind to leave her with people I trust. They know me and they know her, greet us by name every time we walk in! I've been a customer for 2 years! I've boarded my dogs here but have never boarded my cat. BUT Matthew has told me time and time again how well the cats are taken care of at this amazing resort, and the pictures I have received of just my dogs makes me feel like I am leaving them in a safe place. I just boarded my cat for the Holidays and have already received pictures of my baby, happy as can be! Thank you to a wonderful and loving team!

We decided to train and board our 10 week old cane corso and after him we sent our 15 month husky!! It made a whole world deference, yes they were gone for 30 days and yes missed them terribly, but their whole attitude was different!! Jim and his staff are amazing and they loved our babies like we would have!! We received updates via videos and text! We now take our trained fur babies everywhere and their behavior is amazing!!! We definitely will be going back for boarding and grooming!!! I can not say enough great things about Hoffman Haus!! I recommend the to any and everyone!!! Excellent care and service all around!!!

I was in Greenville for a short 3 month contract for work, and Puptown was a lifesaver! I work long hours, so they came to check on millie two times a day, 3 times a week- they were always on time, communication was great, and never canceled on me. Millie will miss her Puptown crew!!

My pups love Matt! My 11 year old rescue pup loved Matt instantly (she has serious anxiety around new people) which has never happened with anyone. Matt is patient and caring with both of my pups. Matt is patient with my extremely energetic 1.5 year old Boxer. My pups come home tired after their adventures with Matt. I love that I always get updates and pictures from Matt with each adventure they go on. Matt truly cares about my pups and I highly recommend him for all your pet needs!

Matt and his team took great care of our fur babies while we were away. We didn’t have to worry at all about them being happy and well taken care of. I highly recommend Puptown for all of your petsitting needs. ( Plus they send lots of great photos while you’re gone)

I continue to use Puptown several times each week for drop in care. Matt and his team are both dependable and responsible. Matt is quick to check with me if anything is out of the usual routine (like checking with me the time I forgot to leave my pup in the crate when I left for the day!). I know my pup is in good hands when I leave. I appreciate the feedback on how the visit went. It's a relief to know I've left my pup in the care of folks who will look after her as if she is one of their own.

I absolutely cannot recommend Puptown pet love sitters enough!! I am here temporarily for work and had to go out of town for a wedding. I have two cats, one of which is geriatric and requires daily medications. Molly was our pet sitter. She came over prior to us leaving to meet the cats and make sure she felt comfortable administering the medication. While I was gone, Molly sent me daily pictures and updates and went out of her way to make sure my cats had an enjoyable time while I was gone. She left my house spotless (all dirty litter and food cans put in the outside garbage). She was wonderful and I would definitely recommend Molly and Puptown to others! She was probably the best pet sitter I have ever had.

I cannot speak more highly of Puptown!!! They are reliable, flexible, trustworthy, and they take such good care of my little fur baby. They first started watching her when she had just had surgery and they were gentle and patient with her, and now that she is older (and crazy wild) they keep her active. My schedule can be very inconsistent and change often, and they always accommodate. From daily walks to day-long visits, I cannot recommend more!! I also love the update photos we get during each visit!

Pam Archer is my awesome sitter/companion for our three dogs. She’s attentive, responsive, and thoughtful. My 3 love her! Matt and Puptown is everything you can ask for in a dog companion company. I can leave town and not worry about my dogs i’m so glad that I found Matt and Pam.

Thanks to the kind owners of Puptown Pet Love, my fiance and I are now able to take advantage of trips away from our senior dog and cats! Matt and Leigh were very personable at our first meeting and paid attention to the needs and personality of each animal as they were introduced. They have been available to help us out, even with short notice, and while we're away they send us updates to keep our minds at ease. It is great that we can travel without worrying, now that we have a pet sitter we can trust!

I always get anxiety leaving my cat when I am out of town. I don't want to stress her out in a pet hotel, so this past year I tried out Puptown Love. Mollie and Matt were so amazing in caring for Jezebel that she was waiting for them at the door after I had been home : ) Their reliability, quality and consistency in care have taken away the anxiety of travel and I know my home and baby are in good hands.

Matt is awesome! He had been taking care of our pups for over 3 years before he moved to NC (y’all are lucky to have him!). He is super reliable and just absolutely LOVES our dogs! He not only walked them, but also stayed at our house several times while we went out of town. He is super trust worthy and reliable :). The dogs would get so excited when they heard his car pull up! We miss him!

This was my dog’s first time going to Four Paws Inn and he enjoyed it! I was really pleased by the service front desk provided. The girls were very polite and professional. I loved how I received a report card on my dog Rocco after he received his exit bath and nail trim! I’ll definitely be bringing my dog back.

Terrible! These people care more about a dollar than customer satisfaction! When I dropped my cat off to be boarded on Sat.11/30/24. I informed them I would pick her up Sunday 12/8 or Monday 12/9. I left RDU airport Sunday at 4:15pm on my to Greenville to get to there 6pm. I called 5:52pm and told them I should be there by 6pm. When I arrived at 6:01 pm a car was driving off. I did speak to another employee she said the receptionist was gone. I said I called and told her I was coming. Do you mean to tell me she couldn't wait a few minutes after 6pm. I rushed to try to get there but stop lights happens. I wanted my cat with me tonight. This was my 1st time with them and my last!

I have 2 beautiful dogs that are foster fails. Rosie and her daughter Teddy Bear are treated like Queens when they go to 4 Paws. From the front staff to the bathers and groomers. The girls came out happy and eager to show off their new hair and nails! They look great and smell great! And the price is more than fair for the happiness it gives me and my wonderful dogs. I choose Four Paws.

All I’m aware of is Pixie had her nails clipped as asked. She seemed fine. No shaking from being afraid. Normal behavior at home just very happy to see us.

I hate not being able to take my dog everywhere. I found myself needing to be out of town for a wedding, my vet suggested Four Paws. I was very apprehensive, my dog is a rescue with high anxiety. She was with them almost 48 hrs. She seemed happy, I called to check on her while I was gone...it was no doubt a pleasant experience. I will use them again!

I have brought my senior Persian cat to four paws many times and he always comes home so handsome. Recently I brought my newly adopted rescue dog who is not use to being bathed and they did a wonderful job with him. They were able to work with him to get him comfortable and he came home looking, smelling and feeling great. You could tell he felt better. Always a great experience!

Mary has been our pet sitter for several years and is the only person we trust our pets with! I am so very thankful to have found such a reliable & loving caregiver for our dog and cats. During her visits, she take pictures to update us throughout the time we’re gone — they love her visits! Recently, one of our cats was hospitalized & we had a planned trip that we could not miss. Mary gave our baby her required daily meds & gave us peace of mind with her daily updates. We cannot recommend her enough to all our local friends. You can rest at ease that your pets will be well cared for. I’ve told Mary many times I don’t know what we would do without her!

Mary is absolutely wonderful! She took care of my fur babies as if they were her own. I sincerely do not know what we would do without Mary. She loves our babies and we love her. I have a lot of anxiety about leaving them alone but since finding Mary I am so comforted. She is reliable. She is extremely flexible, our schedule varies greatly and she accommodates us cheerfully and courteously. I get pics from every visit and you can see how happy and calm the babies are in her presence. She genuinely loves animals and is committed to what is best for them. I cannot recommend her enough or overstate what she means to our family. Henry, Nala and Freddie could not be in better hands and I am so grateful.

Mary has a sixth sense when it comes to dogs. Our dog "Louise" looks forward to seeing Mary more than us! Seriously, a "Mary visit" is the high point of Louise's week. She is also very flexible when we've had to make last minute schedule changes, We have a 55 lb hound dog that's all muscle. And she pulls like crazy. Mary handles her nicely, always returning her safe and sound. When our dog sees Mary arrive, she loses her mind. Baroooooooo. It's so sweet. I don't know what we'd do without her. 5+ stars for Mary!

I have relied on Mary’s services for going on four years! I can text short notice (which I hate doing) and I can plan on her at the start for any travel plans. She helped me take care of my old puppies and now my new puppies. There has never been a time that we couldn’t count on her! We love Mary and she loves our babies!!!

We needed a sitter for our girl, Zoey, this past weekend and came across Kelly with Pawfect Petsitting and Petcare and she was able to help us out. We dropped Zoey off Saturday afternoon and soon after we were sent photos and messages about how she was doing and settling in.
