Note: It was our first time using the service, so we have no comparison base. From the very beginning what caught our attention related to Emily and Francis was their patient, kind demeanor, and proactivity. It was the main reason we wanted them to sit for us. And to our happiness, they followed through on their promises and every day we received an update (with photo) regarding how Zorro is doing. Whenever there was anything to discuss they either solved it directly or asked us for guidance, giving us a peace of mind that everything is fine. All through active, ongoing communication between us. In addition, they left the house in pretty much exactly the condition they received it in, so overall we are very pleased to have partnered with them. Overall, we would like to thank Emily and Francis for a good first experience and would be happy to see them again!

Jazmín was very adaptable, and easy to communicate and arranging logistics was super easy with her. She took good care of our dog, sent us pictures and videos while we were away, and the apartment was clean and tidy when we returned.

This was my third sit with Brandon and Snow and they are simply the best. Can’t wait to have them to stay again sometime - my cat adores them and so do I! Highly recommend these experienced, organised and friendly sitters. Many thanks once again. Come back soon!

Very happy with our very first house sit. Came home to tidy clean house and very happy pets. Storm is still a puppy so still retrieving and chewing most things which does require a lot of stashing things away. Lessons learned do welcome pack well in advance. Thank you Kate for your excellent care.

Helina has been amazing. From the moment she applied to housesit at my place, she has shown clear and prompt communication which remained this way throughout the planning of, and during, her stay. During her stay, she has regularly given me updates on my two furry friends. and has gone out of her way to make my return home as smooth as possible, asking me if I needed anything and leaving the flat in an orderly manner. Upon my return, I found the cats in excellent shape and the house spotless. I can strongly recommend Helina to anyone who is looking for a reliable, communicative and responsible house sitter who is simply great with pets. Dana and Vicki took care of our two cats while we were on 3 week long holidays, and i must say, the cats may have had better and more relaxing time than we did! Dana and Vicki are gentle, loving and most responsible sitters. There was not a single issue that we have encountered with them, and we absolutely recommend them to any and everyone!

We were very lucky to have Fran and Brian care for our cat Chorri, and for our home. They were very organized in planning their arrival and logistics, warm people, and excellent communicating with us. We wish them all the best in their next sits!!

It has been a pleasure having Elisabeth taking care of Lucy for about 10 days. She kept in touch sending us photos and little updates daily. On our return we found Lucy relaxed and happy. We hope to meet her again!

It was the 3rd time Nina babysat Sparky. She is truly amazing in every way. She keeps in touch with me by sending photos, she left the house clean and sparky loves her!! Will definitely ask her to pet sit again.

Cathy's pet sitting with our two dogs was excellent. From start to finish it was a 5 star experience. Cathy was interested in the dogs' routine and was also very willing to do her best to ensure the dogs were well looked after. She was very gentle and gentle with our dogs and took them on many walks. While we were away she also sent us regular photos of them and updates on their behaviour. We also had the chance to get to know her a little and had some interesting discussions. Cathy is not only a good pet sitter but also a wonderful person with lots of stories and an open mind. Our door is always open to her. We can recommend her to anyone without a doubt.
