There aren't enough words to describe the truly loving care our dogs have received from Lorna at We Love Pets - kind, caring, competent, compassionate. Lorna has helped us out with dog walks - she takes them on amazing walks - day care and also holiday boarding where they have a really wonderful time and we can go on holiday knowing that they will be totally loved and cared for. Lorna has cared for our dogs at all stages of their lives including our elderly dog suffering from dementia and our young dogs when they were puppies. Lorna is amazing and our dogs absolutely ADORE her! Can't recommend Lorna, Jo and their team enough.

Monty has had daily walks with the Farnham We Love Pets team since he was 16 weeks old (he’s now nearly 2). He loves his walks and it’s lovely to receive pictures and video footage to see what he has been up to whilst I’m at work. They are reliable and accommodating and it’s nice to know he is well looked after. Monty is happy and that’s good enough for me.

We love pets began walking my dog 18 months ago, when she was 8 months old, she was a very lively German shepherd, not the easiest of clients to take on. I feel they have handled her very well, and helped with the socialization. I like the way they use the commands I use, and will be firm with her when necessary.there have been two walkers over the 18 month period, and she really loves both of them. So yes I would recommend them.

I looked around lots of dog walking services, all of which left me with concerns, but as soon as I talked to We Love Pets and met Debby, I knew I had found a business and people who ran their business properly, had all the right training, didn't walk dogs in huge packs and generally understood dogs and their owners. Hugo loves going out with Debby and does things for her that he won't even do for us (like jump into the car) and the pictures she takes on their walks are lovely. I would highly recommend We Love Pets

I could not recommend this company enough! they are so reliable and always do their best by their customers and of course their little furry friends! Helen took care of of my two cats while I was on holiday (before the lockdown) and the care given was second to none! It's fantastic that you receive photos and updates after each visit, we so looked forward to seeing how our kitties were getting on each day! Our cats were taken care of in the comfort of their own home so no stress for them! Jo and Lorna and all of the team are absolutely fantastic and you can really see the care and love that they put into their work! Thank you very much and I will certainly be using the company again!

What a great experience we've had with We Love Pets! Our cocker spaniel races out of the door with barely a glance back for his parents when Louise comes to take him out for a walk, which is testament to how much he enjoys the time! Reliable, genuine dog lovers and I feel safe leaving my precious pooch in their very capable hands!

I have two cats, Honey and Elvis and I asked ‘We Love Pets’ to help look after them while I was away on business. They were absolutely fantastic and did a wonderful job! They sent me daily photos which I enjoyed receiving and helped to provide comfort that my little kitties were happy and well. The cats were extremely well looked after and I would use these services again! The team were incredibly flexible when I needed some urgent and last minute help and I really appreciated how they responded. A thoroughly professional service. Lorna and Jo at We love Pets are amazing. We have been their clients for over a year and we could not do without them. They love Mabel our miniature daschund and every week when she goes to Lorna's for the day she jumps out of the car and rushes in so happy to be visiting again. I would not hesitate to recommend them for walking, day boarding or over night boarding. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We booked our 8 month old puppy in to Lorna's care whilst we went on holiday for ten days. We just couldn't bring ourselves to book her into kennels, especially as she was a lockdown pup. From the moment I met Lorna we were welcomed into her home and I knew she would be amazing. Rosie got to socialise with her pets, including a dog loving cat, and other dogs on day trips. Lorna went above and beyond with regular WhatsApp photos and updates of her adventures. Lorna and her husband cared for our dog like she was one of the family. I traveled a fair way to Andover but it was well worth the drive and the money. Rosie looks forward to the next visit!

We have been using We Love Pets since since November 2018. Our dog loves the We Love Pets. We have met various people from We Love Pets, walkers and boarders and they have all been lovely and our dog throughly enjoys the time she has spent with all of them. Jo & Lorna are very helpful with coordinating schedules and meeting your needs (our dog went through a period where she couldn't walk and they were very flexible with arranging dog visits and short walks). We would definitely recommend the group to any one looking for a walker, pet visit, and/or boarder in the area.

Waggy Walks 4 Dogs is a true home from home. Our frenchy loves his daycare visits , and boarding holidays there. He couldn’t be in safer hands & Vicky treats him like one of her own. The care and attention to his very specific needs is incredible , along with Vicky’s superb knowledge , love and dedication to all dogs in her care. I highly recommend. 5*

Vicky is amazing with dogs and is highly reliable and trustworthy. I use her services for day care and boarding and my dog loves it. Communication is great and I always get photos and videos. There aren’t many people I trust to look after my dog but with Vicky I always know he’s in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

Vicky offers an amazing home boarding and day care service. She looks after all the dogs in our family and they really enjoy their stay. Absolutely excellent! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog. A wonderful home from home & a fun, safe & comfortable retreat that my pup loves to visit. Vicky takes the dogs on enriching walks & spends quality time playing with, training & loving each dog & treats them as part of her family. I always receive regular updates & wonderful photos when my dog is boarding which gives me total peace of mind. A wonderful service that I am incredibly grateful for.

We could not recommend Vicky and Paul enough, there is no one else we would trust to look after our Italian Greyhound. Vicky treats our iggy with the same love, care and attention we would at home. Her support, advice and help has been greatly appreciated. Looking after our dog from a very excited puppy to a now much calmer (albeit particular!) 4 year old! They’ve always been there for us when we needed them and gone above and beyond for our dog who we miss terribly when she isn’t with us, but we know she is safe and in a home away from home with a good routine.

Vicky is amazing. Without her help, knowledge and wealth of experience I wouldn’t have done so well in getting my 4 star rating for my doggy daycare and boarding business. Vicky is professional but also really lovely. I’m so glad I called her to ask one simple question when I first started. Absolutely fantastic company. Vicky takes such good care of my whippet when we go on holiday and it gives such peace of mind knowing he is so happy and well taken care of. I love the regular updates we receive and he gets on brilliantly with her dogs. Vicky really does provide a home from home service and he is treated like one of her family when he stays. My dog has been going here for nearly a few years now. It started as someone to look after the dog on occasions when we were away but he loves it so much he goes every week. Not only are her packs absolutely fantastic and helped me get through my application and inspection immensely but every step of the way she has been there for support in so many ways. I couldn’t have done so well with my paperwork without her and the pride I had showing my inspector was because of her and the knowledge and confidence that her pack and guidance provided. 100% recommend! Phil worked with my dog to build up his confidence in being taken for walks (after having had another dog walker where he'd developed a fear of the van). Not only did Phil build up Otis' confidence, he built up mine, with photos, video clips to show me how Otis was progressing. Otis loves Phil and when I was taking Otis for a walk, I got dragged over to Phil by an excited Otis. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

I have had Phil and Alex look after our cat Peter for a number of years when we've taken a short break. We're always kept updated and know that he is safe hands whilst away. Would recommend.

Alex and Phil took great care of our cat Jamie while we were in Devon for the week. We were impressed right from the initial meeting where Alex was extremely thorough and Jamie seemed comfortable around her straight away. They went above and beyond, even cleaning up the remains of a mouse and putting our bin out for us, and we absolutely loved the daily report card on our return. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend to family & friends! We'll feel a lot less nervous about going away now we know we can trust them to look after Jamie for us (:

Many thanks to Alex and Phil for looking after our two cats Millie and Scoots for a week. Both cats are quite timid, especially Scoots, and have never been looked after by anyone outside of family who they know. It made a huge difference and was very reassuring to know that they were looked after in their own home. The daily log of their activities was interesting to read as it showed Phil had a real understanding of their true characters. We would highly recommend this service.

Great service from lovely people. I met with Alex before we went away and immediately trusted her to look after our cat. Our cat is very shy but was happy and content when we came back and coming home to a daily report card we knew she'd be cared for well. They also kept my chilli plants alive so very grateful for that! Would definitely recommend.

Alex and Phil provide a brilliant service, are friendly, reliable and often flexible when we need to change plans or book in last minute! Thoroughly recommend Petpals Basingstoke. Our cats are much happier being able to stay in their own home whilst we are away as well.

Phil looked after our cat Oscar for 15 days. It was our first time using Petpals and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again. Kept us updated with a daily log and came home to a contented cat.

Our 2.5 year old cockapoo Dusty has been walked (and loved) by the Petpals Basingstoke team for about 18 months ago and I can't recommend them highly enough. The care and love for the pets they look after is so very clear and Dusty gets stupidly excited just hearing the van turn up outside. Even though we've worked from home fully over the last year we've kept the walks as they are great socialisation and good for her happiness! So great to know that they can relied on, supporting at really short notice without any complaint and always making the dog number 1. Absolutely recommend to all!

So happy to have found Petpals Basingstoke. We have just came back from an 8days holiday and needed a reliable pet sitter to look after our two 20-months old kitties. The thought of leaving the cats by themselves was pretty nerve racking and cattery wasn't an option for us but Alex was fab. Came back to 2 happy kitties, as if we had never left. Highly recommended.

We left our 2 kittens with Alex for the whole weekend - 2 visits daily. They were both on medications so it wasn't an easy decision. Alex came to meet the kittens few days before and was keen to know their characters and habits. We also received text messages on Sat to confirm that they both eaten their medicines and they are doing fine. Over all - very pleasant and professional service.

Highly recommend Trusted Pet Carers - we honestly wouldn’t leave Ellie, our Golden Retriever, anywhere else..! We can relax knowing that she’s in safe & loving hands ...

Daisy rabbit has had the best holiday at The Hedgerow Hotel! Jamie was amazing from start to finish and provided us with lovely updates whilst we were away. A great little haven for small furry friends, highly recommended!

Our two house bunnies had a lovely time at the Hedgerow Hotel - Jamie and Phil looked after the bunnies as if they were their own, with regular updates to let us know how the buns were getting on and lots of cuddles for the buns! Jamie was very responsive and reassuring during the booking process. It was such a relief to know that our bunnies were in good hands and being well looked after whilst we were away. We will definitely be booking them in again next time we are away!

Couldn't recommend highly enough. Not easy finding somewhere with the facilities and knowledge to take two separate chinchillas. Absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Photo updates were a brilliant touch and made us feel even more at ease. Thank you very much!

I have a little dachshund called Ruby. Typically to the breed Ruby is stubborn highly judgmental and will only take to very few humans. She likes to play with who she likes and can be reactive to other dogs if not introduced in the correct manner. Best buddies look after my girl when I cannot be there during the working week, they know and understand all her “ways” and know exactly how to interact and sooth her. After two and half years since she joined their family they have cared for her and helped to nurture her when in their care. I would not hesitate to recommend them and have many times to friends. I know when she is there I don’t need to worry, she’s our world and we would not trust her with anyone but them xx pictures of her first few days and more recent two years down the road 🥰

The Best Buddies team are outstanding with the dogs in their care. They mix and match dogs they look after to get the best out of everyone- they don’t just lump any and all dogs together without thought. The team give you updates on your pooch as well as any tips they might feel you should know. Our dog Baxter truly thinks Best Buddies is his second home and loves the whole team. 5 stars isn’t enough for Best Buddies, we love them.

Just under a year ago I wrote this “You guys are wonderful. All the pups have such fun. And our Millie is totally crashed out. She loves her day out at ‘play school’.” At the time our girl was just 10 months old and still finding her way in the doggy world. Just over a year later she has continued to love her time with Best Buddies. She literally drags us to the door each time she visits and over time has become a confident, sociable dog who just loves everyone (hoomans and pups). The whole team spend so much time with the dogs, individually and as a group. On fair weather days there are walks and games and even on rainy days there are enrichment exercises. During longer stays when we are away our girl enjoys her time as a member of the family. Something that wouldn’t necessarily happen in the more austere environment of a traditional kennel. The care and understanding of each dog’s needs are second to none. Don’t know what we’d do without you.

Sam and family have looked after my beautiful Oscar since he was a tiny pup. They aren't just dog walkers but part of our family now. Oscar absolutely loves them all and he has an amazing doggy family he plays with every day. It has been essential to his own socialisation and we know that he is safe in their hands. Sam is also so knowledgable about dogs which, as first time dog owners, has been essential for training and maintaining a healthy dog. Sam takes lots of videos of the dogs playing and this really helps us to see what he is up to and just how much fun he is having. The dogs are all lovely and are clearly all totally devoted to Sam, Courtney and Luis. I would recommend 100% with no reservations. If you are looking for someone to love your dog as much as you do, these special people will.

My dog Bailey stays with Best Buddies twice a week. When I have to travel with work or go on holiday, Best Buddies are the only ones I trust with my special boy. When he is collected he runs out of the house without even a glance back at me. Tail wagging he runs to Sam , Courtnee and Luis ready for his day ahead. Actions speak a thousand words and his actions show me how happy he is with Best Buddies. I have complete trust that my dog’s well being is in good hands. For me finding Best Buddies and seeing the special bond Bailey has built with the family, is a great comfort to us. Thank you all for caring so much for my very needy boy.

My Jack Russell Rooney cannot get wait to get to his doggy day care with Sam, Tom and Luis at Best Buddies. He gets a whole lot of love, doggy socialisation, walks and stimulation; and I can see clearly just how happy he is there while I'm at work. Sam and her family look after all the dogs they care for as though they are their own, and that's why I recommend Best Buddies unreservedly.

The whole team at Best Buddies are wonderful. They’ve shown my retrievers so much love, kindness and fun over the years we’ve been using their services and I can’t recommend them enough. They really take the time to understand your dog and love them like their own. Highly recommended.

This is a really lovely, caring family business. I can go to work knowing that Enya is well cared for and having fun with her dog and human friends. I feel very fortunate that I have found such wonderful people that take the time and trouble to really see the personality of the dog. They clearly love what they do and are very accommodating to the owner's needs as well. It is a vital service for those of us who work and close to the train station is an added bonus.

Stacey is great! She is really reliable and is really caring towards our cats. They are very comfortable with her which is really nice for us when we go away. She is really good at keeping in contact whilst being with the cats and sends us regular photos updating us with them. Would 100% recommend Stacey!

Stacey started walking our pup from 12 weeks. She was so good at coming in for puppy play time when she was too small to walk. Now she takes her out for long walks , and with other dog friends too. Our pooch loves Stacey. We also love her! She is super good at communication and bookings, always accommodating. She really cares about our training style and has helped us with all the puppy stages from teething to recall enforcing. We have a highly active working breed and Stacey handles her very well.

I've been relying on Stacey for years, and she's fantastic. When our dog was a pup she would take him for short walks and spend the rest of the time playing with him. He's now nearly 3 year's old and goes for an hour walk with Stacey every few days. She's introduced him to new dog friends and he is always excited to see her. She's very accommodating and is great at communicating and responding. I feel very confident that Stacey is always alert to the dog's well-being and I'm so glad we found her!

We are so glad we found Stacey when we moved to the area. She has been such a delight to have walk and and look after our dog, especially with how flexible and caring she is. Stew has been walking our Sprocker spaniel for almost a year now and we are so impressed with his service. He loves Russ for his crazy authentic self and nothing is ever too much trouble. His care for the dogs is second to none and he will do anything to make sure they have a fun and safe walk. With two shift workers it can be tricky to sort dog care so we love the flexibility of Wags of Adventure and the drop in option that is offered if it is needed. Stuart has cared for our indoor ragdoll cats on a few occasions now and was brilliant. He took extra care knowing we don’t have a porch and they could get out. He would text and send pictures and give updates. Highly recommend

Stewart at Wags of Adventure is honestly the best dog walker we’ve had! He is so attentive and Ralph absolutely loves him! We’ve never had a problem and so reliable! By far the best decision we’ve made! He always ensures Ralph safety is priority. Ralph has come a long way since using Wags of Adventure! Cannot recommend Stewart enough 🙂

Not long home, having left my dogs at the kennels for a week. I was so anxious about leaving them. I haven’t done so before. I can honestly say that the staff were brilliant, putting up with my non stop phone calls and my need for reassurance. :) One of the boys is a real worrier and a fussy eater. They really went above and beyond to make sure he was happy, relaxed and well fed. It was so nice to see how comfortable they were with the kennel staff. Happy and bouncy. Such a huge weight off my mind.

This was our first time leaving our one year old French Bulldog Molly in a kennel. Bowenhurst Kennels I recommend highly. The owner and all the staff really look after them really well. Molly was settled and happy all the time she was there and when we collected her she was happy to see us. Thank you so much for looking after her so well we will definitely be returning again 😊

THE first week I left my furry baby here and I must say it is the best kennel I have ever known. My dog is not stressed or angry with me like at other kennels. From now on this is going to be my kennel par excellence since both the workers and the environment and place are admirable. My baby, Happy, has been super well and very happy and in the best hands and super well taken care of and this can be seen as soon as I see my dog. I recommend this kennel 100%. If you are only looking and want the best for your fur babies, look no further, this kennel is undoubtedly the best.

My puss, Elsie, seemed well pleased when I collected her. I asked her to tell me if she had any complaints and she said 'Me, 'ow?', so I am assuming everything was ok. The staff seem to be a caring bunch, which is reassuring.

I cant say enough good things about Penny and her team, they are amazing. My 3 hooligans have been staying at Bowenhurst for a few years now and love it. They get excited when we arrive which tells me their happy to be there and always come home fit, healthy and happy. A real pets retreat 😄 …

Our Beagle has stayed here many times ove the past years . He is always happy to go and comes away happy. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and clearly love the dogs .

We left our gorgeous dog here for just over a week. Picked him up with him in clear distress and discomfort crying and rubbing his face along the floor. Large wet patch on face. The lady told me “Oh I think he has an ear infection I just use this powder it should sort it!” I said don’t you think it needs veterinary attention she replied “ maybe” When I got him home he was traumatised with pain on inspection I could instantly tell he had a huge hotspot on his face and ear problems. Vet visit today has cost me £800 I realise hotspots grow fast but he definitely needed veterinary attention and for this I feel he was neglected in a way I find unacceptable. Never again!

Visited initially to see if it would be suitable for our dog, very clean, well maintained and professional site. After boarding our dog here for a long weekend she came back in a positive, yet tired, manner showing she had been well engaged/exercised. Staff were polite and open throughout will definitely use again

The most amazing people, I becoming very unwell, they took control of my girl, they called an ambulance, they were so kind, I was seriously ill for many days, i knew my girl was safe and loved all the staff, I cannot recommend them more, thanks to all at bowenhurst kennels, love linda and zaynah xx

Extremely rude and ask what size before they tell you 'no we don't have space' - very strange anyone would think I have massive dogs (both medium at best)
