I could not have asked for a better first experience with zeewoi! Jordan and Nataki were great at communicating from the very start, and they sent me pictures and updates every day. I didn’t have to worry for a moment that my cat Anya was feeling lonely because I could tell she warmed up right away, even though she’s usually quite shy! They also went above and beyond making sure my apartment was tidy for when I got home. So grateful and would definitely be honored for them to sit for me again any time!

Not only did they wash my sheets and towels they used (without my requesting it, simply out of the kindness of their hearts), they ALSO then put my fresh sheets on the bed! 🥹❤️ Such incredible sitters. 10 stars!

Misti was wonderful! She was able to come by before I left town to meet my dog, Grace, which I really appreciated. She sent daily pics or videos and made sure that Grace got tons of snuggle time, which is a major requirement to keep my dog happy :) Cats and skateboards are evil enemies to Grace and it sounds like Misti experienced both and handled it flawlessly! Misti was a great communicator, left everything tidy for me when I got home and Grace was super mellow and relaxed, which tells me she got all the care she needed while I was gone. I highly recommend Misti - I'll definitely be asking her to sit again!

Lilly and Thomas stayed at our house and cared for our dogs for a month. I think they took the dogs to the beach nearly every day. Seeing pictures of our dogs on the beach made our time away from them feel so much better. Our house was immaculate when we returned, and we felt so fortunate to have such kind and loving people step in for us in our absence. Anyone would be super lucky to have them in their home.

Joe and Casey were very easy going and reliable. We organised the sit way in advance with a video chat and we had adequate communication leading up to the sit. We handed over the house and animals after a fairly swift explanation of everything. Being experienced sitters Joe and Casey didn't need us to over explain anything (hopefully they felt the same) and we could see very quickly that they were animal lovers. They asked us how much communication we needed whilst away and we said "no news is good news". So we received just the right amount of updates along with the most adorable photos and reassuring words about all the animals. It was clear that they quickly understood the character of each of the animals. We forgot to mention that Tipper likes to dig dirt beds around the garden which creates quite a mess and it was obvious that these were kept under control. The garden and pool were well cared for. We enjoyed a relaxing couple of weeks away knowing that the animals were being loved and the dogs definitely looked for Joe and Casey when we arrived home. Our pets, home and garden were well respected and cared for and we would not hesitate to invite Joe and Casey to sit for us again.

Once again Dede was the most perfect pup and house sitter you could ever hope to have the pleasure of using. She leaves our home cleaner than we left it and our pups so happy that they continue to search for her after she leaves. Dede handled an emergency situation with a false CO2 alarm which resulted in a visit from the fire department perfectly and we were so grateful! They took very good care of my pets which involved feeding cats twice daily, fish once or twice a day and filling up fountain for birds. Animals were healthy and happy when I returned. Nothing was lost or broken, and Diane even found a lost grinder part that had fallen into the cats food while I was using it. They are a pleasant couple. They were invited from Wednesday to Sunday. They arrived on Monday so had 3 days instead of one to learn the pets routine. They also informed me that they wouldn't be leaving until Monday morning, but that worked out well since I was mistaken about the end date of my cruise and couldn't get home until Monday. Everything was left neat, but I had minor housekeeping to do (clean sink, fingerprints off glass table, sweep floor). They are older than stated on the profile, which they said only allows 65 as a top age. 68 and 73. Bruce has health problems that requires he sleeps sitting up in a chair that has a leg lift, which luckily I had, so he slept in my living room. They are fine caring for cats, but my friend with a dog decided to find another sitter rather than leave him with them (she was going to pay) because they seem somewhat frail.

Joanna and David were absolutely perfect!!!! This was my first actual time using a sitter and they went above and beyond what I expected. I have a 1 year old Bully Breed that I adopted 6 weeks ago, so if you know dogs you know what they had to deal with :)) They sent pics daily and kept me updated. We were not able to meet before I left but they were nice enough to stay to meet me when I returned. My house was cleaner than when I left, all bedding and towels washed. Charley, my dog, was happy to see me for a minute when I got home but immediately went back to play with David, so I am thinking she had a blast while I was gone. I am totally sold with this process after having Joanna and David here. If you have the chance to book them for your trip, you will not be sorry. I am hoping to use them again when they return to Florida.

Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!

First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.

Jim sat for my extremely shy rescue pup and new kitten for two weeks -- my pup struggles with new people, and is very fearful of men in particular. And yet, Jim was more successful with her than any sitter I've ever had: I can't recommend him highly enough. He has wonderful patience, a calm energy, and is a great communicator. He consistently updated me with photos and videos of my sweet girls enjoying the world with him, taking my dog on hikes and adventures to her favorite streams. He went above and beyond both for her (in meeting her needs and taking the time to get to know her personality), and also in caring for my home. I returned to such a cozy environment, a repaired wood stove, an organized wood pile and an at-peace dog and cat. Choosing Jim as a sitter is ensuring that your pets and home are getting the best of care, and his actions exemplify his kindness, generosity and thought taken in consideration of others. I hope to have him return many times in the future; the experience was a privilege both for myself and my pets.

Jenn has taken great care of our dog. During his stays with Jenn, we’ve received regular updates on how he was doing as well as photos. His last visit with Jenn was for 12 days, so the regular contact helped my wife and I feel at ease while we were away from him. The best dog sitters you could ask for! I visited Shrewsbury for work in the lead up to Christmas and required dog care for around 10 days. Despite my working hours being a little erratic, Jenn accommodated us amazingly and was super flexible with pick up and drop offs. I received daily pup dates and was always informed of drop offs and pick ups which put me totally at ease. I was so thrilled by how friendly and personal the service was and loved how happy My pup was after his visits. I couldn’t recommend Paws and Moore any more highly, I just wish I could relocate them to London for the rest of the year!! Thank you so much for making everything so easy and enjoyable! There are not enough stars…our Micro Bully stayed with Ruth, James and family whilst we were away on holiday and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Our dog was quite ‘stand offish’ (not aggressive just withdrawn) with other dogs and humans as we live rurally and she doesn’t have regular interaction with visitors and rarely meets unknown dogs on walks etc. so I really wanted to ensure that the place she stayed understood dog behaviour and made her feel like part of the family. I visited 4 other providers before being instantly reassured as soon as I met Ruth. Ruth wasn’t quick to just book her in, she wanted to make sure she would settle in her home and with her family, given our dog’s socialisation level. Ruth took the time to get to know her and settle her down, giving her space when she needed. During our holiday, Ruth’s communication and updates were so consistent and day by day I could see my shy, slightly neurotic dog coming out of her shell, being treated like a family member, not just by Ruth, but by Ruth’s whole family. The love and care they gave her far exceeded my expectations and watching my dog transform into a confident and playful member of the dog gang was so wonderful. I’ve attached some photos at the bottom. If you’d have told me my dog would be this comfortable in the company of loads of dogs, I wouldn’t have believed you! I was genuinely sad for it to come to and end as I could see just how much she had progressed in that short time. What Ruth and family did for her in 10 days would have taken us months of classes, socialisation days and training. She is transformed, in excellent health and full of confidence. She’s learned how to approach other dogs to play, grown comfortable with a wider circle of humans and as I say, there are not enough stars in the world. I am forever grateful to them for making this stay away so easy on our conscience and hearts. They are fantastic!
Chip has just come home from another amazing stay with Ruth and James. I can't recommend Ruthie's enough, the way Chip is looked after when he stays with Ruth and the family is absolutely brilliant! We get regular updates and the pictures and videos speak for themselves, our baby is clearly happy and comfortable there. Highly recommend!!! Ruth and her husband are fantastic and really took care of our dog. He never stayed anywhere else before but he was right at home at Ruthies home boarding. They came to pick him up from our wedding and had him over night, nothing was too much trouble for them. They also offered a trial sleepover a few weeks prior to make sure our dog was happy and got to know each other better before the big day. So so happy we found Ruth, very professional, and friendly! My dogs had an amazing experience at Ruthies home boarding, daycare & grooming , they were very well looked after as if they are their own and spoiled with lots of treats !! We can't thank Ruth and her family enough for the wonderful home from home experience they have provided for our little princess, she really is part of their family whilst in their care which is exactly what we were looking for in a home boarding environment. As she is aging she has a few health issues and these were kept in check with her daily medication given which is a great comfort. She came home after two weeks looking happy and healthy and beautifully groomed and clean which I know won't have been an easy task. It is such a worry in trusting someone to love and care for your pet as you do but Ruth and family deliver this 100%. Thank you so much Ruth and family.
My puppy first went to Ruth for the odd session then for a full week . He was still getting up in the night and Ruth treated him as if he was her own .. the next time he visited he settled straight away and loved it.
My dogs go to Ruth each week for daycare. They've also stayed overnight and will soon be staying for 2 weeks. I trust her 100% as I know she cares for them like her own. She genuinely loves all of the dogs that go to her and they're treated to a home from home experience. I can't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for doggy care!

Both dogs are very special to us and finding someone who we felt able to trust and look after them is very important to us. After meeting Amy and her meeting the dogs, we felt they would be in good hands with her. I would highly recommend All Paws, I was able go away for the afternoon and not worry about our 2 special family members.

Bob has been with Wags for a few years now and it's fantastic. I can tell from the social media updates he is having a ball and he loves the staff. I know I can drop him off and trust he'll have a great time with his doggy pals and be looked after my the team.

What a fantastic experience for our 3 dogs, they absolutely loved it. Loads for them to do, didn't stopped running around for the whole hour. All was very quite on the way home. Easy access to all gates. Even though there were sheep and horses in the next fields the dogs wernt interested at all. Felt very secure in all areas. Definitely recommend and will book again. Great place for a dog party. 🐕

Alice and the team have been walking Marley since he was a pup over 4+ years now. They provide an excellent service and Marley always looks forward to his doggy walks.
Alice has made a real go at creating and growing her business. She is a very capable young lady. She has a lovely way with all animals and our Charlie adores her. We have used many of her services, and we have always been more than happy to recommend her to friends. We will often call on Alice for help and advice too, nothing is too much trouble for her. Alice has also started to provide hampers for those special occasions and after the lovey Christmas hamper Charlie can't wait for Easter!
Ali looked after our felines for the summer. No job was too small for her and she took her time to come and get to know the cats before we went away. I felt calm, happy and settled and rightly so, as when we returned the cats were happy and healthy and I had regular updates about how they were and photos to confirm all was well. Alice looked after our beloved cat, Boba whilst we were away. First time having Alice care for Boba. Alice was so caring and professional, ensuring she did a meet & greet before us going away, and noting all information for boba including vets etc. This gave us reassurance she would give the upmost care to Boba. Alice is great with my dog Oscar, he really enjoys his trips out . Alice also takes similar types of dogs out together on each walk, so there is a great walk for everyone ! Very professional, personable and Oscar really happy with her
I have two very precious sausage dogs and Alice understands just how precious they are to me. She knows I prefer them to be socialised with smaller dogs for their backs. She understands their raw feed diet. She's very knowledge about all different dog breeds but she's not pushy with it. She adapts to your routine and whatever is best for your dog she will do. She goes above and beyond for my boys and they love her so much. I wouldn't want anyone else to look after my boys. They love alice and she loves them just as much. Thanks for being you!!!! Alice has been walking our rescue boy and introducing him teaching him to be sociable with other dogs Freddie adores her and respond very well to her capable handling 10/10 . Her ready smile cheers me up too in these difficult days

Up until now we have had no issues with Lower Mill, having been a customer of theirs for the last 3-4years. But this week we have tried to make contact with them to book our cat in for a 3 night stay at the end of the month (I’m aware last minute) due to something that has cropped up. I messaged them on Monday detailing the dates and as usual receive an automated reply back asking to be patient for a reply back but if urgent please call up. As not to bother them, I then waited patiently for them to get back to me. Tuesday came and went, and then midday Wednesday I asked my partner to message in case they were that busy they had missed my message. This morning my partner received a message back (still yet to reply back to my message) stating they have seen I have messaged but that they have previously stated that a quicker response is to call them up. Which ironically myself and my partner did do yesterday morning but as always are met by an answering machine. Having seen the message my partner received I don’t like the tone of the message and clearly they are that busy they don’t need my money and therefore will look to take it elsewhere. I am happy to have a conversation about this over the phone, as you will have my contact number on record. I look forward to hearing from you!
Sprout seemed to really enjoy his stay at Lower Mill Cattery. He was well looked after and seemed at home when we picked him up. He received a lot of care and attention while he was there, and the staff seemed to have bonded with him very well. I would recommend Lower Mill to anybody looking for somewhere for their cats/dogs to stay, and would 100% use them again.

Great Kennels with caring and friendly staff. This was the 1st time our dog had stayed away from home overnight and he was relaxed and happy from the moment we arrived as well as when we collected him.
Our Labrador spent two weeks there and he was very well looked after by lovely, friendly staff. Treated like a family pet and was a happy, happy doggie. Highly recommended and would definitely go back. Five stars for sure.
Both of my small breed dogs have been to Lower Mill for their holidays. The staff really care about the welfare of their canine visitors. The dogs have lots of stimulation and are walked several times during the day. The kennels are also super-clean. I heard of Lower Mill through a personal recommendation and I now always recommend Lower Mill to anyone else looking for overnight care for their dogs. My little girls (dogs) were invited to have a day visit before they stayed overnight which was a great idea as it meant I knew they would be happy and familiar with their surroundings and staff during their 'holiday' :D Lovely setting and excellent staff. I wouldn't want my dogs to go elsewhere. Most importantly, my little ones always seem to enjoy going there and they love the staff.

This place is amazing - the staff are caring and knowledgeable and run a good tight ship in terms of inoculation rules which fills us with reassurance that our dogs will be healthy and safe. Love the one day trial visit too - meant they and we got to see if Lower Mills was the right place and boy is it :)

Brilliant service, every stay is above and beyond. I have a sensitive and powerful lurcher but she is always looked after fantastically and comes home happy and exhausted. Updates and pictures are sent to reassure me, I do not think now of going anywhere else (main stream kennels made dog very unhappy and resulted in big vets fees after being overpulled).
The most perfect location, Deanne is amazing with our 2 dogs who have the best time on their holidays @Barkingham Palace.
I can truly say the dogs love going!
