We have been using Helen for 6 years for several dogs. She always takes excellent care of their individual needs (our dogs are not the easiest!) and makes sure they are happy. I always feel reassured when they are with Helen, knowing she will look after them properly.

Helen is a very reliable cat sitter and she always keeps us well informed about our cats while we are away via WhatsApp. It is stressful looking for a cat sitter but as soon as Helen arrived for her preliminary visit it was clear how much she loved cats.She goes out of her way to put our cats at their ease. Last time Helen called to collect the keys one of our cats actually looked excited to see her. I would have no hesitation in recommending Helen as a cat sitter.

Helen has been looking after our elderly dog twice a week for doggy daycare since January when our previous daycare person retired, and I honestly can’t recommend her more highly. As our dog is older he has some hearing and sight issues and we were quite nervous about finding another person, but Helen is wonderful with him and he absolutely loves her and going to daycare for lovely long walks with his new pack (she sends us photos of all their antics!). I completely trust Helen with caring for our dog and I am so glad we found her.

Helen is the best - our dog Monty absolutely loves her and is so excited every time she picks him up. She shows such affection for the dogs in her care and sends lots of photos of them all having fun throughout the day. Helen was the obvious choice as I didn’t want to send him to daycare in a field or inside and Helen takes them on long walks and he comes home exhausted ! Couldn’t recommend Helen more.

We have been using Helen since our dog was a puppy. She loves going to Doggy Daycare and is always excited to see Helen. She has a good variety of activities and takes the dogs out to different places. She's very trustworthy. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Helen.

Helen is fantastic, jackson loves his days with her. She has an amazing group of dogs and Jackson is always super tired when he comes home. She is flexible and reliable! Would highly recommend!

Lovely, lovely Helen was in charge of our gang of furry friends. For 10 days, she stayed with our beloved dog, our ginger boy (cat), and our two guinea pigs. And I swear it's as if they're waiting for her to come back! They clearly had the time of their lives! And Helen was just amazing, keeping us up to date with such wonderful photos and texts. She was so hands-on and so wonderful with the pets. Completely and utterly trustworthy. Our dog never had it so good. He explored the length and breadth of West London with Helen by his side. Helen is just superb and we can't wait to have her look after our brood again. She's popular and it's so easy to see why! We came home to the such a happy and well-loved household!

Helen has been walking our Cavalier KC for over 18months and is fantastic. She’s super reliable and flexible on which days she walks our dog, which is really helpful for our lifestyle. I feel our Cavalier is in safe and caring hands with Helen. I like that she walks in different locations each day, which gives variety across the week. I’d highly recommend Helen and couldn’t ask for a better dog walker.

We would thoroughly recommend Helen as a dog walker! Helen arrives promptly each day, is very affectionate and loving with our beagle Alfie, and is very professional with her service. Alfie immediately warmed to her, and his tail wags every time her hears her knock at the door. He clearly enjoys his daily walks with Helen, and interacts well with the other dogs.

We have used Helen's Pet Care Service several times over the past two years for pet sitting our two cats while we are away on holiday. We have always preferred for our cats to stay at home rather than being at a cattery so finding a pet sitter was very important to us when we moved to West London a couple of years ago. Helen is always responsive and keeps us informed while we're away. I would highly recommend Helen to anyone looking for a reliable, caring and professional pet sitter.

We took our two GSDs to stay at Heathrow boarding kennels recently.We took them there as we had heard good reports about their experience with larger breed dogs. Neither of our dogs have been in kennels before and our two year old working line GSD is not fully socialised due to health issues in the first year of his life. They were booked in for nearly three weeks . When we picked them up they were very happy, clean and healthy. Our working line GSD was fussing Tracey and cried for her when we left. We’re so pleased to have found Heathrow kennels and wouldn’t consider anywhere else. We can’t thank everyone there enough for looking after our dogs so well.

Thought we try using Heathrow kennel as read many good reviews. Very dissapointed to receive our dog in a terrible condition. His mouth stained with poo, smelly and he had few days of diarrhoea. We never encountered this problem with other kennels over the years . Ususlly they walked our dog 2x per day to allow toileting apart from preventing dogs being coupped up in the kennel. It is questionable, does Heathrow kennel apply the same practice as when we arrived at the premesis, we can see they were over subscribed with so many dogs and cats to care for. Hence the quality of care was poor. Will never use this place again. Just as well it was a short stay. Can't imagine what would happen to our dog if it was a longer stay.

Absolutely fabulous place to take your dogs if you need to go out of town. We shipped our two dogs Lupe and Sheamus into London a day before us. These wonderful ladies picked up our dogs from the HARC and kept them over night for us until we could pick them up the next day. These ladies are simply lovely and took top notch care of my pups. If you are active military or a US Government sivilian working in the UK , then please consider using them and their fabulous business to pick up your furry loved one!

First experience of using Heathrow Kennels (1 week) and was very satisfied with service. Had previously been using Silverdale in Feltham for last 25 years so hard act to follow but first impressions are excellent. Good facilities with enough space for exercise, so dogs are not left cooped up all day. Everything else looked clean and dogs seem well looked after. Staff are very friendly and accommodating and clearly love all the residents as they also rescue German Shepherds. Our boy seemed happy enough when we picked him up and had obviously been bathed, within the cost, which was a very nice bonus. Will definitely use again.

We have been leaving our GSD in Dorie's care for the last 3 years whenever we go on holiday. Our dog is always well cared for, clean and well fed when at the kennels. I would not hesitate to recommend these kennels to others and would not consider using anyone else to look after our dog. The staff are friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely enjoy their work.

Heathrow Boarding Kennels did help us out in a very last minute and looked after our kitten over Festive Break. After picking up our kitten I could clearly see that he was in good caring hands as he was well looked after. Highly recommended!

I have been a regular user of Heathrow Boarding since 2010. I have always found all staff to be polite, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Above all there has always been a terrific sense of caring and love for my, and all dogs. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. I would recommend this establishment wholeheartedly to anyone who wants piece of mind when going away that their beloved pet will be cherished and very well cared for. My dog even misses the place when I bring her home!

I felt extremely nervous about dropping our boy being a big dog and all, but I really needn't of worried.. fantastic friendly staff! Greeted at the gates with a smile, and lots of cuddles & kisses for our boy. Spacious, secure kennels with staff I know will look after him! Will always recommend.

Our dog, after travelling from Australia and being on the ground in Dubai for 22 hours spent one night at HARC and then had to go into kennels for one more night until we arrived. Our taxi took us to the premises and being at the end of a very narrow lane we assumed the proprietors were in the house with 2 large white vans outside with the business logo on them both. We knocked - no answer. Eventually we found a gate around the side of the property and was rudely greeted by the proprietor who nastily complained that we had woken the tenants in The house and we should not have knocked on the door. Well madam, there would be no need to knock on the door if you erected clear signage for your customers to follow. I wouldn’t recommend using these kennels to anyone, they were less than basic and quite honestly the local council should be condemning them. Doesn’t look like any investment has been made since it first opened. We had a 4 hour journey and got out of there as quickly as we could. She didn’t even offer to fill the dog crate water bowl! My dog deserved better and I will be letting the pet shipping company know how poor these facilities are.

Never, ever have I seen my dog so happy as he is spending time here.

My Cocker spaniel, Willie, loved going here every day. Anna was able to take her for lovely walks and sent pictures of her having a great time. Definitely recommend.

Coco has had quite a few stays now with Anna and is always happy to see her. She is relaxed, confident and happy, has lots of walks and attention. In turn, we can relax in the knowledge that Coco is well cared for. We’d highly recommend Happy Hounds Holidays.

Our dog loved staying at anna’s house and we knew Rex was in good hands after he’s stayed a few times. Anna gives updates and we know takes the dogs on a long walk each day which he loved. Thank you Anna!

We, and I mean me and my sweet Samantha just love Anna. She is so gentle and takes care with the instructions for our sweet Samantha. She walks her daily and they are nice long walks in the park. Her house and yard are set up nicely and Samantha always love seeing Anna and the other dogs she has in her care. She sends us pictures of her day and it warms our heart and we have no worries leaving her knowing Anna will take good care and provide lots of attention. Our little boy Hendricks spent a few nights with Anna while we were recently abroad, I was quite anxious about leaving him as he’s still a puppy and can be demanding at times! Anna put me completely at rest, she operates a home from home service which was exactly what he needed. She sent me pictures of their lovely long walks and he was even taken for a swim which is his absolute favourite thing! We will certainly be using Anna again for our holiday care. Thank you so much!

Anna is just a dream, she does a brilliant job looking after my little Pom and he loves going to hers. He can be a bit nervous around new dogs and people but Anna is so relaxed and calm with him that he really seems to thrive on his visits.

My dogs hate to leave Anna which is heartbreaking for me but such a relief as they are treated like queens! They are walked in the most beautiful places and I get lots of beautiful pictures of them enjoying themselves! I highly recommend!!

This was my first visit to the team, they were fab, did a great job and gave me lots of really helpful tips. I will definitely be taking my dig there from now on.

We love Brittany! She's been so caring and loving to our 2 adult frenchies and our puppy. Brittany worked on training our dogs and has been walking them as well. The communication with her is great, she's been going above and beyond helping us figure out on how to sort some of the issues we've been having with our dogs whether it'd be consulting, providing material to read or creating custom plans and how to tackle those stubborn unwanted habits as well as bringing them gifts! Brittany really cares about her clients and their owners and it really shows.

I found Brittany through trawling Google desperately looking for someone to help me with my lovely but rather tricky and reactive rescue dog. There was something about Brittney’s website and the way she spoke about her love of animals that really resonated with me. My much loved dog is so precious to me so I had to really place all my trust in the person that I was picking to work with us both. When I met Brittany I knew that she was perfect for us. She is so knowledgeable, patient and calm. She is unconditionally kind and caring and her love for my dog absolutely shines through. In return my little dog absolutely adores Brittany and literally smiles when she sees her which speaks volumes to me !!! Brittney has worked so hard with both of us for the last 10 months and the changes in my dog are amazing. I have learnt so much too!! I trust Brittany implicitly. She comes to sit with my dog and I have happily given her the keys to my home, and that is something that I would never have considered doing in the past. Myself and my lovely little rescue are so thankful that Brittany has come into our lives. She is one in a million and we couldn’t imagine life without her in it now !!! Brittany is absolutely exceptional! She has not only helped in training and walking our Chinese Red Dog Carlo for the last 2 years but has also helped looked after him for a whole week while we were away on holiday at our house. We have such great trust with her, she has had keys, stayed over and taken care of Carlo with such love and affection she has truly spoilt him with so many new toys! I have been stress free on my time away knowing she is there giving him all the time and care he needs in his own home. She has even enhanced his training while we have been away as he needed some work on his recall from other dogs and squirrels (his fav to chase)! The welcome she gave us when we arrived home with a surprise was so kind! We have never felt more at ease before knowing our house and our Carlo was in good hands. Thank you so much Brittany you have such a big heart and your love for dogs shines through with all the effort you put in with their training and the care you give. Will not think twice before calling Brittany to look after Carlo for us and she will of course continue to be a part of his life with training and regular walks!

Brittany you are AMAZING. If you are looking for a dog behaviourist/trainer/miracle worker then Brittany is your person! She goes above and beyond for her dogs but is also an incredible source of knowledge and experience. Brittany has truly changed the lives of my dogs and has really given me the boost and tools I needed to keep moving forward. Brit uses incredible training techniques and has a genuine gift with dogs. All of our dogs absolutely love her and her arrival in our home usually sends them all into immediate zoomies! Brit specialises in reactivity and understands how hard this can be not only on your dog but also on you as their owner! Brittany has gone above and beyond since the moment we contacted her. It's clear that this is more then just a job to her. Its always a worry trying to find someone you feel comfortable with to watch your dog however with Brittany I have felt completely comfortable from the minute we met her. Our dog Presley warmed to her instantly, he has made a true friend for life. 😊 🐕 ❤ I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I came across Brittany’s Dog Services during a google search because I needed to find someone to look after my 2 dogs, Tugs and Rain, for 6 weeks over Christmas/New Years. And let me tell you - finding Brittany was the BEST decision I ever made for them. Over the entire 6 weeks I received daily pictures and updates on how the dogs were doing and when anything came up, she would let me know right away! Here are two perfect examples of our situation: Towards the end of our trip, Rain developed a very itchy ear and Tugboat had a nail grow into his paw pad. Brittany told me about both issues immediately and offered to help them with my approval first. She clipped Tugboat’s nails and every day until we got back, she diligently cleaned Rain’s ear. I loved how willing and ready she was to do this for them while I was away! When I came back from my trip, Brittany had left me an organized folder with all of my paid invoices, a hand-written daily/weekly log of both pups, and her business card. I loved reading all of the notes she left about the pups every day - they were so detailed and personalized for each pup. Even the smallest and sweetest things she would notice about them she would write down! What I really loved about Brittany was how she tailored her care for my 2 dogs. One of my dogs, Tugboat, is very social and friendly with anybody. My other dog, Raindrop, is more the opposite - she is anxious and takes time to warm up to new faces. Brittany knew this and understood that Rain needed a bit of a different approach. By the end of the first week, Rain was snuggling with Brittany and became her best friend! So I know no matter what kind of temperament your dog has, Brittany has the level of training, knowledge and experience to be able to work with you! Brittany is super polite, professional, dedicated, trustworthy, honest, and absolutely LOVES dogs & loves what she does - and when you hire her, you’ll know it because it shines through her work in every facet. If you are a dog owner and you’re looking for someone to take care of your furry best friend(s), LOOK NO FURTHER. Brittany is every dog owners dream come true. I am so incredibly blessed to have found her because now my heart and mind is at ease knowing I can leave my dogs with someone whom I trust - whether that’s for 6 weeks or a few hours, Brittany will always be my go-to. Not only do I now have a professional relationship with Brittany, but I am honored to say that she has also become a lifelong friend of mine. Britt (and Aaron of course) are absolutely amazing!!! I don’t think we have met better dog walkers ever. We have 2 doggies called Milo & Cindy-Ray and they are absolutely incredible with them! Britt was able to take the dogs out all the times we couldn’t and I don’t know what we could have done without their help! After a disappointing groom at our previous groomer’s, Jude had her first groom at Bubbles and Cuddles today. It is by far the best groom she’s ever had. They listened to me and have given her a beautiful cut. Her coat is super soft and shiny. Jude was really comfortable there and I will be bringing her every 2-3 months from now on. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I recently took my doggie to Bubbles & Cuddles, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Andrei did an exceptional job grooming my furry friend. From the moment we walked in, Andrei’s warm and friendly demeanor put both me and my dog at ease. He took the time to listen to my concerns and preferences, ensuring that the grooming session was tailored to my dog’s needs. The end result was fantastic, my dog looked and smelled amazing! The coat was perfectly trimmed, and I could tell that Andrei had paid attention to every detail. What impressed me most was Andrei's gentle handling and genuine love for animals. My dog usually gets anxious during grooming sessions, but with Andrei, he was calm and happy throughout. It’s clear that Andrei has a true talent and passion for what he does. Andrei did an amazing job with my very hairy and dirty 9 year old retriever. He is usually pretty stressed after a groom and he seems relaxed and happy after a long groom at Bubbles & Cuddles. We will definitely be back!

We've used those services since we moved to London, and we've always been buzzing their fantastic services. The grooming service is none to second and the boarding service is also amazing as you could be aware how your dog is enjoying their stays via lots of photos and videos which make us feel happy. Marta and Andrei are great with my mini american shepherd dog Rocky. He’s 9 months old and somehow complex due to allergies and other medical issues but B&C always treat my boy with care and love. My puppy attends daycare at least 2x a week and I also board him when I’m overseas. Highly recommend B&C - Rocky loves his time there! Thank you 🐶

We have used Bubbles and cuddles since first getting our cocker spaniel a year and a half ago. Andrei & Marta are lovely people, who really care about your pets needs and the service they provide is excellent. You get regular updates through out the day and they always try to fit you in (and succeed) at late notice. I would highly recommend them if you have a social doggy who enjoys being with lots of other dogs. Our dog is always so excited to go, which to me says a lot! They also provide a fantastic grooming service which we have used several times and have been really pleased with. 100% the best day care in Acton!

I had brought our puppy to bubbles & cuddles for the first time to get groomed. Diesel is quite a big puppy so other groomers had denied him but I’d like to say how friendly the owner was. He was very welcoming reassured us and made diesel feel very comfortable. He knew what he was doing and was very patient since it was diesels first time who was quiet excited and all over the place. He kept us updated at all times by sending pictures and videos of the progress. The service was a 10/10 and the finishing was great. I definitely do recommend bubbles & cuddles.

Absolut delight for my dogs and us. Great service and amazing owners. The day care is so much fun for the dogs and the grooming service is the best one in town. They treat the dogs with so much love and care and give us so much useful advice! We all love Marta and Andrej!

Jasmine has been amazing with our two Dalmatians for the past couple of years and treats the two as if they were her own. She is always reliable and is available to take care of them if we are ever away. Would 100% recommend and can only speak positively about our experiences with Jasmine. Jasmine has been an absolute godsend for me and my reactive dog Jagger. We have been working with her for a few years now and she is knowledgeable, caring and always puts the wellbeing of the animals in her care first. Jagger has come leaps and bounds with her help, and when we experience set backs she's happy to refocus and help Jagger rebuild confidence. Thanks to Jasmine he now has a weekly walk with two other dogs - something that at one time seemed impossible. She's also been an incredible emotional support to me on this difficult journey. If you have a reactive dog and you're worried about trusting another person to understand their boundaries I cannot recommend her enough. She has changed both our lives for the better and we will forever be grateful. Jagger loves aunty Jasmine and runs out the door with her happy and excited every time. Jasmine is brilliant. We have two large dogs (boxer/staffie X) and Jasmine walked them for the past 12 months at least twice a week. She is extremely knowledgeable, great at making sure they got into good habits, and ultimately makes sure they have a great time in her company. At times Jasmine would have to collect or drop them off whilst we were not at home and this was never an issue, and she made our lives so much easier. We’d never hesitate to recommend Jasmine to others

I have trusted Jasmine with my dog walks for around 6 months now. She treats my dog like her own and always sends me pictures of their walks together! I’m so glad I’ve found someone I can trust to help with dog care, as me and my partner work all day and it’s nice to know our dog is in safe hands while we aren’t there!

Jasmine is a very experienced and professional dog walker who loves my dogs as if they were her own. She is patient and completely reliable. She offers optional trackers, has an online shared calendars for her clients, sends daily photos, the list goes on! Her knowledge of dogs and her ability to read dog behaviour is outstanding. My dogs go on one of her group walks, and I highly doubt I will ever go to another! I cannot recommend Jasmine and JS Pet Care enough.

My dog Lulu can be a bit tricky and with my wedding coming up, my usual carers won't be available. So I turned to Home From Home Dog Boarding to start building a connection with a capable carer. We were introduced to Monika and Alessandro who turned out to be more than perfect. They have great experience with bigger and stronger dogs. Lulu had a great weekend and I didn't worry once whilst I was away for the weekend. They sent great updates and took Lulu out for day trips and were so accommodating when plans changed and I needed to pick her up later than planned. She had a great time and is already booked in for more holidays and I can know that I can focus on my wedding next year and not worry about Lulu enjoying herself as well!

We have used home from boarding twice now and both times they have been excellent. We have you two different carers for our dog Skye and both times they have been brilliant! Keeping us updated with messages and photos both times. This is a great peace of mind that your dog is safe and in great hands. Ive used Home from Home dog boarding for years now and can honestly say they are the best. The usual carer they went to wasn’t available so they stayed with Natalie and her husband H. Such a lovely couple, who adore dogs and have lots of experience. I got daily updates and went away knowing they’re being looked after. If anything happens to one of them there’s 24 hour support from Home from Home. Staff in the office are so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I had a tricky challenge to sort. Having secured a hard won place on a round the world yacht race who could look after my precious pup for months? I found the answer with Home from Home. They were 110% helpful and supportive from the moment I contacted them. The person they found to look after my dog was wonderful and took the very best care of her. Excellent, efficient and friendly service from Home from Home. The lady they found for us (Pat) is delightful. So lovely with our dogs and has a beautiful garden which they loved. Can highly recommend, thank you.

We visited the family first before committing to the booking, and that made us confident our dog would be in safe hands and well looked after. We delivered the dog with all the bedding, food, toys, meds, treats. And when we collected her after the boarding, it's clear there was an affectionate bond between the dog and the family (both ways). She was very well cared for, and I'd say she had a fantastic time. Wendy send us a few photos over WhatsApp too — lovely to see. Will be booking again next year.

Johanna walks my Frug Blue 4 days a week and he loves meeting up with his friends for great walks. Johanna sends me pictures of his walks and tells me what he has been upto. I like to see him enjoying himself so the daily updates are appreciated. She is reliable and flexible which is great for us. I would definitely recommend.

Johanna has been our Cat Sitter for almost 3 years, and she is our go to. She takes tremendous care of our cat, and we have always had full trust in her, whenever we give her our keys for our holidays. She does a wonderful job, communicating, providing regular updates, as well as including photos, and we know our cat is in good hands. We would highly recommend her, just as we have to many colleagues and friends in the area.

We have used Johanna for a couple of years now and she is our go to sitter whenever we go away. We fully trust her with our pet and our house. She updates us while away with photos and goes above and beyond when looking after our pet. Highly recommended.

Tony is absolutely wonderful. Our 3 year old Labrador Barley always has such a great time at both doggy day care & overnight stays. Only person we trust Barley with when we go away. Highly recommend!

Tony is amazing he really helped me with kobe my puppy, with off the lead training, Tony is very kind and understanding, and with his experience and advice, nothing is too much trouble, my pup really loves him and he was so responsive to Tony and loving every minute of his training..he's great with the owners and their dogs giving great understanding and help to make dogs and owners happy..thankyou Tony.

Highly recommend! Tony was looking after my cat Gumball, and the whole experience was fantastic. He was extremely professional and flexible, I was getting daily pictures and video updates. There was no problems doing small adjustments in food portions etc. He also did one of my now favourite pics of my derpy cat 😂 overall strongly recommend:)

Wow finding someone to help look after our little dog (Prince) when we are away the same way we do was so worrying but Tony is like the horse whisperer (but for dogs) not sure how but Tony managed to calm a working cocker spaniel, feeling so much better about our next trip away without our beloved pet dog.

Tony recently provided some training for my golden retriever Snowy who is reactive on lead. Tony was very patient, explained everything so well, gave some great insights into canine behaviour & made the training feel easy to follow & understandable. I would highly recommend Tony for any pet training you may need.

Tony has been so helpful throughout our training and he is always available to talk and give tips on training and progress. He regularly checks in with us to see how our boy is doing too. It’s clear that he really cares about the animals and wants the best for them.

He has been supporting us with training our young puppy, giving clear advice and suggestions, and always on hand for ad hoc advice too, with regular messages to check up that things are going well, giving us the confidence we need to be good paw parents. Tony and Savina are amazing pet parents to my dogs. They look after my rescue dogs and my puppies who have grown into lovely young adults. They care deeply for each of them, understand their personalities and in return, they are very much loved by each one of them. I recommend them for day care and boarding. Dogs are truly happy with them!

I had contacted Tony for help with walking and with discipline for my Beagle. Tony has been amazing and very caring. After going with the training Max no longer pulls on his lead. I would really recommend using Tony as this had really made our lives easier!
