I recently had to attend a funeral and urgently needed someone to look after my dog. Angie was incredible. She took my dog in on short notice and provided exceptional care and attention. As first time dog owners, to our anxious little pug Mo, we did extensive research when trying to find someone to care for her whilst we’re on our much loved holidays! We stumbled across Heather and Blossy at the pug snug and we’re so glad that we did! Heather really does provide outstanding care for all of the pugs she looks after and has really gone above and beyond for us too! Our girl Mo has just had her first stay with Heather and Blossy and absolutely loved every minute of it!! Myself and my partner were completely at ease and knew Mo was in the best possible hands with all the photos, updates and daily emails. Heather has supported Mo from trial days and sleepovers to help her to be more comfortable with the new environment and meeting lots of puggies at once and now she absolutely loves her time at the pug snug. We can’t thank Heather and Blossy enough for all they do!!

Heather has been amazing since the day we’ve enquired about her service on pug boarding. She’s very knowledgeable about pugs and has looked after our Pickle very well during our time away. She keeps up to date daily with photos and evening email of what Pickle has been up to during the day. She treats him like her own baby and we’re really grateful for it. Excellent Pug boarding and daycare. The owner fully understands the needs of Pugs and cares for each one like her own. The owner goes above and beyond to provide your Pug with the care and support they need. My pug spent 16 days, everyday we got an update and photos. On arrival to collect our pug he was wearing a lovely surprise gifted by the pugsnug.I wouldn't choose anyone else to look after my pug. Thank you Pugsnug.

Heather has been an absolute pleasure from our initial inquiry to our pug Rudie’s 2 week stay with her and Blossy. We’ve just picked our pug Rudie up from his first stay with Heather and he’s looking happy and healthy and we can tell he’s had the best time! Heather takes her business very seriously and genuinely loves the pugs in her care. Whilst away we received regular photos and updates from Heather and a daily email outlining what Rudies been up to. She’s very personable, a great communicator and very observant of the dogs. We didn’t for a minute have to worry about Rudie, when Heather observed blood in his urine she took him straight to the vets and when it didn’t clear up initially she took him back again. By the time we returned Rudies infection had cleared. We knew we could trust her to take the best care of him. I can’t recommend Heather’s services more highly and Rudie won’t be staying anywhere else from now on.

The pug snug are able to offer the perfect day and stay to both my energetic young pugs and to my late elderly pug alike. This business is a real credit to the town and further afield offering personalised care to the breed. As pug owners…we know that they do just love to be with their own kind and this is the perfect place for them. I would trust them with my girls over anyone.

My elderly pug Nancy has stayed with Heather and Blossom a couple of times now and we have many more stays booked in. I’m so glad I found The Pug Snug as I have been so impressed with Heathers approach to looking after the dogs, treating them as her own. I receive plenty of photos and a nightly report! Nancy happily runs in when we arrive and doesn’t seem to be too bothered about me when I pick her up! I don’t blame her as she’s having a great time!! I would not hesitate in recommending The Pug Snug to anyone looking for doggy day care or boarding.

Such a wonderful setting to leave our beloved pugs. Heather goes above and beyond to make all the doggies feel welcome and for owners to be assured throughout their stay with regular updates. We left our little boy at The Pug Snug for a week whilst we away on holiday. Have nothing but good things to say about Heather and her care for our boy. We received updates daily on how he was getting on, along with photos of him enjoying his little break with his new friends which massively put our minds at rest. When we came to pick him up, he refused to leave heathers side and was whining the whole way home! Charlie and Penelope love the Pug Snug! We leave our fur kids in the amazing care of Heather and Blossom every time we go on holiday and they love it. Even my little sensitive and anxious Charlie starts howling and barking excitedly and runs right to Heather’s door and can’t wait to greet her and stay with her and Blossy. It is truly a pug dream come true and Heather and Blossy will love and treat your pugs as if they lived there all the time.

I could not trust someone more with my dog! Not only does my dog get a best friend, but I get someone I can always rely on, too! I 100% recommend Emma.

Emma is amazing! I was really nervous about having someone else look after my dog as he has a lot of behavioural problems, but she reassured me and took great care of him. When I came back I found she was even able to do a bit of training with him and so some of his problems were better! Couldn't recommend her more, especially if you have a dog with behaviour issues.

I’ve been using Emma for a couple of years now, she’s done wonders for both my eldest dog and my pup, they love going to see her and ignore me if I around. Emma also sits for me in my house with them and I get regular updates and photos from her. Emma’s done training with the boys for me, tells them off and corrects behaviour, group walks are fabulous, both my boys are so calm with other dogs now, I fell on my feet finding Emma x

Emma has been amazing with our new dog custard we are first time pet owners and I couldn't ask for more support. It's nice to actually have a dog walker & sitter there cares so much . We get updates when they are in walks and lots of communication for over night stays

The poor customer service skills of Camptails staff is extremely poor , yet they are proud of it. Read the other one star review which matches my experience with them. They have so much attitude over the phone and in emails. They told me about their cancellation rules only after appointment was made and then needed to be cancelled. At that point its too late to bring that up to the customer. I never actually got to using their service as the appointments part was so uncomfortable. Up your game if you want to succeed. You work with our precious dogs, how can we trust you when you can’t even treat the dog parents respectfully. Hint: Lay out all your ground rules prior to appointments.

Our dog goes in once a week, he really enjoys it . The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable. All he dogs appear to be well looked after/ entertained.

Our dog loves it here, and always comes back completely exhausted, spending the next 24 hours sleeping it off. Love that they publish videos on insta so that we can see what he gets up to!

Excellent, friendly staff and it always seems very clean. And most importantly my dog loves it. They do a great job in the Groom Room as well.

Tails is a wonderful place to leave your loved pet! Please do not confuse this place with your standard dog "storage" kennel. Camp Tails is an all day activity centre with trained staff caring for and engaging with your dog around the clock, litteraly. Their space is awesome, it's open and stress free, the level of socialisation your dog gets is exactly what they need. Our dog Pepper loves the attention and comes back home exhausted after a day. The staff are excellent and super helpful, I have no worries in leaving my dog here and leave with peace of mind that she's being looked after to an excellent standard. Thank you!

My mini Yorkie puppy loves chasing his friends and getting cuddles here. The staff make sure he enjoys his playtime with other friendly dogs.

Potato has been a day camper for several years and he absolutely loves it! It is wonderful to see him excited to go through the door knowing that he will have the best standard of care and supervision whilst there. Everyone wants their dogs to have fun and be safe at the same time - Camp Tails have nailed this! All of the staff are super friendly and their love and commitment to all of the dogs really does shine through. Potato comes home in need of a post day-care nap after all of the interaction and fun he has had with his doggie friends :) Goes without saying - I highly recommend Camp Tails, they truly do make dogs happy!

Indy had an amazing first day at Camp Tails and came home knackered! They did a report card for her first day and even posted videos on what the dogs get up to! They do enrichments for them such as puzzle feeders and agility which is perfect for a spaniel! We will definitely keep using Camptails, thank you ☺️

Carol is brilliant. She works with you and has great attention to detail wanting to know daily routines and patterns so that your pet is completely catered for. I felt at ease being away knowing my dog was being looked after. I even got regular updates and photos. I would never hesitate to use Stellar Pet Care and neither would my dog!

Sarah has done a great job looking after Reggie our house rabbit whilst we were away for a few days. We were sitting having our tea and "ping" our phone went - Sarah had sent us a video of Reggie enjoying himself and some lovely photos of him really chilled and relaxed. A weight off our shoulders and we felt reassured he was being looked after and loved whilst we were away. So happy we've asked Sarah to look after Reggie again later this year :)

We've used Sarah many times to look after our cats in our home. We can thoroughly recommend her. Totally trustworthy, the cats love her and she copes with our cat with renal issues. We never worry about Mikey and Mavis when we go away.

Just picked up our beloved dog Winston after a weeks stay with Sharon - he had a wonderful time and we thoroughly enjoyed our daily pup-dates of photos. Sherlock loves going on holiday to We Love Pets Bury St Edmunds and we get regular updates and photos so we know what he’s been up to. He comes home happy and relaxed which is a relief as we tried other options and he came home very anxious. They really know how to look after him!

Where do I start. From first contact with Tasha I just knew my furbabies would be loved and looked after. When Tasha first popped over to go over everything and meet them she instantly got down to their level and spoke with them. All three of my furbabies have very different personalities and having given a brief before meeting them instantly knew who was who. I got updates and photos everyday which meant I could relax and enjoy my break knowing they would be just fine In her company. I also added an extra day while away and Tasha said it would be absolutely fine. Knowing that my furbabies were in their own surrounding and meant they were kept to their own routine was totally reassuring. Along with my house being kept safe aswell. I’ve had house sitters in the past and they didn’t quite look after the house either. So it was lovely on my return that it was clean, tidy, and nothing broken. 🥰 Shall defiantly be using this service again when we hopefully get booked to go away again in oct.

Tasha and Andy looked after our grey tabbies while we had a week in Cornwall. They sent us photos every day and kept us reassured that our babies were just fine. They didn’t just pop in - that stayed and played with our curious affectionate kittens. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them again and can highly recommend them both.

From first contact and meeting Tasha, Milo, our dog, was in love! Communication was great, and Tasha gave us options for house sitting and also boarding with a pop in for our cat. There was no pressure for either option. In the end, we used Tasha and Andy for House sitting for our dog and cat while we were on holiday. This was the first time leaving our animals with someone who was not family, and Tasha put all my anxious thoughts to ease. While we were away, we got daily and sometimes twice daily updates with pictures, which I found fantastic. Upon coming home, Tasha had hoovered, mopped, and even cleaned the bathroom while also washing the bed covers. This was amazing to come home to after a long flight home! We would definitely recommend We Love Pets BSE and would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you again, especially from Milo and Mittens.

Tasha was great from initial contact through staying with our pups! She loved our babies as her own and sent plenty of pictures and videos for our peace of mind. Our pups definitely missed her when she left!

An excellent service provided by genuine animal lovers who love and care for your pet. I am confident whenever the team look after our cat, that she is well looked after, given plenty of attention and our property is looked after and safe.

We Love Pets looked after our two cats and two indoor Guinea pigs for two weeks this summer and I honestly cannot fault them. The pets looked very happy and relaxed when we returned. The cages and litter trays were super clean. We got pictures everyday which was really reassuring and they sent us regular updates. We will definitely use them again.

We have just been away for a stress free break knowing that We Love Pets (Bury St Edmunds) were house sitting our 2 beloved older ladies. Apart from the dog & cat being well, the plants watered, the house left in a good state, the daily emails & photos… I think the best thing was having the confidence to know we could enjoy our break without worrying about the really important stuff. Would recommend to anyone that loves their pets too.

I left my two rats whilst on holiday for 3 Weeks. They were so well looked after, frozen strawberries and ice cubes when it was hot and a fan to keep them cool! 5 Star service 👍 …

What a brilliant find. Ryan was very responsive and looked after our birds for a couple of days in May. They both seem happy with their stay and have been well looked after. Ryan used my food and fed the fresh food I brought. Would highly recommend crime pet care for your small animals. Most excellent and would highly recommend. Will be back in June thanks Ryan

Ryan took very good care of our pet Senegal Parrot "Foggy" whilst we holidayed at Center Parcs. We could tell that Foggy had enjoyed his time and didn't want to leave which is testament to the care and attention that Foggy had received during his week with Ryan. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ryan to look after your small pets as they will be cared for and attended to with the same care and attention as you give to your little friend. Ryan looked after our two bunnies while we were on holiday. He gave us regular updates which was really appreciated. One of our rabbits wasn’t eating on the second day, Ryan contacted us and knew what to do as he has his own rabbits. You can tell Ryan really cares and is knowledgeable about animals. I felt our bunnies were in safe hands and would leave them with Ryan again.

Ryan once again looked after our Budgie Bo while we were away on holiday, Bo was well looked after when we came to pick him up he looked happy and was tucking into his food, would highly recommend crown pet care, Ryan really takes pride in looking after the animals

Ryan is excellent, with flexible drop off/pick up times and was happy to go the extra mile, especially in this heat wave to make sure pets stayed cool. Such an amazing place for dogs to stay. I have 2 dogs and received a discounted rate. The dogs had such fun playing with the resident dogs and other visitors. The only downside is that they didn't want to come home. Will definitely be booking again.
