I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Susan and Jim were exceptional pet sitters for our 2 pups and cat! From the start they were communicative and asked thoughtful clarifying questions that made us feel comfortable immediately. We spent time together the evening before we left for vacation and it was clear that they had read our welcome doc and instructions. They referenced animal behaviors that were noted and confirmed details. They arrived about an hour before we left and gave us all plenty of time to feel comfortable with being in our home. Throughout our vacation, Susan sent photos and updates of our critters and let us know how they were spending their time together. Susan was quick to respond to my messages via WhatsApp any time I reached out. Susan and Jim stayed at our house until we landed at the airport and let them know we were safely on the ground. They fed and walked the dogs and let us know they would be gone before we got home. It was great knowing that had our flight been delayed, they would have stayed at the house until we were safe driving distance away. We came home to a sparkling clean home, a thriving and happy garden, and well cared for animals! Susan and Jim left us detailed notes of their stay and even gave us lots of instructions on how to keep our garden happy! What a treat! All our linens were washed and replaced and the house was immaculate. Thank you Susan and Jim for choosing our home and furry family to spend your time with! If you need a sitter don’t hesitate to pick Vanessa, I highly recommend her. She cared for our fur baby for two weeks and received the care and attention she needed. We came back to a very happy pup and clean home which is awesome after coming back from a long trip. I received texts and pictures of our dog while we were gone which gave us peace of mind. First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. You could not ask for better house and pet sitters than Ken and Jane! Before the sit: Communicating with Ken and Jane prior to our scheduled week went smoothly. They were proactive about planning. They came out to the house prior to the sit and spent a couple of hours going over things about the house, meeting the pets, and getting familiar and comfortable with everything. They were delightful people to meet; I was wishing for a couple of days to just hang out and play tourist with them! During the sit: Ken and Jane sent me daily updates and photos of their outings with my pups and with their interactions with my kitties. I appreciated how they chose the sit partly because of their love of exploring rural areas, because that's what I have here! They were perfectly suited to my home and pets. Ken absolutely loves cats and is an intuitive and experienced kitty-handler. Jane really bonded with one of my kitties; both of them made great progress with all three of my cats, each of which is pretty shy at first, and one can be a real problem child. They worked very hard to give love to each pet and ensure that each felt calm, happy, and cared for. They spend tons of time outdoors with my border collie/retrievers. The dogs had daily "spa time" after walks and outdoor playtime, having their long fur brushed on my front porch (which the dogs love!). They sent me happy photos every day. If anything came up, they just handled it. They really seemed to enjoy their adventures and the pets each day, which made my time away that much more enjoyable. After the sit: I was thankful to have some time with Ken and Jane when I returned from my trip. All the pets were calm, happy, and healthy when I got home. Ken and Jane had left me a detailed note about that last day to make re-entry easy. They sweetly left a thank you note and a bottle of wine on the kitchen table also (a very sweet and unexpected surprise!). They seemed quite sad to leave my "kids;" Jane left with tears in her eyes, saying goodbye to my dogs. We've kept in touch since the sit. My whole house really misses them. Oh, and the house was immaculate and plants all watered (inside and out) when I got home! If you're looking for kind, competent, caring, organized and responsible people to care for your home and pets, invite Ken and Jane!

Has been walking my dog for around a year now. Really happy with how he handles and treats them like his own. Really good with socialising with all kinds of dogs. He is really approachable with any queries or concerns you may have or any training you need help with. Accommodates for you need of times for walks if it's during work hours. Danny is the only dog sitter I would use. His level of care and attention to detail is great and he always puts your pet's comfort, health and safety above everything else. Stephen has been walking and boarding our Whipper Marley for over 2 years now and we and Marley couldn’t be happier. Had my cocker Spaniel Bow stay with Stephen for a week, as I didn’t want to leave him in kennels as he has a tricky personality and suffers bad separation anxiety, I’m please to report Bow really enjoyed he’s stay and came back he’s usual happy self. I cannot fault Gemma/Rudi's Room Dog Hotel & Spa - I would highly recommend to anyone looking for dog boarding. After a few bad experiences we booked our Labradoodle (Jasper) in with Gemma and from the offset she was so lovely, polite and communicative. She takes every need Jasper has on board and is so thorough in asking questions and making sure she knows how to care individually for each pup. We had lots of photos and videos to let us know how Jasper was getting on during his stay (he was loving it of course) and she really does make him feel part of her family - even Jasper couldn't believe that he'd met his match with Rudi's energy levels! We feel so at ease and comfortable with Jasper staying with Gemma so a huge thank you from us!
Would highly recommend Gemma and Rudis room to anyone who’s fur baby is their everything. Gemma has both stayed at ours and invited our dog, Mila to her home on a couple of occasions now and treats her like she is one of her own. She always keeps us updated with messages and photos which is incredibly reassuring. Prior to inviting Mila over for the first time, Gemma organised a meet and greet with her own dog Rudi to ensure they get along well - so you can absolutely see she takes this seriously! From the pre -meet to help Roo settle into Gemma & James House, to all the Love and Care you showed my dog while I was away you really made her part of your family! Loved the regular updates & videos they were great! Especially the video montage at the end of her stay! 😍 Roo had an ear infection on arrival, and Gemma took really really good care of her ears they look so much better when I came to collect her so extra special thank you for that too! 5* service

Our 10 month old sausage dog Lincoln stayed at Rudis Room for the day on Friday 29th September 2023. The video and photos updates kept coming throughout the day to let us know how he was getting on. This really put us at ease as we were anxious about leaving him, these types of places are really hard to come by. Gemma and James treated him like their own, and offer such a lovely clean and dog friendly environment . I couldn’t recommend this place enough and would happily leave him here again. My dachshund has always been looked after by other dachshund owners as he is a bit nervous. However I needed to find a more local option. I was drawn to Rudi's Dog Hotel as it seemed very homely. Pleased to say that Fletcher is now a regular daycare & has done an overnight and loves it there. He even gets to play with fellow dachsunds. It is a home from home and is even allowed to sleep in their bed if boarding! They treat all their doggy guests as if they were their own and this is all an owner could ask for. I am so pleased to have found Rudi's Room as I know my doggy is happy and safe when he is not with me. Thoroughly recommend!

I attend the reactivity and neutrality group sessions every weekend with my reactive GSDxMali - these sessions have been so valuable for improving my dogs reactivity and you are very well looked after - they are such well managed sessions, I would highly recommend these and 1-1 sessions to progress even further. Anyango has been an amazing and supportive trainer working with myself and my dog, showing me how to encourage calm behaviour and improve my dogs confidence. She is also one of very, very few people I can safely say I would 100% trust to walk or look after my dog with no doubt she would keep him safe, manage his behaviour with confidence, kindness and also understanding despite his behavioural issues.
I attend the sunday socialising dog group with my dog Norman. Its very well organised, a friendly group and there are rules in place to ensure nervous or reactive dogs are given the space they need with no judgement if your dog reacts. Norman is a different dog on these walks, no reactions at all which also makes me relaxed and we have an enjoyable walk. Thank you for all you do
My dog Luna is a nervous and anxious dog , we go to the socialising class and she is getting more and more confident in herself . Recently Iv used their overnight services , I admit I was very nervous leaving her but they made me feel at ease by sending regular messages and videos of what she was doing and what she had done . I was soooo impressed and so happy how they cared for her !

My Juno absolutely adores her days with Nyangi, she’s fast asleep as soon as she gets home! I also get lots of picture and video updates of her progress during the day, if there’s modifications because Juno was struggling, and I’m fully confident Juno is in the best hands. Equally Nyangi is full of advice for at home training, and helping me with my own confidence. She’s not at all condescending like I’ve found with other trainers, and clearly wants what’s best for our doggy pals. Been an absolute treat to find such a person to help me with my Juno!

Our two puppies visited Eddie’s Doggie Daycare for the first time yesterday. The lovely Emma picked up and dropped off Sydney and Maple. Eddie called me with an update on how they were settling in. We originally sent out dog to Eddie's during lockdown to try to get her used to not being with us. She is astill a bit apprehensive about going but loves it when seh gets there. The staff are all very professional and I have not hesitation in recommending Eddie's for your dog!
My puppy is enjoying every day, comes home tired and ready for sleep. Amazing that they can pick up and return your dogs when you need to leave for work.
Jackson has been attending Eddie's for years and staff have worked with him to help him blossom. I got Jackson as an adult rescue dog that had never played with toys or socialised with other dogs. Now Jackson plays ball and fetch and is confident interacting with other dogs. He loves the staff (especially the ladies) and I've always been very confident leaving him with them all day.
Finley loves going to Eddie's and is always so chilled when he comes home. He has lots of other dogs to play with and has a lovely time. On the one day I was still home when he was collected, he was in the van so fast, you'd have thought he was going on his holidays. I'm happy that Finley is in good hands and don't have the guilt that I would have leaving him home alone.
Our dog has been going to Eddie’s once a week since he was 4 months old. I know how much our pup loves it due his sheer excitement when Jamie picks him up in the morning! You can tell they make great relationships with the dogs they look after. The pick up and drop off works really well for us and I think for what you get the price for the day is great. The daycare is also active on socials, we love this as we get to see little photos and videos of our dog throughout the day! Would recommend to everybody. Lovely team whom we trust to look after our dog and give him a great time playing with other pups in a safe and secure environment. He will be going for the foreseeable! Thank you!

My new pup loves other dogs & the ability to play with puppies of a similar age feels like the most natural thing to happen and really help the dogs to be confident.
I can't recommend this service enough. Charlie my dog is 19 months old, this is his second week attending Eddie's Doggy Daycare. Started him off 2 days his first week and 3 days this week. The lovely ladies, Steph who picks him up and drops him back home, so professional, friendly and calm. That's correct collection and drop off service, which makes things so much easier. Charlie has separation anxiety and I was particularly worried about what would happen when they drop him back home and I still have to return home from work. Charlie is so tired from his day of excitement, fun and playing, he comes home and just sleeps, until I get home without any fuss. You have to register, you get a free trial and there is a booking system so that you can book your regular slots. I have noticed such a difference in Charlie, he clearly enjoys the interaction with the other dogs. I support local and small business, my experience is that this service it is professionally run, and the team do a great job.

I had my concerns as I have two wonderful dogs, who I love dearly. From the moment I went there they put me at ease. I even phoned them when I was away and they sent me photos of them. It really put me at ease. Making my holiday so much more enjoyable. For any one out there not sure what to do. Just book your Dogs in at Bali Hai. Great friendly family run business. Been using this family run kennels for 20 years, my parents also used it prior to me, Mary the owner runs an outstanding service, my dog gets excited when we arrive. Also Keeley Mary’s daughter who runs a professional grooming service which my dog also loves. My dog always comes back happy and clean, not only do I have a peaceful holiday but my dog also has one too. Can’t thank them enough for all the loving care they show my dog, would honestly highly recommend them.
My dogs are ALWAYS overly excited when I pull up to the drive of this place! - we use the kennels at least 6-7 times a year, short and long stays. They are always happy to go in and I’ve always found all of the staff to be very kind and caring towards both of my large breed rescue dogs… the grooming is always spot on as well! I wouldn’t take them anywhere else now! - we’ve actually moved further away from the kennels, but I’d never trust another kennels to look after my dogs the way these do!….
I have used Bali hai kennels for around 17 years and always been very happy with them as were my dogs, have never had any problems until recently. I don't know if they have been taken over by someone different but i put my dog in there for 10 days and supplied his own food as usual, when i collected him they told me he has hardly eaten during his stay which is unlike him, they didn't even contact me or my son to let me know there was a problem, obviously he has lost a lot of weight and i was not happy. I will not be using them ever again, they call it caring i don't i call it neglect
I have been bringing my dog Hugo to Bali Hai for 9 years. While I was on a recent holiday with Hugo tucked in at Bali Hai he began to feel unwell, they wattsapp messaged me to update and asked if it was possible to call us while Hugo was at the vets to make sure we knew what was going on and could consent. It turned out that Hugo had an issue with his heart and required meds , by the time we came back he was taking his meds disguised in a treat.They even gave us the leftovers bag and a new bag of the treats to take home. There has always been very kind staff. We even got a call about 10 days after his stay to check how he was. Hugo is most treasured and loved. l wouldn't want him to stay anywhere else
Absolutely amazing kennels! The staff took my dog after a plumbing emergency and they have been so kind, have supported my rescue dog to come out of her shell more and now she even likes to play with other dogs. I cannot thank the staff for being so wonderful!
Took my cat there for a 10 day stay, she was clearly well cared for as when she came home she’s just her usual chilled out self. I would definitely recommend this place.
I've been taking my black Labrador here a while now he obviously loves coming here the staff are friendly never had any form of rudeness from the staff there,they are very friendly never have i had any problems here good vibes. If anything goes wrong or my dog Urinates on his bed they always give it a wash for me and they bring it in black bags washed and clean for me on pick up, they can also provide dog food for my dog which is brilliant but I always have taken my own. So for those who have negative thoughts on this place you are very wrong these kennels are very Spacious they have heating lamps during the cold snaps and my dog love going on his holiday here he always comes back a happy Boy couldn't thought the staff there for looking after my boy when we have to go away highly recommend. Upon arrival my partner and I didn’t particularly have the friendliest of welcomes. The staff appeared flustered, but I do appreciate they looked busy. Nevertheless, as it was our first time leaving our dog there I assumed we would’ve been re-assured like we have at other dog kennels. The facilities reminded me of a prison camp I once saw in Poland. I assured my partner our dog would be safe with these people. When we collected our dog both he and his bedding stunk of urine. This has lead me to believe he was rarely walked and checked on. Why else would the dog feel the need to wee on his blanket? They also damaged his feeding bowls and now we have to pay to get more. I can only assume this is the rule rather than the exception of service you expect to receive when paying for your dog to board. I would suggest looking elsewhere and if you can’t find space cancel your holiday as opposed to allowing your dog to board at Bali Hai.
