Our goldendoodle, a sweet but clingy companion, struggles with severe separation anxiety, and being only three, had never been boarded before - the thought of leaving him behind was very hard for me. My fur baby Leah Pearl did an eight day stay at the BEST of the BEST, Universal Dog Care Orlando this Thanksgiving. She was well taken care of and had a ball meeting new friends🐶. We discovered Universal Dog care Orlando online by the awesome google reviews they had and right away knew they were going to be great at taking care of our Nico while we were out on our cruise trip. Grammy and grandpa are the best at taking care of fur babies! Nico recently got diagnosed with reverse sneezing so he now has to take pills in the morning and at night to help with his allergies and they did not have an issue with that and gave his medication on time. Pictures were provided several times a day and Nico looked so happy and like he was having a great time! also quick response to our text messages. Thank you so much Grammy and grandpa for taking awesome care of Nico !!!

We will always take our fur baby to Universal Dog Care Orlando, anytime we are in the area. They are wonderful people and communicate everything very well, start to finish. We had peace of mind all day long in theme parks, enjoying a visit from my son and his girlfriend, and receiving pictures of our fur baby all day long. So glad I went with Universal Dog Care Orlando. They provided top notch service. My pet wasn’t just boarded in a kennel, he was cared for in an environment that he was able to be comfortable and play with other dogs. My husband and I were visiting Orlando for a few days for a conference and needed to board our pups for a few days. We stumbled upon Universal Dog care after doing some searching and were blown away at their reviews. Let me tell you… the reviews are legit!! The level of care, love and attention they showed to our dogs was unmatched by any other service, and we’ve been to some great places. They sent pictures throughout the day, but the best part of that was how incredibly happy our dogs looked at all times. Always playing, always smiling and tails wagging. It’s always a little scary going to a new place but they went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. Forever grateful!!

I had a last minute trip to Orlando and had to bring my puppy with. I was so hesitant in leaving him just anywhere. I read all the 5 star reviews Universal Dog Care has and decided to try them. I messaged them and got a prompt response. Since day one that I left my little champ there I received messages and pictures to let me know my pup was just fine! We have been using Alleycat's Pet Service for cat sitting since we moved here in 2014 and we love them. They are super attentive, very professional and always available when we need them. When one of our cats was very sick and on death's door while we were away they sent a very experienced cat sitter to cat for him, make him comfortable, communicate his situation to our vet and even administer fluids to him so that he'd make it until we got home. (It worked! I got to be with him at the end which was so appreciated.) Now we have kittens and they are great with them too. Highly recommended.

AlleyCat's is the best! Alley came to my home and met my cat, got me set up on the app and toured the points in my home that she would need to know before my trip out of town. She came every day as promised and stayed for the entire 30 minutes that I had hired her for (did not get that elsewhere!). The daily reports and photos were really nice and I didn't worry at all that my cat was in good hands and enjoying her visits. My kitty can be a little feisty and she handled it wonderfully. Will definitely use AlleyCat's again!

I can't say enough good things about Alley Cats! We have used Alley Cats for occasional overnight getaways in the past and they have always been so wonderful, however, this weekend we were going away for a more extended period of time and our pup happened to come down with a stomach bug just as we were heading out. Not only did the whole team of Alley Cats professionals come together to take care of our baby, but they kept us updated at every visit with pictures and messages. When our pup needed to be taken to the vet for some meds, Ally, the owner, took him in like he was her own. We are SO grateful for this service. It is incredibly reasonable, price-wise, and worth every penny. As always excellent service! We recently returned from a 3 night get away. We have 4 dogs and a Guinea Pig and never worried. Allison kept us up to date on her slumber party and all of my babies were well taken care of. Love the ability to keep them in the home environment. AlleyCat’s Pet Service is one of a kind. We recently brought a new puppy into our home and I asked for recommendations (now I know why I received so many on this business) I contacted them through their website which is beautifully done and easy to navigate for all your needs. The owner reached out to me to schedule a meet and greet. The two primary sitters that come to my home are amazing with our puppy and the owner is quick to respond and runs this business so well. I love the online scheduler and the fact that I get a notification in the portal after they leave with a report on what they did during the visit and some really cool pics they take every time they are there. I highly recommend them and will be using them for overnight needs as well.

I would give 10 starts, but Google won't let me. This pet company is amazing, I don't have enough compliments in my vocabulary to say about Amanda and Savanna. I was 2.400 miles away and this was the first time I had my dogs alone in many years. My plane got delayed for 7 hours and Savannah immediately answered my call and found a solution. Amanda was so caring and took care of my doggies, and I think they miss her. Everything was perfect, punctuality, feeding, updates, the pups spent time outside, they were so happy. My small Yorkie is old, but she did so well in Amanda's care. My boy had a soft tear on his leg, and Amanda kept me informed about his issue. He is doing so well now, probably wondering where is the very nice lady who gave him the best belly rubs. I am beyond grateful that the best pet service company helped me when I needed someone to watch my sweet dogs.

I think my cats LOVE Nora and Hannah with The Saavy Sitter more than they love me…lol. They play with cats, take great care, follow all the crazy instructions, and most importantly love on my two fur babies when I travel. I am so grateful for their care and service. As our dog, Blue has gotten older, going away has become something of a challenge. After he came back traumatized from a place we had boarded him many times before, we decided he might be in need of a different kind of care the next time. After reading about the Savvy Sitter in The Local magazine, we decided to give them a try. So very glad we did! With their help, we were able to leave Blue for a 4 day trip in surroundings he was familiar and comfortable with. He got the personal attention and walks he needed. We got daily updates with photos and piece of mind. That helped us to be able to enjoy our trip and we came back to the same happy doggo we left. No anxiety. Just a wagging tail. You could see he had been very comfortable. Without a doubt, we will use this service again. They were organized, thorough, and very professional. There is no way to express the value of the peace of mind it gives us that we can still travel and know that our boy is safe, sound, and cared for.

My husband and I recently hired The Savvy Sitter/Savanna for our Bernese Mountain Dogs during a day trip to Tampa, and I couldn't be more impressed! We have used Savvy Sitter several times since last year to take care of our kitties. Savanna has done an excellent job watching over everything during our trips. It is important to have peace of mind knowing your fur babies are in good hands while you are gone. I should mention that our first occasion to use Savvy Sitter was for a trip while we were gone almost a month while overseas. Savanna provided pictures and reports daily through her app and also communicated through What’s App when needed. 😎

There are several options available through the Savvy Sitter. Savanna obviously cares and is very knowledgeable about each type of pet. After each visit she sends notes and checklists from the visit. She also sends pictures of the pets too. We feel very happy and confident about having our pets in her care while we are gone!! We definitely recommend Savvy Sitter!

Savanna is brilliant and I can highly recommend her and The Savvy Sitter. She coped with 3 Ragdolls, 2 Ragamuffins and an adolescent Cavalier King Charles who had all just arrived from the UK ,had jet lag and the grumpies - until they met Savanna who charmed them and looked after them brilliantly. Finley - my 18 month old cavvie now thinks of Savanna as his second Mommy and loves her to pieces.

Puppy Dreams is the only place we trust to take care of our pups when we’re away! After a horrible experience at another boarding facility we found Puppy Dreams. There was a couple month wait to do our initial visit to determine if our girls could join the pack but I’m glad we waited until we could get in. P & L love it there and are always happy when we arrive and are great when we pick them up. At other facilities they would have gastrointestinal issues in the days after pick up but that hasn’t happened on any of the occasions they’ve stayed. The facility is spacious and clean with lots of outdoor space. Puppy Dreams has been able to accommodate multiple last minute requests for boarding when we had water damage in our home and it wasn’t a safe environment for them. It’s been awesome not to have to worry about our pups throughout the reconstruction and Puppy Dreams has had availability for our girls on the multiple occasions it’s taken to get all of our repairs completed. The staff is fantastic and it’s reassuring to know that our dogs are so well taken care of when they’re away from home. They’re getting playtime, given their medication, fed and walked consistently, and enjoying lots of love & cuddles from the staff. We LOVE bringing our two dogs for boarding and doggy day care at Puppy Dreams. The owner is wonderful and the staff is super friendly. They give the dogs quality care and attention each and every time. I have been taking my dogs here for several years and will continue coming back. The dogs hop out of the car when I arrive and get excited when they go inside. The building is clean and well maintained, and again, I can't say enough about the owner and staff. They are AWESOME. :-)

Having tried several doggie daycare locations across Orlando, Puppy Dreams is BY FAR our favorite! The staff are all so friendly and caring, and you can truly see that they enjoy what they do. They take the dogs out more times per day than other daycare places, and they really let them play to their hearts content! We just started taking our dog, "Mama", to Puppy Dreams a few weeks ago. She loves it! She really enjoys being with other dogs (especially the calm ones), and she's always happy when any of the staff come out to greet her and take her in to start her day there. Great day care for dogs!

We love bringing our dog here! We’ve had trouble at other boarding places who won’t take him because he’s overly playful and too big for other dogs. At Puppy Dreams, he gets 1 on 1 attention or carefully supervised play with other dogs that share his temperament. He’s always so happy to go for daycare or boarding and we can tell the whole Puppy Dreams staff truly love every dog that walks through their door. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Michelle and her team at Pluto’s Pals Pet Care were a lifesaver for us and our 2.5-year-old Portuguese Water Dog, Otter. We were at our wit’s end when we found Michelle, as Otter had begun displaying aggressive behavior, severely biting us without warning. We had already spent thousands of dollars on numerous vet visits, including a GI specialist and a veterinary behaviorist who prescribed a variety of anxiety and sedative medications. We even tried working with a fear-free trainer, but nothing seemed to help. It was heartbreaking to see Otter so unhappy, and we felt completely lost. Michelle was a breath of fresh air. From the moment we met her, we felt heard and understood. She took the time to really listen to our concerns, cried with us, and showed us and Otter the utmost respect. Michelle’s compassion and expertise were evident from the start. We were literally a day away from the heartbreaking decision of behavioral euthanasia (this was tearing us up but we were under the impression it was the only option), as Otter was so fearful that he wouldn’t even be in the same room with me without growling, barking, and charging. It felt like my best friend had suddenly turned against me, and we didn’t know why. Nothing had happened that would justify his behavior. Michelle helped us discover that Otter had numerous food allergies, which were likely causing him immense discomfort and triggering his aggressive behavior. With her guidance, we were able to wean Otter off his anxiety medications and sedatives, experiment with different diets, and introduce CBD oil and probiotics. The transformation was incredible. Otter graduated from a board and train program with Michelle at Pluto’s Pals, while we attended her first weekly dog psychology class to better understand how to communicate with Otter in a way that is natural for dogs. Despite our initial apprehension, given the amount of money we had already spent on various treatments and trainers, we are endlessly grateful that we took a chance on Michelle and that she took a chance on us. She truly helped us rebuild our relationship with Otter. Otter has come such a long way. He’s no longer fearful and aggressive; he’s the smart, sweet, and feisty dog we always knew him to be before his aggression started. He even allows us to groom him again, something that had become a huge issue due to his discomfort. We cannot thank Michelle enough for her patience, understanding, and dedication. She has given us back our best friend, and for that, we will be forever grateful. Mr Giggles LOVES Michelle and his pack at Plutos Pals! I wish I would have called a year earlier because it was what I was looking for all along. He gets training, gets to play outside in the spacious area where he can run, play in the water feauture(which he loves), play with his pack, so he has a balanced, structured day. I was hesitant in the beginning due to the days, hours, and all-size dogs together, but I made the adjustment because he is happy, learning, and she is a trained handler with dog pyscholgy experience. He has never been excited about daycare, but I love the fact that he beats me to the door. And he asks Michelle for cuddles and gets them while he is there which makes me so happy. I've also learned a lot from Michele and grown as a dog owner which has improved our relationship because I understand dogs more now.

My dog Maggie was almost 9 months old when I got her from a rescue. She was wild and wiggly and had no understanding of any commands. But I figured as she matured she’d settle down and I would have a handle on her. After 3 months passed I realized Maggie needed more than I could provide her when it came to helping her reach her full potential. At home she was fairly calm but if I had visitors or took her out in public things would quickly escalate. She is a social butterfly, not aggressive but hyper. She approached everyone with an enthusiastic jump nearly knocking them down. She had rude social behavior with both people and other dogs. Walking her on a leash was difficult as she pulled hard in every direction. With her constantly jumping on people, tugging at their clothes, biting them for attention and ignoring my commands I was at a loss as to how to stop her awful behavior. I became mentally & physically stressed always trying to control my dog and living a life of chaos. But then, I met Michelle and EVERYTHING changed! I enrolled Maggie in the 3-week boot camp at Pluto’s Pals and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my dog! From my first conversation with Michelle I knew she is genuinely invested in every dog she works with. She took the time to listen to my concerns as well as explain her approaches. Not only does Michelle have extensive quality training but she has a true understanding of the reasons behind a dog’s behavior. She holds the keys to changing that behavior and bringing out the very best in a dog. Not only did Maggie emerge as a shining star after training but we as dog owners benefited as well. Michelle equipped us with the tools necessary to continue a structured life for Maggie which in turn enriched our lives together as a family. She is the same sweet, vibrant girl we love but has a new calm, obedient, patient disposition about her. We can now walk her with ease, have company over without chaos and have peace of mind knowing she’s living a life that’s safe and secure. We look forward to watching her grow and learn even more in future training sessions with Michelle. Pluto’s Pals has also become Maggie’s home-away-from-home if I need to travel without her. When I say Michelle is one in a million, I mean it. She will always put your dog first and educate you on how to enhance your pup for a better future. Bono adores going to Pluto’s and I LOVE when he returns as he is normally bouncing off the walls, but instead returns home to me well mannered and sleeps for a day! You’ll see the confidence in your dog soar and learn instinctive skills our modern lifestyle inhibits. I board and daycare Bono without hesitation, knowing he is able to socialise all day unlike other boarding facilities that isolated until a 30 minute play time is due. From zooming in the yard, stomping his paws on pack walks to splashing in the pool and cooling off in the house on the tile or sofa. They are monitored 24/7 and have freedom to roam, socialise or crate themselves for alone time whenever they want. (Plus Michelle monitors when a nap is needed for Bono as he would play all day!) It’s the closest if not better than home as he gets to snuggle with all his pack pals. Seeing Bono be a confident, sociable pup around balanced and beautifully mannered pack members is a feeling I don’t tire from. I’ll always be thankful that I met Michelle at a local pet fest and cannot recommend her services enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nothing but an amazing experience so far with Pluto’s Pals! When moving to the Orlando area we were recommended to check out Pluto’s Pals by our dog trainer, and spoke with Michelle on how to get the dogs to become part of the pack! We have done both pack days and overnight boarding, & we normally do just 1 pack day a week for the two pups. Everything is extremely organized and a lot of care and thought is put into everything. From making sure the dogs are all healthy and vaccinated, to getting them adjusted to all the dogs in the pack! My dogs are big barkers (dachshunds are very loud hahah) but they were also dealing with insecurity and nervousness. Just bringing them once a week into a calm and structured environment and introducing them to new dogs has improved both of their behaviors tremendously! They can walk with and near other dogs and strangers without reacting, they are much more polite with strangers, and their confidence has skyrocketed. We’ve been a part of the pack for about 3 months now, and will stay with the pack as long as we are in Orlando! Thank you Michelle and Pluto’s Pals for taking great care of Benson and Piper 🐶🐾

Michelle is incredible. We moved here late 2022 and it was hard to find a good daycare/boarding facility (there are many options to choose from, but none seemed to have the quality I was looking for). I found Michelle, called her, and Kobe made it into the pack a couple days later! He absolutely loves it there and I appreciate Michelle’s approach - she emphasizes training and fun! She’s also the only person that’s been able to trim his nails, which we’ve always had a hard time with. I travel 45 min one-way to get to her so that says a lot about my trust. You’ll definitely get the full package with Michelle!

Our greyhound, Dana, has attended Boot Camp and is a regular pack day participant. Before her training began, she was the most fearful dog we have ever seen and rescued. Michelle took her under her wing and sent her back a different dog. She is now very outgoing and much less afraid of noises and people. From start to finish, Michelle communicated effectively, first calling and asking really thoughtful questions about my pup’s behavior at home. Interviewed a few different people to pet sit my two cats. Knew instantly that Ana was the one I would go with because she asked good questions and took notes of everything we discussed. My cats fell in love with her instantly and one of my cats is very scared normally but Ana won her over very quickly. Will definitely be using her more in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone needing a pet sitter.

Ana and Julian have been taking care of my puppy for months now. They came by about a month and a half before I even started work, because I wanted to have someone lined up. They then went out of their way to stop by again when we finally got close to needing them daily to check in on my pup! My pup LOVES Ana. She takes such good care of him - she asks questions about my training with him so she can continue it when she is here. She always sends me photos and videos so I know he's happy - it brightens my day to see him so happy! I recommend Ana and Julian 100%!!! They will help you with whatever your pet sitting needs are! I have used Big Paw for two years. From the start, they’ve been superior service. You get photos of your pet during the visits. They play with, cuddle, nurture my two dogs. My dogs clearly love them. They stay overnight, bring in mail, trash cans, packages, etc. If you treasure your pets, this is the service provider to choose. They have become my friends. They send notes with the photos. My experience with all of the sitters and the owner have been stellar. I get to schedule online and I have always been taken care of quickly and competently. My dogs have been showered with squeaky balls and home made jerky treats! All employees are verified. The prices are worth the service provided. My pets and I have been spoiled by Big Paw and they will be hard to leave behind. Today’s service providers are not dependable, to say the least, that is NOT the case here. Call them and get started booking right away. You will be so glad you did and the peace of mind will be incredible!

Fantastic pet care!! Mike (the owner) provides excellent customer service and is extremely helpful and kind. Bonnie (my sitter) is just wonderful. I have 4 rescue dogs with a variety of issues, and she is great with them. They love her too--which makes me feel so much better. I'm super picky about my pups, and interviewed several companies before settling on Big Paw. They provide convenient, flexible scheduling, are totally reliable and even leave a note and send me a text with each visit. If you're looking for pet care--give Big Paw a call. You won't regret it!

Big Paw has been watching our dog and cats for years! They provide excellent service and keep our fur-babies happy! They are punctual and leave our house as clean, or cleaner than we left it! They send us pictures and updates while we're gone and leave us detailed written documentation of each of their visits. It is such a relief to trust someone to take care of our animals while we're gone.

I have a 6 month old pup named Ellie who needed some basic obedience training and conditioning for what seemed like simulated separation anxiety. I talked to John on the phone about the type of training he thought she would need. Just through the phone conversation I learned a lot about what he was able to do for our family but also for my pup. He gave me some advice over the phone that I could start practicing with her. Even though my zip code was a few miles out of what their website says they cover, he still was willing to travel down to my house for training. He has a package of 3 initial trainings(which he says is usually all most people need) and then additional ones if needed. I was looking around at petco/petsmart trainings but they did not seem like they'd be helpful since theres only one person with up to like 5 dogs and the things they were teaching seemed like stuff I could just find online myself. After our first hour and a half of private session and consultation, my little Ellie has shown tremendous( if not the most I've seen in this short amount of time) improvement! I also actually have a structure of a training regimen I can practice with her now until the next two sessions which are flexible in timing. ALSO, he brought toys, treats, and chews for Ellie to use for her training and to keep afterwards! Great surprise! HIGHLY recommend their in home training with John. He has extensive knowledge on training and understands the way dog's minds work and how they communicate which is very important when bonding and training your dog. It is also private 1 on 1 training so the whole hour and a half is all focused on your dog and it's needs unlike the retail store training. It is all positive reinforcement training so nothing negative! I am already confident that this was worth the time and money only after our first session and about as much as I would've spent on the petco or petsmart training! Sure it is half the amount of classes I'd be getting but the quality covers down. Not trying to knock the big chains, but the training just isn't the best out there. TIP: the phone # on their website was out of service as of 5/18/18 so I'd use their contact section to leave a message and they will call or email you back within a few days

This is the Best Pet sitting service that I have ever used!! The sitter will email or text you daily with a picture of your pet if you request it. It makes me feel better when I see my happy dog out on her walk.

We took our two Golden Doodles, River and Luna to be boarded for the Thanksgiving holiday this past Wednesday and picked them up on Friday. I was asked if I wanted them to have a bath before I picked them up and declined. The bath is $45 each. Our dogs are well taken care of and we’re clean when dropped off. When we picked them up they were filthy dirty and smelled awful. At no time was I told that the play area was dirt which I suppose is why they offer baths!!! I would not recommend this facility to anyone!

So grateful to have found this place! Marshall didn't have the best experience boarding in the past and was very scared. They made him feel safe & he gets to play with other pups and learn how to be a dog. He gets excited now to go there. Very knowledgeable & caring staff. Family owned vibe, very accommodating & keeps up with communication on how your fur baby is doing. Absolutely recommend! I'm an anxious mama bear and I feel relaxed now knowing he's having fun and in good hands.

I walked into this place to get more info on boarding/resort and i immediately noticed the unwelcoming look on the lady at the front desk’s face. I went to ask about how the boarding/stays worked and how much it was and the lady’s response was “what do you mean how does it work” with a rude look and attitude” and proceeded to give me the info on how it worked…that’s all i needed without the “what do you mean how does it work” just rude and not welcoming. I walked out and immediately knew that wasn’t a place i would leave my dogs at. They could also try to make the place smell better, it’s not a pleasant smell when you walk in. And it doesn’t look or feel like a clean place.

Pawsh pet resort is the best experience I had with pet boarding and grooming. My dogs always enjoy their stay. Staff is always friendly and professional and go above and beyond to see the welfare of the pets is the top priority.

If I could give you a 10 I would.I just had my elderly dog with some issues.Took him in to be groomed with some updates on him They Took such GREAT CARE & CONCERN FOR HIM. TREATED HIM WITH SUCH LOVE. I Cannot THANK Ashley & Cory & another young man that helped enough .. Jett is 13 & means Alot to Us Ty Soso Much.. I highly Recommend PAWSH PET GREAT JOB TEAM GREAT JOB. My dog has been going to doggie daycare here a few days a week for over 2 years. The owner is nice and the staff is friendly. I've never had any issues, and my pup always comes home happy and tired. I was paying almost the same amount to have a dog walker take her out once a day, but it was worth the extra cost to let her play and socialize all day.

Pawfect experience and Pawsome associates! Our Luna is a timid girl but we needed her to have care while we were away, unable to take her with us. This team circled around her and showed love from beginning to end and we are grateful. Fining Pawsh opens up a lot of Pawsubilities for us to travel a little more - we've had Luna for a year and a half, but hadn't traveled until now because we were afraid of leaving her with anyone. Grateful, Blessed, Pawpreciative!

I was super nervous dropping my dogs off to board for the first time but ive already scheduled their next trip! The staff was really welcoming and made me feel a lot better. The back is like a kennel, so my rescue was really anxious when we first arrived but on pick up they were both perfectly fine. That facility is clean and full of playful pups, and the staff seemes to know most dogs very well. Great find.

I do not recommend Pawsh Pets. I had been taking my dog twice week for daycare for the past 2 months. I received a very rude call from the manager last week telling that I could not bring my dog back until the shots were updated, they had just expired the day before and I was not aware. So rather than give me a couple of days to arrange (I work full time) they just told me I could not bring her back. So I made sure to find a mobil vet who could take care of it on my only day off from work so my dog could go back on her regular day this week. I also called the office to let them know she would be there Tuesday with shot records updated. I called during business hours but had to leave a message. The next day I took my dog as normal to Pawsh Pets which is about 30 mins from my house on the way to work. I was told I could not leave her that I did not have an appt. I told them about the voice message bringing her to her regular day but they said they did not get the message, they had recent trouble with their phones. So rather than helping me even though it was their mistake they turned me away. I then had to take my dog home, 30 mins back, arrange for a dog walker for the day then drive the hour to work, very late. My dog enjoyed her time at Pawsh Pets but we will not be back. The manager was Very rude and only cared about her schedule and money, not the client or the dog. It is a shame. Update- In reply to the reply. The person I spoke with was Ashley (i think) I assumed she was the manager. She was the one that I dealt with. I totally agree that shots need to be updated. I have been a responsable pet mom for over 40 years. My issue is the way this was relayed to me by Ashley. I was informed by her the day after the shot expiration and did not allow anytime for me to get it taken care of. She is was rude, period. I told her I would have it done that weekend since i am a fulltime working professional monday-friday ( thus the reason for daycare).

I am so thankful that I found Whiskers and paws this summer! Betty and her husband are wonderful and immediately made me feel comfortable leaving my dogs. This is some thing I really struggle with because I worry that no one will care for them as much as I will, but my girls were so comfortable with Betty I was able to relax without any worries. Now I’m thinking about all of the trips. I’ll be able to take having a wonderful reliable place where my extra needy dogs can be happy without me.

Betty and her husband did such an awesome job taking care of my mom’s dog Clifford. They kept us updated with pictures and videos during our stay in Orlando. They were quick to respond to messages and always willing to answer any questions. I would recommend everyone who has a small dog who needs care in Orlando to use Whiskers and Paws!

One of the best experience we’ve ever had. Betty and her husband are 100% trustworthy and caring. We left our 9 month old toy poodle with them and they cared about him so much! They made sure he was comfortable, made sure he ate, asked me for permission before giving him anything. I left him for 3 days and I did not have to worry about anything. I knew he was in good hands and she constantly sent me pictures and videos. I will only be using Whiskers and Paws Petsitting when visiting Orlando. Such great people and a great atmosphere for the dogs. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Highly recommend, don’t look anywhere else, just book your stay you will not regret it. The amount of love given to our puppy was amazing!

If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to board your dog, look no further. Betty and Rick are absolutely incredible. Our dog is very old and is starting to have some medical issues. Leaving her to go to a wedding was a bit scary. The very moment I met this lovely couple and saw their beautiful home, I knew Bella was in the best possible care. And I honestly felt like I never left her!! They provided constant updates and photos. They gave her so much love, comfort, and care. It really made a stressful situation extremely easy. I think our dog enjoyed her vacation more than being at our house!!! If they took people, I’d check in tomorrow🙂 I will forever recommend them. Thank you, Betty and Rick. Bella has been with me through everything (15 years) and leaving her is never easy. You guys were phenomenal and I know we’ll be able to go on trips more now that she has a second home🩷

Betty and Rick were wonderful with our sweet 10 month old Shih-Tzu, Teddy. We were a bit nervous leaving him for the first time, but they took those nerves away instantly. He stayed with them three different days while we were in town visiting the amusement parks. He had so much fun playing with the other dogs and going on walks. We loved receiving videos and pictures throughout the day. This reassured us that he was being well cared for and having fun too. They are great people who truly have a love of animals. We plan to bring him again when we are back in the area.

I can’t say enough about this team!! After one visit, we’ll never board anywhere else again. From the initial introduction call and meet and greet to the entire experience while we were away, it was absolutely incredible! They answered every question I had, did everything possible to ease our minds and ensure our pup was comfortable, and sent numerous photos and videos. It was by far the best experience we could have asked for and are so blessed to have found them! Highly recommend!

I can't speak highly enough about Betty and her husband. They are wonderful people that took amazing care of our puppies. We are very over protective of them and were very hesitant to leave them at a kennel on our family vacation. Because we were coming from out of state it made it that much harder to find a place that we felt comfortable with. When I came across Whiskers and Paws and saw that she looks after the dogs in her home and treats them like family I just loved that idea. Betty was quick to return my calls and texts and happy to answer all my questions. She provided pictures and videos of other animals she was looking after and without question calmed my nerves. My dogs had a great time and that enabled my family and I to enjoy our vacation without worrying about our puppies all day. When visiting again I will absolutely be giving Betty a call.

Betty went above and beyond to care for our very old sweet boy Scruffy! He ended up having some different health issues pop up while we were out of town and he was under Betty’s care, and it was so helpful how communicative and proactive she was in getting him to his vet and taking care of him. They even took turns staying up watching over him at night. Truly above and beyond and takes care of your pet like they are their own. Appreciate you all very much!

5 stars aren’t enough for how amazing these people are!! We dropped off our 8 month old Yorkie for the afternoon, and she was so loved and cared for the entire time. Not only were we given frequent updates, but Betty did a complimentary photo shoot for Christmas. I have never felt so reassured and comfortable leaving our puppy with anyone. Highly recommend, and we will be planning another visit to Whisker and Paws soon! Thank you guys for everything!

My shih-tzu Sachi stayed at Whiskers and Paws and it was wonderful. Betty sent me pictures and videos while I was on my trip. She was very attentive, caring and gave me updates on how she did everyday. Sachi really felt like she was at home. It really looked like Sachi was living her best doggy life while in her care. Overall great service and would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a petsitter for small dogs. FIVE STARS!

We spent a month in the Clermont area and had Mike walk our two dogs twice a day during the week. Mike was extremely reliable, very flexible and our dogs loved him.
