Quality Pet Care have just looked after our Husky/GSD Dexter for 10 days while we were on holiday. They have been looking after my Mum’s dogs for the last few years and came highly recommended. We had a brilliant experience from start to finish, and were able to see updates and pictures while we were away which was so reassuring. Better yet, he came back to us very happy and looked like he’d had a lovely holiday himself! Thank you so much to the staff at QPC for looking after our very vocal and clingy boy. I doubt we’ll use anyone else now!

I have used Quality Pet Care on two occasions now and both times my Doberman has come back so happy and his usual playful self. I was quite nervous about his first stay as he can be quite timid with new people but Brett assured me he settled in really quickly, and I got photo updates to put my mind at ease while I was away. Will continue to use Quality Pet Care for all our holidays away, would recommend them to anyone, and a much nicer alternative to kennels.

My 2 dogs have been away 3 times to Quality Pet Care. They can't wait to go. I have pictures during their stay, and am happier for them to go into a home rather than kennels. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

*RECOMMEND* Our 10 month old Cockapoo stayed with Tony at Quality Pet Care 9th - 12th May 2019 in Gravesend. We wanted to place our Bailey in a home environment then a kennel, whilst we was away for the first time without our dog Bailey. I must admit it took some getting use to the Quality Pet Care policy. Within their policy of protection we could never meet the carer, have any direct contact with the carer or have any details of the carer other than knowing; carer's name, picture of him outside his house, what town he lives in, his age, and that he was retired. We had to place full trust in Brett and his choice of carer for our dog Bailey. How I am understood, it's to protect their business, carers, insurances and customers. Meanwhile whilst we was away, carer Tony updated Brett daily with pictures of Bailey to send to us (pictures attached is some of the picture sent). It really made us relax and feel rest assured Bailey is ok. Tony even took Bailey for a day out in Knole Park in Sevenoaks. We knew Bailey had 1-1 care. We knew Tony was able to keep Bailey comfortable whilst away with keeping up with his puppy training and routines. When Bailey returned back to us through Brett transporting to and from the carers house. We knew when seeing Bailey he was absolutely fine!! There was no behavior change in him at all!! He was / still a very happy dog! With that response and care whilst we was away, we would use Quality Pet Care again!!

Boo has been with Quality Pet Care 3 times now and has always come back happy, clean, tidy and healthy. She always goes off with Brett fine with no hesitancy. Before we had Boo she wouldn’t even see any human males and now is very relaxed with Brett. This service is wonderful if you have a nervous/sensitive dog way better than Kennels.

We have been using Quality pet care for almost 10 years now and have always been extremely happy with the care our outflow receives. Our dog always seems so excited to see Brett when he is picked up and settles back with us with ease after his time away. We will always use Quality pet care for peace of mind that our dog is well cared for and would highly recommend them.

Our 3 terriers 🥰 Molly the Westie, Bear Bear the Wouzer and Monty Sod the Scottish Terrier. They have been holidaying with Btett/Quality Pet Care for the last 4 years. I can't recommend Brett enough. We get updated photos and information regularly while away, and on their return. We can relax, knowing our pups are in safe hands and loving live ❤️

I have used QPC 3 times now and have a booking for a 4th in the summer. Brilliant service, they came around to our house, met our pets and discussed their routines, likes and dislikes in detail. Both my dogs have loved their stays. Added benefit is the dogs get collected and dropped back to you! Would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and well-priced dog sitting service!

Our three terriers have been looked after in some ones home from home for the past two years with Quality Pet Care. Spoilt as our three are, we could not bare the thought of them being put in kennels. We know that the person Bret chose to look after our three; will allow them up on the sofa and bed, and give them lots of attention and cuddles, being looked after by someone who is knowledgeable about dogs and their needs; no comparison to being left alone with no human contact in kennels. Our three are only 3 years old and full of energy and mischief! and are used to lots of love and attention. When Bret collected them, they went off with him quite happily; tails wagging and didn't look back, which, as an owner is just what you want. We get updates and photos to show how they are, and we have piece of mind knowing that if there was an emergency and they needed vet care that Bret has his trusted vet nearby. As a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending Bret and Quality Care to look after your dog/dogs. Meaning you can enjoy your break away, safe knowing they will be well looked after. Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

Louise cared for our two pugs while we went on holiday. The dogs loved her could tell by the photos she sent me. I enjoyed my holiday without worry . I highly recommend louise to new clients she was outstanding.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!

I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change

First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!

As a Home Board, the dogs get the absolute best treatment you could wish for when compared to standard kennels. The dogs have such an active day, every day, with multiple walks in the local fields and woods, and non-stop playtime with their doggy friends during day care. The owner has worked with dogs for over 15 years, so really knows what she is doing with the animals, how to take the best care of them, and how to properly deal with any troublesome situations. We have relied on Padifoot for over 3 years now to watch our two kitties, and we've only had good experiences. Already like a second home for our dog) When we left Stormy for the first time, we were very worried about how it would be and whether she would be able to cope with the separation from us, but as soon as we came to visit Shirley, everything immediately became clear, the dog will like it here) Before leaving our dog, Shirley invited us to visit so that our dog would have time to get used to the new place, that we would make sure everything was okay and meet her super cute dog Ruby. Shirley sent us pictures of our dog and wrote all the news about our Stormi! We have visited Shirley's 4 times now and know for sure that we will come many, many more times! Shirley and her team (Tracy, Daisy and Angela) are absolutely wonderful people and very professional. We have a boy Chow Chow named Patience and he was with Shirley’s care since he was young. There were times that we have last minute requests due to difficulty in our work schedules but Shirley is very approachable and will go out of her way to ensure that Patience is well looked after. We do appreciate it Shirley. Always puts our mind at ease by sending photos and updates throughout the day. We would recommend Shirley and her team to everyone.

We recently brought a puppy and we needed to have someone reliable, friendly and professional who would take care of our new little baby while we were away. My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. When our original dog boarder had to close her small business during covid, we didn't think we'd be able to find another who would look after our fur baby as if she was her own . Then we found Shirley, who immediately put our minds at rest. She was so friendly and Luna, who can be quite nervous of people, took to her straight away. She showed us all her insurance and registered boarder documents . While Luna is staying with her, she is very good at keeping us updated and providing photos . We'd highly recommend Shirley 🤗

Shirley has been great and set my precious siberian husky with a great dog walker named David. David is so loving to Diesel, really puts Diesel through his paces and leaves me lovely notes regarding the walk they had. Shirley is always available via phone and is always accommodating to last min changes. A great service and people who really do care about the dogs they walk and look after. Daisy and her team are fantastic, they really look after our girl and she always comes back from walks absolutely knackered. We've had daisy for around 7 months now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She has really helped our young cockerpoo socialise with other dogs and her confidence has grown massively. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

My doberman Thor (18 months) has been walking with Jan and Matt everyday (except lock down of course) since late last year and honestly they have been the best thing to happen to us. Thor absolutely adores them and nothing is to much trouble, he gets the very most out of his walks and always comes home well exercised and very happy. They have got him happily socialising with other dogs, have helped fix his recall issue and generally improved his behaviour all round. Very happy with them, we wont be going anywhere.

Matt is amazing! He clearly loves dogs! He took our energetic young beagle in at late notice and treated him as his own! He knew so much about beagles already and he didn’t mind having Oscar! Matt sent us pictures and videos regularly so while we were away on holiday, we had a peace of mind that our dog was in very good hands. I would recommend Ruffles without any hesitation at all! We couldn’t recommend Ruffles highly enough. Matt came to the rescue at very short notice due to a change of plans, to look after our 10 month old puppy and she had the most wonderful time staying here. Matt sent us photos and updates whilst we were away and we knew she was in fantastic hands. They take care of all the dogs as if they were their own, and every time Luna sees Matt and Jan she gets so excited, showing us how comfortable she is with them and how much fun she’s had. We will certainly always use Ruffles for home boarding in the future.

Our very lively, strong and intelligent 2 & a half year old black Labrador Ace stayed with Matt for a week in August for the first time. Matt is a very kind and calm person with a lovely home in a fabulous location. On our meet and greet visit, Ace immediately took to Matt and I could see that he would be very well looked after. His love for dogs is very evident and I was confident that he would care for my boy like his own. Matt sent us regular updates and fantastic photos of their walks and play at home with lots of reassurance that Ace had settled in well. When we picked him up Acecwas very happy, confident and looked well fed and content. We immediately re- booked with Matt to look after Ace for our next trip and would 100% recommend Ruffles. Matt has been brilliant for our Tez! Ruffles has had our puppy regularly for the last 4 months and it has been amazing for his socialisation. Matts house is perfect for dogs with a safe garden and we received photos of our pup every time Matt had him for the day. Would always go back to Ruffles when dog sitting was required.

Could not recommend Ruffles home boarding enough! We went away on holiday for one week and felt completely at ease leaving our little Westie/Yorkie Cross knowing she had her own little holiday at Ruffles. We really enjoyed the daily photo updates of our little dog on her adventures and it really helped us enjoy our holiday knowing she was in such good hands & enjoying herself! Cannot recommend Matt and Ruffles dog boarding enough. Dexter had a great holiday with them. It's the first time I've ever left him with someone other than family and was a bit nervous. Matt put me at ease straight away and sent lots of pupdates so I knew Dexter wasn't missing me too much! He was exhausted due to the amount of fun he'd had. After moving to the area, I was looking for a dog sitter for my dog who has epilepsy. I want to be comfortable with who I leave him with, especially as he is epileptic. I found The Wanderers online and after Lorna reassured me she had experience with epileptic dogs, I booked him in for a couple nights. He was very well looked after, I got sent photos/videos, updates and he really enjoyed himself! He has stayed a few times now and I have more bookings coming up, Lorna & Stan are always really accommodating as I’m always needing last minute stays! My dog now runs to the gate when we drop him off as he loves to stay there! Wouldn’t have him stay anywhere else! See use soon, from Bentley :)

I have used Lorna for a few months now when we need overnight care for our French bulldog. Our dog absolutely loves her stays there and always comes back pooped!! Lorna is very kind natured to the dogs she looks after, and I know ours is treated like another member of her family. Really glad we found her ❤️

Just collected my dog from Lorna and she was very happy, clean and it was clear she had a built a great relationship with Lorna. My separation worries were eased with lots of regular photos of my dog out on country walks and having cuddles at home. Lorna and Stan have been very welcoming to our boy Harvey, he has stayed a few times now to get settled in for a bigger stay we have planned. He is always greeted with open arms and big hugs and his tail is wagging happy to see them both. It is great we get to see pictures of his stay as well for peace of mind, and it is a home from home experience which we love.

We use Lorna & Stan for the dog boarding service and we never have to worry about our dog when we're away. We love Lorna & Stan! They are so friendly and super flexible. We often forget we need a dog boarder till the last minute and contact them last minute but they are so accommodating! Would highly recommend xx

I was really worried about leaving my puppy and saw the wonderful reviews for Wanderers on Facebook so thought I”d try it. It was definitely the right decision. Lorna is amazing and my puppy loves going there, she’s always so excited when she arrives and can’t wait to go in. She also happily stays overnight. I can’t recommend Lorna and Wanderers enough.

We’d been looking for a local daycare in the Dartford area for our two-year-old rescue golden doodle Bailey for bi-weekly and ad-hoc daytime care and potential overnight boarding. We were very nervous about leaving him overnight for the first time as he’s an anxious boy who really struggles being left on his own and when he’s not with us. We saw The Wanderers Pet Service on a Facebook group. The fact Lorna had so much training and background working with, caring for and studying dogs as well as her first aid training, made us really keen to meet her. Bailey had an initial meet and greet and the first day went swimmingly! We were so thrilled. He’s since been back a number of times and just had his first overnight stay! We can’t thank Lorna and Stan enough for their obvious care and attention with Bailey. He now runs to get into the gate to see the other dogs (and Lorna and Stan of course!). Lorna really helps put my mind at rest with updates, and it's lovely to see photos and videos of him and the other dogs on their walks and playing together. We are so pleased that Bailey has found a special place to go when we can’t be with him and we know he will be looked after impeccably. He can’t wait for his next visit! 🐾

After 3 days my dog didn't want to say good bye. It was obvious my nervous and shy dog really enjoyed his time at the Wanderers. I can't recommend Lorna and the Wanderers enough. Brilliant service!

Lorna was an absolute star, i have known her for years through facebook and i know she treats her dogs like her own. she sent me daily updates on peaches, with pictures and videos and she was honestly so understanding as this was the first time leaving my girl with anyone else beside family. Kiefer is a great dog walker, he is very reliable and always fast to respond to any messages. He manages to tire out our energetic working cocker spaniel Reggie every week and we feel so happy knowing he takes the best care of our boy

I wouldn’t use anyone else. This is not just a business it’s a passion. Kiefer looks after and walks Dexter regularly. Dexter gets excited when he sees Kiefer so I know he’s well looked after. Kiefer is very professional, polite and courteous. I recommend Kiefers Canines very highly.

There are not many people willing to take on 4 dogs. Especially 4 rescues, each with their individual issues. So grateful to Sara and Kiefer. Very experienced. We can relax knowing they are in safe hands.

Sophie was referred to me by my current cat sitter (who was unavailable for a last minute request). Sophie helped us at the very last minute to visit our house once a day and fed our 4 hungry cats, clean their tray and make sure they are all ok while we were abroad. She is trustworthy, professional, dependable and always sends pictures and little updates once she has been and she even tries to coax them to play, she has since looked after our cats again at last minute and we are so happy to have met her and so grateful for her help with our 4 cats.

I could not recommend Paws Up Pet Care enough. Sophie provides a reliable, friendly and fun walking service for our two dogs. Her punctuality and great communication means i never have to worry. I don’t know what we’d do without Sophie now, she is a very welcome new friend in our dogs’ lives (and ours!).

Sophie is the biggest blessing to our lives! On the odd day where our 🐶 may need seeing to in the afternoon, Sophie pops in plays with him and lets him out for a toilet to break up his day. I was so lucky to find Sophie right at the last moment when my cattery let me down. She came and fed my cat Molly twice a day and as well as feeding her and clearing the litter tray she also spent time playing with Molly and sitting down for cuddles. I came home to a very contented cat. Sophie also provides daily updates and photos so you can rest assured while you're you're away that your pet is getting the very best care. Sophie is absolutely amazing with Dougal. He was a nervous puppy walking but Sophie 100% brought him out of his shell and he’s now confident walking with me and with other dogs when out with Sophie. I highly recommend her services as she is so good with Dougal and has a real understanding of dogs. Sophies Dogs is a massive help to me as I work from home and am often on long calls. It’s also a big highlight of Dougal’s day!

Caroline is fantastic. She’s looked after my grumpy old cat several times now, he’s usually very wary of new people but absolutely loves her. I’m able to relax while I’m away knowing that he’s well looked after and happy in his own home. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caroline to anyone!

Caroline has been has been looking after my diabetic cat for many years now & I can relax knowing he is well looked after & his insulin is administered as is needed. I get daily updates and he always seems content and happy.

Highly recommended. Caroline does a fantastic job taking care of our cat who needs daily medication when we are away. Our cat doesn't always like company but Caroline has won her round, and the daily videos she sends are really reassuring.

Fantastic service by Caroline of Caring4paws ltd. My furbaby is a timid old girl and doesnt take kindly to new people or changes in routine. Therefore I was worried about going on holiday for the first time since giving her a home. Absolutely nothing to worry about. With daily videos and photos, and contact from Caroline when my furbaby had scratched her face and required some healing spray, completely put my mind at rest. Happily looking at next years holiday knowing my furbaby will be in extremely good hands. Thanks Caroline.

Caroline takes great care of our cat while we are away. She is reliable and caring and keeps in regular contact with videos. Very good value for money, would certainly recommend.

Caroline from Caring4Paws has wonderful cat whispering skills that make my timid house cat feel immediately comfortable with her each time she visits him. I love that she asks lots of questions about his routines and hiding places, spends plenty of time grooming him (his favourite) and sends me videos of him happily accepting a fuss. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough and it makes travelling so much easier knowing he’s content and comfortable.

I cannot tell you how blessed we are to have Caring Paws look after dog. Caz looks after the animals with amazing love and care. My dog doesn’t even say goodbye when we leave him with her, it’s certainly a home from home I cannot recommend it enough Thank you

Our dog has been a regular boarder with Caroline for about 4 years, when we go on holiday, and Caroline has also visited our cat at our home. Our dog is treated like royalty every time (even gets Christmas dinners and presents!) and has lovely long walks and loads of attention. We've always felt very comfortable to leave our keys with Caroline and would not hesitate to recommend her for any pet sitting, visiting, walking and boarding. Caroline regularly updates us and sends photos and videos during the pets' time in her care, which is lovely as you get to see how well your pet is being cared for.
