We love Jennifer and Steve, and our cats do so too. No kidding: these two are the perfect pet sitters. This was the second time they stayed in our flat and again it was just perfect. No problems whatsoever, every few days updates on our cats with pictures and videos, a totally clean flat when we came back after nearly 4 weeks and two happy and relaxed cats. And not to forget: Jennifer again welcomed us with a wonderful dinner. Jennifer and Steve have become friends, and we highly recommend them as house and pet sitters. Kuldip was absolutely wonderful! Our little baby is quite elderly and needy, and she provided him the loving care he needed while we were away, with great attention to his special needs and issues. We received regular updates with pictures and videos, which was very reassuring to us concerned pet parents. When we returned, Reggie was freshly bathed and brushed, and he was in good spirits. We also found our home to be cleaner than when we left it, with everything fresh and tidy. We would have Kuldip’s back any time and highly recommend her to anyone needing superior pet sitting.

Kathleen was a fantastic sitter and Olive and Noodle miss her already. She was great about sending pictures and updates - never had to ask anything, she always beat us to it. She didn't assume anything that wasn't clearly stated - always asked us beforehand. She was great with our dogs - they immediately bonded with her and didn't want to leave her side. We really appreciated being able to go away and not worry about our pets' welfare, we knew immediately they were being so well taken care of. We hope to host Kathleen again soon!!

Jerry gets a five star in every area! We actually connected on the phone before he ever arrived but once he got here, it was like we known each other forever! He was very thorough and how he was going to take care of the dogs and the house!! very friendly with the dogs, and they immediately connected with him!! dogs know when they are💖💖 he arrived early so he could become familiar with Circus and tinker and the house and we had a meal together and quickly became best friends! He sent pictures while we were away and updates. Every day. He was gone by the time we came back, but it honestly looked like he had never been in the house. Ryan was one of our best sitters we’ve had! Ryan is so lovely to chat with and we looked forward to meeting him before our trip. He was organized and communicated his plans clearly with us and was easy to communicate with while we were away. Our dog took to him immediately and so we knew we could relax while away. Our home was in great shape when we returned and it was nice to get a debrief from him as well. We’d love to have Ryan back anytime, and so would Steve (our dog)!

Angela Gandolfo and Erica Piazza came to stay at our house while we were away on vacation for two weeks. Our two dogs are a handful, but these two lovely women took such good care of them. They spoiled them even more than we do, which is perfect. We got photos every day, and when we came home our house was tidy and there were clean sheets on the bed. I couldn't have asked for better house and pet sitters than these two women. They communicated well with us, and if they had questions, they asked. It was a pleasure to work with both Angela and Erica. We had to cut our vacation short because of a death in the family. It was really stressful, but once again, Angela and Erica were flexible and understanding. It made a difficult time easier, knowing that things at home were being managed so well. If we could give 10 out of 5 stars for Candace, Brian, and Chris, we would! They were amazing house and dog sitters for Brown Dog and Scout. They were so accommodating with our timeline and had read our welcome guide to a tee! It was so reassuring being gone for 2 weeks and knowing our pups were in amazing hands. They sent us daily updates and pictures and it was clear the dogs were so well cared for! They left the house very clean and even had all of our bedding and towels washed for us when we arrived home. Would absolutely recommend them for a sit and would love to have them back again any time!

Stephanie, Brian and baby Martin took fabulous care of our home and pets for two weeks. From the outset, communication was quick, smooth and friendly and it was clear that both Stephanie and Brian are reliable, professional and warm sitters who take all the various elements of a sit seriously. They kept us up to date with photos and messages, dealt proactively and competently with any unexpected issues that popped up, and most importantly showered our dogs and gerbils with attention and care throughout the time we were away. We returned to a spotlessly clean home (with thoughtful touches of fresh milk, bacon and bread waiting for us) and happy, settled pets. I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! I wasn't sure what to expect; this was my first experience hiring someone to watch my dogs who wasn't my friend or neighbor. I just needed someone to pop in while I was gone for a long day elsewhere. It couldn't have gone better, to be honest. My dogs met Stacy beforehand and we went over everything that needed to be done prior to the pet sitting job (free consultation). On the day of the appointment/service, I received text updates and some of the best pictures I have had of my dogs, particularly of my youngest dog (attached), who my phone camera can never get a shot of with his eyes open! Furthermore, I knew that if he was smiling than everything was going swimmingly (he is a very sensitive boy). They were fed, given their bones, and pills at each visit per instructions. My dogs looked so happy in the pictures and when I came home, and that was all I could have hoped for. It was great knowing they had a good day and we could all just relax together upon my return. I will be using this service in the future, but if you are considering them yourselves, I recommend that you set it up as soon as you know you need one for a future trip. Pet sitters are in high demand right now and everyone books up quickly! I was so lucky to get a sitter a few weeks before I needed them!

Christine has been grooming our two dogs for almost two years now. The mobile grooming is so convenient and keeps us and the dogs stress free! She is so nice, always on time and does an AMAZING job. She gets all the extra hair and thick undercoating and it is so nice to have them not shed everywhere for a few days.. plus they are soft and smell good.
