We've had our 20 month old retriever here a number of times in the last couple of months. We weren't sure how she'd get on and felt like bad dog parents for leaving her, but it turned out to be a godsend! Sarah is so kind and welcoming and Rosie loves to go and stay at doggy daycare. As soon as I turn into the drive, she gets excited and it's one of her favourite places to go. Plus, it's really affordable. I'd thoroughly recommend it to anyone

Sarah provides an amazing service!!!!! We were anxious about our 2 dogs boarding, but Sarah is so lovely with them, that our anxieties went immediately!!!! Our dogs were treated as members of the family and were given loads of love and affection. Please don't look elsewhere, Teddy Bear Pet Care is fabulous!!!!! ❤❤❤

Caron & Jason were very welcoming in the interview process as we was a first time customer. After viewing the home and providing the requested details we moved forward with the booking and happy that we did. Caron sent us daily updates and photos on our dog stay which gave us peace of mind that we made the right decision. From the updates and on pickup we can confirmed their daily walks and ball time that our dog has a new best friend in Jason!

First time for both Freddie & us parents in using any service like this. Was so at ease in our visit to meet Caron, Jason and their own pets plus some other guests 🐶 very friendly welcoming home from home for us both. Freddie settled right in. In our return to drop off - Freddie pushed the door open & ran straight in - this made leaving him so much easier 💙 I knew he was comfortable & safe. Caron sent daily updates & photos which were great. Yes Freddie’s so excited to see me again this morning & i’m sure he’ll be excited to see Caron, Jason & all his new friends again when goes back in July. If you ever had fears like I did about leaving a precious pet be rest assured this doggy home is amazing & your pet is loved x

Joey, our dachshund, started day care with Caron and Jason in January this year. We can't recommend them enough. They treat Joey as one of their own and he has all the comforts of home. Joey also boards with Caron and Jason when we are on holiday and it puts our mind at ease that he sleeps indoors with the family. Joey loves his daycare and there is never a problem when we go away on holiday

My two beagles were staying with Caron and Jason for their holidays. The daily updates and photos were great for our peace of mind, the beagles looked so chilled and relaxed. A beautiful home, the couple are lovely people. When I picked the dogs up my usually doesn’t like strange men beagle was quite comfortably sitting with Jason being petted thanks to his calm demeanor. Can’t recommend highly enough, 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had Caron and her family watch our Doodle for just over a week at beginning of Dec 2023 and can highly recommend! Caron sent photo updates and messages each day. This put our minds at ease knowing our dog was being well looked after in a beautiful family home. Thank you Caron and Jason! We will be keeping you in mind for the future!

We have just picked up our pup from Dirty Mutts after a 3 night stay. He has had an absolute ball, we got regular updates on how he was doing, including pictures! Couldn’t recommend enough, will definitely be using them again.

First visit for our dog Millie. She was extremely well looked after by Caron and Jason and we were kept updated and reassured throughout her stay with texts and pictures. Will definitely use Dirty Mutts again.

I have a nervous dog and hate leaving him at kennels. That’s not the case now that I have found Caron and Jason. They look after your dog as one of their own. They stay in the house and are treated as part of the family. Mylo was not stressed when he came home, he loved his time at Dirty Mutts

Murphy had a great time there, kept in contact and even sent a photo to show how well he was doing. 100% would recommend!

Dale is an excellent trainer. I can't recommend her highly enough. She has helped me understand dog behavior and the impact of her positive training methods has been fantastic in helping me work with my rescue dog. Dale is extremely knowledgeable and shares her skills to help us humans to give our dogs the best life.

Dale is one of the very few people I'd allow to work with my dogs. Her advice has helped turn around my dog, Lexi had been completely stressed out with life. Dale's advice was positive, made complete sense and was definitely for making my dog's life better. Giving my dog her independence and allowing her to choose has made her life and our life much less stressful. Dale's training classes are extremely good as they are outside, allowing space for each individual dog and no dog is seen as 'bad'. The home boarding set up is excellent, having seen some other places, I can honestly say this is luxury and a home from home for any dog staying. Dale also passes on her knowledge to her clients by holding seminars and these are extremely informative and well worth attending.

Can highly recommend Dale at Being Canine. Her vast knowledge and experience comes across in her classes. We moved to Being Canine after we had been attending classes elsewhere with our highly energetic pup. The previous classes were actually making him more excitable and reactive. Couldn't believe the difference after our first session with Dale. We have learned so much in a few months and the classes have most definitely had a positive and calming influence on our pup. Can highly recommend.

Dale is a wonderful behaviourist who truly understands dogs. Her professionalism and care for the dogs is second to none. We attend her weekly dog training classes and Sam also goes to Dale every holiday we have for home boarding. I simply wouldn’t trust anyone else! I would recommend Dale to anyone who is looking for a dog trainer, behaviourist or for boarding.

I started taking my puppy to Being Canine when he was 10 weeks old. He has gone from being the most nervous puppy I'd ever owned to one of the most confident and he is still only 5 months old. Dale's knowledge about dog behaviour is exceptional and she has helped us overcome challenges by recognising and adjusting the way we interract with our puppy and helping us to be the leader he needs in his life. Her approach to 'training' and the environment is excellent and my puppy highly recommends day care and overnight stays - he absolutely loves going to visit. We are so glad to have found Being Canine.

I can't recommend Dale highly enough, she has helped me transform my relationship with my wee dog Freya from fraught to fantastic. Dale is both extremely knowledgeable and professional and genuinely passionate about dogs and helping their humans achieve an harmonious relationship. Dale also will never use or advocate aversive training methods but give solid practical advice based on extensive practical experience and evidence based research.

Dale was recommended to us when our 9 month old cocker started to become fearful when out walking. Due to lockdown we had our first consult over zoom; we had our doubts but Dale was so patient and knowledgeable, helping us to understand our dog's behaviour and giving practical, succinct advice. We have had several sessions since and now have a better understanding of how to help our dog cope as well as her triggers. We've also taken part in zoom group classes, which have worked so well! New techniques can be practised without the distraction of other dogs, but still with individual feedback. Would definitely recommend Dale to friends, we've learnt so much!

Long overdue review on Being Canine! I cannot praise Dale enough for the dedication, expertise, and patience (with dogs and humans!!) she displays. Her love of dogs and her empathy with them is obvious. If people take her advice on board and work with her, their dogs- and therefore their owners - will truly benefit. Many trainers say that they use only positive, force free non aversive methods but in actual fact, dont come close to this. Dale is the epitome of a force free non aversive trainer/behaviourist. I cannot speak highly enough of this lady

We contacted Dale because of behaviour problems with our young Bichon Frise (Dougal). We're very experienced dog owners, but Dougal had us truly struggling to cope. Contacting Dale was the best thing we could have done. She is totally professional and impressively knowledgeable about canine behaviour and training. All of the advice she gave us is completely practical and it just works. Best of all, her methods are based around understanding canine psychology and rewarding good behaviour rather tha punishing unwanted behaviour. We highly recommend Dale. So does Dougal.

I have only just started working with Dale on my dogs reactivity but I already know that we are in good hands and that she has the expertise, patience and empathy to get us feeling more calm and in control when we are out and about. I'm so glad that she was recommended to me.

Judy (our boxer dog) was at “By the sea Pet Care” for 12 nights. We had normally placed her in kennels, but wanted a more personal and homely touch. Ian brought her back home this morning, and it was as though she had just visited us and she was going to leave with him 😁. She has settled back in and we are very happy that she’s been so well looked after. Ian gave us an update with photos whilst she was there, and it gave us so much peace of mind that our “fur baby” was ok.

Love this place. Its like a home away from home for our Brucie Boy! Rae and Ian are fabulous and treat Bruce the way that we would. Safe surroundings and loving buisiness! ❤️

Placed our dog for just over two weeks. He settled very well and came home full of beans. Happy to use them again.

Booked our dog in to cover our upcoming honeymoon this August directly after a successful stay in February. 2 weeks before our wedding and Knowhead are unresponsive to us on any means of communication, phone, text, Facebook or email. Had to find last minute accommodation for our dog, a simple reply to any of our communications even if they had made a mistake in the booking is the minimum level of customer service I expect to receive from a company. **update due to reply to review, we had been trying to contact for several weeks with no reply, if this was due to a holiday then fair enough but to this day, several weeks later we still have not recieved any correspondence from any messages we sent or answer phone messages we left, only a reply to this review**

Stan, our Vizsla, had a fantastic time with David, Katie & most of all his running pals! He had a 5 night stay & with daily updates with photos you’re guaranteed to have a worry free holiday knowing your pup is in safe hands. Thanks guys☺️

Fantastic service. Chase spent 6 nights and he came out a happy, healthy and clean dog. He really enjoyed his time at auntie pats and I would highly recommend them to anyone. He settled back in at home with no issues. He looks forward to his next visit.

Great experience using Auntie Pat’s. Jane is lovely and really looked after our cat, he seemed very happy when staying. I wouldn’t hesitate to book him in again.

We use Auntie Pat’s for our border terrier Sully, he’s been going to see Jane for over three years, as soon as we turn into the manicured driveway Sully knows exactly where he’s going and goes ballistic 🤣🤣🤣 he absolutely loves Jane and the family. He is obviously spoiled rotten, as I’m sure all the pets who have their holidays there are. My wife Linda and I can’t recommend Auntie Pats enough, if, for whatever reason, you are thinking of taking your pet to Jane, you can be rest assured they will be looked after like their own pets are.

We have used Jane and Steel at auntie pat's a few times now and honestly can't fault them. The place is spotless, Jane is lovely and our dog loves going there. One of our holidays involved a flight delay which meant we were well out with our collection time and an extra nights stay for our dog was accommodated without any issues. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else now👍

We have used Aunty Pats on 3 occasions now for our Frenchie Arnie. The level of care and love he receives when he stays is tremendous and is a much needed sense of relief when you can't take your dog on holiday with you. The facilities are first class as is the treatment received when dropping off and picking up him up. Arnie loves going and for us it is important to leave your Dog with a family that genuinely cares for and loves animals. We have used many other kennels over the years but we can fully relax knowing he is well loved when he stays here.

The best kennels I've used. I have a reactive nervous dog but he just loves it at Auntie Pat's, it's clean,warm and very welcoming for your fur babies, I highly recommend

Took my two little spaniels here for two weeks, was really worried how they would react to the kennel environment. Jane recommended bringing them in for a night to see how they cope it’s fair to say they loved it. The kennels and reception are so modern and clean. Fully recommend

If we could give Kate 10 stars, we would! Kate has looked after our golden lab, Duke on quite a few occasions now and we are always delighted with the care she gives him. Kate loves Duke like he’s her own! He makes himself quite at home! We know he’s always so well looked after and we have no qualms about leaving him with Kate and her family. Duke comes home so happy (and exhausted!) from his adventures. We can’t recommend Little Caesar’s highly enough! Duke can’t wait for his next holiday with you 🐾

I can’t recommend Little Cesar’s enough. Outstanding dog boarding service, and my little Cockapoo puppy had a ball with his new friends. Kate is fantastic with all the dogs and I can honestly say that I will definitely use Little Cesar’s again 10/10.

My dogs have been going to Little Cesar’s for around a year now. Kate is just wonderful with my two spaniels. They love going to her for their holidays. Infact they don’t want to come home. While we’re on holiday Kate keeps us updated with pictures and videos of our two playing, running in the countryside and spaniels love to run dig and sniff. They have the best time and this always puts our mind at rest. I couldn’t recommend Kate at Little Cesar’s enough. I hope this wonderful business goes from strength to strength. 🐶🐶🐾🐾

Our dog along with my parents dog stayed with Kate for a couple of nights and the dogs had an absolute ball. Kate updated us with videos to let us know they had settled in well and they had plenty of space to run around and play with each other. Can highly recommend Little Cesar’s dog walking service and homestay. My dog is anxious and has many triggers, and Kate understands these. She has an excellent way with dogs. Kate is reliable and trustworthy, and has been walking my dog for over 4 years - we would be lost without her. My dog also stays with Kate when I am away from home - she has lots of space to run and play, and Kate treats her like one of her own.

Poppy has been going to Little Cesar’s daycare for a couple of years and absolutely loves it, she somehow always seems to know when Kate is on her way to collect her and her excitement levels are off the scale! Kate offers a brilliant drop off and pick up service, which is ideal and she takes excellent care of Poppy. I would recommend Little Cesar’s to anyone.

My 12 month old ShihTzu pup Willow recently stayed with Kate at Little Cesar's. She was there for 2 weeks and I'm delighted with the high standard of care shown. Throughout her stay, Kate sent me regular videos of tiny Willow terrorising the other holidaymakers and having an absolute ball. As a result I would recommend Little Cesar's to anyone anxious about entrusting their beloved dogs to someone else. Thank you Kate from Babs and Willow.

What can I say Little Cesar's has been a gods send we boarded our 3 cockapoos for 13 nights with Kate in her own home..all 3 had the best time great communication while we were away video's and pics ..kate is such a lovely person and actually dog daft worse than myself cannot thank her enough and all 3 Boyz came home happy and well looked after ❤️👍🐶

Had my senior dog rocco stay with Kathryn while we went on holiday to celebrate our anniversary. This was his first time boarding there and I had nothing to worry about. He was well looked after and enjoyed the company of Kathryn and her family and not forgetting gorgeous Elkie! I got regular updates and pictures and felt very reassured. He will definitely be back the next time we are away.

Oor Henry loves it. He even gets Toms tennis ball to fetch home! Our wee Cookapoo gets spoiled rotten..

We’ve been using Carbieston Kennels for a number of years now and never had a single problem. Matt and Doreen are very accommodating, polite and friendly. We care very much about our dogs and have great confidence that they will be looked after well including a heated kennel in the Winter. They were recommended by a friend and we would certainly recommend them to anyone who wants their dogs looked after.

Took my rescue here as a small test to see what he was like around other dogs since usually he's quite snappy, would definitely recommend as the dogs were kept separately if required and actually bonded with their walker. Will definitely be back!

I have twice contacted Carbieston kennels, whereupon it is evident that the responsibility of care for the dogs under their control falls far below the standards expected by the average dog owner. Specifically Carbieston Kennels, advised that the kennels will be unsupervised from the 23rd of Dec to the 27th of Dec and I quote from an email from them "Although we do have dogs staying with us over the festive period, from lunchtime on the 24th till the morning of the 27th December we do not have arrivals/departures. We trust you will appreciate that this is a convenient way to help folks out and also allow us to spend time with our own family" And in an earlier communication I had with Carbieston Kennels , I advised I would be arriving late at the kennels the solution offered by Carbieston Kennels was to leave my Dog in the car overnight until the next morning

I have just dropped my 6 precious dogs today. I couldn't have been given a better welcome. I absolutely hate leaving them but I feel they will be extremely well looked after. Can't wait to see them next week! Thank you to Matthew and your lovely team.

Very very very rude response from the male owner! Speaking to a potential customer like that, no idea who he thinks he is! Will certainly never attempt to use this kennel again, if you're looking for a fabulous kennel go to the country kennels and cattery near stair, only enquired with this one as country kennels were full!
