Hattie was very kind and had a smooth process for kenneling my dog, Jaxon. My dog has anxiety and typically doesn't do well away from home. However, he did exceptionally well here and we are very thankful. I will definitely bring Jax back should I need this service again.

We Love our groomer!! Her prices are fair and she does a perfect job for all of our Shih-tzu's. She has been helpful in fitting us in when our schedules have been crazy.

She is going to care for my Dachshund and my son's dog in July. We are so excited to board them with her facility. We met with her and toured the facility. She has cameras so that she can watch the dogs during the day while grooming in the shop and at home. I really like that idea. We both felt so comfortable to leave on our trip after meeting with her. She is also a groomer. I loved her entire set up. The facility was clean and well maintained. She does have a safe fenced in outside area with cameras. I have already referred her to several people. I definitely found a great person to care for my spoiled doggie. ❤️😁 EDIT: PICKED UP OUR PETS TODAY. VERY SATISFIED. SHE KEPT IN TOUCH WITH IS WHILE ON VACATION. I WILL DEFINITELY USE HER AGAIN.

I’ve been going to Miss E’s for a while now. I trust her and my little guys are happy to go there and see her. Her shop is adorable and she does a great job! If you’re looking for a groomer this is it! They both got cute little ties when I picked them up. I mean how cute is that?

I took my miniature schnauzer/ german shepherd mix, Lilly to Miss E's today & I love the outcome! Lilly was done within 1 1/2 hours which is quicker than any groomer we've tried before. The cut is exactly what I asked for all the way down to her feet! We'll be back to Miss E's for sure!

I took my Aussiedoodle to Miss E and I have to admit I was nervous, as my puppy is my baby.. I will be using Miss E from this point forward, she is so kind and she did such a wonderful job grooming her. I would give her 10 stars..

This is one of my favorite places to take my boys. My dogs are like my children and I trust this establishment so that's saying Alot! They do great work. Very polite, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about fur babies.

It was our first time using Landseer Boarding, for our 2 Samoyeds. Above and beyond pleased, was extremely clean and alot of yard for them to get outside. I highly recommend Landseer Boarding. This was our first time using boarding services and my babies were well cared for. I had no worries about who was taking care of them. We got updates on them while we were on vacation as well as pictures. The kennel is very clean, smells great. We will definitely be using their services again.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Landseer Boarding and so do Lovie and Simba!!!!!! My pups have stayed there multiple times, and I couldn’t be happier!!!!! They start wagging their tails as soon as we pull into their driveway!!! They LOVE the huge fenced in area and get to play with other super sweet pups too!!!! The facility is always SO CLEAN, and they have plenty of space in their room :) They are extremely kind and take such good care of all the dogs!!!! I am extremely thankful for them!!!!

This was by far the best boarding experience I have ever had. My dogs were loved and very well taken care of. They looked so happy in their pics throughout their stay. I will never board my dogs anywhere else!!!!! Thank you so much for loving my fur babies just as much as I love them!!!!!!

Mitchell & Katie took amazing care of our boys! Their boarding facility is top-notch and we were able to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing our boys were well-loved. They sent regular pictures and text updates, drop off and pick up were well-coordinated, and we will definitely be repeat clients.

This was our first time leaving our girl with Mitchell and Katie. We are so glad we did. She came home happy and relaxed, at least as relaxed as a German Shepherd ever is! Thank you for taking care of Beeja for us!

Lori Mason has been involved with my dog Haze since I got him as a 2 month old puppy. She spends a considerable amount of time with him due to my work schedule. She does amazing with him. She doesn't do just the standard feeding and walking. She actually loves him, she plays with him. She teaches him with patience. Not only does she help with my dog Haze, I also have 2 10 month old cats who she loves on when I'm not around to do so. The moment she walks in all of my pets get excited to see her! If given the chance to introduce Lori to your pets, I would recommend taking full advantage of it! You will be 100% satisfied.

Lauren dog sat for me for 10 days. She went over and above while watching Daisy. Not only did she go to my house 3 times a day to let Daisy out but she checked the temp of my house and open windows so Daisy would be comfortable. She spent a very good amount of time with Daisy playing ball. She also cut her nails for me It has been hard to find someone to come to my house 3 times a day and that will spend time interacting with our dog. Lauren has a true love for animals so I will continue to call her when I go out of town. Also she was willing to worked with me to keep the cost within my budget!!!!

Lori Mason was amazing with our dogs. She stayed in our home while we went on vacation. She gave us the peace of mind that our pooches would be loved and cared for.

EDIT: As you can read in the owner’s reply, she totally ignored addressing their rude, condescending and unprofessional actions and attitudes since she and Shelly know that is true. As you can also see, I did NOT have shave my dog to the skin to deal with “all the matting.” 🤣 Again, I wouldn’t trust these people as far as you could throw them. If a groomer treats a pet parent that way, how do you think they treat your dog when you’re not around? That is why I took both of my dogs from their “care” as well. Best wishes, as your business, lack of knowledge, falsehoods and attitudes wouldn’t last a second outside of Kokomo in a real city or suburb of Indianapolis. Chasity and Shelly are very rude and condescending. Worst groomers I’ve ever had to deal with. They need to be educated on what “matting” and a few “tangles” really are. They should refer to their OWN website! Not going to put up with their snooty attitudes, lies, and know-it-all demeanor. I have a grooming background myself so they can’t pull the wool over my eyes. Took my dogs, then left after 5 mins of nasty comments, treatment and remarks. Won’t be back and definitely won’t recommend.

Tracie did so good with my little baby! She was so gentle and made me aware she wouldn't force my puppy to do anything she didn't want. It was her first time ever getting a cut and it looks so good! Will be back!

Boone and I were their very first customers. Actually, if I recall correctly, Boone stayed at "Always About Pets" the day before they opened. I was in a bind, called and the ladies were happy to help me out. Over the years, Boone has stayed dozens of times. And now, as we pull in the drive, his tail flies because he knows he's going to "Summer Camp" (on several occasions he's even jumped out the back window of my parked truck and ran for the front door!). Care has always been top-notch, the staff polite & very professional, and I never hesitate to bring Boone back. They have even taken care of Boone after he had orthopedic hip surgery and at my home. I'll continue to bring Boone to "Always About Pets," and I have recommended them often to many. I know they love and care for Boone as I do.

They were unbelievable. My sweet poodle looked amazing. Their prices were fantastic. First groomers that didn't smell. Exceptionally clean. Very honest and kind owners. Finally found our new groomers.

My great dane mix HATES getting her nails cut and it's always a big ordeal when we have to go in because she fights it. They were really great with her, kept her relatively calm, and were able to get it done quickly! I was VERY impressed.

The staff is amazing and went above and beyond for our fur baby! We boarded her, as we have before. This time there was a major medical issue with our dog. They called us and rushed her to the vet. She is going to be ok, but if they hadn't recognized the seriousness of the issue, she may not be with us today. There are no words to express how much we appreciate their concern, compassion and immediate response. I would highly suggest you trust your fur babies with them! Thank you a thousand times over!

I was a long time customer with pet sitting, the last time I had them watch my pets was great, however when I went to pick up my keys, she handed me my keys and said "we're not pet sitting anymore, call this person instead." It was not Hope whom talked to me but her sister, and she couldn't have been more rude. I have patronized this business for many years and felt I deserved a better send off than that. Unfortunately, I will never use or recommend them again after that.

Every time I've taken my animal there, they have called me saying she's too matted and it's just more humane to shave them. They obviously don't think I took the time to brush her before I came in which I did. Every time the price increased and the job was more poorly done then the last time. They claimed it took 2 hours to shave her that poorly. Which priced out to over 40$ an hour. Will never go back or recommend.

Excellent doge grooming and boarding! Very friendly staff! The only issue is it might be a week or two until you can bring your doge in for grooming since they have a busy schedule with other doges but it's worth the wait.

I have used Pawsitively Spoiled several times and have been extremely satisfied. This last time, I was out of the country and my old dog was not doing well. They took extra special care of her! It's very comforting to get written updates after each visit and pictures of my fur babies! They are very easy to work with.

My wife and I found ourselves in a predicament when our normal pet sitter was out of town the same time we had an anniversary trip planned. I heard about this company from family that had used them years ago, the owner has changed since then but he has improved the already great business in multiple ways. The detailed notes and pictures from each visit truly eased our mind while away and seeing how happy they were with each sitter was so great because honestly I was worried about one of them. I will absolutely 100% use this service again and recommend them to any and everybody.

Rod & staff are caring and reliable. They recently came to our rescue during a scheduling snafu — at 9:30pm, they went to our home to check on our cats who had been alone all day. Highly recommend Pawsitively Spoiled for home visits while away. In addition to pet care, they will bring in mail and packages and water plants.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I have used their services for almost two years now. We all love our fur babies and the crew at Pawsitively Spoiled treats Brewer like their own. In fact, sometimes I think he enjoys them more than me! It is so great to be able to relax when away knowing Brewer is being taken care of. I had a great experience using Pawsitively Spoiled while we were on vacation. Got loads of feedback how our dog was doing, pictures showing her chilling out. They even brought our mail in and watered some plants while we were gone. Jodi & Rod have a great team and they do a fabulous job. They also have their own 4-legged friends of their own. They truly love animals.

Pawsitively Spoiled was recommended to me by my vet and have a friend that has used their service for a while. Last year I was planning on getting a pup, but knew I needed to make arrangements for midday while I worked. Pawsitively Spoiled to the rescue! My pup is a year old now and loves her Pawsitively Spoiled visits 😍 I have 2 small dogs also. I love the calm feeling I get when I check my phone at work and see that Pawsitively Spoiled has been to my house, dogs had a potty break and treats. They have been GREAT, even when my Aussie pup was kind of wild when she was younger🤣. They love the pets, clean up if someone pukes 😏 and give me peace of mind. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Nicole at Pawsitively Spoiled has been my pet sitter for several years. My dogs love her and she loves them. She has always been reliable and answers quickly when contacted. If one needs medication, I know it will be given correctly. If one becomes ill, she will contact me and take them to my vet. Their professionalism, courtesy for my home, and respect for my furry four legged child and myself are above and beyond outstanding. I was unsure about having people into my home at first to visit Macy, but within 10 minutes of our meet and greet Rod and Jodi put me at ease. This was the 1st time Ive met the owners at Mince's Boarding. They were all as nice as they could be and as professional as they come. Very clean building and as friendly as family. Id have no problem recommending them to anyone...

We boarded my mom's little furr baby when she came for a short visit. The ppl were very friendly and happy to let her call or stop by just to check on him as she was worried about him as he has separation anxiety (he's a lap dog), lol. The only thing my mom said she would have liked was a separated room apart from the larger dogs, although all were in individual cages, she feared he wouldn't eat due to not being used to being around large loudly barking dogs. He did just fine though and mom said she would bring him to Minces again. Prices were $20/ night, she dropped him off Friday afternoon and picked him up around noon on Sunday, he only charged her $40. You bring your own pet's food and any bedding or toys.

I boarded my 2 dogs for 2 weeks back in Feb. They were just fine after picking them up. I would highly recommend them!

I have boarded my two golden retrievers here three times and I feel they were treated very good.... Just your basic kennel no frills clean and climate controlled...

We left our 10 month old puppy with a friend who kept telling us Bane was crying, not eating, and getting sick. We called around from our Condo in Florida and found this place. She listed to us and agreed to keep him. She faced time us and text frequently. Bane looked so happy running in the yard, going on a walk, and playing. We left a tip due to feeling under charged. Bane was so happy he gave hugs before leaving. We could not be happier and will definitely only leave Bane here in the future!

Kim was great! I've had bad experiences with Pet sitters in the past, but she made me feel comfortable from the beginning and was reassuring. She sent updates of our pups while we were away and took great care of our animals. She kept her word and came when she said she would and for how long she said she would which was important to us. Letting a stranger into your home isn't an easy thing to do, but you can count on Kim to be professional and love on your pets! :) We will definitely be booking Kim again in the future!

We have a GSD and 2 Labs and have had Kim watch our pups over the past three years. We have only wonderful things to say! She is great with communication and has been very flexible with our changing schedules. Kim takes great care of our dogs and is very attentive to how they are doing, letting us know if there is anything that seems off. We trust Kim with our dogs and couldn't recommend her more.

I used Kim for the first time last weekend. She was very professional and great with my labs. They loved her and behaved well with her. She takes her job very professionally and kept me apprised of everything going on as well as sending me pictures of my babies. I would highly recommend her.
