Milena is beyond amazing - hands down the best at what she does! We have been using her boarding services for a while now - leaving our Shiba Inu (Akila) with her for extended periods. She is always so caring and loving, making sure that the dogs feel right at home. I cannot recommend her enough!! Thank you Milena for taking such good care of Akila!

I recently entrusted the care of my dog to Milena, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Milena is truly an expert in dog care, and my dog was pampered like he was at home. From the first meeting, I was impressed by his professionalism. She asked many questions to understand my dog's specific needs, diet, play preferences, etc. This gave me great peace of mind. During the babysitting period, Milena regularly shared photos and videos of my dog having fun, which allowed me to stay in touch and see how happy he was. She also respected the care plan we established together, which was very important to me. In addition to providing excellent care, Milena also demonstrated flexibility. She was accommodating with my dog's pick up and drop off times which made the whole experience even easier. I highly recommend Milena to anyone looking for a high quality dog sitting service. Since we arrived in Geneva, slightly over a year now; Emilien from Pet-Services takes care of our for cats when we are away. I trust him 100%, he comes once a day to our house to feed and spend some time with my cats.He send us pictures of our cats every single day. Amazing! Truly highly recommended! Gaelle is very attentive and the guidance she is giving us is priceless. An incredible educator! Despite some difficulties, she was able to find the best solutions to adapt her course to the character of Darko (Malinois cross husky) 😅 both individual and semi-collective courses are rich in diversity and adapt to the needs of each dog. She knows how to pass on her knowledge, which allowed me to better understand my dog and thus ensure that his training is a success. I saw a gradual and positive evolution in my dog's behavior, thanks to his individual lessons and an improvement in socialization with other dogs during the semi-group lessons. I highly recommend. My little puppy and I have been followed by Gaëlle for three months now in private lessons as well as in group lessons... and it is really top-notch care because it is very complete. During private lessons Gaële offers an approach centered on the needs of the dog but also of its owner. She is very attentive to the questions and problems that we encounter and organizes lessons accordingly. Her analytical mind, her understanding and her kindness allow us to move forward in a much more serene way in this great adventure and for that I will never thank her enough 🙏 As for the group lessons, they allow a great work of socialization with conspecifics of all ages. I did private and group lessons with Gaëlle for my border collie. I find that his ease in understanding my dog's sensitivity, behavior and character was extraordinary. I particularly appreciated the private lessons which taught me a lot in the education of the puppy who was 2 months old. In particular, she taught him to manage his frustration with constructive advice. Furthermore, Gaëlle was really available in addition to being attentive and friendly. I can only recommend it! We were followed by Gaëlle in private education lessons to our greatest satisfaction. Very good first initial contact, during which we were able to present our puppy, our needs and define the needs of which we were not yet aware. A very good teacher, Gaëlle allows us to acquire the right reflexes, the right way to position ourselves “positively” and to better understand our dog. I learned a lot and am convinced that the quality of my relationship with my dog will benefit from these courses throughout our lives!

I had the pleasure of following an introduction to nosework. Gaëlle is a very competent instructor who masters her subject and who was able to guide me step by step to get started in this fascinating discipline. My dog and I had a great time and we will take lessons again without hesitation.

Classes with Gaëlle are a pleasant time, for both dogs and owners! When she sees her, my dog wriggles but quickly refocuses: she knows that Gaëlle is there to help us in daily education, as well as in leisure activities (tricks and nosework in this case) and it's a pleasure to see Kobe vacillating between joy and seriousness of the course. As for me, I am progressing thanks to his caring support, learning the subtleties of positive education and reading my dog. I would recommend Terra Educanis to anyone who is looking to adopt a puppy or is unsure about an adult dog. Gaëlle also knows her limits well and is quite capable of redirecting you to colleagues according to their specializations, do not hesitate to ask for an assessment before committing!

Great educator! Gaëlle is a beautiful person and has incredible contact with our animal friends (and their masters too). It's always a pleasure to do lessons with her and our little border collie Nahia is progressing very well thanks to her lessons. I recommend with my eyes closed!!

Great education and olfactory research course with our dwarf dachshund Rava for over a year in the field in Plan les Ouates or on walks in Bernex. Very good relationship with Gaëlle and her dog Fanta who is adorable and who sets an example for Rava. We really recommend the education classes with Gaëlle and all her advice helps us every day in our relationship with our dog.

NOT to send your dog to this boarding: My dog was with Best Friend Palace for about a year. He was 9+ years old when we started, but when he turned 10+, he was rejected from the facility. When I asked why my dog lost 4.5 kg in a 10-day stay, the owner seemed dismissive, attributing the weight loss to my dog running around and playing with other dogs all day, especially as my dog chased female dogs. If this is the case, they should require that all dogs be sterilized to prevent such issues. It appears this facility is not willing to handle older dogs or those needing special care, or they are simply not equipped to do so. Additionally, I had recommended Best Friend Palace to a lot of friends before they rejected my dog. I didn't make any complaint and moved on. Tragically, last year, my friend’s dog, Teddy, passed away from a stomach bacterial infection, which we believe was caused by the raw food given to them. This incident has raised serious concerns about the hygiene and quality of care at this facility. If you decide to board your dog here, I strongly recommend providing your own food. Because of the owner's unfriendliness and double face, I cannot in good conscience recommend this place at all.

We trusted our small rescue dogs to Best Friends Palace for their boarding services . We interacted with very attentive and knowledgeable staff . We love the concept and know our little ones were well taken care off. Well recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super recommendable Hotel for all the dogs ~ very nice and professional owner and staff! There is a big play ground and swimming pool. Dogs can get pretty haircut and hairdressing here too!

We have left our dogs twice in the last 2 months. We are delighted, they socialize and exercise with other dogs. One of our dogs has daily treatments and this has been taken into account by the boarding house. We received photos and videos each of us without even asking for them and also a written report of the stay at the end. We can only recommend this place and we are very happy to have such a good pension close to home. You can leave your furballs with complete confidence and peace of mind.

Our Prosperous border collie loves this place and we love bringing him because he always gets the best treatment. Jin is a true animal lover! Absolutely recommended

It's been 6 months that our “Lady” like us has benefited from the services of Garderie Caniscout several times a week. First of all I would like to write that Ysaline has great professional ethics; always respectful, caring, loyal and very competent. Every day, she provides a very high quality, responsible, communicative and trustworthy service. Our “Lady” is pampered, and happy to spend these days with Ysaline because it is sharing with these peers, walks, games and growth (evolution). For us it's serenity and happiness to see her come home happy and very tired from the long, different and beautiful walks offered. We are very pleased and recommend Caniscout 1000%.

We left our cocker dog with her for a visit to CERN. Everything OK! He brought it straight back to where we were.
