The groomers there are very hospitable and professional. They have always treated my dog as well as myself with professionalism. I do prefer to use Amanda but all have been great! All my dogs leave with a smile on their face and smelling great!

I boarded my dog for 4 days, at Give a Dog a Bone in Vernal Utah. I called every day and asked how my dog was doing. I was told that he was skittish but all right. On the 3rd day I called from the airport, to check on my dog. The staff informed me that my dog was doing poorly. That the owner of Give a Dog a Bone, said my dog could not be boarded there again. I asked why no one contacted me, or informed me when I called that there was a problem. The staff said they liked to handle things in house. I am paying for my dog to be cared for, and informed of any concerns. For them to ignore reporting the needs and concerns, with a pet to the owner. Is irresponsible, poor management and neglectful. I had read a few negative reviews about Give a Dog a Bone. Concerning how the pets were treated. And how the owners were criticized and blamed. Unfortunately I decided to give them a try anyway. I won’t make that mistake again. I will not use any of their services again. Give a Dog a Bone still has not refunded my card for the last day , that my dog wasn’t there. Give a Dog a Bone is NOT BBB accredited. Any other place I take my pet’s to will be screened a lot more thoroughly. They will also have to prove to me that, they can handle and interact well with my pets. A concept that Give a Dog a Bone has inverted. My dog is still recovering from staying at Give a Dog a Bone.

We’ve taken our dogs other places for boarding and sometimes the dogs come back acting skittish. Dogs can’t tell you what happened. One of our dogs has an intimidating bark but is the sweetest girl, and the other is the least judgmental dog and is a friend to everyone. At Give a Dog a Bone, whenever I pick up the dogs, the dogs are acting like their normal selves. If our dogs do something crazy of if there’s any concerns, the workers will tell us (we have a hypochondriac dog that will limp for attention. We’ve had her knee looked at and she’s fine). We’ve also have gotten the dog groomed here. They’re good. Mandy used to always cut our dog’s hair but they’re growing and expanding so the last time we had someone else do it. They did a good job. Since the pandemic they did have to raise their prices but the extra cost is worth it because they treat the dogs the best. Photo is of our dog that was recently groomed at Give A Dog A Bone.

I have boarded my pups there several times. They are always good to my boys 🤗 Mandy and the girls are all amazing and do such a great job taken care of them. And my pups just love them …

They have done an amazing job on my senior citizen pup! My pup has issues with accidents and biting while being groomed and they have always been understanding and patient with her. She still gets a fantastic cut every time and they are able to work with her so much to give her the teddy bear face! I love this place and will keep coming back.

Give a dog a bone is awesome. I can trust them to board my dog and cats for a couple days and I know they’ll be taken care of. I’ve taken my dog here to be groomed and he loves it. He always comes out smelling so fresh and looking so good. Casey is amazing with her clients and takes pride in her work.

I had a great experience here. Rachel is the one who groomed both my pitties and did great with them. My male pit is very timid and scared of everything but she made sure to make him comfortable and took her time with him. She also did great with my girl pit who gets aggressive with nail cutting. She handled the situation very well and professionally. I will definitely be going here for every groom.

We are regular customers at give a dog a bone. We love Casey and the care she shows for our 2 high strung anxiety ridden dogs. Our 11-year-old schnauzer went through a few groomers before we were able to find Casey. The others had trouble grooming him because of his hatred of his ears being touched or because he is in general an irritable grump. Casey is very patient with him, and both dogs end up looking perfect. We have an appointment prescheduled so it's one less thing to think about. I couldn't recommend a better place to take your dogs.

I will only take my pups to Give A Dog A Bone, to Casey! Casey is absolutely amazing! It doesn’t seem to matter how busy they are, she always makes sure my pups get pampered and leave happy. I would recommend her to everyone! She treats them as though they were her own fur babies and it means more than I can say. It’s not often that your dog gets excited to go get groomed, but mine sure do! They run through the door and can’t wait to see her.

Went on vacation with our fur babies. After our trail rides, they needed a bath and one needed a nail trim for a broken nail. Luckily, they were able to squeeze us in before our trip home. The girls were super friendly and our pups were clean and fresh. Very happy with the service. If we lived close, they would be our permanent grooming and boarding facility.

Perfectly located for exploring NE Utah and NW Colorado, especially Dinosaur National Monument. Kennel is clean, outdoor runs are well designed and the pet care is great. We boarded our dog for two nights and felt perfectly comfortable and secure in leaving her there. Boarding or doggie day care is a must while visiting the area, especially during the hot months. Thanks for this great facility!

Just picked up our three dogs from a weeks vacation stay. They were obviously well cared for. We were able to call the kennel mid week to check on them. The facility is clean and there are outdoor individual play areas. The owners are caring and interested in individual needs of each dog. They administered medication daily to one of our dogs. We were able to provide our own food so the dogs would not experience a change in diet. Very happy and will use them again! Dwight

We dropped our two dogs off at dinosaur trails kennel so we could explore Dinosaur National Park. The kennel is new and clean, and conveniently located right at the turn to get to the Quarry. There was a large enough space for our two dogs and a wonderful outdoor space for our dogs to play. They had a great time. It was also much less expensive than some doggy daycares we’ve used at other parks. Thank you for treating our boys so well!

Kind and accommodating. Our doodle stayed for a few hours while we toured the dinosaur quarry. We booked last minute, but they were very helpful and reasonably priced. It was clean and well kept. Our doggie was well taken care of. Thank you Dinosaur Trails Kennel!

If you plan to visit the Dinosaur National Monument this is the best place to leave your pets. They accept Dogs of all sizes as well as cats. The kennels are large and clean. And there are even options for extended stays if necessary. Your pets will thank you.

We took our one year old pup here for the day while visiting Dinosaur National Monument. Very nice facilities. Owner was friendly and accommodating. Great option for anyone wanting to tour parts of the park where dogs aren’t allowed. Highly recommended.

A very nice and clean facility. It even smelled clean. One animal gets 2 good sized kennels. One inside and one outside. Plus other amenities. I was tempted to stay there myself and let the dog go out of town.

The last time we went to Dinosaur National Park was with our kids and we left our pets at home. It’s nice to see they have a Kennel for pets close to the park now. By the looks of it they can keep dogs, cats, and even birds!

I just picked up my 13 year old lab. I could tell she was well cared for. She was clean and her bedding I sent with her was clean as well. She seems happy and loved. I highly recommend Dinosaur trail kennels!

We just took a tour of the kennel today. We were very impressed with the facilities and the Manager. We scheduled our dog for 2 weeks from today, so we will update you when we return.

Our German Shepherd, Niki LOVES her time at Park City Pet Resort! She has so much fun playing with the dogs and the dog-lovers when she stays. The facilities are always clean, and the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. It's so easy to make reservations and to add services online. We are SO grateful for Park City Pet Resort and for their quality care.

We love all the staff at Park City Pet Resport/Rocky Mountain K9! They always take the best care of our dogs and give them the same love we do at home! Couldn’t recommend them more.

I asked Jessi if he enjoyed his boarding today at Park City Pet Resort. He said it was the best boarding experience ever. He was really impressed with all of the attention he received and thought everyone was very nice and friendly. He told me he didn’t ever want to go anywhere else. And to top it all off he told me that they gave him a nice warm bath and shampoo. Right after he got home he asked me how soon could he go back. He said it was definitely a four paw experience.

Excellent job! My dog loves coming here. The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is always clean and beautiful. They are thorough and detailed in all they do.

David and his team at Rocky Mountain K9 have provided boarding and training services for my Corgi the last three years and I couldn’t be more pleased. The high level of personalized care and service is unmatched. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate our every need. My pup comes home happy and healthy, and I feel confident and relaxed that he is being well cared for while I’m out of town.

Ellie always is always comfortable and has a good time. When we drive up for drop off, she jumps out of car & heads toward the door. She had never been “groomed” - just bathed. Our first grooming experience was wonderful and she looked & felt better. Definitely on our regular to do list. Thank you!

Wow what an amazing daycare. Our demon loves playing & has a lot of energy. Most daycares can’t keep up with him but the staff here loved him & kept him very busy. We have a collar that tracks activity & he had a ton of it. The staff members were all so nice & accommodating & even sent me photos of his day. He was tired for 2 days which is a blessing for us. I wish we could go here every day!

I am really disappointed with the management of this place. My little Frenchie stayed here about 4 or 5 times, the truth is that the service is good, they treated everything well. The problem started when I wanted to cancel the membership, I tried to do it by email about 5 times. The problem started when they told me they were going to check with the owner to find out what to do about it, there was no response and they charged me the $60 again. So I contacted them again, they said they had to charge me for the cancellation fee. Which doesn't say anything anywhere. They just made it up, ok I accepted because I had been trying to cancel the membership for about 2 months, I explained what the situation was, the days went by and they charged me the $60 again. Honestly it's very sad because I loved this place for my dog, but the management is lacking a lot. I had explained what the reason for my cancellation was, I had also told them that I didn't want to end up badly with them, because I love the place. It's a shame that the management is so bad. So if you want a membership with them, think carefully, because in the end it ends up being the same when it comes to paying the $45 per day.

Our dog had so much fun. He was well taken care of and was treated like family. We received daily photos and report cards of his behavior, health, and updates. We will be using their services again soon.

Andrew is the best! He takes wonderful care of my GSD Sophie and going out of town has become less stressful. He’s willing to teach and is very knowledgeable about all things dog. Would recommend boarding or training services from Andrew.

Amazing service! She is very professional, organized, and a warm hearted dog lover. We never felt concerned or worried while our boxers were staying there for a week. They got PLENTY of play time! We loved how she would send pics / vids of them whenever requested. Our pups were happy when we picked them up. We will go here again 10/10

This is the best place I have ever taken my dogs to! Melanie is the best! I had to leave my 3 month old puppy with her for 10 days. I researched and found this was the best place! She sent pictures to us throughout the trip. She has a huge yard that the dogs can run and a small kids pool to play in! She has taught me so many things to do to handle my dog walking. We’ve sent her a couple of times for training during the day. I can now actually walk my dog without her yanking me! My dog is so excited to see Melanie every time she goes there. We usually take her twice a week so that she can really run and play! Melanie also plays with the dogs! I highly recommend this place for your dog!

Eagle Mountain Dog Boarding is the place to take your fur babies. My dog loves Mel, her staff, and her fam. I know he is always loved, well-taken care of while we're away and that's such a piece of mind. I highly recommend EM Dog Boarding <3

I have two super anxious pups, which makes them hard to leave. Melanie is the best! She does such a great job with them and we always come back to happy and healthy dogs! It's so nice not to worry about them every time we board them! This is the only boarding place I will ever trust!

Eagle Mountain Boarding is top quality. I’m so thankful I found this place. The owner is absolutely incredible. She is very loving and attentive to my sweet Australian Shepherd. She makes sure he is well taken care of and interacts with him like he’s her own. Recently she took care of my puppy for 6 weeks while I was out of town. She exercised him, trained him, played with him and loved him. She even bathed him before I picked him up. He’s always excited every time I have taken him there to be taken care of when I’m out of town. Such a big difference taking him there from other places I’ve experienced. If you want top service with lots of love for your fur babies and great prices as well, Eagle Mountain Boarding is the right place to go with. I’m picky with who takes care of my sweet puppy. This place will not disappoint. 💖

Melanie is quite simply the best. She is so knowledgeable, kind and genuinely cares about all the dogs in her care. She sends us pictures and updates regularly on how our senior pup is doing. We have noticed a drastic improvement in Lucy’s socialization and ability to play with other dogs since coming to daycare with Melanie. We’ve taken Lucy to other day cares in the past and when we picked her up, she was nervous, anxious and shaking - that’s not the case when we pick her up after a day with Mel. She’s tuckered out and so happy. We love that she was able to run, play and interact with other dogs all day rather than just sit at home alone.

I had my pup stay here for a week while I was at a work trip out of state, and let me just say he came back SO HAPPY. The owner even spoke to my husband and gave us some advice on our pup which was so helpful. Cider loved his time here and they will be our go to for grooming and boarding from here on out! It brings so much comfort when I knew he was loved like family and got the attention he so deserved!

Amazing!!! Robert and his team at Away Home Pet Sitting are fantastic! We have lived in seven different states across the US and have had a lot of wonderful pet sitter’s, Away Home outshine them all. The love and care that our dogs are given is priceless. They offer several different scheduling options so we can rest assure our dogs are visited at the times we need Away Home. After each visit we receive photos and very detailed updates about each pet and our home. We love Robert and his team and highly recommend them and so would Stella, Otis and Bertha!!!

I love Away Home & Pet Care! I've used them multiple times and every time they have been exceptional. Each day they give me updates on how my kitty is doing with pictures and a message. Me and my family find them to be heart-warming, comforting and sometimes funny. My kitty is very scared of most other people, and she has warmed up to Robert, even letting him give her belly rubs while purring. It's nice to know that she has somebody that is so kind to give her some loving attention and provide for her needs while I'm away.

Robert and Aspenn provide incredible service and care towards my dog. My dog can be reactive and high energy. Robert and Aspenn are always patient, calm and gentle with Rocco. Rocco fell in love with both of them from the start and is always eager to see them. Robert’s high-touch service and communication are superior. He messages back in a timely manner and is very accommodating. Most importantly, I always know Rocco is in the best care and getting the needed walks/pee breaks when I’m at work. I trust them very much!

I brought my dogs to Utah this past February. Away Home Pet Care walked them for me. Not only did they take good care of my dogs, they were very easy to work with. I love the app they use. It was easy to schedule and pay and I loved the report I got after the walks were complete. I highly recommend Robert and his team!

I would give Away Home & Pet Care of Utah 10 stars if I could. Robert is phenomenal! He took care of my two cats like they were his own when I had to travel on business. My kitties were treated with care, love and respect with visits twice a day, everyday to be fed and to get their head rubs in. We also had Away Home come by to check on our home during the winter. Robert checked on the house weekly and sent pictures of the interior giving us peace of mind that all was well during the six months we were gone. So impressed with the services this company provides. A BIG thumbs up!

Away Home & Pet Care did a fantastic job of caring for my furry friends while we went away recently. I can't recommend them enough! It made the trip so much better to know that our dog and cat were in good hands. Best of all, we received pictures after every visit...and they were amazing.

I have been a client of Away Home & Pet Care for nearly two years. They are life savers and I don't know how I could own a dog without their help. I particularly appreciate their flexibility and willingness to adapt to my ever-changing schedule ... as well as the goofy pictures I get from my dog's daily walks.

Wow! We've never used a pet sitter before and were a little nervous trusting our cat to a stranger but also knew we didn't want to board her since she hates it. We spent our time researching options in the Ogden area and were drawn to the reviews and professional looking website for Away Home & Pet Care and decided to book with them. Great choice! The meet and greet went smoothly and we immediately felt at ease with Robert and knew our cat would be in good hands. During our trip we got daily updates (including pictures) and it really let us relax and enjoy our trip knowing everything was well at home. Our cat is not the most social and we really appreciated Robert letting her go at her own pace. The app worked great even overseas and scheduling was a breeze. Will absolutely use them again for future trips!

Dino Suds & Scissors proceeds to blow me away with every appointment! I started bringing my 4 legged furry buddy to Dino Suds when they first opened & from the start of Bandit’s grooming. From the first appointment I was thrilled with their business & knew that I would be back. I was impressed by them collecting vaccination information & asking what vet I preferred in case something happened & he needed care! The atmosphere is always CLEAN, professional, welcoming, & fun!! Their team of groomers are DEDICATED & KNOWLEDGABLE to their line of work! They’re constantly pushing theirselves to gain new certifications, more knowledge, & making sure they have the best care & products for your furry friends. They also are always happy to share their knowledge if you have any questions! In my time going to Dino Suds they have grown to include a small little store that has great products from high quality dog treats, cbd, dog bowls, to brushes, accessories, toys, & MORE! I was guilty of only taking Bandit to the groomers when he was in desperate need of a fresh clean up / full groom but at the beginning of the year I signed up for the grooming membership that they offer! This has been a life saver! He is scheduled out for an appointment every 3 weeks for the same day of the week & same time! Being scheduled consistently helps me to not forget his appointments but I still get text reminders! Bandit rotates between a bath & tidy & full grooms on his appointments! He always looks amazing when I come to pick him up & I always get told how well Bandit did! In the beginning when he was a young pup they even gave me tips on how I could help Bandit get used to the groomers from actions I could take at home! Dino Suds & Scissors is also so accommodating from what kind of cut you want (unless it’s not good for your dogs coat) to appointment scheduling! Just this week I was on my way to Roosevelt when I realized I forgot about Bandit’s appointment. I text their business line 30 minutes before his appointment that I would not be able to make his appointment. They were very understanding & allowed me to reschedule for the next day! This hasn’t been the only time they’ve worked with me… I have had to drop Bandit off early & pick up late on several occasions & they always have been totally understanding & easy to communicate with! Dino Suds & Scissors truly goes above & beyond for the humans & the furry friends that walk through their doors!

Horrible business practices they pick, choose when to enact there policies based on whether they like you or not. You said yourself you would have canceled it with no charge if I had called that day. So what was the difference with calling the second your business opened the next day at 8 am. Honestly this could have all been avoided had you just been understanding your policy cannot apply if you’re booking within the cancellation window. By that logic just for a mistake you get to steal money hope your proud of how you handled this situation. Now everyone can see you care more about money then the animals or there owners.

Unfortunately, we’ve been going for some time and they’ve done great and we’ve had 0 issues. My husband made an appointment online in a spur of moment without consulting me. It was Sunday when he made this appointment, for Tuesday morning. I was sick in bed. After he told me he made it I told him no cancel it. I TRIED to go online to cancel as they are closed on Sunday. There was NO way to do this online. So we waited until Monday morning to reach out. He called them no answer. He got a text message from them a little after and told them to cancel - they said ok it’s cancelled. Did not mention they are keeping the deposit. The appointment was booked online within 48 hours, they are claiming they are keeping the deposit because we didn’t give a 48 hours noice. How could we? LOL It was booked on a Sunday, you were closed. The appointment was already WITHIN 48 hours. They DO NOT have a notice online if you book within 48 hours there’s no chance of getting that deposit back. My husband spoke to the male owner for an hour today on the phone and they would not do anything about the deposit. They claim online and also did on the phone they will move the appointment within a week without a new deposit. So he asked for a Monday appointment. They said NO it’s too far past the 7 days. Hmm a Tuesday appointment changed to Monday is NOT past 7 days. They won’t even honor their own terms/services. If you make an appointment online and it’s within 48 hours just know if you cancel they will steal your money. We will not ever come back, please go to petco.

My Dani is a Maltipoo. When I brought her in she looked as bad as she ever could have looked. Honestly, it was embarrassing. After our local groomer quit and a massively failed home grooming I had just let her go. Dino Suds did an amazing job and somehow managed not to have to shave her totally bald. She looks adorable:)

They are the best in town!! They take all 4 of my dogs and it makes it so much easier and convenient!! They do such a great job!

I have a chow puppy that needed bathed and groomed, but had a hard time finding anybody that takes young dogs (before they're old enough to get Rabies shots). Dino Suds n Scissors had no problem grooming him for me. On top of that, he's still leary of strangers, and they were so patient and sweet with him. He comes back so clean and handsome every time!! I will continue bringing him back to Dino Suds for all his grooming needs.

We will not go to any other place in Vernal to get our poodle groomed. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, and passionate about their work. I especially love that they are always growing and continuing their education.

I love to bring my dogs to Dino suds. When my poodle got into a lot of foxtail heads they spent hours getting them out of him and were SO kind. They really care about animals and people there. My dogs always come out looking and smelling so great. Worth every Penny! Thank you for doing such a great job!

I have only ever taken my Mini Poodle here for grooming, but they have always done an excellent job with her. She doesn’t like the process of course, but I especially like that you can see what they’re doing when you walk in — they don’t bathe the dogs out front, but you can see the trimming get done so you know how your pet is being treated. I know pet grooming is not an easy job by any means, but I have watched other groomers at different places mistreat dogs I’ve had in the past, making them fear grooming. I know dogs can make sudden movements unexpectedly and get nicked by clippers, but I was mainly looking for a place where they wouldn’t mistreat or yell at them for it. My dog is only a puppy so finding a good place was important for me. Rather than having her look fantastic, I’m more appreciative of groomers that take the time to help her feel safe, and only do what both she and the groomer would be safe and comfortable with. These folks not only assure me that they would do what’s best for Annie, but she always comes out looking fantastic too!

We were happy with the amazing prices and service of ruff kennel house until we came to pick our dog up and noticed that he had a deep puncture mark that was swelling up on his side and leaking fluid. We found out that he had been bit a couple days prior but we were not informed about it. I talked to the manager about it and resolved issues, but I still would have appreciated a phone call after my dog got bit rather than finding about it two days later. I wish I could leave a good review because the pricing and other service was good here. Also, we never signed any waivers or anything when we dropped our dog off so that was concerning.

I took my 4 month old Yorkie to just get a trim and bath. Her 1st time. She came out smelling so good and so soft! She looks so cute! I am very impressed and I will be taking her back! She doesn’t hold still very long lol ❤️ great price too!

I love Ruff Housing Kennel’s my Lab was sprayed by a skunk and they were quick to get him in and did a great job on getting him a bath and smelling better. I really appreciate them and they are great to work with and do a great job.

This is dog heaven! A fun, happy place where all the dogs are well-loved. I'm sure our French Bulldog is looking forward to going back there again. It was like a party for him while we went on vacation.

The people that work here are awsome. I took my dog in to stay for a couple nights while i went out of town, when i went to pick her up they had a mixup and ended up doing a partial groom on my dog by accident. They did an awsome job on her!!! So good that i will be bringing her back for grooming when she needs it again. 100% would recommend to anyone.

Ruff Housing is fabulous! They take such great care of our dogs and the prices are outstanding. Great value. I also love the webcams they have in the daycare areas so you can check in on your pups while you're away! We always get a kick out of seeing our dogs playing with others.

This was my first visit to the Ruff house, and I found the place to be very inviting and clean and comfortable especially for my little dogs. They are always nervous when they go to get their hair done so I was happy to see that the folks that greeted us, and took care of them were very kind and gentle and I will definitely be taking them back there again for their next haircut. Also, I wanted to say that this is the first place ever to get the schnauzer look right . Thanks to all who work there, you are awesome!

They are great with my dogs. Not only are my dogs safe, they have a great time and the staff truly care about the animals. One of our dogs recently had to have surgery and the staff did a great job caring for her when needed post surgery during a family emergency when we had to leave town suddenly.

Mountain pals is in unique, even “boutique“ sort of service. You could be dropping your dog off at some doggy daycare, where he or she spends part of their day in a kennel and part of their day running around a 30’ ring with other dogs. Not here, your dog will be enjoying a day in the wilderness running in a pack as nature intended. There are risks involved here. If you want your dog to enjoy life as a nature intended you need to be sure that your dog has been trained or naturally has the desire to stay with the pack. Rebecca treats your animals like one of the family Including opening our home to them. Instead of a cage, they hang out on the couch. Dogs enjoy a great diet, lots of exercise, sunshine, and the company of others. We all appreciate the photos that Rebecca sends out of the dogs throughout the day. There’s nothing more fun than getting a picture of your pooch enjoying his day while you’re at work It’s reassuring and it makes us feel like a better pet owners. Rather than kenneling a dog and seeing that somebody stopped by to let him pee, our dogs is out having the day that I wish we could! The pictures, the excellent personal service, transportation services and most importantly the expert facilitation of socialization in a pack setting and mentality using the Colorado wilderness as her classroom, Rebecca is hands down the best at what she does. Im not one to write fan letters but this one is merited. Rebecca is very dedicated to her business, to customer service but most importantly to improving the life’s of the animals in her care. A great service.

The dog sitting service met all my expectations. She took great care of my dog and provided daily hikes, which ensured he got sufficient exercise. I appreciated their method of slowly introducing the dogs to each other, as it made me feel confident about my dog's safety. They were reliable and well-organized.

If you have been searching for someone in the mountains to care for your dog look no further. My three year old lab has been going to daycare at Mountain Pals since he was six months old and it has been nothing but a positive experience all around! Rebecca is very accommodating with booking + pickup/drop-offs, payment is easy, daily pictures from the walk and updates about his new pup friends are the best to get each day while I'm at work. It is also fun to track his miles on his GPS collar that he wears on his adventure hikes at Mountain Pals. The only problem is now he ALWAYS wants to be at daycare with Rebecca and his pup friends. :)

Rebecca does an amazing job caring for our two miniature Heelers. They go on daily hikes, which they love tremendously. Rebecca is very caring and LOVES dogs. She has been our only pet sitter since 2009, we like her that much! She always texts us with updates and pictures. When she pulls up to pick up our dogs, both go running to her with excitement. Mountain Pals has always taken the utmost responsibility and care for Midge and Dickey Bob, as well as Josie and Donna Jean in the past.

Mountain Pals is a great pet sitting service. Rebecca always goes above and beyond taking care of our dog. She takes him on a great hike daily and gives me updates throughout the day. He does wear a GPS collar for extra security. Great company, super reliable, safe, and so much fun for our dog!

I needed a dog sitter on short notice and Rebecca at mountain Pals came through! Rebecca kept me updated while I was away and sent lots of pictures and videos of my dog having a great time.

Rebecca has been watching our dogs for over seven years and I can't imagine leaving them with anyone else. They both have special dietary and medication needs. They aren't the most energetic dogs and she does a good job of balancing exercise with rest. The Mountain Pals service is 1000% times better than any boarding facility because she gives our dogs real outdoor exercise and one on one attention. Both of our dogs love visiting Rebeccas for both day visits and overnights.

My husband and I are so grateful to have found this boarding place. We went on vacation and while on vacation dealt with some personal circumstances and our dogs had to stay extra time. This lovely boarding place accommodated to our needs and took such great care of our girls. I haven’t experienced such great customer service like this before and such kindhearted people. I cannot stress enough how safe and well taken care of your dog's will be. This facility was purpose built to create an environment where your dog can thrive while you have to be apart AND where you can see your puppers via webcam 24/7.

The new managers are AMAZING! We’ve boarded at Animal Fort a few times now mainly for the indoor outdoor run, cameras to see our pup anytime, and it’s close to our home but the previous managers were awful. The new manager, Kiffon (& fam), were so kind, friendly, and cheerful. We had the link and camera code before we even pulled out of the parking lot (with previous management we’d have to ask several times for it). Drop off and pickup could not have been more seamless (we’ve had issues in the past). We got a few photo updates of our pup and she seemed so happy! We will definitely board our pup here again!

Love this place! My first time using animal fort over thanksgiving was a fantastic experience. They boarded my two cats and dogs. To save money I had them put my two dogs in a suite together, but when my old grumpy dog snapped at my young annoying dog they immediately separated them into different suites just to be safe. My pets were well taken care of. The kennel is immaculately clean. Like, seriously, seriously clean, so impressed! They are easy to work with. My schedule changed due to weather, and they were very accommodating.

I picked up my two dogs from a 5 1/2 day stay. For starters, we reached out to book and they responded almost instantly but when it came to actually getting them on the schedule and all set, it took contacting them multiple times to get a response. After drop off they told me they would send me a link to the cameras to watch our dogs, I had to message them two separate times asking for the link and it took them over 24 hours after drop off to send it. And on top of that, one of the cameras they put in the link was not our dog so we couldn’t keep an eye on one of ours. They also didn’t tell us what we needed to bring so we didn’t know we needed to bring our own beds. Thankfully, they gave each of the dogs a loner bed but I wish they would have told us that we needed to bring them in the first place. We brought a bag of stuff for the dogs which included 6 toys (3 for each dog) a bag of treats, two bones and their food. They did not give the dogs any of their toys, treats or special bones. I know they knew about the toys because I told the guy at drop off and the dog food was under the toys. Last but not at least, they did not let the dogs out of their rooms. At pickup I asked if they had playtime in their daily schedule and the girl told me “no they stay in the room all day”. I understand they have their own doggy door which is great, but not even taking a dog out for even just 15 minutes by themselves to get some enrichment and exercise is ridiculous, especially since they didn’t even give the dogs the toys we brought them. She told us if we wanted them to get playtime we had to “request it” which was never told to us at the beginning. So our dogs were locked in their separate rooms for 5 1/2 days with nothing aside from a bed. We will not bring our dogs back here and I do NOT recommend leaving your dogs here either unless you are okay with your dog locked in a room the entire time. I gave it two stars because they came back healthy, uninjured and they provided a bed for our dogs. Aside from that, there wasn’t anything positive about our experience.

Great facilities, large kennels with their own "yards". The floors are heated they have a live feed to your dogs (not sure about cats, I only boarded my dog) 24/7. Very nice staff and very clean. Very reasonably priced for what they offer.

These guys are AMAZING! First time ever boarding our dog and they treated him like family (I witnessed live on their cameras). Their facility is very clean and each suit has plenty of space. Great communication and easy to work with your schedule. Will definitely be returning for our next trip!

Love love love this place. The owners are so great with "Phoebe." I have a small Coton de tulear, and she gets really excited when when we pull up to the place. She always comes home happy and well-exercised, as they do one on one with them. So easy to work with also, with your schedule.

Very difficult to connect with or talk to sometimes no response at all. We ended up going with a different boarder because of this. My brother’s family had the same issues. If you can’t contact me in a timely manner and answer my questions a question the care of my dog and finding things out about him while he’s there.
