Shannon is amazing with my two pugs. Very hard to find someone you can trust with your dogs and I can tell you Shannon is the person! You can tell she loves her job, she treats them like her own and cares very much for all the dogs she walks and looks after. They have the best time with her and come home knackered 😂 Thank you Shannon ❤️

I couldn’t recommend Shannon at Moores Paws enough! Very accommodating professional and most importantly amazing with my Frankie. I was super anxious about leaving my Frankie and having a dog walker come in but Shannon put me at ease and provided regular updates. Would recommend and look forward to using her services again x

Shannon at Moores Paws has cared for my fur buddy since he was a puppy, he’s now 3 years old! Shannon is reliable, kind and has always looked after my Buddy, he goes on group walks and play dates he has a fabulous time, lots of pictures are shared about the adventures they have! Shannon is considerate ensuring all the dogs she has get on and will ensure temperaments are matched! Home made biscuits he loves! When I go on holiday I know he is safe and well walked when out and about with moores paws! X

Moores Paws (Shannon) is the best. Honestly couldnt recommend enough. The effort and love she puts into all of her dogs really puts your mind at rest knowing how well she treats them. My dog is literally OBSESSED with her. Even when she hears her voice on her videos, my dog then searches the house for her! The updates of the pictures & videos are amazing and i love to keep up to date on what adventures my pup has been on with her 😍❤️

Shannon helped me out with daily visits to my three Dachsunds for a few weeks. They can take a while to get used to people, but Shannon won them over almost straight away. She clearly loves he work and is so good with dogs!

Shannon is fantastic with our little guy. He was shy when she first started walking him, and now he loves hearing her at the door. She takes him twice a week, and has even taught him to walk off lead, (after first discussing with us, obviously). I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog walker or pet sitter

We have used Jen’s services on a number of occasions to look after our two cats, she has always been amazing which gives such peace of mind when we are away. Our kids also love getting to see the cats in the daily update photos from Jen… we would highly recommend Adore Pets!

Simply cannot recommend enough! My baby Titan loves Jen, and she even shuffled around timings so she could get to him a touch earlier, so his bathroom breaks lined up. I can go to work happy, knowing he will be lovingly looked after, for his lunchtime walks :)

So glad we found Jen as we can go away knowing our 2 cats are happy, safe and well looked after at home. She sends photo''s and videos which puts our daughters mind at rest when she misses them and we always come back to find all the mail picked up, the house secure and as we left it. She even extended one booking at short notice when we got the opportunity to extend our break by few extra days. Xx

Jen looked after my indoor bunnies, Molly and Boss while I was on holiday. I didn’t want to put them in a boarding facility, I wanted them to be cared for in their home. I hadn’t been on holiday because I didn’t want to leave them so I finally took the plunge and booked one and I found Adore Pets on line. I was very apprehensive about leaving them but after Jen took great care of them and sent me updates everyday, I am confident to go away on holiday again. Jen did a pre visit before I went away and she listened to how I wanted them taken care of. She did a fantastic job and I returned to my very happy bunnies. I would definitely recommend. Jen is lovely and was great visiting my cat, to keep food and water topped up, and making a fuss of him while I was away for a couple of days. It was reassuring to know he was in safe hands after recently recovering from an op. Jen sent photos and updates too, I would definitely recommend her.

Jen has been looking after our 2 ragdoll cats for a few years now whilst we’re away. She’s brilliant and we wouldn’t use anyone else - our two babies are so well looked after in her care and we always look forward to her updates whilst away! ☺️

Jen has looked after our two bulldogs for almost a year now, she pops in Monday to Friday to let them out while we are at work. She plays with them and sends us daily updates to let us know how they are which puts both of our mind at ease. She is polite and professional and so lovely. I would HIGHLY recommend Jen to anyone looking for pet sitting services. You can tell how much she loves her job and the pets she looks after. She treats them all like they are her own. She is now part of our family and we are incredible lucky to have her looking after Marnie and Beau.

Thought I would just update my review of Jen and Adore Pets. We have lived in Andover for a couple of years now and use Jen every time we go away. The cats are still nervous but they come out for her and it is lovely that she sends the pictures so you can relax whilst away from your fur babies 😊. A very big 👍 …

Jen is lovely and was so great with my nervous cat! She sent me updates and pictures after visits which made me feel so much more at ease whilst I was away. Will 100% be using Adore pets again when we go away.

Booked Jen to look after our dog and cat for a night in April. She is great, sent us updates along with pictures. Felt really comfortable leaving her to look after our fur babies and house. Already booked her again, she is now my go to pet sitter!!

We have entrusted our beloved Jazz to Sam many times when we have been away and needed someone to care for her. We have never used a boarding kennels and wanted to find someone who would love Jazz as much as us and treat her as one of their own - and that was certainly Sam. Jazz has been welcomed into Sam's home and treated to wonderful daily walks with her own pooches and those that have been boarding or cared for at the same time. Sam is attentive to Jazz's needs, ensuring that she has been completely comfortable and safe and also reassured us throughout our absence by sending us regular photos, videos and updates. I would have absolutely zero hesitation in recommending Sam and her Home Boarding for Dogs. Believe me, your fur baby could not be in better hands.

Polly always enjoys her holidays with Sam - a real home from home experience. Lovely walks, treats and doggy friends. Sam is highly experienced and I trust her implicitly.

I collected my dog Jess from Sam today and was worried she wouldn't want to come home!! Jess spent the whole weekend being thoroughly spoiled and completely at ease with Sam and her 'family'. Sam sent me lots of pictures of Jess having a great time! I would definitely take Jess to Sam in the future as I know she will be well looked after.

Sam takes great care of our dog when he stays. Don't think he actually wants to leave!

Our working lab can sometimes be a handful, but Danielle cares for her wonderfully, ensuring all her needs are fully met. Danielle is fantastic with the dogs, maintains excellent control, and takes them on diverse and enriching walks using a well-equipped, dedicated dog van. These outings always leave our dog content and fulfilled. Additionally, the booking and payment systems are professional, user-friendly, and efficient. Highly recommended!

Our dog Domino is a very lively working cocker. He gets extremely excited every time he goes to mybestfriend in Andover for a stay as he has such a wonderful time playing with the other dogs. We use Danielle for all our boarding and are very happy to continue the relationship.

Danielle fitted us in at short notice and took really good care of our 7 month old puppy. He can be quite shy but we felt comfortable leaving him with Danielle and Graham and he had a great day playing with the other dogs. Thank you!

Was like dropping off my little baby off at first day at school, so was a little nervous. I had no need to be!!! I was updated with photos, showing all the fun he was having and new friends made. He came back VERY tired and happy!! 5 star service, will defo be using again!!!

Our dog has only been going to Patch’s for 5 months but he clearly loves it! He even knows the other dogs names when I say them to him! He cries at the front door when he’s waiting to go in. Regular updates to show how much fun he’s having & he always comes home absolutely shattered!! Sarah is really professional and is very flexible and helpful! We have only used daycare at the moment but would have no concerns using the boarding option if/when needed! It’s another home from a home for our little fur baby ❤️

Sarah has been incredible and I will be ever grateful to her. My French Bulldog, Martha Brown can be a bit funny around other dogs, but I’ve needed to find a day care for her, and up until meeting Sarah have not found one suitable. Instantly I had trust with Sarah and knew she’d be great with Martha and help socialise her with other dogs. Thank you Sarah. Wow, what can I say about Sarah who runs Patch's Day Care...she is amazing! I have been using Sarah's services for day care and holiday boarding for over 5 years. My three dogs receive home from home care with Sarah, a good routine, walkies, playtime and lots of love (also from her husband, Mike, who loves cuddles with the dogs. I can't recommend Sarah highly enough and all the dogs she has are lovely. Her paperwork is top notch and she is well respected in her trade, she's been doing it for over 20 years after all. Her Covid protocol is excellent with dogs getting anti-bac wiped down when they arrive and leave. All my three dogs love her!

Wow, what can I say about Sarah at Patch’s daycare & boarding! We had a very excitable but anxious, jack x beagle, who was starting to be a bit too bossy and stubborn for her own good so we asked Sarah to help us with some basic training and getting a routine into place to help with the issues our Bella was having. She is now a different dog who is enjoying her life to the full as she should! Bella had some attention seeking behaviours such as pawing, scratching and snatching food and other things however under Sarah’s guidance, this has improved massively and Bella is so much calmer and happier. Sarah also worked with us to stop Bella jumping up and making a huge fuss when we would come home and she now greets us with a lovely waggy tail and sit. We never thought we’d be able to have her off lead due to her high prey drive however we can now walk her off lead quite happily with no issues. Sarah also helped us as a family to gain confidence and trust in Bella to let her show us what she needs and have her off lead. Sarah’s training methods are all about rewarding positive behaviours and Bella absolutely loved training with her as Sarah has such a friendly and kind demeanour about her. We would 100% recommend Sarah to anyone who thinks their dog needs a bit of training as she has been absolutely amazing and changed Bellas’ life for the better. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah as a trainer! We were told about Sarah by our vets who were aware of some of the behavioural issues we had with our Jack Russell x rescue. From the first contact I had with Sarah over email, to the last session and follow up emails, Sarah was very patient, professional and encouraging. Our dog Jack bonded straight away with Sarah, and would quire often choose to sit by her feet during our sessions! One of the receptionists at our vets said to me, ‘what Sarah doesn’t know about dogs isn’t worth knowing,’ and I can 100% say this is true! Sarah not only gave us advice about Jack’s behaviour, she was also able to talk to us about calming remedies and nutritional ideas that myself and my husband didn’t even know existed. Sarah is very committed to her job, she completed courses all the time, provides handouts to support with training, and was always punctual to our sessions. She does not pressurise you into committing to lots of sessions that aren’t required , and she reviews progress and sets tasks to help with training at the end of each session. She has also set up a client group on social media, where she posts advice and you can ask questions. It wouldn’t surprise me if Jack had a ‘behavioural relapse’ just so Sarah can come back again as he misses her very much 💙

Sarah really helped me build my confidence with our rescue. When we first got our rescue Pomeranian he unfortunately had an accident which meant his front paws were in casts and he unfortunately had to be caged. As you can imagine I lost my personal confidence walking him out and about and Sarah helped to restore that confidence. She also gave us some techniques to help him with his anxiety and with some bad habits he'd picked up. We're still on a massive learning curve but I can say that Sarah's approach and love of dogs is clear. She really wants to help and do what's best for you and your dog. Definitely a recommended trainer.

I wanted to improve the confidence of our slightly shy rescue dog but was nervous about daycare after a previous bad experience elsewhere, but Sarah is so knowledgeable and experienced and we instantly felt totally happy leaving Lola with her. It really is a home from home, Lola has been going for about 2 months and now knows each week when it's time to go to Sarah's and can't get into the car fast enough! Both Sarah and Mike have been amazing at welcoming Lola, I love seeing her having fun on Facebook and so happy I found Patch's. I can't recommend highly enough.

Having Sarah guiding and training us and our puppy Cora for the six week course we purchased is the best decision we could possibly have made. We have never had a dog before so were starting from scratch, but she has helped us develop the skills and techniques to be confident doggie parents. She is calm, reassuring, understanding, flexible and unbelievably knowledgeable. She's also been available by email when we've had the odd worry between sessions. I was looking for dog boarding for my Golden Retriever as I had been let down rather last minute. Having moved from Surrey I had no knowledge of local people. I contacted a few with good reviews but they were all full, I was however given Tippy Tap Dog Day Care/Boarding's contact details. Luckily as a relatively new business they had space. I met Tricia and her dog to check both dogs got along, and also the foster dog she had at the time. She then asked for my dog to stay over one night to check he settled. Both these went very well and my dog stayed for 8 nights. Tricia kept me informed of how my dog was doing and sent lots of photos too. Needless to say he had a great time because Tricia is all about the dogs needs, early walks to miss the heat, checking if he was allowed a particular dog treat, etc. I next used Tricia when we had a family bereavement as we needed to stay away overnight to attend the funeral, well when I got out the car my dog nearly pulled me over in his excitement of being back! Now that is the mark of a happy dog, what more could I ask?

My nervous dog started at Dog Tails 6 months ago, and the change in her behaviour over these months has been remarkable. When introducing my dog to Sally (&her family) I warned Sally that my dog was nervous & very skittish & jumpy with dogs she doesn't know, and loud noises etc. Sally was very kind and took things slow with my pup, keeping me updated on daily events. My dog has grown so much confidence and gets soooo excited when she realises we're nearly at day care. Sally&her family treat all the dogs who visit like their own. I've never felt so relaxed leaving my pup with anyone, I can go about my day¬ worry. Highly recommended A*

Sally has been looking after our dog Kojo for over 2 years now and I must say, I couldn't have found a more trustworthy, caring, and amazing person for the job! Sally, along with her family has become an extension of Kojo’s family and it’s hard to find someone who cares and loves for your dog as much as Sally does, her love for dogs shines through in her attentiveness and going above and beyond to ensure Kojo and the gang are happy! Harriet has been a godsend when it comes to providing care for my mini Daxie lilo! As a health worker trying to find dog care around my schedule is difficult! Harriet is fantastic with my dog and I know she is cared for so well when with her. The health service discount helps lots!!

Our lively spaniel was too much for the last boarder we tried, but he settled in just fine with Harriets crew. Clearly had a wonderful time and we at last felt confident we had found a caring and competent person to look after him. Delighted to say we are now having a week away for the first time since he joined our family and best of all have no worries and know he will have the best time 🙂
