I don’t know what I’d do without Teresa to look after my dog as it allows me the freedom to go away with my children and focus on them, while knowing Bongo is having an amazing time himself. Bongo starts whining with excitement to see Teresa as soon as we get a few roads away from her house snd he works out where he is going. Bongo’s behaviour has improved since he has been going to Teresa as he has learned better boundaries (sleeping downstairs by himself) and socialising with other dogs and learning to share. When I pick up my dog I can tell he is loved as Teresa and her partner tell me all the funny things he has done which I love myself. I could not recommend 4 Paws highly enough - they are like grandparents for my dog! From Kirsten

Vickie has looked after Mabel - my cockapoo - several times now. Spots and Tails is like a luxury holiday camp for dogs! Mabel has an amazing time and Vickie is caring and thoughtful and sends me lots of updates. Mabel knows when we are getting close to Spots and Tails in the car and gets very excited. She ran in and didn’t even look back last time I dropped her. That for me is brilliant because I know she’s happy and safe.

Teddy didn't like going anywhere without me but after being introduced to Spots and Tails Day care service Teddy he became more confident. He really looks forward to his day out with Vickie and his friends and I know he is safe. Vickie always sends videos of their day which is lovely to watch.

My dog always has the best time here , Vickie is so caring always keeps him busy, he is always excited to see her. She gives me regular updates and always accommodates last minute. The farm has so much land they can run around and its fenced to protect little ones, its a like a retreat for my dog

Loki has loved boarding and being there for daytimes too. So much so that he doesn’t want to come home. Get sent plenty of pictures and videos playing and hogging the doggy pool! Vickie and the team have really shown they care about my dog and his well being.

Our dog is always very happy to spend time at Spots and Tails. She runs to Vicki when we drop her off. There is a very caring feel to the place that gives you the confidence to leave your dog there.

Vickie has looked after my Labrador, Luna, from 6 months old, and she loves her time there, including boarding over summer holidays. She is always excited when I drop her off and Vickie has always been incredibly accommodating.

Vickie looked after our miniature schnauzer for 10 days while we were on holiday. Her updates were great and he clearly had a brilliant time with her. I would really recommend to any pet owners.

I have been using Spots and Tails for over a year now for my dog Zuke. After spending months looking for a daycare service that would cater to Zukes needs. Unfortunately Zuke has separation issues and most places I contacted could not guarantee he would not be left unattended. Until I found Spots and Tails, they listened to all my concerns and offered a few short sessions to see how Zuke was. Zuke is not an easy dog, as well as his separation issues he is muzzled due to eating things he shouldn't and he can get very excited and noisy. Spots and Tails have been very accommodating, nothing seems too much for them. They often send pictures of how he is settling and him playing with other dogs. Zuke is my world and I feel confident and reassured that Zuke is safe in Spots and Tails hands.

My two dogs absolutely love going to Spots and Tails .The excitement builds when they get to the end of the drive and they can’t wait to get out . I have used Spots and Tails many times and my dogs always have fantastic care and it’s a really excellent service .

I would recommend Spots and Tails for anyone looking for dog boarding. I have two dogs, including a really nervous rescue dog. Vickie has been so kind and patient. Infact my rescue dog Elon ran up to her excitedly after a couple of play dates, which is testament to Vickie as Elon virtually never does this. Holly also loves it, with plenty of space to run around. It was such a relief for me when we went on holiday knowing that Vickie would be taking care of them. Thanks Vickie!

We contacted Agnes when we were looking for someone to home board our Jack Russell, Poppy. We arranged to meet Agnes with her own dogs so that she could see how Poppy was with them. As Poppy is a rescue dog and had become very attached to us we were concerned that she wouldn't settle if we left her for a week. We needn't have worried though as she was very happy with Agnes and her family, and we received regular updates and photos showing us what she was up to. In fact when we went to pick her up she didn't seem too bothered and I think she would have been happy to stay longer. I would highly recommend Agnes Pet Sitting Services.

Highly recommend Agnes, who looked after our dog whilst we visited the RSC theatre. Agnes was very flexible with drop-off/pick-up times and responded to correspondence very quickly when booking. We were able to relax and enjoy the show knowing he was in safe hands. Our little dog very much enjoyed his country walk with Agnes and playing with the others who were visiting Agnes that day. We asked Agnes to care for my son's Greyhound whilst he got married at a hotel in Stratford. Agnes collected him from the venue, brought him back to have pictures taken with the bride and groom and returned him the next day. Agnes cares for our four legged friend as if he was her own. She’s friendly, dependable, incredibly caring, and kind to the animals she looks after and walks. I’m so pleased we found her, she has helped us out for 3 years now, from early puppy visits to walks and occasional overnight stays.

Our rabbit stayed at Creature Comforts for a full month this summer, she was well look after and very happy there. Caroline make us feel confident that she will have look after her very well, and my kids should not be worry about her during our holiday. We will definitely use again for our rabbit.

We have been very lucky to have been using Creature Comforts for about 5 years now for our 2 rabbits. They absolutely love going to stay and it is often tricky to catch them when it is time to go home! The set up is amazing, in a beautiful garden with hutch/run combos set up so the rabbits can all see each other. Caroline is lovely and extremely accommodating. She clearly cares about each and every animal she is looking after. I could not recommend this enough, I have complete peace of mind when we are away as I know how well looked after and happy the rabbits are.

Caroline at Creature Comforts is probably one of the most loveliest people I have ever met and the love and care she provides to the boarding pets is simply outstanding. I was nervous about leaving my rabbits for the first time back in May, however Caroline soon put my mind at ease and, as promised, kept me updated throughout my holiday on how they were doing. I also left them in July and I just know they were so excited to be back for their little holiday at creature comforts! I have unfortunately had to re-home my rabbits, however I have told their new owner she MUST use creature comforts boarding if she ever goes away! Caroline is absolutely crazy about animals (in a lovely way). She's taken good care of our little hamsters, always handling them daily and giving them treats. I can't imagine a better person to entrust with our pets. Totally recommended!

Our guinea pigs have been regular visitors for 5 years now and have been very well looked after every time. The many large hutches and runs in her garden appear clean and well maintained (and usually filled by regular customers) and Caroline clearly cares about the welfare of all the animals. We will continue using as long as we can.

We were so happy to find Creature Comforts to look after our two rabbits. The main thing for us was that our bunnies would have enough space, so seeing that the owners supported the Rabbit Welfare Association was important to us. The rabbits had a lovely hutch and attached run in a beautiful garden, with plenty of fresh grass, hay and greens to nibble on. The owner obviously gave our rabbits lots of attention and care while we were away. We wouldn't hesitate to use Creature Comforts again. Many thanks!

We have left our 3 bunnies in the caring and capable hands of Caroline at Creature Comforts several times in the past couple of years. (Side note: perhaps my effusive alliteration is a sign of how happy I am we found her!) Caroline feels like an old friend even on the first meeting and it is immediately clear how much she loves animals and is keen to get to know their individual personalities so she can best cater to their needs. She is happy to send WhatsApp updates and pictures on request to keep your mind at rest that your fur babies are doing ok and she is very responsive and flexible when arranging drop-off and pick-up. Our bunnies always come back revitalised after having a lovely holiday of their own! Plus the hutches are such good quality we've decided to modify our own so they are more like hers (e.g: using soft plastic coating so the hutches can stand on grass but are still digsafe). We wouldn't leave our bunnies with anyone else. I fully recommend her services to anyone! :)

Caroline is excellent and I am so thrilled to have found her. The grass runs are attached to the hutches so the bunnies can go where they please when they want to. Whenever I have been all the hutches and runs that I see are immaculate and all the rabbits are obviously very well cared for and loved. A 5* bunny hotel.

We discovered Creature Comforts small animal boarding approximately a year ago to this month and it was a huge relief for us. We have 3 rabbits who are basically like our children and we love them to bits. We had tried and tested 3 or 4 various small animal boarding places around Oxfordshire over the past 3 years but each time we left our rabbits behind our minds would fill with doubt and worry. Space was our biggest concern. Some places simply didn't have the space to have runs attached to the hutches at all, some didn't have the 6ft x 6ft hutches that the RWAF recommend as standard practice, and some just had hutches stacked on top of hutches and the rabbits had to wait to be lifted down to a run to exercise and stretch their legs. Location was also a key factor for us because we never felt comfortable leaving the bunnies in the back garden of a big housing estate or near to a main road. Our oldest female bun suffered an injury at one boarding place and as soon as we had returned from holiday we had to take her to the vets for treatment. We felt terrible for her and frustrated not to have been notified. We faced a dilemma but as luck would have it we eventually stumbled upon Creature Comforts' beautiful website and saw that it was approved by the RWAF. In excitement we contacted Caroline straight away and within days we were able to visit and see the place for ourselves. Creature Comforts is set in beautiful surroundings and provides a wonderful safe sanctuary for rabbits and small animals who are provided with ample space to run, jump and binky as they should and be cared for by someone who understands their dietary and physical needs.

Caroline is the most kind and caring person you could ask to care for your pet. For the last three years Caroline has provided excellent care for our pet dog Rooi; she walks him in the week for us and has provided numerous pet sitting visits. Caroline is reliable, trustworthy and has excellent knowledge about caring for pets. She goes above and beyond and treats Rooi as part of her own family. We know he’s in safe hands and don’t know what we would do without her. Thank you Caroline.

Absolutely fantastic house sitting for our 3 dogs, put our minds at ease knowing they were comfortable at home and she sent pics and a small message for every visit which was incredibly reassuring! Would definitely use again and would recommend to others!

I can't praise Reiki Peace enough. Our German Shepherd absolutely loved having Reiki and as she got older it almost seemed to give her a new lease of life. She certainly had moments where she thought she was a puppy! Thank you Reiki Peace x

Our dog appears to love it here. We were quite nervous about kennels at first but she now goes regularly. Much less stressful than finding a dog sitter and relying on 1 person. All the staff seem lovely as well

1st time using. When we arrived I asked to see where he was staying as was told this was fine (dog) but told that I couldn't even though I was told via email that they have a open door policy. Collected dog and he had dried dog poo all over back legs and in his bum. Think a little wipe wouldnt have gone a miss with some water and blue towel

Denise and her team have looked after our cats and dogs for years and they are really wonderful. You can tell that they really care about the animals (my Cockapoo will often come home having been given a bath for example) and they are also very well organised.

We were visiting friends locally at short notice and our usual kennels at home was full. Happily BBKC had a place for our dog. We will certainly use again next time we visit without hesitation. The organisation is outstanding, the setting absolutely stunning, staff are wonderful and they care for your dog like their own. I always get anxious leaving him but I felt he was very safe and happy there. Thank you all - you are doing an amazing job! (Useful to note - cash is preferred! Also they have an impressive traffic light system for the single track road so you may have to wait a short while to enter)

This place came highly recommended by someone in work and I couldn't agree more. My boy was well and truly looked after and he seemed very happy when we picked him up. Other places he's been to I normally have to bath him and wash his stuff but he came back nice and clean. And he normally loose a lot of weight but he came back fine. Definitely be putting my boy here again.

I cannot sing this boarding facility praises enough! They are absolutely remarkable.They are simply angels. Some people are born to take care animals. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that my German Shepard Maximus was well taken care for a month and worked with me on any concerns I had with my pet. The owner Denise is just fabulous and outstanding. Her staff is equally amazing and so loving and kind. I would recommend this facility 1000x over! It is safe and clean and overall a beautiful boarding service. Thank you so much for all that you guys have done for my pet, we are beyond happy and ecstatic.

We have a 6 month old American bulldog cross that we were hoping to board here in October. I emailed and asked for the rates and availability, I was asked what breed he was and I replied american bulldog cross. I was told we don't board american bulldogs. I replied stating he was a cross breed. I understand that kennels have the right to say what they allow into their kennels but don't advertise all across your website that all breeds are accepted, as they aren't. Very misleading and they didn't bother to reply to my last email

I have been using Banbury Boarding Kennels for years. My dogs are always well looked after, and leave me without a backwards glance! They are very understanding with people leaving their pets for the first time, and the amount of extras (toys!) people bring with them.

We left our 2 dogs as an emergency and I could've not been happier with the results. I'm glad we found this place my dogs were very happy and well treated. Will be booking next time I need it.

We’ve been using Gemma’s Pet Services since mid-December and they’ve been brilliant. It is a very professional company and they are fantastic with our dog (who can be a handle at times for such a small dog!) They provide swift updates post walk with pictures and videos and often vary the walking experience which is great for our dog. I highly recommend this company

When we were looking into getting a puppy we knew we would need someone to pop in a few days a week and Gemma’s pet services have been amazing. One of the team came out to meet our puppy in the first few days and we discussed what we would need. Our puppy instantly loved everyone who came to visit and it means we can go to work and not worry at all. We have 2 pop in visits a day which works brilliantly. We also find that if we have any questions or changes in shifts we can message and they are always very accommodating. We have also received lots of very useful support and advice on puppy training and regular updates on how our puppy is doing. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

The whole team at Gemma’s Pet Services have been nothing short of brilliant. It can be an unnerving move the first time your pup is left with someone either for puppy visits or dog walks, but they have been supportive & professional throughout & I have complete trust that when our pup is with them. They feel like an extension of our own family & our pup is so excited whenever they come to take him on an adventure. It’s been amazing for his socialisation, with Jodi going above & beyond taking our gentle giant malamute puppy to meet other dogs & even to socialise with children on the school run! The photos & videos sent during every visit are wonderful perks when I’m at work & we especially enjoy the lovely narration from Rebekah! Gemma’s Pet Services have been really helpful & flexible with our needs & our sometimes chaotic lifestyle. They have also been amazing with having the knowledge & understanding of our pups breed in order to meet his needs perfectly & help us build a strong foundation for him to be a happy, healthy & confident pup. If you are thinking of using their services I would absolutely make that first step to meet & discuss your needs. You won’t regret it. Life has become easier, we know our boy is being given lots of love and attention when we can’t be there, in addition to making some wonderful human & furry friends!

We’ve been using Gemma’ Pet Service for the past few months now and they’ve been brilliant! They give such great care and attention to our dog when we’re both out at work and he absolutely loves having the team come in to give him attention. We get lovely photo and video updates of his day which help to reassure us he’s being looked after and having a great time whilst we’re busy at work! Can’t fault our experience with GPS so far and would recommend them to anyone in the Warwick area! It’s a shame they don’t cover Banbury as our family would jump at them when their books are open 😂

I have been using GPS for around 6 months. For daily walks of my 7 month old Cockerpoo the team at GPS are brilliant with him. His walks are varied either on his own or with other dogs. This has definitely helped with his socialisation, recall & most of all he loves his walks with all the team at GPS. I highly recommend GPS.

We use Gemma’s Pet Services for dog walks and live-ins. We have recently been away for a week, and Jodi came to stay for the week. I have nervous dogs, including a rescue, and I was worried about leaving them. However, I shouldn’t have worried because Jodi looked after them (and our chicken and budgie) with utmost care! We got lots of photo updates of dogs having a fab time which was lovely. They were well exercised and got lots of bonus socialising with other dogs, which has been great for confidence. My house was cleaner than it was before I went away (thanks Jodi!); even the spare bed has been stripped and washed! I will definitely continue to use Gemma’s pet services services and would recommend them to anyone!
