I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Jerry gets a five star in every area! We actually connected on the phone before he ever arrived but once he got here, it was like we known each other forever! He was very thorough and how he was going to take care of the dogs and the house!! very friendly with the dogs, and they immediately connected with him!! dogs know when they are💖💖 he arrived early so he could become familiar with Circus and tinker and the house and we had a meal together and quickly became best friends! He sent pictures while we were away and updates. Every day. He was gone by the time we came back, but it honestly looked like he had never been in the house. Ray and Lynn were excellent sitters for Moose! They took him out multiple times a day and always played with him. They sent so many pictures and Moose always looked so happy! They were very flexible on when they arrived and left and very organized. The house was left clean and tidy and we found a happy dog when we got home. We would definitely have them back anytime!

Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

While we were away the amount of communication between us was just right. When we arrived home the dogs were happy and the house was in order. A good sign that a dog sitter paid lots of attention to the pups is when we see a bit of depression set in after a dog sitter departs - this did occur after Hamsa left our home She is a very caring and nurturing individual.

We were so happy with Lynda's care for our senior pup. Lynda was extremely accommodating with the key hand over situation we had considering our early flights out of Berlin. She was easy to coordinate with and made this part of the holiday very smooth. We could also tell Sesame was in the best care. We received updates and photos of Sesame on walks and getting cuddles. We know Sesame can be sassy sometimes but Lynda was great with her little attitudes and handled her with ease. It was also really heart warming to see that Lynda truly enjoyed her time with Sesame and created a strong bond with her. We love to know that our dog is loved and treated with the care we would give her if we were home. Both my partner and I were able to fully enjoy our holiday as we knew from updates that Sesame and Lynda were doing well. Our apartment was clean and tidy when we returned and the sheets had also been washed. We would definitely have Lynda back and would recommend her to anyone else looking for an experienced sitter to stay with your pet.

We think she's one of the best sitters you will find - highly communicative, friendly, competent, reliable, and great with pets. Tess was also flexible about start and end dates to accomodate possible winter weather complications. For this sit, Tess was able to bring along her mom, Cathy. Tess introduced me to Cathy during one of our Skype conversations prior to the sit. It was a bonus to have her here with Tess. Their travel to Marquette was complicated by weather. A fierce winter storm swept across Michigan just before the sit. It took Tess and Cathy two days to drive here but they arrived, as promised, in time for us to fly out early the next morning. We even had time for a lovely dinner together and to introduce them to the dogs and house. We left the next day and never had a moment's worry while Tess and Cathy were caring for our pets and home. Tess sent us regular updates and photos. The dogs immediately accepted them as great new additions to their pack of friends - even our cranky, old chihuahua, Nike! We returned to happy pets and a spotlessly clean home. We plan to invite Tess (and Cathy if available) to return for future sits. Thank you, Tess and Cathy!

We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Unfortunately having to isolate for 2 weeks meant we needed someone to walk our cockerpoo Alfie at short notice and I am so pleased we found Abi and Hilary. Alfie was nervous at first but within a couple of days he was waiting at the window for them to arrive. Because he enjoyed himself so much we are still using their dog walking services 2 months later. Alfie gets a really good walk with other dogs and I love that I get pics and videos sent each walk so I can see how much fun he’s having. The ladies are so friendly and I would highly recommend their services to anyone. I would also add that they gave great advice when Alfie was a bit under the weather!
It's safe to say I have finally found myself the perfect dog walkers. Bella (my doggy) loves going out with Abi and Hilary. She not only gets a full hour of exercise but gets to socialise with other dogs too, something I feel is very important for dogs of all ages. I have bumped into Abi and Hilary when I have been walking Bella myself, they are both very friendly and its lovely to see how passionate they are about the dogs in their care. I know my dog is safe and happy whilst in their services, which makes me feel at ease whilst I am at work. I would highly recommend Happy Waggy Tails to anyone looking for a dog walking or pet -sitting service.
Highly recommend Hilary & Abi. Professional, friendly and provide a great service. My dog spends one day a week with them and he loves it. He's been well socialized from a young age and I'm incredibly happy with the updates and photos I receive when he's with them.
We were recommended Happy Waggy Tails through a friend. We were apprehensive about leaving our cats at home as last time we was away they refused to eat. We hired Happy Waggy Tails to pop in each day whilst we were away and our cats loved them! We received photos of them all happy and relaxed which in turn made us feel relaxed whilst we was away! Hollie is brilliant with our anxious Golden Retriever. She has been walking Koura for a year and has worked really hard to build Koura’s confidence. We have seen a big improvement in her behaviour. She is so excited when Hollie arrives to collect her and comes back knackered! I would really recommend Maggie’s.
If there was an option for giving 10 stars I would! Mandy and Hollie have been absolutely brilliant over the last two years we have used them up until our dog passed away. We always got feedback and pictures of the walk, the walks looked really nice in the photos and our lab always looked like she was having a great time 🙂She got on really well with Maggie too (Mandy and Hollie's chocolate lab). Hollie has walked our Daxiepoo, Belle, for the past 9 months in their dog group walks and I couldn’t recommend her more. Belle cannot wait to see Hollie each week and always comes back super happy (and eventually very tired). Hollie is always very helpful, flexible and trustworthy… and a great pup photographer too!
We have a very anxious house cat and we had tried anything cat hotels to different cat sitters before we found Maggie but I wish we had found Maggie right from the start! Not only is she an absolute sweetheart and goes above and beyond every visit, but just a testimony to her character, our cat would run and hide with strangers entering the house but with Maggie he out and about and rolling over for belly scratches. If you have an anxious pet you understand how rare a gift Maggie has to bring nervous pets to ease. Maggie also does wonders for the pet parents as-well. Sending lots of lovely updates and photos. I couldn’t rave about her enough. Truly brilliant service at a really superb price.

Would definitely recommend. Mandy and Hollie looked after our cat and 2 house rabbits for 2 weeks during the very hot period in the summer. They did a great job including doing all the extra things we asked to keep the rabbits cool. They were very reliable and kept us updated with photos and videos every day.

Hollie did such a great job of looking after our cat, Percy, this Easter. We came home to a very happy boy who had clearly been given lots of love. Amazing service, our dog loves his visits to Hayley and Craig at Fido & Friends. We know he will always get a great walk, and being very needy, he gets plenty of attention and cuddles throughout the day! Hayley has looked after our little rescue dog a few times now whilst I've been away on holiday and I know he is always having a brilliant time. Hayley is super attentive to the needs of each individual dog to make sure they are happy and safe, so I know my boy is getting the same level of attention and fuss he would do at home. He loves playing and exploring with the other dogs, especially Little Dave! And Hayley sends lots of photos and videos so you can see what they are getting up to! This was buddy's second staycation with Hayley, Craig, little Dave and Charlie ( the dogs) he was very excited to return. Hayley runs a very organised and professional pet care service. From the moment your beloved pooch goes into her care, rest assured you will know that they are having the best time ever. It’s nice to see the videos, photos and updates after her walk. :) She gets to play with lots of dogs on a regular basis which is lovely to see. On the odd occasion we need to change the day, Hayley is very accommodating and offers alternative days if she can. It’s nice to know she is local and only does this side of Chells Manor Stevenage which means my dog isn’t in the car for long. Hayley gives plenty of notice of her holidays book which means I can sort alternative plans out well in advance. I know my dog is safe, happy and well looked after when she is with Hayley. My dog loves her time she spends with Hayley, Craig and their lovely dogs at Fido and Friends. My dog is a Romanian rescue and Hayley has spent so much time getting to know her and now she has flourished in their daycare and boarding. They go on lovely walks and countryside adventures followed by rest, fuss and lots of attention in their lovely home. I don’t know what we would do without Hayley and Craig, my dog sees them as her second family and gets very excited when the car pulls up outside their house!
My dogs love going for a. Adventure with Hayley and co! Hayley sends great pictures of the walk and the dogs are always tired afterwards. I get a report on how they have been and it has really helped with their confidence and being more social with other dogs. After loosing our older dog we decided that our other dog wouldn't cope with being in kennels by himself, so looked for a home boarder. We love pets was recommended to us. We did an over night sleepover and then a day visit to find the perfect match. We went away for a few days knowing our dog was being looked after and cared for like their own. With updates and photo's the whole time reassuring us he was happy and safe. We will definitely be using our home boarder again and would highly recommend we love pets!

We have an elderly golden retriever with mobility problems . We knew we couldn't put him into kennels and luckily found We love Pets , they were so caring . He was looked after in a family home, which we visited beforehand so they knew him , his needs & medication etc. Whilst he was there they updated us with photos so we knew he was happy and we could relax in the knowledge he was being well cared for. We would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone looking for home care for their fur baby !

We have been using the pet sitting service for a year now and we could not be happier. Thor loves going there every week and he alsways comes back home a happy boy. Charlotte is always very responsive and willing to help with requests and the sitters are wonderful with Thor, so I feel peace of mind when he is there. The only thing I would change is having a more flexible cancellation policy, hence the 4 starts.
For our 9-month old dog first night away we had been very pleased with Charlotte and her team. Tasha has been great and did a wonderful job at caring about our dog like it was hers. She’s kept me informed regularly how she was doing through quick chat and photos sharing. Our dog had a great one night stay and we peacefully enjoyed our night out. Thanks a lot Tasha!

Jo looked after my cat Dave for ten days over Christmas, visiting him at my home. Jo was very communicative throughout, letting me know how he was doing with each visit and sending pictures. Having used cattery's for other cats in the past, the difference in mood and happiness on my return was night and day. Most cats I've seen are traumatised for a week or two after a cattery stay! Dave on the other hand is happy and his normal self after being looked after by Jo for the week at home. Very reasonably priced also!

I can highly recommend Jo as a pet sitter. Reliable, trustworthy, and excellent communication each day meant i did not worry about Charlie. Visited me before I went away and went over every detail. Great service and one i fully intend to use again.

Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! She kindly took on looking after our cat last minute to visit her at home when our previous arrangements didn’t work out and she saved our holiday. She was fantastic, sending daily updates with pictures and videos (it was lovely to see the cat being happy and purring), our cat loved Cheryl too! Cheryl was just wonderful with our 8 month old puppy Lettie whilst we were away for a weekend. She sent regular updates and I know Lettie thoroughly enjoyed her company as she cried when Cheryl left! I would definitely recommend Cheryl and will certainly be using her again.
Cheryl has looked after our cats, fish and tortoise numerous times when we go away. There's a real piece of mind knowing Cheryl is there for them. I'm so grateful to have met Cheryl and would recommend her to anyone! The cats love her too!

So impressed with the service that Cheryl provides. Our three kittens were only weeks old when we needed to leave them for two nights so we were a little anxious. There was no need, Cheryl looked after them so well, providing food, clearing the litter tray and lots of cuddles! She sent us photos and videos taken on each of her visits. They were happy and relaxed on our return. Would highly recommend Cheryl!
Cheryl is brilliant! 💫 We have just come home after nearly a week away to two very happy cats - Sylvie and Thora. It was the first time we have been away since having them and was so reassuring to know Cheryl was visiting daily. Sylvie is shy around new people but took to Cheryl in no time. Since finding Cheryl’s pet sitting to come in a look after our cats while away, we haven’t looked back! To have such a trustworthy and caring person coming into our home while we aren’t there, gives us great peace of mind. We love the daily, often twice daily updates and pictures of them enjoying some attention, play time and food. Our cats can be quite nervous with people they don’t know, but it has been lovely to watch them warm to her and now they look forward to having treats when she comes in. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of a cat sitter!
Cheryl is fantastic with my dog Zeus. Zeus isn’t good with other dogs but Cheryl always makes me feel at ease. Zeus gets so excited when Cheryl comes to the door which is of course lovely. Cheryl is great all round and always makes space for last minute requests too. Definitely recommend!

I’m not one to leave reviews but they are so fantastic I had to! They helped an elderly lady and looked after her dog when she was taken into hospital at short notice and they were incredible. Great policies and procedures in place and you can tell they love dogs and animals! Constantly updated me on the little dog and returned her fully loved, nails trimmed and cared for. Amazing service, you couldn’t ask for more when leaving your family pet with people!
My dog Teddy loves his daycare! He can't wait to get in a see his "friends" dog & human!! They have fun enrichment activities & even "school trips" to an enclosed field! The team take excellent care of my Teddy & I am happy to go to work knowing he will have a fun day!
The ladies here are the most lovely people and I have complete peace of mind when leaving my dog with them. He's been going since 20 weeks old and he couldn't be more excited every time he goes. They go above and beyond and I would and have, recommended them to everyone! ❤️
Chris is so great with dogs her knowledge and experience is so vast she is a true dog lover - her team are fabulous at what they do always showing love and providing fun for the dogs at their day care. It really feels like a bunch of kids having fun in the playground when you walk in with all the toys and different activities and breeds they have in!
We work closely with Chris and have sent lots of our customers to her for day care. I have had everyone who’s used Chris personally come back into the shop to tell me how lovely her setup is and their dogs have not only been really happy but also helps their dogs to be better socialised.

Christina's brilliant and the dogs she looks after become like part of the family. She's very experienced and knows and understands dogs perfectly. I've used Family Pet Care extensively for dog daycare and boarding over the past three years, I trust her completely with my dog Rosie who always loves going there and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
Our labrador has known the Family Pet Care crew most of her life. She had home visits when she was a puppy and now goes to day care twice a week. The team love, know and understand dogs and we trust them completely to look after ours. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Arthur goes to Family Pet Care once a week and, honestly, when we drop him off he can't wait to go in and see his friends. Often, at home time, he's having a lovely cuddle with one of the staff and we really feel that the time he spends there is a really enriching and enjoyable part of the week.

We use 5 Star for daily walks when we are at work. They have been completely reliable and trustworthy over the last 2 years. We would thoroughly recommend them. We also board our dog with them and their caring ,organised and experienced approach means that we have a worry free holiday and our dog thoroughly enjoys her holiday too.

What a fantastic facility and all community based too. I booked the secure exercise field for my new rescue dog, which meant I could let him off the lead for the first time. So lovely to see him running free and at such a reasonable price too. I almost didn't want to review it here in case more people cotton on and it gets harder to find a free slot! Easy to book, easy to pay, easy to find and great admin with emails and text reminders etc. Well done to the people that run Woof n Wag, I've already booked again.
Woof N Wag has honestly been life changing for our family. Since having my little one, my super active Kelpie was needing another outlet to help for-fill his needs whilst I cared for our newest member. He has loved going there since day one and is always pulling me in and comes home very satisfied. The staff are so friendly and know all the dogs so well, they are certainly in the best hands. And they’re always so accommodating when I need to change a booking or add one last minute. Couldn’t be without them so thank you for everything! 🙌🙌🙌
My puppy Noodles has been going here for 8 months...to puppy training and exercise and training (day care). The staff are absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. The care given to every single dog is second to none and my pup absolutely adores everyone there. He sings all the way in the car until we arrive. No bells or whistles, the staff just love every single dog. Woof and wagg are a huge part of my pups life. Thank you for all your hard work, love and dedication ❤️

They are super communicative and the pictures and updates we get of the daily fun our dogs are having is amazing. The Camp is a wonderful experience for both our dogs and us. Our greyhound has been going to the Dog Pack for a couple of months now and it’s safe to say he LOVES it. He’s a nervous boy - and not one that gets easily attached to humans particularly, but Tommy and his team have been absolutely brilliant with him from minute one and he loves them. The team here really just love dogs. They're thoughtful and attentive and really seem to know the temperament of every single dog. They have easy online systems to manage bookings, so working out daycare for our puppy has been a breeze. We highly recommend them
The Dog Pack team is working so hard to keep me and my dog Alf safe in these dark times. I have a chronic lung condition and the care they take when collecting and dropping Alfd off is commendable. Alf is getting the exercise I cannot provide and is a happy, healthier dog. A happy healthy dog keeps me happy and healthy, too.
I just don’t know how it took me so long to discover The Dog Pack - it is absolutely fantastic - dog heaven compared to other doggy day care settings I’ve experienced. A new service has just been added, in addition to the dog walking and visits etc. This is a half day service offering between 3-5 hours of secure and supervised fun, amidst 5 acres of woods and clearings. Other exciting and imaginative services are also in the pipeline, including a coffee shop and grooming parlour. Tommy and his team are really responsive and Tommy will try very hard to meet your specific doggy needs. I highly recommend this developing business! My 2 GSPs just love it and the staff.
My dogs have been looked after by Tommy and his fantastic team for over 3 years. Super reliable and the dogs love it. I love the flexibility of the booking system and the option of additional holiday sitting that is available.My dog Dolly was a difficult puppy but Tommy was great and she was able to use all of her energy in the correct way , running and having fun and a good routine. My other dog is very lazy but she also does really well with the dog pack as all dog types are catered for. I highly recommend this business.
My mature rescue dog has recently started going to the Dog Pack each week and loves his time interacting with other dogs. I'm pleased with how much time, care and attention was taken getting to know my dog and his introduction to the van, the walkers and the other dogs. I love to see the videos of his off lead time at camp in the woods and I feel completely reassured that he is well cared for. I only wish I had found The Dog Pack sooner. I would recommend them very highly.
