I cannot thank Precious Petcare and my Wedding Pet Attendants (Hilary & Tory) enough!!! First of all, Leila and her staff were very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process, and they ensured that my 2 fur kids would get the best care possible for my big day. When the big day came, I felt SO comfortable with Hilary & Tory’s capabilities as ‘temporary’ dog mommas for my special day. It took such a HUGE burden and relief off of my shoulders, knowing that they were in such good hands. They were both able to keep my pups calm and happy, even with Scooter’s terrible separation anxiety! They also followed my detailed instructions to a TEE, and walked our ‘Ring Bearer’ and ‘Flower Pup’ down the aisle with no issues! They did an amazing job getting their energy out by constantly walking them around, letting them enjoy nature (they even saw a deer), playing with them, and keeping them well treated and extra cozy (Scooter was warm and wrapped in a blankie when he got chilly!). They truly watched them like hawks, snuggled them, and treated them like their own. When I saw them both with the pups (and heard nothing but amazing comments from my guests!), I knew that they were in amazing hands and I could be calm, relax, and really enjoy myself. They were also a great influence on my young pup, Millie, and her shyness around other people! We noticed such a huge improvement in Millie the day after the wedding! She was like a whole new dog. She’s so much less skittish after having the opportunity to meet with so many guests. I thank Hilary & Tory for giving her that opportunity, as it was much needed for a young rescue dog! They were stellar at their jobs —- they were punctual, kind, calm, professional, organized and dedicated. I also can’t thank them enough for the amazing photos that they sent. They are my absolute favorite photos for sure, and I’m so glad that they captured those moments for me (as the bride misses all the fun! Lol). I highly recommend Precious Petcare!!! 5 stars

We had Hannah with us for our wedding weekend and she exceeded all of our expectations caring for our maltipoo Bear! She continuously went above and beyond to make sure Bear was well fed rested and at the places she needed to be all weekend to be part of our celebrations. I was over the moon knowing Bear was in great hands for 4 days with Hannah until we came back to our hotel every day. Bear was able to join every event we hosted for our guests and I couldn’t be happier! Hannah even helped us every time photos were taken to make sure Bear was smiling & she helped coach Bear to walk down the aisle. Highly highly recommend precious pet care for your wedding or every day sitting needs!!! I wish they were closer to us in Los Angeles so we could use them on the regular :(

So happy I found precious pet care! My sister referred me & it has been incredible. At the end of the day they upload pictures of your pup as well as a detailed summary of how your pup behaved / an overall recap! Seriously can’t imagine taking my pup anywhere else! My husband and I just returned fron 6 weeks overseas. This is the first time leaving our 14 year old Calico Trixie using a pet service to visit. Our kids work and wanted someone to be with her during the week. We chose Precious Pet Care from Yelp reviews!! Not disappointed! Janna was our sitter the whole time away. She came 3 times a week. She shared pictures, communication/update and videos of how Trixie was doing. She respected our request to change Trix's ice water (spoiled kitty). Plated with her, gave her special treat! Brushed her. Cleaned her litter box. So much more. She treated her as I would have!! 🙂 Trixie was recently diagnosed with kidney disease and has specialized diet. From the start everyone Leila who helped me through the process made me feel secure and warm to their services.

I've used Precious Petcare the past few months for Doggie Daycare for my pup Cash. He always comes back happy and exhausted. This past week we were out of the country for our wedding and I felt at ease every time I received a daily update and pictures showing that he was well taken care of and enjoying himself with the other pups. Thank you Leila and the team for taking good care of my baby. We are so happy to have found this place for daycare and boarding.

We have taken our active dog, Anda, to Precious Pet Care for daycare, overnight stays, and boarding for the past few months. This is the first time that Anda has been to daycare and it is safe to say he loves its! Anda gets to play outside with all the dogs and gets lots of attention from the staff at Precious Pet Care. There is a good variety of dogs, and our dog has befriended the owner's dog. Whenever he comes home he looks very happy and is tired the rest of the day from all the play time. The staff are mindful to make sure he eats his meals and uses the bathroom regularly. They appropriately supervise to ensure he gets along with the other dogs. They also are very flexible with drop off/pick up times and communicative with us, sending daily updates with photos and videos. Most recently, he spent the holidays boarding at Precious Pet Care during our vacation. He definitely got a lot of attention, as there was a doggy holiday party with special treats, a Christmas photo shoot, and he came back with a gift bag and report card for his stay. We would absolutely recommend Precious Pet Care to anyone looking for a homey place for their dog to stay for any of the services they offer.

We booked Precious Pet Care for their wedding pet attendant service, and I highly recommend them!! We wanted to have our dog walk in the ceremony and have someone look after him at the Airbnb during the reception, but didn’t want to have any of our friends/family do it and miss out on the celebration. Precious Pet Care was the perfect solution! With everything that goes on during your wedding day, it was great to know that our dog was cared for and happy! Now I’ll be honest, our dog is not the best trained and can be very excitable, but Johnny did a fantastic job getting his energy out beforehand and keeping him entertained all day so he was comfortable when it came time for the ceremony! We got so many cute pictures with our pup too! It meant so much to have our dog with us on our big day and know he was safe and happy while we celebrated the night away! If that sounds like something you’d also want for your wedding, Precious Pet Care is the way to go!

Precious Pet Care was great in assisting us with the care of our pets Emma and Gracie on 4.02.23 - for my daughter's wedding! Leila was super helpful and responsive to our questions, and she and Ashley arrived early (before we did!) and were very attentive to Emma & Gracie during the course of the day - allowing my family to relax and enjoy this very special day! They made sure our girls were walked, fed, hydrated, entertained and calm throughout the day. They then returned them to our Airbnb, let them play outside for a bit, and made sure that they had food & water to last them until we returned. Before they left, they sent us pics of our pups relaxing at the house, which enabled us to enjoy the rest of the evening - knowing that they were safe, secure and had everything they needed. Without their awesome wedding pet attendant services, including our pups in my daughter's big day would have been next to impossible.

My dog Percy is really shy and is scared of everything and everyone. He just hides behind me whenever I take him to dog park. He takes a long time to trust a person or a dog. Leila has been phenomenal at taking care of Percy and she has helped him come out of his shell. She has been very patient and accommodating with him. She has made him a more confident and a playful puppy who can now explore the park on his own and play with dogs his size. Percy has been a part of Leila's doggie field day every week and I have been seeing drastic improvements in his behavior. All thanks to Leila! Percy loves her so much and he is so excited to see her every week. She even made this shy guy find his doggie best friends. I am very grateful that I found her and honestly, she is one of the best things that has happened to my Percy!

Absolutely loved this service for our wedding! We couldn’t imagine our big day without our pup and Leila made it all possible! She was amazing with Archie and it made the day less stressful! I couldn’t recommend Precious Pet Care more to other couples for their wedding day!

First, Amanda and her crew are amazing people and take very good care of our lil fur babies when where out of town. Secondly, our fur babies are always tired after there vacation from pets playhouse. Thanks again pets playhouse for all you do with our babies!

My dog came home with a cut on her eye lid. She had something green in her fur and she was very thirsty & exhausted. I'm not sure what went on there but I would say it's a very sketchy situation & I would never board her again at this place.

Hands down and 100% the best doggy daycare & boarding service out there!!! Amanda and her family loved my dog chance like he was their own. she time and time again went above and beyond in her care, communication, professionalism and deep love for my pup. My dog is a rescue, he is shy and not very trusting bust after 3 days of daycare with Amanda she quickly become one of his most favorite people. Leaving him with her for work or a trip was never hard on my heart because i knew he was probably have more fun with her than he dose with me. She feed my dog, snuggled him, took him on field trips, and threw him a birthday party. Needless to say, if your looking for a daycare or boarding service you will be hard pressed to find anything better than Amanda and her company.

Here's the review: Amanda is an amazing dog sitter and treats my Berkeley as if he was her own. She creates a great and safe atmosphere for the dogs and has a nice house to dog sit. The best thing about Amanda is her accommodations. She accommodates and rearranges her schedule to match mine. I recommend Amanda to anyone who wants their fur baby to feel safe and have a great time

My dog absolutely loves Pets Playhouse! He attends full-time and it is the best decision I have ever made. Amanda is so good with all of her fur babies! my dog gets so excited in the car knowing that we are headed there. He has so many friends and he is not stuck at home by himself all day while I'm at work. I highly recommend Pets Playhouse to anyone who wants their dog to be in a positive, playfull and safe environment. Amanda is also very accommodating when it comes to pick up and drop of times. With my job my schedule changes quite a bit and I have never had any problems!

Amanda is amazing! Her love of animals shows! If you want your fur babies taken care of as if they never left home you are in the right place! She will treat you and your pets like family so you can enjoy your time away without worry.

Amanda took care of my cat for a few months. It was definitely outside of her normal type of work but she was willing to help me out when I was in between apartments and needed my cat to have a place to stay. She would let me come visit him frequently and treated him just like the family. She was responsive to my questions and I never had any concerns. Thank you for helping me out!

I took my dog Mami to Pets Playhouse while I was on a business trip. Amanda was amazing. She cared for my little buddy as if she were her own dog. My dog was well cared for, happy and content when I picked her up. I'm a frequent traveler and will be using Amanda's pet sitting services in the future.

My Poodle Noodle loves Amanda and her family. I think he loves them more than me lol. I started a new job where I work from home most days. I thought he could stay home with me on those days, well he cried all day long! Now I work from home and he goes to Doggie daycare 💁‍♀️ As long as he is happy!

They had my almost 1 year old Siberian Husky for about 3 1/2 weeks. He came back a totally different dog. He sleeps in his crate, walks better without pulling & no longer peeing in the house. He lets us know when he needs to go potty! You WILL NOT regret hiring them with your baby (puppy/dog) , the are an amazing pair of people! I would hire them again in a heartbeat after having them train 2 of our dogs!!!!

So glad I found Beth at Stay Waggy! My puppy was a tiny little terror for a short time, but Beth really helped us bring out the best boy in him. She picks him up once a week and works with him all day. When he comes home, she goes over his progress and guides us on his weekly home training. He’s still got a bit to learn but I am so happy with the results so far. Thanks Beth!!!

My husband spent a few days looking for a trainer for our 5 month old lab mix. We needed help immediately for her. Then he came across Stay Waggy, we loved the difference training options. We booked Beth for the 60 minute in home session. She was so informative and we learned alot. So we decided to book a train and play all day session. The next morning my husband had the best walk ever! She wasnt pulling nor did she try to eat anything! We were so impressed on what a difference a day with Beth made! We already booked another train and play date. A bonus too is their great prices and that I can text Beth with any questions or concerns. We know that our dog is going to be amazing trained with Stay Waggy.

Stay Waggy has been so incredibly helpful for my family and our pup Herbie.We had never had been dog owners and we needed help! Beth is so knowledgeable and has so much patience with us. Beth explains the behavior as to why he behaves a certain way and teaches us how to handle each situation with Herbie. I can honestly say Stay Waggy has made huge difference with our experience with our dog. Thank you so much! Stay Waggy!!

First let me start with the plus side. Beth is friendly and professional. And she clearly loves dogs I wouldn't worry about neglect in her care. But that's when it ends. This review is being written in October. In March I paid $3,500 for a 3 week board and train. My dog suffers from extreme leash reactivity. I was assured he would come back better. Well, 3 weeks later Beth brings him back and he isn't any better whatsoever. I still cannot bring him outside without him going absolutely bonkers. There is little to no improvement. So back then, in March Beth promises she'll take him for a bit longer for more training. She came for two private lessons still to no avail Riot is just as bad as when we started. In July I get a notice from the apartment because Riot is being a nuisance according to them. Once again she promises to take him and work with him. Once again she doesn't. Finally, fed up with months of broken promises, I ask her to come help me train him on the treadmill because he is in no shape to go outside due to ineffective training. She comes over for a visit (doesn't end in him trained or even beginning to step on) and then tries to charge me $60. Now I'm out $3,500 for literally no improvement or change whatsoever and a ton of broken promises. I have to hire a new trainer now just to do what I was promised. And it's too late for a charge back. Would not suggest Stay Waggy! for leash reactivity or really following through after they get their money.

We recently adopted a shelter dog in early august and he was a dream! We were able to get most things trained pretty quickly but we STRUGGLED with crate training. We tried every tip /video advice online - treats, make it comfortable/cozy/den like, trying to make it as comfortable for our pet as possible but everything failed and we couldn’t get him even near the crate without forcing him and would run away the moment the crate doors open. We turned to Beth after being referred to her and when he came back it was night and day! He’s now willingly going into the crate, and is comfortable in there. It’s a night and day difference and we couldn’t have been happier with the results we got!

Beth helped tremendously! I have a 1 year old Rottweiler who had basically no training, she took him for 24 hours and he stopped jumping on the couch and listens when I call him. He used to cry in the cage, but now barely does. Beth is super sweet and efficient as well with working with you and making sure she knows what you want. 10/10 experience!

Beth is the absolute best! We could not be more grateful for everything she has taught us and our 2 golden retriever puppies. She understands dogs and even better she explains everything to us in a way that is not overwhelming or confusing. I always feel so comfortable sending my puppies with Beth for the day because I know they are in great hands. I recommend Beth and Stay Waggy! to everyone I know!

I don't know where to begin. I will start by saying that finding Stay Waggy is a blessing sent from heaven. I got a puppy for the very first time. I had no idea what to do,I had no idea what I was doing or how to train him, what is good for him and what's not and the list goes on. From the very first conversation over the phone with Beth I realized this is the one. This is the place for my puppy. Now mind you I'm protective of my puppy. Since meeting Beth and Brian with Stay Waggy a little over 5 months ago my boyfriend and I have learned so much. I can call on her to ask questions. I trust my dog with them 100%. Beth and Brian are loving and kind and what I love the most is they put the dogs first. They are so knowledgeable it' blows my mind. If anyone is looking for a place to bring you dog I recommend STAY WAGGY a 100 times over and over. Amazing, professional and great all the way around.

Raquel is great!!!! I needed to find boarding for my girls kind of last minute and she was so accommodating and flexible. The girls had a great time and were happy and comfortable on their next visit. We will definitely continue to book boarding and eventually day care with Raquel - she’s like a home away from home for the pugs.

I just moved to San Diego and needed to have my dog, Flapjack, watched while on a trip. Raquel came highly recommended so I figured to give her a shot! Flapjack was a bit anxious at the beginning but Raquel being super knowledgeable kept me informed throughout his whole stay and made him super comfortable! I received picture and well detailed updated regularly - keeping me less anxious as well. I will be certainly having Flapjack visit again so he can play and hang out with all of his new friends!

I’m compelled to write this review *immediately* after an amazing vacation and a terrible LONG travel day, specifically because of how incredible Raquel was. From the moment I stumbled upon Raquel’s B&B via Google she was so responsive with communication, SO warm, and very accommodating with getting a fast ~10 day booking in. Each time I was able to snag cell service over the course of my trip, logging into her easy peasy app became a highlight - the sweetest narrative updates of my pup Nala’s adventures and amazing pics greeted me. Like many others, I’ve used a range of boarding services trying to find THIS diamond level of care, took me 10 years to find it. For as long as Raquel welcome Nala back I’ll be loyal - it fills my heart to FEEL how passionately Raquel loves dogs. Extra appreciation to her for a late drop off straight to my house which was just above and beyond. Convenience on top of the best care out there? Blown away, and beyond grateful. 👏👏

True professionals. You bring your pup by for a meet n greet first with another dog at the business address. After that, we decided to do single day of daycare to make sure the overnight trip we were planning for wouldn’t be too stressful. For the actual care residence, all dogs are taken to a different, private residence to prevent territorial issues. Raquel is extremely knowledgeable about various breeds, pet aging, reactivity, and the unique needs for comfort each dog may have as they age. The lengthy legal documents required gave me pause initially, but Raquel took the time to explain everything to me and I can see that she just puts meticulously attention to every detail of her work and service to ensure everyone is protected and responsible. Through the 5 day trip I received regular updates, photos, feeding and potty notes, and clearly saw a happy little ham flirting with all the senior puppies there. The in include pick up/drop off in the rate is a fabulous perk and I found the pricing extremely fair for the level of care being offered. I have a nearly 10 y/o Havanese with lots of young spirit still and a very anxious mama. We’ve been together nearly 8 years now and she is the light of my life. My furbaby hates grooming drop offs and is not used to daycares. Well! She sees Raquel and goes RUNNING to be picked up like a little baby. An excellent place to spoil your pup with and allow yourself some peace of mind what traveling for business pleasure, or just allowing your dog a fun day of socializing.

Raquel is super attentive and patient with my baby. My pupper is easily overwhelmed and anxious, but he felt comfortable with Raquel almost immediately, which is super rare. She took care of him like he was a part of her family. He was supposed to stay in a private room (since he gets too anxious around other dogs), but instead, she would let him hang out with her in the office pretty much all day while she was there so that he would not have to be alone. She gives me so many updates and photos throughout the day, so I was able to enjoy my time away, knowing that my baby was in good hands. I would definitely recommend and have Raquel take care of my baby again.

I recently had to board my dog here while I was on a work trip. She stayed for 7 weeks! Leaving her for so long was hard. I stressed so much before I found Raquel’s. While I was gone I did not worry at all about my girl because I got so many updates. There are so many pictures and txts about my dog. It really put me at ease. My dog was treated like their own pet. All the other dogs are either seniors or very calm. This was perfect for my girl who is almost 10 years old. A traditional boarding place would have really stressed her out at her age. I looked into many places before settling here. Raquel’s is one of the few who will take senior dogs or dogs with medical issues. Raquel also gives you daily updates. I was surprised by how many. Other places I talked to required you to call. If my dog had an upset tummy or anything else I was notified immediately. When I picked up my dog she was in perfect health and well groomed. She got all her meds and was fed her food per instructions. If I ever have to leave my dog again she will go here!

My dog Theo (and I) absolutely loves his time at Raquel’s!!! He is so well taken care of, just as he would be at home. With awesome updates, I get to hear about him playing with other dogs, getting time outdoors, and lots of photos as seen below. Theo is 9 and *very* chill, and Raquel’s is the perfect place for him to go when I’m out of town.

Raquel and Marcus deserve more thank 5 stars. I had a fantastic experience with Raquel's senior dog bnb. They were incredibly friendly, communicative, and genuinely cared for my senior dogs. Raquel's experience with senior pups was a comfort, and I felt completely at ease leaving my furry pals in her care. I have never boarded my pets before and they made sure my first time went smoothly. They took care of my two chihuahuas over the weekend, including one with diabetes, ensuring they got their medications. I really appreciated the updates and pictures they sent throughout the day – it made me feel connected and assured that my pets were well looked after. All in all, it was an outstanding service, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially for senior dogs!

I could not recommend Raquel more for your pup! I’m always very anxious to leave my dog when I’m out of town because she is a senior and I worry that she won’t adjust well. I left her with Raquel for a ten-day trip and she was clearly so loved and well-taken care of. Raquel made sure to keep me updated and communicated with me throughout my trip with photos and descriptions of her day. It took the stress and worry out of my travel and I’ll be using Raquel for future trips.

Our Toby, 18 years old, has stayed twice with Raquel and Marcus, and we could not be happier with the love and care he received while there. Toby is blind and deaf, and he is a fussy eater, but he thrives under Raquel’s care. With frequent updates and photos, we always knew our little guy was doing well and could enjoy our vacation without worry. Raquel’s place features a yard for the dogs to sniff and play under the sun, and a cozy place for them to nap. We are so happy we found Raquel; Toby is too!

DO NOT LET YOUR FURRY FAMILY MEMBERS STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE, UNSAFE FACILITY. THEY LIE AND DO NOT CARE PROPERLY FOR OUR ANIMALS. Our Rocky stayed in their doggie clubhouse in May 2024 and came home with a terrible wound on his nose. When we picked him up, the staff had no idea what happened and blamed us saying that we brought him there like that. So then we were left with no answers and worried that a dog bit him or an infection happened. It gets worse. We escalated this to their owner Barbra and she had no remorse or accountability, instead, she first admitted that other dogs have also gotten into this situation (please see her email) and refuses to fix it. Most recently, we decided to give them one more chance (horrible idea) but today, unfortunately, they REFUSED to let Rocky stay and said that he was the ONLY dog that this has happened to, to try and save themselves, they basically just did not want to deal with us because they knew they were in the WRONG. When I have proof other dogs have also gotten hurt - so I will be escalating this with the county to ensure they cannot operate in this matter putting dogs at risk!!!! I am sure they will respond to this post with some more lies. The bottom line is I have proof of you lying and having an unsafe environment for our dogs - so it would be hilarious if you would try and defend this.

I have boarded my American Eskimo here a few times and as a nervous dog owner I love the option to watch the dog on the camera. The girls are so sweet and comforting to me and love Hughie! The prices are really good for boarding in the area. Love!

I have two Jack Russells...very hard to keep busy and satisfied yet the nice folks over at bark park seem to do a fantastic job! Place us clean, staff is professional. Pric s are great. They all obviously love dogs. I will continue to take them there. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few hours of care to overnight or vacation stays!!!

First time using this boarding place and I’m impressed with everything. My Maddie girl in the brown is a rescue and she came with extreme separation anxiety and nervousness. We have worked past most of that but I was so worried to board her that it would be traumatic for her… BUT I’m happy to say it was a total success and this place was amazing! The care and attentiveness to my pup was amazing and they kept me updated through my whole 5 day trip! Pictures and phone calls! I’m so impressed and I give more then 5 stars!

Update: We’ve continued to use bark park since our first incident and I’m happy to report that everything has gone well and we haven’t had an issue with our dogs. We make sure to verify that they will be housed separately and they have. I would recommend this place to anyone, just be sure to verify any special requests. Original Post: The staff is friendly. The housing seems good but we were told that our dogs would be housed in separate kennels. We asked them at drop off that it’s a must. They said it would be done. They did not follow the directions and housed them together. Sure enough they fought and one of our dogs came home with a gash on his head. Disappointed to say the least. Might give them another chance and update my review. Just stating the truth

My dog looked beautiful and happy! I also got the bath service, they did a fantastic job! Sadly the pick up picture ended up blurry. Purple leash photo is her after pickup. You can see the difference in her fur. Staff seemed loving and attentive. Very fair rates!! They deserve tips!

I have been gone and taken my dogs there before however this time around I felt we were taken advantage on the stay. I dropped off our dog at 7 AM for boarding. Called the next day in the morning to let them know we were in our way. Called for 2 hours with no answer. Once we went to pick up they charged us for two days and play time that I did not approve. I asked why I was being charged two days of boarding when she only stayed one night. They said they were charging me two days because she was using the kennel for the next day. Im like ya she is yeah it is because she spent the night. Thats what boarding is. She said they charge by the day now. This makes no sense.

Easy and reasonable. My dog had no complaints.

We were scared taking our dog to the daycare because we just got him from the shelter recently and Julie, Alyx, and Elisia took him back to and we were eased at how well they handled him and answered our questions. When we came to pick him back up, they were able to get in him for another daycare session, and change our booking for his boarding. They made us feel comfortable and at ease leaving our dog there. Would highly recommend.

Mira and her fabulous team have been taking care of our dogs Benny and Louie for years. They have always been able to accommodate our requests- even if last minute - and every day we receive an update and photos of the pups. My dogs love them like family. We would never go anywhere else!

I cannot recommend this pet care service. They were entrusted with the care of my beloved dog, but tragically, my dog died while in their care. This devastating experience has left me heartbroken and angry. I advise other pet owners to be extremely cautious and seek alternative options for pet care.

I hired Paradise Pet Care to stop in and check on/feed my two cats while I was out of town over the holidays. Mira, the owner, was wonderfully communicative, professional, and the process was seamless. Kim, our sitter, did such a great job with the cats and sent pictures and updates each time she stopped by. Paradise Pet Care is amazing! My husband works from home and so our dog is rarely alone for long periods of time. However, he was going out of town for a week, so we hired Paradise Pet Care for daily walks. Mira, the owner, was so helpful and responsive; Christina, our walker, was beyond amazing. Our dog, who can be a bit protective, loved her right off the bat. I loved the photo and text updates she sent everyday. It gave me such reassurance. Would highly recommend to anyone who loves there pets! Will definitely being using them again in the future. Thanks ladies!

Mira and her team at Paradise Pet Care are the best in San Diego County! Countless times Mira has watched over our dogs Tanner and Jack. She has always updated me with the cutest pictures from their walks or play time. Never have I seen such love and attention bestowed upon the animals they care for. You can be assured that Paradise Pet Care will treat your "kids" as you would yourself, heck, maybe even better!! No complaints whatsoever, these guys are awesome!

Sue does such a great grooming job on my Schnauzer he looks like he is ready for the show ring. That's no surprise since she has had so many years showing her champion dogs. Jeri does a wonderful job with all the different breeds and is really quick with the toe nail clippers.

Great caring staff and they take expert care of your pets. Will give medications, special care for older pets boarded. Very knowledgeable with all breeds, but specialize in Terriers for grooming. We have used them for years with no problems or complaints at all. Fairly priced too.

I've boarded my dog and had him groomed here twice. Boarding price is very reasonable. They do a great job grooming. My dog sheds like crazy but after grooming, his shedding is not as bad.

My neighbor recommended Su-ets as a groomer so I thought I would give it a try. Dropped off my dog who is 14lbs but was not given a quote so I thought it would be comparable to other groomers. I asked if it would be about two hours and she said she would call me. After three hours, I called to get an update. They told me to come in 15 minutes. When I arrived, they went to get my dog. The owner asked if she had given me a quote and I replied "No". She said it'll be $70 which is way more than other places I've been. She agreed to reduce it by $5. When I gave her my credit card, she went out back to run it through the machine. The other groomers behind the wall thought I had left so they started talking about me. Calling me cheap and a liar. Saying "they wanted to charge me more but didn't". When the owner came back with the slip for me to sign, I could hear the groomers say "oh no...she was still there". I said "yes, I'm still here and I heard everything you said". The owner just stood there and didn't say a word or apologize for her employee's remarks. I couldn't believe that this is how they treat their customers. When I got home, the first thing my dog did was run to his water bowl and drank for what seemed like 45 seconds. I don't believe they gave my dog any water while he was there. Very disappointing.

I brought my 6 month Schauzer puppy for her grooming and they did such a professional job. She looked like a show dog after. I wish I would have found Su-ets a long time ago. I get a lot of compliments on my dogs cut.

I recently used Su-ets because I was having surgery and needed a place for my boy (9 year old dog who sleeps in my bed with me) while in the hospital and recovery afterwards. I've only had to kennel him once before in another state, so was afraid to leave him just anywhere. Everyone at Su-ets reassured me he would be well care for. They had him out for playing ball each day. I was able to call whenever I needed for updates on how he was doing without feeling like I was a bother. When I picked him up, he was happy to see me, but not in that drastic "where have you been and why did you leave me here?" way. He was well cared for, not stressed at all and obviously had his needs met. I recommend this kennel for anyone looking for a safe, caring and comfortable place for their dog for any reason!

Critter Sitters is fantastic! I work full time, and ever since my dog was a puppy, Cindy has been caring for her. She picks up my dog Lily for a fun filled day while I am at work. Cindy has been coming to our home to walk our two dogs off/on for a few years now and we love her - she is flexible, friendly, reliable, and most importantly our dogs love their time with Cindy. In addition, Cindy has taken our dogs on numerous occasions over to her place for doggy daycare- they get to run around and play with other dogs all day long and come back super happy and very tired. Cindy and her husband are the absolute best. When my husband and I were working a demanding call center job, they watched my cane corso Bentley, and also adjusted their hours to accommodate our schedules. They are the sweetest ever and will make sure you and your pups feel like family!

When looking for someone to drop in twice a day and feed the cat in our absence I asked for community referrals. Almost all the responses were recommendations for Cindy. Its been a few years now and she has done an awesome job with my elderly little spitter. I wish I had found her sooner, it would have saved me a lot of worry and stress over the years. she is truly an animal advocate and i highly recommend her.

Cindy is great! Pro with handling dogs and ensuring they get good exercises and fed on time. Easy to get in touch with and quick replies. Def rec if looking for someone. She handled my 2 big boy (1 80lbs malinois, husky mix and 70lbs oes) very well. Both came home happy.

Critter Sitters takes such good care and they are amazingly kind and communicative. We have referred many friend and neighbors. Our guy is always so happy to spend time with them. I consider it a day at a family member's house with lots of sweet, fun dogs to play with too.

Maria is literally the BEST pup sitter out there. She is always so kind and accommodating and the dogs have a great time!! I always joke that they don’t want to come home 😂 She sends lots of adorable updates and the yard is beautiful and spacious. Maria takes such good care of our pups while we’re away! She always takes them on a morning walk, and sends us three pupdates a day - morning, afternoon, and evening. We can always tell they’re having such a fun time with Rumpy (Maria’s dog) and their other pup friends. They love to run and play in the backyard, which they spend a lot of time doing. Maria always sends them back smelling fresh and clean! After our last two visits, they were sent home with the cutest little bandanas, and then a Christmas card/photo and a Christmas toy for each pup. We were so nervous to leave our babes with someone we didn’t know, but Maria has definitely earned our trust and is our go-to sitter any time we’re in need!

Maria did a fantastic job taking care of our dog Ollie. We felt very reassured with his stay as she would send frequent updates and lots of pictures and videos!!! Ollie will definitely be returning!

So many good things to say! Maria has been taking care of my small dog for almost a year now, at least eight separate times (short and long stays). Every time she has been exceedingly caring, communicative, and thorough which allows me immense peace of mind when I leave my dog with her. Maria's very organized and responsible, she always sends me loads of updates and photos/videos of my pet, and she always communicates with me if there's anything I need to know about my dog (even down to changes in her dietary preferences). My dog always has the best time at the petBNB too! She gets to chill and play with other small dogs, go on walks, be outdoors part of the day, eat and hydrate with minimal issues, and get some one on one love from humans too. She's stayed at several boarding locations, and Maria's is the one I'd recommend most highly.

My pup loves staying at Maria’s, it’s her little doggy vacation!!! I’m so happy to get pictures, videos, and updates on what my dog, Thalia, is up to throughout the day. It gives me peace of mind knowing she is well taken care of and is having so much fun. Thalia gets morning walks, lots of play time running and playing outside in the yard with other dogs, and sleeps nice and cozy on a couch. Maria makes pickup and drop off so easy. I highly recommend!!

Maria is the best! Henry our 3 year old Cavapoo lovea staying at Maria’s and getting to play with all the pup friends. She sends regular pup dates and pics, and Henry always comes home one happy guy. She is the only pup sitter we use (and have for 2+ years) because we know he’s is safe, having fun, and in good hands. We are so lucky to have found her and would highly recommend!

Doug is amazing! He is fantastic and super patient with all dog breeds! My cane corso loves going with Doug and has amazing adventures. I say adventures because Doug doesn’t walk dogs around the block but takes them all over the place in San Diego. From Fiesta Island, to Balboa Park, to all sorts of different dog parks. Where they go seems endless and my dog is always tired and happy when she returns. I cannot say enough good things about Doug and the services he offers. Our dog has also boarded with Doug for 6 days in a row and I wouldn’t have her with anyone else

Had a great time at The Dog Society this Saturday! Milo loved it, it was our first time and I was scouting it out to see if it would be a suitable location for a work event - Definitely. We all had a great time, especially our guy Milo - the outdoor, off leash beer garden was the highlight. The only recommendation I would have and the reason for 4 stars right now is to have dog poop bags in the outside area. There are a lot of dogs and not everyone is paying attention when their dog takes a 💩.

Easily my favorite place to bring the dogs! GREAT beer selection at the bar that changes often, best fries in town, dog menu, mini golf, off-leash beer garden, patio, TVs playing sports games, pool table, you name it. They also have an event calendar of dog bree meetups, holiday events, beer pong saturdays, trivia nights, bingo nights, movie nights, game nights, etc. Definitely a place to make human and furry friends!

Dog Society is hands down one of our favorite places to visit. I have been going to dog society for over a year now and have always had a great time whether I am down in the beer garden with my dogs off leash or upstairs playing pool or eating. I have personally never experienced bad service here and I have always been treated with respect by all staff members. I can not speak on the grooming or boarding as I only visit for food and drinks

Dog Society is literally my dogs second home. I feel completely safe having my 13yo 12lbs Chihuahua play and run around in the Off Leash Area, along with all the different size/ breeds of pups. With that being said. I am well aware that not all small dogs are created equal and not all small dog owners feel the same way. My tiny little girl keeps the big German Shepherd, the crazy loud Aussies and even that Pitty everyone has an opinion on, in check. My advice is simple, come check out Dog Society for yourself. And if you are not comfortable having your dog interact “off leash” with other dogs, they have a huge area upstairs w/ pool tables and other fun stuff for you to explore. I have never had a bad experience, my dog has been trampled by the line of running dogs (her fault) but quickly learned her lesson. We are there at least 3 times a week and have experienced all different types of crowds. My tiny dog has never been attacked. Actually shes become good friends with all the regulars dogs. It’s really nice to experience. Also, not cool to say someone’s beloved pet was “bred to kill”. Be responsible and Spay And Neuter your dogs.

The dog park isn't accepting of intact dogs, even well trained, social, and polite ones. One of the employees sits in there with a big pit that is VERY aggressive toward intact dogs of both genders. The owner is aware of this and her response was that intact dogs and their owners aren't welcome. [Edit in light of owner response] In three visits, that aggressive dog was there twice. Six different people in that time left the park because he had attacked their dog. The dog's owner and another employee boldly told everyone that she was always there and her pit was there enforcing the rules. I'd urge you to reconsider your stance. Your faq says: "Any vaccinated pup who has good social behavior is welcome at The Dog Society." So why aren't ALL vaccinated pups who have good social behavior welcome? Spaying/ neutering is shown to correlate to a 200% - 400% increase in the risk of osteosarcoma (bone cancer), hemangiosarcoma (blood cancer), lymphoma, and mast cell tumors. Intact dogs don't destabilize anything - aggressive dogs do.

Came here for their psychic Halloween event. I was disappointed because we bought tickets to the event and still had to pay for access to the off leash beer garden. The staff & decor was cute, welcoming, and for the most part friendly. The psychic reading was a bit unorganized, but we just watched game 2 of the World Series. Great place as a regular place for a sports bar atmosphere. I'm not sure I would attend another ticket sales event.

The Dog Society is the best! We absolutely love this place and have been coming for various occasions and always have an amazing time. While Dog Society offers a safe and comfortable environment to bring your doggo to relax, kids and adults have many options to enjoy themselves with billiards, corn hole and mini golf - there is something for everyone! This is a great spot to watch sporting events, bring a group together for a birthday, or meet a friend for dinner and a drink. The best part, they have an impressive dog menu so your pooch can have a pet friendly dinner too 😊 The organization understandably requires a waiver for your dog's first visit, and the rules create a respectful and safe environment for all dogs and humans. I love that Dog Society creatively fosters a pet culture here in San Diego, can't wait for summer!

What a cool venue! Great concept: brew pub with dogs side by side with customers. Facility doubles as a boarding company also. Has open air beer garden on lower level where dogs can run off leash and they have several water features for dogs to play in. Upper levels are warehouse-style brewery with indoor games for patrons and each table has leash locks built into the table' base. All staff present on the day we visited were super happy, friendly and patient explaining the areas of the facility. Will likely go back to give our dogs a fun hour of play.

Since I moved to San Diego I was very excited to take my dog Dona to this place and we had a great time. They have many games to have fun, several televisions to watch the sports games and absolutely all the tables have a small chain to link it with your furry friend’s leash. And of course our favorite part was the Beer Garden where you can enjoy a refreshing drink while your furry baby plays and runs with other dogs without having to use a leash. The only thing I think could improve is the menu, maybe adding more drinks and meals would be amazing. And if you are aware of their social networks, you will be able to find out about all the events and breeds meetings they organize. I hope one day they will prepare one of the small terries to take my beautiful Yorkie to enjoy. 🐶🍩❤️😍

One of the best hidden gems in San Diego! Good food, great beer and a big open space perfect to bring your pup and watch a game. Not to mention the staff is incredible and extreme attentive. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
