Trevor and Sam are the best! I was a bit nervous leaving my whippet alone for a week, but Trevor and Sam took great care of him and I could tell how happy he was, being there, playing with other dogs and being well looked after. We’ll definitely be back!

Sam and Trevor are super friendly, Sophie my cat regularly stays here and they take amazing care of her. She is familiar now with them and it's great to see her making herself at home as soon as she's let out of her crate. Thank you so much :)

This was the first time we used a kennel for our furry family member, and it was a fantastic experience. Sam and Trevor looked after our dog furry baby for 2 weeks, she had such a great time at Topspot Boarding Kennels. Lots of running around every day and the kennels are bigger than usual. We also rang up a few times during her stay to get updates as it was our first time away from our 1 year old puppy so we were a bit nervous, Sam was very understanding and caring. When we picked her up our dog was sad to leave, and cried a little saying "goodbye to her new furry friends" . We will definitely bring our puppy back here next time knowing she has been well looked after and has had a great time. Thank you Sam and Trevor! See you next time.

I had two dogs boarding there this month for 4 nights. I rang the staff to let them know that my dogs must be watched while eating as my male dog would eat his and my females dog food. They confirmed that they would. I gave them top range dry food enough for a week and also enough cooked rice and veggies for a week. When I picked them up my two dogs were wet because there kennels were hosed out at 5pm which was very very cold and it smelt like urine. The man there gave me there beds and blankets and two empty containers where there food was in. I said to him where is the rest of there food his reply was, well they kept on eating so I gave it all to them. My male dog came home all nice and full but my small dog came home with at least half a kilo lighter. And to make it worst my small dog is 10 years old. Never again will I let my dogs stay at that place. NEVER AGAIN AND TO TOP IT OFF I HAD TO Throw the beds and blankets away because they stunk.

Thank you to Sam and Trevor for looking after our fur babies! BC's Luna and Astrid spent about a week at Topspot - it was their first time staying in a kennel and we were more nervous than they were, but didn't need to be because they were so well looked after! Definitely recommend.

A very big thank you to Sam and Trev for looking after our girl Jemima! We were away for an extended period and our little cocker spaniel was very well looked after. Sent through much appreciated updates whilst we were away. Jemima was sad to leave and gave Sam a big goodbye. It's really only a see you later though because Top Spot is where she'll be going next time we are away. She's also been for day care and always comes home exhausted from all the fun!!! Amazing place, our dog has the absolute best time and the staff make sure of it! We even drive 45 mins now we've moved to make sure our pup gets the best playdates while we're out.

Can’t extend enough thanks to the entire team for taking the best care of my dog. Kokomo enjoyed her 8 day retreat and came home smelling so wonderful after her pre-collection bath. I love the new nickname they gave her ‘Little Kokomo’ ♥️

Unfortunately both of our dogs came home from their stay with vomiting and diarrhoea. One of our dogs couldn’t bear weight on her leg. Now a costly vet bill. Only one update of how our fur kids were while they stayed. First time we’ve used a kennel and unfortunately has put us off of using again.

We have sent both our pup and cat for up to 5 night stays a couple of times now and couldn’t be happier with the care they have received. They have returned home happy, and the team at Hahndorf Dog Retreat are always so welcoming and easy to communicate with, they even managed a last minute medical condition without any issues - we will continue sending both our pets there 😊

Our dogs, Sasha and Ollie, just completed an 18-day stay at the Hahndorf Dog Retreat. The staff were very committed to their welfare and sent update photos of how they were settling in. They got to know both dogs as individuals and adapted their approach to looking after them, accordingly. Both Sasha and Ollie seemed happy there, which is the most important endorsement of all. Highly recommended and we will use the Hahndorf Dog Retreat again without hesitation.

What lovely girls that looked after our shepherd. They sent us photos on day 2 as she is known to fret and not really eat ( at another place she had stayed a couple of times 😢 ). But not this time, she was happy running and chasing chickens , she had so much fun, she loved the place. She actually came back with a little weight on her, which made me sooooo happy 😊. We will be making this her regular care when we are away. They are fantastic with her

I can’t thank the owners and staff for the high level of care they have given Molly. She has spent the majority of January with them either in day care or boarding. She leaps out of the car every morning when we get there. I just hope I can find a place with our interstate move that can provide this level of service.

Our boy had his first stay last weekend, and it was our first time meeting the HDR team. We felt immediately at ease on drop-off - you can see and feel how much love and care goes into the dogs staying here. Our boy was relaxed and happy when he came home, and will be a regular guest at the retreat. Keep up the good work team, you’re amazing! ❤️

Beautiful, friendly staff. Kennels are clean, warm in winter and cool in summer. Grooming facilities too which are an added attraction. Lovely outdoor play areas for the fur babies too.

Unfortunately - I enquired online and although they got back to me initially the conversation halted when I asked for pictures of where my Pups would be sleeping. So I didn't get any further nor did I book it. I'm sure they are lovely I just didn't get what I needed from them to book.

Love this cats' 'bed and breakfast' - over the years we have had a couple of our furbabies stay here - it's managed by people who really love cats and that's evident in the peaceful and spacious accommodation with private 'cat' rooms and views over the garden.

Our boy Raf has stayed at Paws-a-While more times than I can remember now. It's such a relief when we go away knowing he's being very well cared for in the safe hands of Christine and Tammy. His fav room is the one overlooking the hens!

Benny (Benson Humphrey )has been visiting Paws-a-while since he was a kitten ( 15 years ). He looks forward to his holidays with Christine Tammie and Arthur. He loves the attention,( they really spoil me ) and he thinks the accommodation is 5 star. It's my home away from home.

Excellent service! Friendly, reliable & very helpful. We have used Tracy’s Pet Caring Service several times now over the last few years. We have 4 cats, budgies & finches. On each occasion, all were cared for impeccably. The cats even made friends with the carer which is most unusual for them. Daily text messages & photos really helped in terms of allowing us to relax while away. Highly recommended! ⭐️🌟

Tracy’s Pet Services is by far the best pet sitting service I’ve ever used. Janne has been absolutely wonderful with my two cats. Her attention to detail when booking absolutely blew me away. She truly cares about your pets. I felt 100% confident leaving my pets in her loving capable hands while I’ve been away in both Japan and Vanuatu over the last year. She sent updates and pics so my mind is completely at ease. I came home to two very happy and content cats. I’m so thankful and fortunate to have her in our lives and I can travel knowing Janne has it on lock. She loves our babies. 10/10 😊👍👍

We were very happy to have Grace care for our two cats while we were on holiday. The bookings, familiarisation visits went well and Grace's love of animals and kind and caring manner impressed us. The cats adapted to her well and everything thing was taken care of in a gentle, professional manner. We would be happy to recommend Tracy's Pet Service and Grace to friends.

Our dog Molly has had a wonderful stay with Tanya! Tanya and her husband love dogs and it really shows with the care provided for the pets they look after. We felt so safe leaving Molly in Tanya’s capable hands! We highly recommend Tanya as a kind and responsible carer and will definitely book Molly in again! We loved the updates and photos of Molly clearly having an awesome time. Tracy’s pet services is an excellent service and we are so pleased to have discovered them.

We have used Tracy's Pet Services for over a decade, and we have had the best carers imaginable for our beloved dogs. We now have only one young cocker spaniel, Ruby, who is ecstatic whenever she sees Grace even if it has been a while between visits. Highly recommend Tracy's Pet Services.

I stumbled on Tracy's Pet Services after a couple of years of relying on random people from the internet to watch my cat Ruby. I couldn't be more happy with their services, as they are very reliable and professional. I can now happily plan long(ish) trips away without being too anxious about leaving my very social cat alone. They also take great care of our house and I feel very comfortable leaving things in their hands. Shout out to Julie who somehow manages to keep Ruby's 'feeding area' spotless (she's a messy eater....!!!). Thanks :) :)

Tracy has the best pet services. Through Tracy we found Tanya. Or Aunty Tanya. while other pet services would not take my Luna as she was shy and had anxieties I found Tanya, who is amazing with my dog, both Tracy and Tanya took the time to allow luna to get to know her surrounds and were patient with her. We made a plan gradually being her in, 1 hr then 24 hrs preparing luna for the week or 2 week holidays. Luna settled in very well. I have now used Tracy’s pet services and Tanya numerous time. I cannot fault them. Always kind patient and loving, Tanya treats luna as part of the family, when we go on holiday luna has her holidays as well. . We get daily reports and pictures of luna while we are away. Cannot fault them! We will continue to use them. :)

My cat Angie is so much better now that Grace is caring for her at home. It gives me the freedom to travel without the stress of having an anxious cat for weeks afterwards. Tracey’s Pet Services are reliable and professional and prices are comparable with local catteries, and I get a house sitter as well. They take good care of my home, check mail, water my plants as well as play with Angie. An amazing service!!

So happy with Tracy’s Pet Services, our carer Grace has been fantastic with my cat Macy who is quite timid and requires daily medication. Our holidays are so much more enjoyable knowing I don’t have to worry about Macy and that she can stay at home and receive daily visits and quality care from her new friend, Grace.

My dog has stayed at Tiptree on a number of times when we couldn't take him on holiday with us. He is well taken care of and looking great when it's time to pick him up.

Our dogs have just had their first holiday at Tiptree. The facilities are excellent and include large green grassy runs. They've had a wonderful time and were very happy. They especially enjoyed their daily runs on the property. The facilities are excellent and the staff are friendly, caring and real dog-lovers. It's nice to know that while we're on holiday, they are having a good time too! We will definitely be regular customers.

My Bulldogs have holidays at Tiptree Kennels quite frequently. They love Julie and Heidi just as much as they love them ! They come home happy, healthy and way too fat !!!! If you are fortunate enough to book your dogs in for a holiday trust me you will never go anywhere else.

Julie and the team at Tiptree looked after our little dog Pippa beautifully when we went away recently such a great location and brilliant staff can highly recommend this kennel. It's great to be able to go away and have peace of mind that our dog is so well cared for.

Our doggies have been visiting for years, and I'm sure they have very many happy memories! Staff are wonderful (Hi Heidi!) Thet are nestled in the hills but the main building has roof sprinklers. Prices go up in school holidays but you expect that.

This place is the best kennel facility in Adelaide. They take such good care of my dog and treat him like their own!

Not our dog but one very dear to us has been boarded at Tiptree’s a number of times. The staff there treat him as if he was their own. He loves being there, and is really looked after. The staff are magnificent, caring, understanding and most accomodating. We can not recommend these kennels highly enough, if you want to leave your dog where you can feel 100% safe in the knowledge they will be cared for, Tiptree’s is the place 👍

Wow!!! Please, please support these lovely amazing people. They care for your furbabies, just like they were their own. We had our girls stay with Julie and her awesome staff,when we first came to south australia. It was a massive move for us, as we were moving from North Queensland and with covid lockdown looming and an unexpected 2 week quarantine for us and then a 6 week find for a home they were so understanding. We missed the girls greatly and Tiptree knew this and made sure that she kept us informed with photos and communication on her website and via phone. The girls looked so healthy, happy and well fed, I know they were in good hands and believe that no other place would even hold a flame to these guys. If you need some one to care for your pups don't go anywhere else as they care and really know animals inside and out. Thank you, we could tell its not just a job for you and it really shows.

Absolutely Recommend Tiptree, they looked after our Cocker Spaniels for 2 weeks and the dogs didn’t want to leave. The most lovely people, trust them completely with our dogs.

Steer clear! While away interstate on holiday we received a call to say there is a threat of bushfire and we are evacuating the kennels but are leaving your dog behind because you did not leave an emergency phone number (despite being told by a staff member that it was not really necessary ) You can imagine how distressed and upset we were and how disappointed we were at the attitude of the owner even after we pleaded for him not to be left and possibly facing a horrible death alone. We cut our holiday short and raced home to get him but what a horribly upsetting and distressing end to our vacation cannot possibly recommend

We've always felt so comfortable leaving our dogs at Windamere Pet Retreat while we are away and the dogs have always been happy to go off to boarding when we arrive for drop off. We love all the extras that they offer and seeing the dogs enjoying themselves on the instagram is always nice. Highly recommend, all the staff are lovely a true animal lovers.

We have a cat and two dogs. We have taken our fur babies to many different kennels and they have always come home the happiest from Windemere. Their cat area is fantastic, we take our older boy there knowing he will be safe and warm. There are plenty of obstacles there to keep our working dog breeds active and mentally stimulated. Windemere is the only local kennel/pet retreat we trust.

We have used Windamere for our two dogs over the last few years. They have always been very helpful, especially with our eldest boy Max. He was blind and diabetic and needed twice daily injections which they accommodated. They made his stay each time as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend them.

I never like to be separated from my Minature Schnauzers Molly & Fergus because they suffer from separation anxiety, but when I can’t travel with them they go on holiday to Windamere Pet Retreat. Sharing accommodation helps them to settle in. This time they stayed 3 weeks. I was so happy and relieved when the photos and updates came through via Instagram. They looked happy too! The staff are so special and have a real rapport with all pets in their care. Supervised Paddock and Play time allowed my babies to excercise and do what all dogs love to do. Conveniently located not far from the southern suburbs is great. I wouldn’t leave my Molly & Fergus anywhere else.

My big staffy loves it here. He's been here twice, loves the runs, the staff are absolutely wonderful. And he always get a bath before he comes home. Keep up the wonderful work guys

Thank you for taking such great care of my fur babies while I was in hospital and recovering from surgery. Marie and Phoenix came home today happy and relaxed. I took advantage of the training while they were there and received daily updates on what they were up too. Their smiles in the photos sent to me during their stay says it all. I absolutely can't say enough good things about Windamere. On a day when I needed it most, they came to the rescue. It was my first day back to work after a year, and I had initially booked my furry friend into another daycare facility. Unfortunately, their facilities were not equipped to handle him. In a panic, I called Windamere, and they truly saved the day. Without hesitation, they booked my boy in and put my mind at ease. The staff at Windamere is nothing short of amazing. Their dedication to the wellbeing and happiness of the dogs in their care is truly heartwarming. I'm grateful to have found a place I can always count on to look after my boy and shower him with love. Windamere has become a lifeline for both my dog and me. We recently had to put our pet dog Oscar into Windamere for a short stay. He is an anxious dog and has separation anxiety since losing his big brother Max. The staff at Wndamere are always very accommodating and understanding for Oscars needs and go the extra mile to ensure his stays are comfortable. We now have our two cats and Oscar booked in for an extended stay and have peace of mind that they will all be safe and cared for while we are away. I highly recommend Windamere to care for your fur babies.

Always brilliant. Staff love our Mini the Pug as if she was their own! Just spent 3 weeks at her Holiday Resort and came out better behaved than when she went in! This is her fifth stay!

Amanda and I have been taking Floyd our rag doll cat and Morris our Cocker Spaniel to Windamere for a few years now and they loves it there. Outdoor run and great staff make it a great experience for them.

Steph & Adrian are nothing but incredible. I’ve been sending my Staghound, Tori here 3 days a week & for occasional overnights for a few months now. I just can’t get over how accommodating they are. I adopted T a year ago not knowing she suffers from severe Separation Anxiety. To the point where she can’t be at home by herself, ever. As I slowly work through these issues and help her gain confidence to do so, S&A have saved us. I can ALWAYS count on S&A to have her. There have been times I’ve texted Steph last minute asking if she can stay overnight or be minded for an hour so I can do food shopping, go out for dinner or run into the office - and she has replied almost instantly with a yes every time. We’ve tried multiple daycares before finding S&A but I wouldn’t take Tori anywhere else now. I truly believe their services are better than a commercial daycare & the pricing is insane compared to what some places in Adelaide charge. They constantly update me with photos (see some of the photos I’ve received attached), keep her stimulated & provide a safe space for her to thrive with her friends. Tori almost jumps out the window every time we pull onto the street now, she loves going there so much. When we eventually overcome Tori’s anxieties, I will continue to send her to Steph and Adrian a few days a week to keep her social, stimulated and just because she loves it so much! They are so friendly and they love all the dogs like their own. If you need a day care or sitter, do yourself a favour & go and have a meet & greet. You and your pup won’t regret it 🐾

We were so happy with S&A Dog Sitting! The meet and greet went so smoothly and they were so informative and reassuring. We knew our pup was in good hands and the updates via email while we were away gave us piece of mind that our pooch was well taken care of. We will definitely be using them again! Would recommend them to anyone who wants their pup to feel like they're at a home away from home!

My puppy stayed there one day and she didn't want to leave. They have been keeping me posted during the day about her being. We definitely will leave our puppy here with confidence that she's been cared for and loved and played safely with other dogs.

This was the first time I have had my puppy looked after. I was concerned about him going to a normal kennel. Steph and Adrian were amazing providing updates with photos almost everyday. Can't recommend enough. Very professional and accommodating. My elderly and seperation anxiety dog loves going there.Responds in a timely manner when asked how he is going during the day. Also takes and sends lovely photos of him to my phone.

Highly recommend. Adrian and Steph’s caring approach shined through from the moment I met them. They take the time to understand and know your dogs and my dogs always come back happy (and have clearly enjoyed their time!) They always keep me up to date and I love their regular updates and photos which gives me peace of mind whilst I’m away from my fur babies. Caring, friendly and accommodating service!

Stephanie and Adrian provide a loving environment for the dogs they look after. The yard is big for all the dogs to play. They take all dogs needs into account. I would highly recommend them to looking after your dog whether it be for day care, overnight care or long stays.

I can not rate Adrian and Steph highly enough. They looked after our Cavoodle Eddie for many times over the last year. Their love and care for Eddie was apparent from the word go. Each time Eddie left then he grieved, each time we took him back he wa so excited. I can not recommend their services highly enough.
