“We Love Pets Mansfield” and specifically Mandy & Jason recently cared for our two 3 year old British Short Hair cats twice a day whilst we were away for two weeks. Although outdoor cats, they remained inside and at home for the two weeks. Both cats looked incredibly well, content and had clearly been properly looked after once we arrived back home. Feeding stations and litter tray areas were immaculately clean and we were sent photos and short video clips of Belle and Blu pretty much every day. We could not have had two nicer people attending the property; both clearly love all animals, were attentive and spent time on visits interacting, entertaining and playing with our pets. Highly recommended; we will be using “We Love Pets Mansfield” again in September. Thank you so much Mandy & Jason!

Mandy and Jason looked after our young cocker spaniel for 2 weeks. It was our first time away from him but we felt at complete ease knowing he was safe and being cared for. He had plenty of exercise and fun during his time there and we got updates with photos. He fell in love with them on first meet and you can just tell they are great people. I'm so grateful to them both for everything. I would highly recommend them.

If you ever need a pet sitting service then Jason and Mandy at We Love Pets are definitely the people to get in touch with. We have had them pet sit both our cat Rio and our Rattie Norris several times this year and it’s less stressful for both of them being able to stay in their home surroundings whilst we go away. They both love Jason and Mandy and our Cat Rio who is not a peopley cat will always call us a liar and fuss round them both when they call in. Its also a breath of fresh air to have a pet sitter that will also look after a rattie as alot dont but they look after all different pets not just cats and dogs. I wouldn't have anyone else look after our Cat and Rattie ♥️

Mandy has been amazing all round. Our beloved puppy Milo gets so excited for his walks with her. When working long shifts we get regular photo updates, showing us he's safe and well looked after and he always looks like he's having the best time. 😁 …

Mandy and Jason have done a fantastic job looking after our cats! We came back to two very content cats. Everything was made so easy and we were happy knowing they were in good hands. We loved the updates too! We will definitely be using them again!

Dex came for his first holiday stay & I felt comfortable leaving him with Mandy & Jason. I received photos of Dex looking happy which made me feel at ease. Any queries they had they asked. They were great being able to give him his daily medication. He came home with no signs of stress(weight loss & stress lick sores) like he has when stayed in kennels which tells me he felt happier. I'd definitely recommend and visit again.

We absolutely LOVE we love pets. Darren has been so helpful and kind since the beginning, and our dog goose absolutely adores him. We get photos from his walk each day which is so nice. And it’s so reassuring to know they’re first aid trained. Definitely would recommend to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

Used a dog boarding service for the first time and chose Mandy and Jason to look after Stan for a few days. Had a meet and greet before I went on holiday to get to know them, for Stan to meet them and discuss his feeding/walking routine. While I was away they sent pics every day which put me at ease. Happy to recommend their service and will use again in the future.

Highly recommended Happy paws hotel! our 2 guinea pigs, popcorn and Oreo have just had a 2 week stay while we were on holiday. They were extremely well cared for. Yasmin genuinely cares for all the animals she looks after and puts so much effort into making their stay enjoyable. It was reassuring knowing they were happy while we were away. Yasmin kept us up to date with how they were doing with photos/videos. Will definitely use again for future holidays!

We have been using Happy Paws for over a year now, including three times this year alone, and we will never use anyone else to look after our two cats. Yasmin is amazing with them and they both love her. The fact that she comes to your house is a million times better than stressing out cats our by sending them to a cattery! She has looked after our cats when one was fresh out of surgery and needed medication and she gave him fantastic care. She sends pictures and text updates which are reassuring - even when we are out of the country we know that our fur babies will be safe and cared for. Yasmin has been walking our Labrador regularly for a few months now. She’s honest, reliable and punctual… and most importantly he completely adores her! He gets so excited when she arrives and is tired out enough after each walk to settle for the whole afternoon. Yasmin provides updates after each walk, with some great photos and videos for peace of mind that he’s having a brilliant time out with her. She also checks on our cat and rabbit when she visits, which helped us massively after our cat had surgery recently. I have no hesitation in recommending Happy Paws. Yasmin genuinely has a huge passion for animals and this shows in how well they respond to her.

Recently had Yazmin at Happy Paws out to look after our 3 cats whilst we were away. The cats are 1 and 20 years old and at the last minute the youngest cat required daily medication. Yazmin did all that we asked of her and more, our home was looked after and being a little OCD myself over cleanliness and security, she stepped up to the mark and was exceptional, professional, responsible and caring. She spent time with the cats to put them at ease before they were left alone with her. She cleaned up on every occasion, treated our home with respect and we have no hesitation in recommending or using her again, in fact we have already booked in her for next year.

I needed my 2 German Wirehaired Pointers walking for 2 weeks while away. I was afraid they might be a bit of a handful. Happy Paws did an excellent job with them and coped perfectly. They responded to the walker really well. Really pleased. If I need the dogs looking after again I know exactly who to contact. Highly recommended.

Amazing, friendly staff. I have been bringing my rabbit here for a couple of years now. I wouldn't look for any other. Easy to find. I park across the street in the shopping area. Lots of area for rabbits the play and stretch. 100% recommended. 😊🐰

We love Damson lodge so much, we wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our rats. They are always clean, fed, content and so happy when we collect them. I couldnt recommend them more; they're friendly, welcoming and professional. Amazing value and an amazing service, Damson lodge is our rats second home and a fantastic one.

Boarded our pet tortoise for a week and was really pleased to have found Damson Lodge. They kindly showed us around before hand so we could see where he would spend his week and the price was extremely reasonable. Highly recommended!

Marta and sue are really friendly and helpful. I know my animals are cared for and well looked after when I go away. They offer so many services and personalised to meet my needs, like home visits for my cats while I'm away and home boarding our rabbit too. Highly recommend.

Looked after my Syrian hamster whilst I was away for a few weeks. The building they have for the animals is a good size and kept at a good temperature.

Great place for boarding house rabbits, very flexible with dates. Take really good care of my two rabbits on the occasions they have stayed there. Accomodation warm and clean.

What a wonderful team Petpals Mansfield are! Our 2 dogs very much enjoy being walked by them and are always happy and tried when we get home from work. Nothing is too much trouble for the team and we feel safe knowing our pets and our home are being well cared for. Thank you Petpals!

Mike, Sonia and the team are amazing. We've been using them for the past 7 years and can't recommend them highly enough. Our Jack Russell and Whippet get so excited when they are being collected for their walks. We can relax in total confidence knowing our fur babies are in safe hands. We have been using Petpals for 10 years now and cannot fault them. They were fab when we just had the cats to look after and since getting our dog they have proven to be just as awesome with him too. He absolutely loves going on his walks with them! They always respond quickly to messages and requests and clearly have the animals needs as the utmost importance. I wouldn't want to use any other pet care service.

We have used petpals for the very first time just this last week. It was nice to go on holiday and know that all was good at home, and we didn't have to worry about anything, be it our cat, snake, fish or even the house. Sonya came to visit us beforehand and put our minds at ease as our cat is quite timid and usually hides around strangers. She was in good hands with petpals. I would not hesitate to leave any of my pets with them. Very professional and caring.

Mike and the team at Petpals have been caring and walking my dogs for a few years now. They have never let me down. They are a professional friendly and caring team with excellent per care knowledge. I feel relaxed and confident that my dogs are in excellent hands while I'm at work or on holiday. I would recommend them in a flash.

Have used Petpals for the last 11 years since my boy was a tiny puppy. I have 2 more dogs now and they all love their walks, Lola particularly loves Sonya ❤️ They have always been brilliant and even though I am not working full time now the dogs still have a walk with Petpals as they love it so much. Pet pals offer such a reliable, flexible and professional service. Advertised as ‘home from home’ with lots of pictures of cosy dogs on sofas, but dogs are taken to a field for most of the day so not really the home from home experience I was expecting. As it was, the owner was very vague about whether or not she had availability and needed to check with her other clients first, but disappointingly, I never did get a reply so I can’t comment on the service itself, just the difficulty i had in getting any kind of service at all. TLDR; Impressive marketing, disappointing service.

Superb service by Sally and her family would thoroughly recommend. We first left our Parrot with Sally for a week after our normal sitter was unavailable, on first visiting Brinsley Pet Care and meeting Sally I felt comfortable leaving him, the set up is amazing and Sally had a nice confident way with the animals. After our Parrot visit we felt comfortable asking Sally if she would visits our old dogs and give them lunch and medication if we have to be out the house for longer than normal, they love her and she sends little videos of them in the garden having some fuss 😍. Such reasonable prices as well ~ Amazing ❤️

I've been using Brinsley Pet Care for a few years to look after my ratty mischief. They have quite spacious multi level accommodation for their stays I've had several rats that needed multiple doses of life-saving medications and this has never been a problem for Sally. They have a great time and return happy and healthy. ❤️

Sally and her family are amazing and are passionate about animals. I wouldn't leave our bird with anyone else. She loves staying there. It's nice to go away and not worry about her being looked after properly. Service is always amazing

Just collected our two rabbits from their first stay with Sally after a long weekend and would highly recommend Brinsley Pet Care for boarding your rabbits/birds/Guinea pigs/rats/tortoise!! It’s a lovely setting and clearly a place where all the animals are well loved and looked after. The cost is also highly reasonable and very good value. Sally answered my enquiry and all my emailed questions straightaway before their stay which was very reassuring when using a service you only know via FB. Absolutely fantastic service. I stumbled across Brinsley Pet Care when I was let down by another place. I am so glad they let me down as Sally was fantastic! We took our two bunnies and one hamster to board at Brinsley Pet Care for two weeks. When we dropped them off we spoke about having tried to bond the bunnies but that we had struggled. Sally offered to try and bond them while we were away. She kept us regularly updated with messages, pictures and videos. Our two bunnies are, as I type, snuggled up together in one hutch. They are so happy together, they lie next to each other and groom each other. I can't express how grateful we all are. We are over the moon they are bonded. Sally obviously loves animals and has a great affection for them. They have all had a fab time on holiday and am sure they are looking forward to going again! We have kept Sally updated on the bunnies progress since we returned home and Brinsley Pet Care will be our go to for any future boarding needs. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank-you so much.

We have had Flora for 2 months she is a rescue papillon, very nervous but we had to take her somewhere while we went on our pre booked break. Coxmoor kennels have been recommended by my friend as amazing and they are. Nothing was to much for them with her, I sent a message asking if she was okay and they replied with pictures and she looked happy that made us feel better for leaving her. When we got back she came wandering through tail up wagging but happy you see us. Thank you do much for looking after out little girl. You are fabulous!

The staff are friendly & well organised and have the kennels running like a well oiled machine. Our 2 Spaniels Henry and Theo get very excited about staying at Coxmoor and we feel happy that they are well cared for and like their stays

We’re always happy to leave our two dogs at Coxmoor Kennels because we can see how well they are cared for each and every time. You can tell the staff there really do spend time visiting and playing with the dogs throughout the day; when they feedback on how the dogs been during the stay, those details include things about our dog’s personalities that show the staff truly have been spending time with them. It’s such a relief to know our beloved pets are being looked after by such lovely people, who genuinely love the animals they have visiting them. Have used Coxmoor Kennels a number of times now and will continue to do so too!

Cannot fault the care and attention the staff at Coxmoor House Kennels and Cattery give our dog, Skye. She can't wait to get into reception when we arrive and get the fuss and attention. When we pick her up she has clearly been well looked after. The staff are very professional as well as friendly and accommodating. Brilliant people and service.

I have used Coxmoor House Kennels for a couple of years now and have always been very happy with the service provided, and how the team look after my dog. From making your booking using the online system, to any queries you have the team are extremely friendly and helpful. The Coxmoor House team always send me updates and photos - which really makes you feel at ease. In fact the one attached is from my dogs most recent stay. Ultimately I go by my dogs reaction and he's been very happy to go and sad to leave Coxmoor House when I pick him up. The photo shows how happy my dog is as well. I have already recommended Coxmoor House to family and friends and will continue to use them myself. Thanks :)

Brilliant kennels, Max loves coming here and the staff are so kind and welcoming. Would highly recommend especially if you are nervous about leaving your dog. Always know he is in good hands here. They also have a secure field you can book which Max loves having a run round, it’s really well looked after and plenty of room for him to roam.

I took my cat Lola to Coxmoor over Christmas. The service is well organised and the staff are helpful and professional. Lola seemed happy when I picked her up. However, I was very disappointed that I wasn’t able to take her into her room and pick her up from her room. Therefore I am unable comment on how good the cattery is as I only saw the reception area. Coxmoor was recommended to me by my sister who used to take her cat there some years ago. At that time you were allowed to take the cat to its room. I would have felt much happier if I had seen exactly where she was going to be living for almost a week.

Amazing service, it is refreshing to have a trustworthy dog walker who walks the dogs for the full hour, is DBS checked and who keeps my precious boy safe and well. Maxine is trained in doggy first aid which I feel is a must, rates are very reasonable and my dog gets walked the complete hour and picking up time is added onto the hour not part of it. I get wonderful videos and pictures of my dog with the rest of the gang, and this has been invaluable for his socialization. Maxine walks in interesting locations like the local woods in the area. I would refuse to compromise my dogs care by going anywhere else, whats more Maxine is discrete when she enters your home and does not judge the house so this makes me feel no pressure should I be working and the housework not complete. In conclusion the trust I have for this lady is immense and I entrust her with my beloved pet, and he is happy settled and loves his walks.

Max is amazing woth the dogs, mine absolutely loves her walks with her and the gang. She makes you feel really comfortable and sometimes even sends some lovely videos of your pup having the best time with their friends on the walks. Highly rated and would recommend 👌 …

Max has been walking my cheeky jackapoo a little under a year now! He started on lead with her but she quickly got him off lead, he has endless amounts of energy and whenever he’s been out with Max he always comes exhausted! The walks she does are amazing, it’s lovely to see on the videos all the dogs having the time of their lives! My boy is very lucky to have her as a dog Walker and if I could give more then 5 stars I would! Recommend highly and I hope she keeps being Percy’s walker for years to come!

Toby absolutely loves his walks with Max. As soon as you mention Max's name he runs around with excitement. He always comes home ready for a nap after having the best time with his buddies. Max is super reliable. Always accommodating when we need extra walks at short notice. Thanks Max! We love the videos and PUPdates Max sends. We can tell that Max really cares about the dogs and know that Toby is in great hands. Our only regret is not finding Max sooner! Tash, Luke and Toby 🐾

The Happy dog has been great for our lively sprocker! After some bad experiences with other dogs he changed from being extremely sociable to very nervous around new dogs. He started with her as on lead only (recall isnt always grrat and also because of his nervousness with unknown dogs on walks). After less than 2 months he was enjoying off lead walks running and playing with the other dogs which was great to hear. Even better though the effect has transferred to his walks with us too!

Maxine is amazing with my dog Baxter,she has been walking him for nearly 2 years now and he gets so excited when he knows she's coming. He has also stayed over with Maxine whilst we've been on holiday and he is treat so well, I think he would stay. She always sends us videos of what he is up. The only other person I would trust to have Baxter overnight,other than my son. We are so thankful that we found The Happy Dog.x

Maxine has been a life saver... working full time and having a puppy she has offered a great service.We are rest assured that Charlie is in good hands. Maxine is so friendly and nothing is ever too much, she has been accommodating when I have at last minute asked Maxine to walk him when I have been called into work. Maxine has been freely available at the other end of the phone and gives us regular updates and open communication via the telephone. I would recommend Maxine to anyone, she treats my dog as if it was her own. Maxine is also trustworthy and through the process of looking for a dog walker this has been stress free. We never look back and we appreciate and feel greatful for Maxine first class service.

Murphy has been walking with Max (& his buddies) from a pup, he’s now 2 and a half :). What we love about Max is that she knows all of the dogs personalities and quirks and matched Murphy accordingly. He has a bestie :) She genuinely cares about the dogs in her care and you can trust that she will put them first. They also get to go places where they can let loose and get a full hour of exercise. I honestly wouldn’t let him go with anyone else. 100% recommend! 🐾

Excellent Service, Maxine is very professional. Our two Cockapoos are quite lively and Maxine has worked well with them during their regular walks to improve their behaviour. We have seen a difference in just a couple of weeks. Both boys are always happy to see her, and keen to go on their walk. Maxine provides regular updates whilst they are out too.
