This was our first time hiring a catsitter and we were reluctant to have someone we didn’t know take care of Cece while we left town for the weekend. I found Fetch and was astonished by their overwhelmingly positive reviews, so I called and spoke to Matt who was extremely kind and helpful in clearly/concisely explaining how their business operates. I told my girlfriend about it and we weren’t sure what to expect but Pam was excellent and super nice! She actually set up a time to come down, meet us at our apartment, say hello to our cat, and ask us everything she needs to know about taking care of Cece before we left. She also sent us pictures every time she stopped in to show us that Cece was okay which is really important to us as her owners. If you’re hesitant about trusting a stranger to care for your pets while you’re away, do yourself a world of a favor and contact Fetch! You will not be disappointed! NOT TO MENTION THEIR PRICES ARE VERY BUDGET-FRIENDLY.

I found Fetch Pet Care about a year ago, and I've absolutely loved working with them! Our cat sitter Becky always takes amazing care of our two cats, and it's so nice to feel assured that they and the house are looked after while we are gone. We use Sarah as our cat sitter and she is amazing! We know our cats are in great hands with her. In addition, this service is reliable, friendly, and always makes sure we have a sitter. This is important especially since we have to leave on short notice. I would recommend using Fetch and if you need a cat sitter, Sarah is amazing. We also use Wendy and she is great too. Wonderful people work here!

We had such a great first experience with Fetch. Our sitter was extremely professional and provided great care for our two cats while we were on vacation. She called or texted me each day she visited to let me know how they were doing which I really appreciated. She even was able to help us by coming over early one day at the last minute when there was a potential emergency situation with water leakage in our home. We will definitely be using Fetch and our sitter the next time we are out of town!

I contacted Fetch Pet Care to take care of my cat when I had to go out of town on relatively short notice. They were very accommodating and flexible, which I appreciated! Aimee took great care of my cat while I was away, and even sent me pictures of him to let me know he was doing ok! It was such a peace of mind to be able to keep my cat at home while I was away. Fetch is now my go-to group for pet care and I highly recommend them!

I have used Fetch for the last 10+ years. When I have traveled I have had the same two people come into my home to care for my cats. I have never worried and whenever I have returned home the cats’ attitudes have been “we didn’t miss you at all“. Beth W has boarded my dogs in her home for the last 5+ years. I typically get a video or two showing them at “Club Med” and I am always amazed at how tired and happy they are when I pick them up. My experience has been that everyone treats my pets like they are one of theirs… Highly recommend!!

After a bad experience with another pet sitting service (dogs were their priority), we discovered Fetch and used them for over a year when we lived in Pittsburgh. What I love about their model is that you get assigned an animal sitter which I prefer so that our cats get comfortable and familiar with one person. Obviously if they are unavailable, Fetch can arrange for a back up. Our cat sitter was Paulette and she was warm and wonderful to our two cats! She would usually send photos during each visit which gave us piece of mind. She would come twice a day, usually for 30 minute visits. And she was always ready to care for our furbabies on short notice. I highly recommend Fetch and Paulette for peace of mind when you have to go away! Billing is done monthly and you can add a tip if you are short on cash before going away.

My cousin stopped grooming my dogs recently so I had to take my chances at a new groomer I was definitely nervous going to someone new especially with them not being family but I’m so happy I found Furry Friends Camp. Theresa takes the time to get to know you and your pets she treats them so good and her place is very safe I felt very comfortable leaving my babies with her. Also extremely happy with my pups haircut. She even gave me a recap on how they did and acted after the appointment. We will definitely become regular customers!!

I was thrilled with the job done at Furry Friends! The owner got my dog in on short notice and made sure to focus all her time and attention on him by making sure he was the only dog there during the grooming. She was professional and kind and I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to have their pet pampered!

Theresa was amazing with all three of my maltipoos. She took the time to get to know all of them and they came back to me looking and smelling so good. I can’t thank her enough.

Furry Friends camp is 10 on a scale of 1-5. Teresa is hands on with every dog thats there. She goes out of her way to assure your dog feels at home.

We have been taking our dog to Camp Furry Friends since Teresa opened. Our dog, Mia is always so happy when she is there. She feels safe and loved with Teresa. The facility is clean. We are so happy we found it. The grooming Teresa does is wonderful and so reasonable.

Yesterday was our little dog, Tux's, second visit to Furry Friends Camp. He had so much fun playing with the other campers. Tux also got groomed for the second time by Theresa. He looks great, and we cannot say enough good things about Theresa's services. Her business is clean, bright, and immaculately kept. Theresa is kind, professional, and caring, along with being a gifted groomer. We highly recommend Furry Friends Camp.

Ms. Teresa is wonderful and her day camp is clean and beautiful. My precious dog is a rescue and she is very, very timid around new people and other dogs. I was worried about bringing her to a dog day camp, as she is such a nervous pup. Ms. Teresa made her feel at home and I was so happy to know my pup was safe while I was at work. I would highly suggest Furry Friends Camp for any of your furry family members. I am so grateful and pleased to have a safe and caring environment for my little dog.

Awesome daycare. Theresa and John are so wonderful and give such love and time to each and every dog. My dog loves the personal attention he gets there. Loves that they have toys and little tents to go in and out of and even a pool and chairs to catch some sun. He gets so excited when I tell him where he is going, that I have to wait until few minutes before we leave or he drives me crazy until we leave. Love Furry Friends.. Highly recommend!!!

My two high spirited Aussies visited for the first time in Nov 2024. They were very wound up when I dropped them off & I was extremely nervous to leave them. I returned to pick them up after four hours and found them happily playing with the entire group of six dogs in the outside room. It brought me such comfort! We just had our first stay here. Our dog has sensitive skin and developed a hot spot that became infected, but the team here was on top of everything. They knew when to seek care, they gave us updates, and even checked up on our boy a week after our stay. We truly felt like they cared and that they did everything to help him out. Definitely recommend. All the staff was great! We will definitely be back!

We had a great grooming experience with Sam! I had a full groom done on my senior Golden Retriever, and our puppy got his first nail trim. Communication was great, and the boys came out looking amazing and so very happy! Highly recommended! ❤️

Our 8 month old pup loved her time at her very first doggie daycare! The staff was very communicative and posted pictures of our girl on their social media which made me feel as ease knowing she was having so much fun!

Finally a doggy daycare that my dog likes. She's excited to get out of the car (instead of trying to get back in like she does at other popular daycares). The staff is super friendly. Knew which one was my dog from the first visit.

My girl, Molly doesn’t travel well in the car & I had to board her while on vacation. It broke my heart. She’s 3 & the 1st time we’ve left her. The staff was great with her. I checked in several times that week & they gave me honest feedback. (She was a bit upset we left her.) They helped Molly adjust without having her family & gave her extra attention to ease her transition. I cannot thank them enough for taking care of my baby! I highly recommend Friendly Paws & will def use them in the future.

With such a loving staff, why would you take your dog anywhere else? With a quick email, I can make reservations for my pup. I can drop him off for daycare as early as 6:30 am and pick him up after work. They will feed, walk, and keep him entertained for a solid day. They also partner with a groomer so that when your pup is there, you can schedule full grooming services without making a second trip. Pampered Paw treats us like family and my dog more than loves it there. It is such a relief knowing they will care for him as much, if not more than I do!!!

My dog loves it here, and so do I! Their drop off and pick up process is so easy and the staff are always very friendly. They work with your schedule and I appreciate them so much!

Snoopy (as The Flying Ace) enjoying the Howl o Ween Pawty at Pampered Paw Resort. The staff set up a spooky obstacle course and made such a fun event for our pups. The care and love they provide for all of their “kids” is beyond measure. We have used daycare and boarding services and I never worry when Snoopy is in their care. The entire staff is incredible and I can’t recommend PPR high enough for a place to let your pups run, play and socialize. We give them two paws up 🐾🐾❤️

We’ve been taking Kaya to daycare since she was about a year old. We had to take a short break due to scheduling but we’re back now 1 day a week & our puppy Gemma starts tomorrow! We love pampered paw!

My Benji boy absolutely loves Pampered paw resort. When I ask him if he wants to go play with the puppies at daycare, he gets so excited. The staff is amazing and I always know my Benji is taken care of.

They are they best! They always take such good care of our Harley whether he is in daycare or when we board him there! We know he is in great hands!!!

Caitlyn and all the staff and the services here are just wonderful. My under 2 yr old Husky Shepherd mix Luna and even my 11 yr old Dachshund-Beagle mix Princess love it there.Their high standards, vaccine requirements and extra things they offer for the dogs are above and beyond and make this a very special place. I feel confident and at peace that my dogs are in very good hands when theyre at PPR! I'm so happy I found Pampered Paw Resort, I wouldn't take my pups anywhere else. Our pup Maya is very skittish around new people and boarding facilities. This place went above and beyond to make her comfortable. We can tell she had an exceptional experience. Even though they are a bit out of the way for us, we didn't mind driving from Morgantown. We cannot wait to tell all our friends and refer them to South Sunset Beach. The purpose of this review is less about bashing the kennel and more about saving other pet owners the horror that my family just experienced. I left my dog and my daughter’s dog there for a week. My dog requires daily meds to treat his inflammation and arthritis in his hind leg. Upon picking our dogs up we were told that they currently had 75+ dogs which is way too many and as we were told “more than they had room for”. Upon picking my dog up he had to be lifted into my car which is odd since he usually hops right in. Once we got him home he could barely even walk which made me wonder if he had been given any meds over the past week. He had to be carried outside for the first day after we got home to relieve himself. Two days later, my daughter’s dog was unable to stand and was shaking uncontrollably. She was rushed to the doggie ER where is was discovered that her liver enzymes were at an unusually high level. We were told this was possibly from receiving meds that weren’t meant for her. I suspect that they may have given the wrong dog the meds. I don’t like to make assumptions like that but they won’t respond to my multiple messages so giving them the “benefit of the doubt” is out the window. I have left several messages with the kennel to get an explanation as to what might have happened and have not received a reply at all. We have now incurred close to $1000 in vet bills over the last week….but still no explanation…. (Insert cricket sounds)….I’m convinced that this place did nothing more than keep our dogs alive for the week we were gone due to extreme overcrowding and may have inadvertently almost killed my daughter’s dog. Do NOT use this place…. Especially if your pet requires medication or anything beyond food and water. You probably won’t be able to get ahold of them anyhow.

The facilities are clean and not overpriced like some kennels in the area and her prices are pretty camparable to what I've paid in CO, MO, IL and KY. It's always hard to schedule drop offs as she never asnwers the phone and doesn't return messages. I usually have to call over 3 or 4 days before I get a response. I also don't think she properly dosed my dog's medication last time. I always count our his pills for his stay and this last time, he had nearly 4 days worth of meds left over.

They take great care of our pitbull mix. They text us back quickly if we have any questions while on vacation. It's clear they really care about the dogs

I have never boarded my four-legged companions before. If they couldn't accompany me, I didn't go. I was nervous and didn't like the concept of boarding my 3 mo. old puppy, however, Fancy Paws took extraordinary care of my little girl. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about personal relations and putting their clients, human and animal at ease. Thank you Fancy Paws for the exceptional care of Hera. She sends puppy kisses.

Took our KoKo there to get groomed. She was super happy and very well taken care of while there. Have already recommended them to a friend for her dog. Will definitely be back. Was also a much better price then others we spoke with and did more at no extra charge.

Boarded our pups there in August. They did great. Have gotten our dogs and previously a cat groomed there for several years. Always a wonderful job. ❤️

Called us on the morning of our trip to tell us we did not have a recent poop sample on file so our dogs couldn't stay. Didn't try contacting us any time sooner as we had no record of an incoming call or voice mail from the business. Not even a couple days to, you know, give us time to collect a sample and get said sample analyzed or a voicemail to let us know they tried to reach out. Thus leaving us to scramble the day of our flight to find care for our dogs. Absolutely would not recommend, super unprofessional and would suggest finding alternative care for your animals. What kind of kennel business thinks it's acceptable to call the morning of planned accommodations to cancel? It's either badly managed or poorly staffed either way, would you trust your dogs with people that are that unorganized? Edited to clarify that while the business may have tried to contact us they left zero proof of doing so with a voice mail. Honestly being gaslit by a business that does this is fairly unscrupulous.

They treat our Preacher boy like royalty. It is so easy to schedule our appointment for grooming. He looks so handsome.. highly recommended. Stacey and her wonderful staff are so pleasant and treat their furry friends with great care and love!

Bath, ear cleaning, nails trimmed and groomed for a price cheaper than competitors. The owner and the staff was very personable and treated my dog like they're own. There services we're completed in a timely manor.

I used Fetch many times, Gina was my cat sitter and my cats LOVED her, we are new to the area and I was so happy that we were able to find someone to watch our two kitties, who you can see in the photos! We hired them from August 3rd to August 11th and Paulette, the owner, was the one who watched them. We were so happy to have the owner take over for Gina, but it was the worst experience we have ever had and I have spent the entire last month trying to get this fixed. Our last visit was at 7:30 pm on August 11th and we returned at 6:00 am on August 12th. When we arrived our cats had no water at all, they have a large fountain and it was completely empty. What if I didn't get home until later that night? Their litter box was also almost empty, instead of the 3 inches we left it with there was only about 1/2 inch of litter, while the giant tub of litter was right outside the bathroom door. I leave a note detailing instructions, nothing complicated, but I don't believe it was ever read, cans were put in the open recycling instead of a closed garbage where we put them for safety. None of my outside plants were watered, the cats treat container was broken and just left on the counter, where the cats could get it. No one reached out to me the entire time I was gone to ask any questions at all. Gina would text me each time she visited, while I know that was extra it was appreciated. Honestly I would think that a trainee came into my home, not the owner of the company. I never write things like this but it was appalling . I have now spent the past MONTH trying to reach some sort of solution to this issue. I have emailed them 8 times, no response, and I know that they check the email because they have chose to text me, but then not respond to any emails. I texted them, I only asked for a partial refund for how honestly horrible the service was, but have got nothing back. I have never been treated this way I have no idea what is going on with this company. I travel 3-4 times a year and have hired Fetch for every trip, but never again. I am honestly so hurt and disappointed that they would treat my cats this way after I trusted them in their care and then never rectify the situation. I will NEVER use them again and warn others against using them. I spent a month trying to fix this so I don't have to be that person writing a bad review, but here we are.

Fetch! has been such a great service on our past few trips. We have had Monique and Adrienne help out. They take such great care of my cat and it gives me great piece of mind that she’s safe and happy. - They do a mini consult to meet the pet and go over the details of their visits. - for my pet, they clean the litter, refresh the water, refill the food, give snacks, and play/snuggle - after the visit you get photos from the session and a journal - they will even bring in delivery packages and cans, no problem!

Very easy to schedule pet sitting and the sitter is always responsive. They provide great care to my cats when I am out of town. I've been using them for the last few years anytime I am out of town and I have never had an issue. I would and have recommended them to friends.

I cannot recommend Fetch highly enough! The app is so well-organized; you will receive a "yes or no" checklist of things your pet-sitter did during each visit (fed, watered, scooped litter box, etc.) and if they return for multiple visits, they will also note how your pet reacted to those things (did they eat? want to play? use litter box?). They also send a personalized note and photo of your pet each visit; it was such a relief to be able to watch my cat get more and more comfortable hanging out with Paulette in real-time while I was away. :) They put so much care and attention into pet-sitting and communicating with pet-owners while doing so. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my cat!!

Highly satisfied and very happy with this company. Monique did a fantastic job cat sitting our two furbabies. She took notes of our instructions and gave us peace of mind making sure that our kitties are going to be safe and sound. She kept us posted in every visit and we love her regular journals and updates regarding her latest adventure with our cats. I never have to worry about the care of my pets since I found Fetch! They are so dependable, the price is great, and the app is easy to use. I also love that the same wonderful Fetch! pet care person (thank you Lenore!) has always been available to care for my pets- cause when you have cats that take a bit to warm up to people, that is piece of mind! I have recommended Fetch! to two coworkers and they too are happy customers.

Monique understood exactly the situation I was facing, helping a family member who had to leave town for an emergency (and I'm in a different state). They were able to find a wonderful pet sitter for us in a flash, who was just wonderful with Cookie the kitty. I know that she cares about my kitties just as much as I do. Fetch makes it easy to book and pay without adding stress to my schedule and travel.

Those of us who have pets know that they are not just "pets". They are members of our families. I had a family emergency and had to go out of town. Monigue took care of my bird at my home while I was away and she was absolutely great! Honestly, I think she took better care of "Nancy" than I do! She sent me a picture every time she visited which made me feel a lot better about leaving her in someone else's care. Another thoughtful item is that Monique did a "meet and greet " with Nancy and me before I left. She was also extremely responsive when I would send her a text regarding any additional information she may have needed, etc. I would use their service again in a heartbeat.

Monique did an awesome job checking in on my two cats for 9 days. She was reliable and took care of everything they needed. One of the cats knocked over a glass and she let me know immediately, swept it up, and checked to make sure neither of them were hurt. I would use her again for peace of mind while away!

My pup just had his evaluation today at the Pooch Pitt and he came prancing out all excited! He loved being there for just one hour…this is a perfect fit for my pup. He has been snoring for a few hours after only an hour of play, I can only imagine what a 1/2 or full day will do to him!

Our dogs Finn and Willow went to Pooch Pitt for their first doggy daycare visit, this week. They had a BLAST and were so tuckered out when they came home. We will definitely be back and we can’t say enough good things about the staff, especially Allie.

Been using the Pooch Pitt for years, but this time they went above and beyond. We took a 2 week trip abroad and Allie and the team took extra special care of our Zoey. She’s an anxious older girl and the crew at the Pooch Pitt were so accommodating to ease nerves and keep her happy and eating! (She tends to lose weight due to nerves). Couldn’t be more satisfied with their care and attention.

Archie is chocolate Lab 10 yrs young and loves to think he can hang with the big dogs but he is 10. The Pooch Pitt always provides comfortable and safe care. They know he wants to be part of everything but he has limits and they accommodate him well. He loves coming to stay and always comes home happy yet exhausted. They make it easy to leave him in their care- when I don't want to do so. I Recommend Pooch Pitt 100%.!

We are watching our grandpup while our son is overseas. Rocco is nervous in this new area far from NM. We brought him to the Pooch Pit for his evaluation. We were warmly greeted by the staff when we arrived and when we picked him up. The place is clean and doesn't smell like dog at all. We will be bringing Rocco for daycare and boarding the next 7 months.

My two dogs absolutely love the Pooch Pitt. The staff is so kind and caring. I love that I am able to see the dog while they are there. The groomers also did an outstanding job grooming them. Highly recommend! ❤

We have taken our dogs Maggie (almost 7 years old) and Lucy (almost 1 1/2 years old) since they were both 5 months old. They are always excited just to hear the words Pooch Pitt and are always warmly greeted by the staff who take the time to really get to know each dog and their personality, which is awesome. They have stayed just for the day to play and have a blast, and they have also been boarded at least 3 or 4 times a year there for anywhere from 2 days....to 11 days. The last trip we took without them was for 11 days, a very long one, but Ella and the staff were very sensitive to the fact that this was a very long time for them to be without us and gave them extra love and rest time and whatever else they needed, to make their time away from us less stressful. When I messaged to see how they were doing I got a response very quickly which put me at ease. I also loved seeing all the pictures and videos on IG and also the ability to watch them from afar on the Pooch Cams. We came back and they were both happy and healthy. I recommend Pooch Pitt to anyone I see...Maggie and Lucy love it there...they have a lot of fun and are always well cared for!

I highly recommend the Pooch Pitt for boarding and daycare. Our 2 year old cattle dog loves going to daycare and comes home and crashes after a fun filled day. The staff at the Pooch Pitt are so attentive and really care about their customers. The online portal is so easy to use and it’s great we can peek into their cameras to see our fur baby! They have also been so accommodating to our family throughout our pregnancy which absolutely took the stress around the wellbeing of our pup away.

I started taking my dog to The Pooch Pitt for grooming after having some less-than-great experiences at my last salon and am so happy I made the change! The entire staff at The Pooch Pitt is wonderful to work with. All of the groomers do excellent work but Lauren is my go-to and she makes my pup look amazing everytime. The facility is always clean, and I love the easy online booking experience. Highly recommend!
