Nikki arrived early for her sit so we had a few hours to meet her and introduce her to our dog Olive. She was very pleasant and we totally felt comfortable that she was the right choice for our vacation. Josh and Jenalee did a wonderful job with the dogs. The communication with the was easy and seamless. They were not shy to give updates and send pictures even though it was not asked of them. The dogs all seemed very happy. They went above and beyond with the tidying up of the house. If they were ever in the area again and we happened to need a sit we would not even second guess going with them again.

Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane and Les as sitters for your home and pets, everything was done to a high standard and Jet was happy in his usual environment , which is all we wished for. I've always been lucky with my sitters through zeewoi, and this time was no exception. George, Larissa and their four lovely children were the absolute perfection in house guests and I cannot praise this wonderful family too highly. They did all the usual things you'd expect, gave my beautiful girls all the love and care I could wish, walked them at least once every day despite the best the British weather could throw at them, and sent me regular updates and photos so I could see how much love they were getting. They also left the house cleaner and tidier than I think I've ever seen it! I'm a bit worried that all they did for the week was walk and play with the dogs and then clean the house - I'm beyond grateful, the place looks amazing! They really are the very nicest people too, George has a hilarious sense of humour (thanks for the funny texts George!) and Larissa is calm, kind and an inspiration as a mother. I really can't wait to have them back to look after the girls again in the summer and wish the whole family a wonderful trip until then. If they come and house sit for you then you are in for a real treat!

Emily and Chris were absolutely incredible house and pet sitters. They took care of our dog and two cats for 10 days and were some of the best sitters we've ever had. They took amazing care of all three animals -- giving medicine to our aging dog and managing to befriend our very shy cats on day one. We received adorable picture and video updates each day and it was clear that the pets loved spending time with them. Additionally they left the house in pristine shape and were incredibly diligent in all aspects -- bringing in packages, taking out the trash and recycling, etc. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Jo & David were absolutely amazing sitters for our house and dog Rosie while we were out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. They are the best! Jo was super communicative and responsive at all times. She and David bonded with our dog, who grew very attached to them. They left our house super clean (and there were even chocolate chip cookies for us on our return)! Most of all, they are just super nice people and very easy to work with. Anyone is lucky to have JoAnna & David housesit for them.

My cocker spaniel has separation anxiety and I was apprehensive about leaving him while on vacation. He was so well cared for at Heartlands Countryside Boarding. He was given lots of attention. They sent me occasional videos of him playing with their family during his stay, making us smile to see how much he was enjoying himself and bonding with them. His care was great and I highly recommend them!
We had a fantastic experience with Heartlands! I have a senior Jack Russell who has a bit of anxiety, as well as a heart murmur, which she takes medicine for twice a day, so I'm not too keen on leaving her. However, Shannon was wonderful! She made sure to take special care of my senior doggo. She kept in communication with me, and sent me a few pictures and videos as well. I highly recommend Heartlands!
Boarded our pups for a few days while on vacation & we were given updated photos & videos daily of them playing & having a great time. I was also able to get updates as I reached out which was so nice for my toddler who was missing them a lot. Picked them up bathed & happy as can be. Highly recommend!

My dog stayed here for 11 days. This place is very hygienic and the playground is big. The owners are very kind. They take good care of her. After returning home, she was normal. Definitely, we will come back.

We have used Heartland Countryside multiple times this year and each time has been remarkable. They care for our four legged children as if they are their own. Their kids are very interactive with our pups as well, spoiling them even more so. We have received nothing but great care, including fresh clean dogs when we come to get them. Highly recommend!
We boarded our Bernese Mountain dog for 4 days.....it was excellent. They sent a video. He was very well taken care of.

I cant praise this facility, owner and staff enough!! Every time we take our dog here she gets so excited! They treat your dog like its part of their family, and take exceptional care of them. She comes home happy and tired like she has played her heart out each visit. We lovingly refer to the kennel as "party town" because she loves it so much. I will never take her to another facility to be locked up and forgotten for hours on end. Here she can run and play and be loved on! I can't recommend this facility enough!!
The owner is so polite. She was great with my dog. She showed us around the facility and it was great, it doesn’t smell like poop, pee, or dog at all. There are a lot of play areas for the dogs and their crates are large. They returned my call and email really quickly and I had no problems setting up a date for my dog. Great service.
The pup always seems happy when I pick her up. Staff is friendly and quick. The other dogs seem to be having a good time as well
I've been boarding my dogs at Paradise for the last ten years and highly recommend it. My basset hounds, and now my young Saint Bernard, also attend doggie daycare at least once per week year-round. I often feel like my dog doesn't want to come home when I pick him up. Who wants to hang out at home with Mom when you could be frolicking in the dog parks with lot of friends?! I highly recommend Paradise!
This kennel was ok. I boarded my fur babies here because they advised the ability to view your dogs on their cameras, however I was not due to the cameras bring down for the last week. Also I think it was a bit warm on the inside for the dogs. The staff was nice though
Kind of bummed out just called to see about getting a reservation for my old boy to stay there for a few days while the wife and I went on a cruise answering machine answered and says they're not accepting new calls just bums me out because most of the reviews speak very highly
I messed up the drop off times. They allowed us to drop off our dogs so we didn't miss our flight. Took good care of our pups. Very satisfied.
My dogs wait by my garage door hopefully they have daycare today. I think they actually get depressed when they don't get to go due to weather. Kelli is the best and really cares about the dogs and cats that stay there.
