Wonderful! Such a great pet care shop, with great service from smiley staff! They have such a huge range of products for most pets you can think of and I have never once left without getting what I went in for. Pearl and her team are incredibly professional and can advise on treatments or a course of action in most circumstances regarding your pet. I would thoroughly recommend pearls pet care to anyone 😊

Great service always provided by Pearl & her staff. We have used her pet sitting service over the last three years and always found her very reliable. Our dogs are happy in her care, meaning we can relax when we are on holiday.

Pearly is a gem and full of knowledge. Lovely little shop jam packed with goodies. Filled to the brim with everything you could need for an animal. Set out in a way its easy to see everything. The TARDIS of pet shops.

Simon and Paula run the most wonderful business and I cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service they provide. I have two great working cockers and they just love the break at Blackhillock Boarding Kennels. It is so evident that they get great attention, entirely appropriate exercise and first rate food. Thank you for looking after the boys so well and they are packed and ready for their next visit!

This is the only place for my dogs where we can rest assured that they have the best care and attention. Paula and Simon are absolutely fantastic and have "a way with dogs" which is not a commonly found attribute.

The lady was so lovely. Showed myself and husband around, then the dogs. Took them to the paddock where they are out 5 times daily. Spotless place and very helpful. Had bad experience with a kennel before and she's totally put my mind at ease.

Our experience of Blackhillock was great. It was our first Kennel experience and we went there from Elgin, upon recommendation. Plenty of 'free' time for the dog, he came back contented, not having learnt to bark frequently by copying other dogs and he smelt clean and was fluffy! Our satisfaction was confirmed when Paula could remember some 2 years later that we had once used their Kennels and upon arrival as soon as the boot was opened Quito bounded out to meet the owners and went with them tail high and wagging. If you plan to give them a go, do book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Wonderfully friendly family run business. Great facilities with your dog's welfare central to their business. You can trust them implicitly with our spoilt little pooch.

Perfect service every time! Very accommodating to special requests and flexible to changes to plans. They let me leave my cat plenty of home comforts such as scratcher and blanket. The pens have in indoor section with a cat flap through to a much more spacious outdoor section than other catteries.

Great place for the dogs. I’ve been boarded my two dogs there whenever I am away for over seven years now and they are well looked after and always come out happy. They trot in there like it is their second home and know that they will be loved and cared for.

Used the kennels for day care for a few days whilst we were on holiday. We have a rescue greyhound who is a reluctant kennel visitor but was clearly very well looked after here. Staff were all lovely, no hesitation with using again if we were in the area. Highly recommend. Thank you for looking after him and giving him his cuddles so we could enjoy a few attractions in the area with our children that we couldn't have done with him.

I can recommend Rosevalley Boarding Kennels 100%... they were absolutely brilliant. As a new pet cat owner and never having used a Cattery before I was very anxious and worried my wonderful fur baby would be unhappy or distressed by my absence. The staff listened to me and were amazing! My cat was happy, calm and settled both on arrival and departure. They clearly do a fantastic job and I will definitely be booking my pet in again, in future. Thank you so much Rosevalley. They care about you and your pet and it really shows. Well done everyone....from a very satisfied customer.

My kittens stayed for 2 weeks... they made there selfs at home. Settled in very well and they where well looked after ..

My dogs (aged 13 and 6) have now been in twice recently never having been in kennels before. My oldest dog has a strict dietry regime and medication twice a day. This was absolutely no problem for the kennels. I got a good report on how their stay had been. Will definitely be using them again

This place is probably the best kennel in the area. Both my spaniels were there for 10 days, I was very concerned for my younger one this was her first time in a kennel. They have come back happy, relaxed and quite content. The staff are real animal lovers and it comes across in the way they communicate and most important of all your babies come home happy. Very reasonably priced for the attention and walks they get. If you want to go away stress free, look no further and use them! Absolutely brilliant and thank you for looking after Iona & Tiree so well!!

Owner is rude and gave one of my dog’s medication she is allergic to without going to vet for advice during their stay. Owner decided that she knew better than vet, changed food my dogs were own and put them on starvation diet which caused multiple health problems. When asked to follow the advice given by vet the owner accused me of trying to kill my dogs. Would not recommend.

Have used this kennel on several occasions. First time I used I gave the owner some constructive feedback that it might be useful to give a information handout to people on the rules as I had spent time making and freezing homemade food for my dog only to find when we got there it wasn’t allowed and therefore I had no food for my dog ready when we were just about to go on holiday. I had mentioned the home cooked food when viewing the kennels and wasn’t told it was a problem. Owner seems to have held a grudge about this and has been rude to me about my dogs when collecting on a couple of occasions. First the bed they had was a problem or that they are running around when I’ve picked them up (as dogs do when excited to see their owners). I wasn’t given a chance to put them on leads as they use slip leads also. Won’t be using again now. Dogs hardly get out all day anyway so I wasn’t that enthused about using but they always seem to have availability short notice. Maybe that’s why!! Woman slammed the door in my face when I said I didn’t like how rudely I’d been spoken too. Awful customer service.

Very happy dogs. Well looked after, loved being there and our diabetic Schnauzer was really taken care of, with her meds administered as required. Came home just as healthy as she went in. Cant rate the friendly staff highly enough. Will certainly be back.

Our first impressions were well founded.A Beautiful setting with a warm and friendly welcome from everyone. My three poodles were very well cared for and were on great form when we collected them. A huge thank you to everyone involved in their care. I have no problem recommending your lovely kennels to anyone who needs to use your facility. Once again our sincere and grateful thanks.

These are, by far, the best kennels I have ever used. They are clean, warm and modern. Dogs are happy to be there and are very well looked after. Owners treat them like their own. I can travel knowing that I don’t have to worry.

Left four dogs for a fortnight, all very happy and well looked after, the old boy wanted to go back to his kennel, I will definitely be using them again

Lovely friendly welcome and I had my 10 year old westie Mac in for 9 nights. He was very well looked after and mixing with other dogs on walks which was great as he’s wary off other dogs since being attacked twice when 4 months old but here it wasn’t a problem for him. Excellent very modern facilities in lovely farm setting. Will definitely be returning with Mac next time I’m going away.

A Greek street dog, called Winnie.... The kennels have worked so hard over the last 12 months to ensure our stray dog felt safe and loved. Amazing job by Will and Judith and a special shout out to Fiona and the rest of the carers. We have been on holiday for 16 days....Best kennels in the area...don't hesitate..we feel proud to post this review.

I regularly use Croft Pet Services for my two bunnies when we have to be away. Sue is brilliant, looks after them so well, such a kind hearted person who you can see just loves the animals. We never worry at all, as Sue is so trusted, we know our pets are in great hands. Highly recommended!

Fabulous service! Sue walks my dog regularly at least once a week. Also, my dog has stayed with Sue in her home quite happily, even though she is quite a clingy dog, completely indifferent to strangers. Sue’s quiet, calm manner will give reassurance to nervous dogs. Our cat is quite elderly and needs medication so we worry about leaving her but thankfully we are able to call on Sue at Croft Pet Services. She is very professional and follows your instructions but you can tell that she is also affectionate and caring towards your pet. We would 100% recommend her services.

Sue walks our bouncy flat coat Jura weekly, she is reliable and very flexible to our needs for extra walks etc. We love the fact Jura gets a proper off lead run around and Jura is delighted to see Sue. Would definitely recommend.

It's hard to find somewhere you trust with your pets when they're rescue dogs and a bit nervous but Brumley Brae have been brilliant. They even took my diabetic dog straight to vet when he wasn't looking well and definitely saved his life. My other dog Rebel is very scared of people but is always so happy to come to stay and goes with all staff with a very happy tail and no looking back!

We have arranged for our 2 cats to be boarded here for 28 days whilst we relocate from overseas back to Scotland. The staff here have been very helpful, professional and caring throughout this difficult process. The cats are housed in large separate runs with cat flap to external areas again separate. The cattery / kennels are in extensive grounds conveniently located just outside Elgin. Opening times are restricted to ensure care for animals. Highly recommended as an excellent cat / dog boarding facility..not cheap but worth every penny for the care and peace of mind. We can readily make regular visits during operating hours.

The only kennels I’ll use! Hamish loves his visit every time. He gets so excited to go, and he’s always happy when I collect him. My mind is at ease knowing he’s being looked after - despite his occasional behaviour issues - the staff are wonderful.

Looked after our Vizsla for a week in October holidays. She is shy being a rescue dog and we lost her brother Max middle of the year so we're quite apprehensive about leaving her. Staff were very reassuring and we left her and felt at ease. Staff even kept in touch whilst we were away to give us an update. Dog was exercised regularly and given one to one interaction. Just got my dogs back and can clearly see they were looked after, they haven't put any weight on at all and are their usual lively selves. Their stay was also fairly short notice and the friendly staff were more than helpful and communicative. Will use again for sure! Thank you!
