Cindy stayed with our two kittens over a weekend while we were out of town. We had just recently acquired the kittens and were concerned about being away but, thank goodness, we discovered Cindy and knew they would be well taken care of. The best thing was that she frequently texted photos of them playing and looking well taken care of.

My friend referred us here with our Great Dane puppy Skyla. She gets so excited to go to daycare and I feel completely comfortable that in the event we need to board her she will be taken great care of. Hampshire Pet Resort Is our go to place for boarding! Javi loves to go there! We have taken Javi for multiple boarding stays and all have been great! He gets to play and socialize all day with the other dogs.

Boarded my dogs for 2 weeks. Great place! My babies were well taken care of and once home there was no period of adjustment. Highly recommend!

Our Malamute loves this place. She gets lots of interaction and play time with other dogs, and the people that work there love her, and are very nice. Great place if you have a high energy dog needing to burn it off.

Our doggie has been going there for 4 years. He (and we) absolutely LOVE IT. He plays at daycare with his friends and has a great time. The staff is amazing and so good with the dogs! He has boarded there many times and I highly recommend! They play all day at daycare so by the time it’s bedtime they are ready for a good nights sleep. Juli and her team are fantastic! Not only do they treat our dogs like gold, but they are responsive, friendly, and trustworthy. There have been multiple times where they have even taken care of last minute emergency visits for us. Our dogs love them! We can't recommend them enough.

Juli and her team took great care of our "kids" while we were gone for almost a month. Healthy, happy and everything clean when we got home. We appreciated her answering our texts promptly while we were gone to reassure us all was fine (we had very limited cell coverage most of the time) . I like the website scheduling as a lot of information can be entered about each pet and if something changes, it is easy to let her know via the site.

I had contacted Ann last minute as I needed her to petsit my 3 cats for 1 week. She was immediately accommodating with prompt, friendly availability. My cats amazingly warmed up to her, especially my feral Siamese who can be quite aloof and freaked out by strangers. She jokingly called herself " the cat whisperer" and she proved that! She provided daily video and pictures which I appreciated for ease of mind! Don't hesitate to use this lady! Rates are reasonable as well.

We have been using Ann's Pet Service for at least 15 years. Not only have they taken care of 2 previous dogs, but our two current dogs see them every week for daycare. I’ve been using Ann’s services over the last few years and she has progressively gotten worse overtime. She failed to communicate with us when my dog suddenly passed out (never happened before) and didn’t tell us until 3 days later. She also thought she had cardiomyopathy - which after several tests from the vet, turned out to be false & a huge waste of money. This is one big event amongst many other small things. She has become increasingly difficult to work with & lacks communication amongst her staff and customers.

I had an excellent experience with doggotive, who helped me in online consultations to address my dog's excessive barking. Their approach was compassionate, easy to understand, effective and tailored to what we needed. Now we have a much calmer home and a happier, more relaxed doggo. Highly recommend to any dog owner!

Meg is AMAZING! We have an adopted senior pup who struggles with some anxiety and socialization issues, but Meg has made his walks and vacation care a breeze! She’s awesome with our pup and so patient with him (probably more patient than I am with him 😊). I trust her 10000% to take the best care of Tiger. I know he’s always in good hands! Highly recommend! She even sends me adorable pictures while he’s out for his afternoon walk.

Meg has assisted us several times with our Pug pups Sammy and Sassy. We first met her last year and we tried her for a short weekend, and she did an amazing job keeping an eye on them at our house. Meg is an absolute life saver. I first reached out to her to inquire if she'd watch my puppy for daycare. After making sure her temperment was in order Meg accepted our pup. Our Hazel is an absolute sweetheart but like any dog, needs strong socialization to know what's acceptable behavior and what's not. It was night and day when we brought her back home. I met Meg when I needed help socializing my dog Stihl. We rescued him 3 years ago when i was a stay at home mom during the pandemic. I recently went back to work and felt he needed a companion; however stihl had never really been around others dogs before. She was so patient working with me, Stihl and the new potential dog taking repeated walks to slowly acclimate them to eachother. I can happily say I now have 2 beautiful huskies who absolutely love eachothers company thanks to her hard work and dedication to creating a safe and happy pack within our home. My dog is the love of my life and this company understands that and is the best thing that has happened for my baby. They are reliable, loving, and trustworthy. I met Karen on a second visit and knew that I could trust the Bright Star team with our cats. The website to set up our account, pet details, schedule visits & input our home info was easy to use and navigate. Payment methods were straightforward with competitive rates. I was provided with an app to download on my phone where I could communicate with the team and get updates, as well as manage my account. While we were away - one of our cats proved particularly difficult and the Bright Star team went above & beyond to ensure he was taken care of, as well as our other cat who was less shy & finicky. Each sitter provided a detailed report after each visit via the Time to Pet app letting us know how our cats were doing, complete with pictures. I asked A LOT of questions while we were away, and the team were patient & responsive to answer them all. I trusted Anita, Nick & Karen with my cats and our home and would 100% recommend them for pet sitting services.

I look all over for a nice kennel. We like this place Lots of run for play. Resting. And sleep areas. Can take your own beds. Food. Toys. Staff were friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs. Our dog was happy and healthy after a week there. We also did a half day there to see how our pet got on.

been coming here for years and up until this year service has been so bad. they cut my dogs ear multiple times and didn’t think to tell us about it. when we contacted them about it they said “we didn’t see anything wrong”. do not bother bringing your dog here.

We take our dog for occasional play time, which she loves so much. I'm hoping to, eventually, take her for pool lessons since she's afraid of the water (she's a Lab mix). If that works out well, I will, gladly, add that extra star. Everyone at Pampered Pet seems very nice and welcoming. They have a television screen, up front, where you can view your dog at play. We find their price for her 4 hr play time to be very reasonable.

Don't believe the lies on these reviews. Since the new owner, prices have increased, and they refused to work on my little puppy because he had high anxiety. Cece cut my puppy face in two places and looked me dead in my face and LIED to say, she didn't do it. I dislike the new owners and the way they run their establishments. I will NEVER return to this place. You mistreat or hurt my animals - you are mistreating me! I would not recommend this place! BEWARE!!

We had a great experience with Pampered Pet Services! Michelle came to our house and took great care of our cat while we were out of town, gave him his medicine, cleaned the litter box, played with him and brushed him, and even brought in a large package that was delivered while we were away. She left a written record of each visit, and even texted me phots of him! It's a huge relief, knowing we can call on someone who truly loves animals when we're away.

I love them. So much better than PETCO. They’d keep our dogs 5 hrs for simple bath, dry out, nails, Pomchi sanitary area cut and cleaned it’s the hair. up plus a shave for bum area. And his feet

Yeah.. so I looked at some of the negative reviews on here before writing mine. First - it seems that most of these people are incorrect or unaware of the services provided at Pampered Pets. My intact male puppy goes for daycare at least once a week (although lately its been more due to poor weather). He’s allowed to play in group play with other dogs (Yes- they do try to keep intact males in different play groups which is totally fine)… he’s always been allowed to play and participate fully. Its to the point where if I tell him he’s going to playtime he beats me to the car to go. They’re great at taking him last minute or even boarding him last minute if we’re in a pinch. He’s always been well cared for. We’ve looked in and seen him playing and he’s never anything but happy and having a wonderful time. The new owners have put quite a bit of money into making the play areas nicer for the dogs and it shows with the energy level of the pets that are there. Liam has made tons of friends and we’ve got a trusted, reliable partner who we know will care for our dog as we would. I can’t say enough good things about them and stress all the negative reviews here have not been our experience in the least.
