Former museum curator tries to find out what to do with life! Loves all animals.
Rachel was able to sit for me on short notice, after an emergency caused another sitter to cancel. I am eternally grateful to her for this. Communication was easy and Rachel came when I could meet her prior to leaving on my trip. She asked pertinent questions and performed sitting duties per all of my expectations. Rachel seems to love cats and I am confident that Felix received excellent care. I would highly recommend Rachel and would definitely welcome her back.

Jeanine was fantastic from the very beginning. A great communicator, flexible and most importantly, my pup, Fritz loved her when he met her. She kept me posted on things while I was gone. The house was left in impeccable shape when I returned. She definitely went above and beyond. The neighbor even commented about how sweet she was. We would welcome her back anytime.

Fully remote homebody • 10+ yrs home/pet sitting experience
Well all we can say is our two dogs are suffering from separation anxiety after Whitney left. Still going to her room looking for her. It’s obvious they had a bond. Whitney was self sufficient, clean, and made sure she left as a friend to us and the dogs. She works remotely and used our sit to be at the house and caring for the dogs and house while doing her work. A good match for us. Good communication and updates. She will be invited back anytime . Older couple loves to explore new places and enjoy the company of pets.
Rex and Donna have sat for us 3 times and each time we're thankful for their care of our home and kitties. They go above and beyond, this time having to deal with an A/C unit that had a hiccup. They are great communicators and provided us with updates and pictures of our fur babies throughout their 12 day stay. They are reliable, on time, tidy and really great people. We welcome Rex and Donna back any time our calendars align!

Empty nester looking forward to giving love and respect to your animals and home
Marley and I are so thankful that Perry was able to come out on such short notice and care for our home while Spike and I traveled home to celebrate the life of my grandmother. She was both flexible and communicative and most importantly loved and cared for my Marley while I couldn’t. We welcome Perry back anytime she’s in Boston - and in true super mom fashion she no doubt left my home cleaner than it was when she came! 💗

Pet loving professors will dote on your precious babies.
Tracie and Maureen (the Navigator Extraordinaire) were a rare treat. They are sharp, engaging, generous, and open-hearted housesitters. I enjoyed getting to know them as they arrived … to the point of almost forgetting that I needed to show them around and get out the door. We had so much in common that it was like having beloved childhood friends come for a visit. Communication was transparent, kind, and warm. They expressed genuine curiosity about the pets and me. They loved on Kona and stared lovingly at the fish, as needed. All seemed happy when I arrived home, and my house felt peaceful, clean, and relaxing. I’m so happy that Tracie and Maureen made a fun weekend of their Nashville trip, and their flexibility about my plans was appreciated. They arrived early so I could orient them And, I believe I’ve made 2 new, fun friends who love a good travel adventure like I do. I hope they find their way back to Nashville for another sit.

Dog and Cat Lovers (also love to travel)
Neil and Becky are a really lovely couple and wonderful home and pet sitters. Friendly, good communicators, and trustworthy, they took excellent care of our little cat and our home and we enjoyed getting to know them on a personal level as well, sharing a dinner with them the night before we left. They get the highest recommendation from us. Thank-you for looking after Domino and safe travels, hope to see you again in the future.
This is our second time welcoming Michele and we were so happy to have her back! Our dogs Pedro and Samantha love her and it is clear she loves them! Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. We can't say enough great things about her and hope you are lucky enough to get her as a sitter for your pets.
Jo & David were absolutely amazing sitters for our house and dog Rosie while we were out of town for 2 1/2 weeks. They are the best! Jo was super communicative and responsive at all times. She and David bonded with our dog, who grew very attached to them. They left our house super clean (and there were even chocolate chip cookies for us on our return)! Most of all, they are just super nice people and very easy to work with. Anyone is lucky to have JoAnna & David housesit for them.
Alexandria was by far our best sitter yet (and we've had excellent zeewoi sitters)! She was responsible, self sufficient and very responsive. She took the time to come meet our dog ahead of time and to run through the routine before our trip. She was communicative and sent great pics of her adventures with Rupee while we were away. She was extremely clean and followed our household routine. And to top it al off, she left us with a homemade vegetable soup for our jet lagged return home from Europe! Alexandria is a wonderful, kind and caring person that I am grateful to have met. I cannot thank you enough Alexandria!
Joe arrived some days before I left, so I could show him some nice places in Switzerland and he had enough of time to learn all about the dogs and how to handle them. He is an amazing nice and an animal/natur loving person who took care of my dog with incredible affection when I was in vacation. I could really enjoy it, because I knew, everything is ok at home. He sent me picutres and I could see, how much fun they have together. He cooked for the dogs, mad a lot of nice hikes with them and huged them, when they need it - so he even got the trust from Artu (as a man really not easy). And not only that, he made woodruff punch for me and sowed my tomatoes and spoiled them with melt water. And he helped also the women which looked after the horses and helped her to going walk with them. Generelly he is super friendly, so everyone in the village likes him. He is considerate of your belongings and has handed the house back neatly. He is just the best. I'm so gratuful he was here. So, if you have a chance to get him as a sitter, take it. Your animals will be grateful to you and have a good time while you are on vacation. Joe, you're not just a dog sitter for me. You were so familiar to me from the first moment. We had a lot of fun and we already miss you sooooo much. I'm really looking forward to see you again in some monthes.
Care and compassion for my dogs was at the top of the list of John's attributes. He was the first sitter I have used through zeewoi that was close enough to come meet the dogs before the sit. John not only came for an initial meet and greet, but he made time to meet the pups a second time prior to my departure to better familiarize himself with both the dogs and my home. Having put the fear of God in him about Penny's reactivity (I might have been a bit over the top, but better more attentive than less!), he was cautious with her in the beginning. Later in the sit, they trooped off to the beach on multiple occasions - all good! My 10-yr-old was on some meds for a serious battle with arthritis, and John managed Cooper's needs beautifully. John even made a call and a trip to the vet to re-up Coop's prescription when it was clear he needed to continue the protocol. I received daily updates by text, including photos and video; communication is hugely important to me. I feel blessed to have had John care for my fur-babies.
Piper was a wonderful sitter and I would definitely have her come again. My dog .Winston loved her and was very happy while I was gone. When I returned home everything was orderly and clean, she changed her bed and washed all the towels. I totallly recommend Piper to sit at your home.
I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I'd welcome Lisa back anytime!
Christina handled Bridie's first-ever time without us perfectly. We returned after 5 days to a happy, well-cared for and well-exercised pup --- and an emaculate house. Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues. We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs. Chrisrina is the best sitter that we have ever had.
Ranji was a wonderful pet sitter for my dog Zoe and was very easy to communicate with and kept me informed. She took wonderful care of our condo and wouldn’t hesitate to have her in my new home in NJ if she wants to check out a new area.
Liz did an amazing job babysitting our home and our pets (3 cats and a dog). Communication with Liz was easy and we felt at ease knowing that everything was being taken care of. Liz took our dog Summer for daily walks and kept her entertained. We got regular photos of our pets which were great. She even looked after and watered many of our outdoor and indoor plants! She was very tidy and our home was left spotless. If you are looking for a sitter we can't recommend Liz highly enough!
