I recently boarded my cat at The Pet Suites in Olive Branch for the second time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is impeccably clean, and it’s clear that the staff truly cares for and loves the animals in their care. After each stay, my cat comes home relaxed and well-adjusted, which speaks volumes about the quality of attention she receives. In the past, I tried another facility, and unfortunately, my cat came home extremely stressed. The difference with The Pet Suites is night and day. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caring, compassionate place to board their pets.

We boarded our babies here while we went for my graduation! Our dogs have never been away from us. From the minute we walked in the building they made us and the dogs feel welcomed. We were kept in contact with the whole stay! Hands down the best place, they had so much fun they slept through the night once they got back home with us!

This was a first time visit for Chip. I was very impressed with the cleanliness; strict vaccination requirement; dogs are evaluated before being put in play time with other dogs & a periodic update with owner on dog’s activities with the option of camera views. Chip & I will return for more activities. Highly recommend.

Everyone was so friendly and pleasant. Plus, the service was exceptional and very affordable. My baby looked fabulous, and she was feeling herself.

Lindsey is a professional who is great at her job as a groomer. Axel has had the pleasure of being groomed by Lindsey for years. She does a fantastic job and always keeps him looking handsome. He enjoys seeing her on spa day. You will not regret booking your fur-baby's appointment with her.

By boy bane was there for roughly 2.5 months while other business was taken care of. I thought the staff was gonna cry when I took him home. Those girls really loved my dog like it was one of there’s. My dang dog didn’t want to leave with me🙄. But hey that says alot about how he was treated. All the staff was always very nice. One the best places to take your dog or cat when you want a get away. The staff is very professional, and handle your pets as if they owned them. Our pup has been going there since she was 3 months old for puppy preschool it’s awesome. When the day is over for puppy she is good and tired.

My dog was here first week of July, while I was out of town. I was so worried about her being here because she’s never been boarded before. BUT she did amazing AND the staff was amazing as well. The staff was friendly, caring and very responsive!! You can pay for a “pawgress” report which is pics, food schedule, their mood for that day and what dog they played with. The GM was very respectful and made this whole experience very comfortable. The bath service was amazing! I definitely recommend this place!

Utilized the coupon for free first day at puppy preschool. She was there for 10 hours and was only taken out of the crate to play for 30 minutes two times total. There were two other dogs in the puppy preschool that seemed to have showed up together and been bonded. They didn’t play with my puppy so she sat alone the whole time as the workers didn’t play with her either. It was very sad to watch how her day went on the cameras. She was sad and bored all day. I wouldn’t consider this a puppy preschool. Won’t be going back. We found a different puppy preschool where she fit in more and was appreciated.

Above and beyond. What I asked for was for someone to feed my cat and make sure they are ok. But every time I walk in from a trip, I find my cat's litter box area swept, mail organized on the table, and packages moved safely inside. Most recently, even my blue apron box was unpackaged and organized in the fridge. I am definitely glad to find Whispering Pines

We have used her for quite a few years. My dogs love her and it is such a relief to know that your fur babies and fishes are being well taken care of when you are away!

Board my Goldendoodle here for the weekend. Drop off and pickup hours worked well for me. Communicated via email a lot and they were very responsive. The facility didn't smell bad and the lobby appeared very clean. Prices very reasonable. Definitely plan to use them again.

Ryan and his crew are the bomb! You walk in and the air doesn't have the "multiple animals are here" smell. Everything is kept clean! The customer service is exceptional! They work with your pet(s), your 4 legged kids are kept clean, feed & watered, played with, petted & loved. My Rudy & Bailey are rescues. Ryan has personally worked with both pups. They listen, and understand. If you have to have them their for an extended time; call and make a play date with your loved one(s).

I can not commend the entire staff enough for everything they do!!! They take such great care of Chief every visit. I highly recommend to anyone needing to board the furry friend for a short stay

Our cat has been boarding here three times since May, they are affordable and offer excellent service! Mr. Kitty greets us at the door when we visit. The staff are friendly and we love everything about it!

First, let me say that I booked another stay before realizing what I discovered: When I went to pickup my senior dog, his new bed was soaked in urine and he was wet. I thought that I had not provided enough pampers; however, NOT ONE was used. I provided 10 pampers and returned home to discover all of them were left in his bag. I'm so hurt and disappointed, and I am going to cancel his future stay.

Great safe place to board your dog. My neighbor told me about Paw Inn & Suites when my normal boarding facility was booked. It is centrally located in Olive Branch, MS which makes it very easy to get it. They do require more vaccinations than other facilities but it is convenient to get your fur baby current on shots due to the animal hospital in front of their building. I have a Siberian husky who is full of energy. They tolerate my baby which is a major plus. I have never had issues. Try them….

Great price; good people. My 2 dogs were there for doggy day care daily for 2 months. They aren't used to people or other dogs, so were skittish at first. The folks there cared for them and ultimately they warmed up. Now they love going to see their friends! Thanks to the crew at Paws Inn!

Love this place and the workers! They care for and groom my 13 year old west highland white terrier to perfection! Reasonable prices and friendly staff. The grooming is consistent every time and our dog loves it there!

I recently boarded my dog and found out when I brought her home they did not give her her treats or cleaning teeth bones. The previous time I dropped her off they also did not give her her treats or bones either. I specifically brought that up a second time I brought her in and asked if they would make sure she received them. It just makes you wonder how good a care you're receiving if they can't do this one simple task. Furthermore, I also told them she needed to wear a coat as she is very cold cause I recently had her shaved. When I got her back she did not have it on because they stated she was walking out of it. But I also told them she had an additional jacket in her bag. They could have tried that one as it has Velcro. I now think my dog was freezing the entire time of her stay.I will find a new boarder!

Happi & Friends is a wonderful place! The staff obviously love animals and love what they do. My dogs were so excited and exhausted after daycare. I highly recommend!!

Weezie and Molly Jo absolutely love all their handlers and I can’t wait to go on there allotted of days of play day! They also love their play time in the big dog park! It’s just our favorite place!! I also want to add the girls stay the weekend for boarding and I have to say they enjoy themselves tremendously. They did a very good job.!

Chloe has been going to Happi and Friends for grooming for the past 6 months. Catherine does a great job with her- transforming her from the hot mess express ragamuffin back the The Baroness. Everyone at Happi is so friendly and professional. They truly love their clients. Great price too!

Hedwig has been going to Happi for daycare and boarding since he was 9 months old. He is two now and he absolutely loves it. The minute we drive into their parking lot the whining begins and he nearly yanks my arm off pulling on the leash to get in. That’s the best feeling in the world as an overprotective dog mom! I love that Emily, Phillip and the other staff know him and ALL of the other dogs by name. You can tell they really care about them. Wouldn’t send my boy anywhere else! We had probably the worst experience one can have at a pet boarding place. Our elderly German Shepherd was viciously attacked by a Cane Corso at this facility while we were on vacation earlier this year. I think this was a result of understaffing and a complete and utter lack of training. Our GSD is 9 and a gentle giant. He has been boarded at other places countless times over his life with zero issues. They took him to an emergency vet for surgery and when we came home, our beloved pet had multiple surgical drains from the operating wound and a massive area of devitalized tissue on his back. I'm looking at it today and it's literally taken 6-7 months to completely heal. It was initially a massive ulcer on his back that took months to contract and close. Then it would partially heal and reopen over and over again. The company initially refused to pay for anything until my wife posted the experience on Facebook and then they offered to pay for the vet bills and I think they refunded part or all of the boarding visit. They refused to give us the owner's name of the dog that attacked and they also refused to allow us to see the video footage of the incident. I think it says a lot when a pet boarding facility has zero webcams available for the dog owners. Anyway, the entire experience was horrifying and I wouldn't wish it on any loving pet owner.

Mia always enjoys her visits to Happi n Friends! She has done boarding there on many occasions plus we have her groomed there. She comes home happy, clean and content. Thank you Team Happi & Friends! Great job!!

First time boarding out dogs since moving to Collierville. They stayed for 10 days. They did great! The staff here are so kind and knowledgeable. We knew our fur kids would be treated with care. Cannot say enough about this absolutely gorgeous facility! First, time our dogs have not been in a crate over night when boarding.They have lovely suites that the dogs can easily move around. Nice off the floor dog beds, different light modes for anxious pups and TV's to keep them company. We opted for baths before pick up. Our babies looked well fed, clean and calm. We will definitely use Happi and Friends again!

First time at Happi and Friends. I will be returning with my furbaby Kane. He was treated to a free day of doggy daycare while he was groomed to perfection. His cut was on point and his nails were trimmed better than they have been done at the Vet. The price was very very reasonable.

My pets looked amazing, very reasonable prices, great customer service, easy to book your appointments, and they are quick. I drop my babies off at 9am and by noon-1pm they are texting me they are ready. I’m a fairly new customer. This was only my 3rd time and I’m very impressed and glad I found my new permanent groomer!!!!

My miniature poodle had a full groom, this was the best haircut he has ever had. Hannah did an amazing job. I have already booked his next appointments.

Our puppy loved his visit overnight and staff are friendly and we could check on him with video and they sent paw update reports with pictures of our loved puppy would use them again for sure

I boarded my greyhounds here because my usual place was full and I will not be returning. My dogs were well-cared for as far as I know, but for a $500 price tag (2 nights!) I expect staff to be helpful with drop off/pick up and if having a PetCam is part of the “value”, then I shouldn’t have to call to ask “where is my dog?”. I should also be able to see them in their holding area anytime they are in there (including overnight). To elaborate: during drop off and pick up, I had to prompt the staff members socializing in the office to assist with my dogs as they seemed happy to allow whoever is at the front desk to manage all of that alone and appear oblivious to a customer having difficulty managing big, anxious dogs at drop off/pick up. This happened at drop off and pick up. During my trip, I logged in several times, at different times of day (looked in the lodging/looked in the play areas cams) and couldn’t see one of my dogs. I called to ask and received the explanation that since I asked for them to be fed separately (because that’s what they’re accustomed to) they are not both visible on the PetCam. The person I spoke to added that the dog I couldn’t see (Rambo) wouldn’t eat unless she stayed with him. First: he’s a very food motivated boy, so that’s a first. Second: even if that happened, it is literally your job so why are you sharing this and what does that have to do with why I haven’t been able to see my dog on the PetCam? All this to say: for $250/night I expect superior customer service, not excuses. My usual place is half the price, with similar accommodations for my boys. Lots of outdoor time and a pool. The staff at my usual place help take the dogs back as soon as you walk in and help when you pick up. No PetCam, but the value of this is questionable given my experience with this establishment. If I had a great customer service experience at PetSuites, I would still say it is overpriced and would use it in a pinch if I had to. I did not have a good customer service experience though so I have that feeling you get when you know you got ripped off.

The boarding and daycare is awesome but the grooming is amazing. I took my doodle to be groomed yesterday 01JUL and they did an amazing job, best grooming we have had in a long time. Very thorough and not a hair out of place.

Loved the friendly and professional manner of the staff. The services they offer are outstanding, and I will definitely be bringing my pets back!

As always great service with people who obviously like what they are doing. Love the cam as I can (and have) been in Europe and am able to view my pooch. 5 stars all around.

My dog an English golden retriever (white golden) was groomed a full groom. She is 1 year old. I will say she has been groomed quite a few times in her life. First time for this salon.. I was so surprised how beautiful this dog looks. She’s never looked this beautiful. Every thing was perfect.. she was deshedded and hygiene cut with feet and feathers cut. She smells so good and was in my opinion perfect! Wow we will be using them monthly for her baths . I recommend them highly.

**Miracle Workers!** Osana and her team did an *amazing* job with my puppy! He has resisted grooming, to the point that I was completely at a loss—he was even turned away by another groomer because of his high energy. I couldn't even brush him myself! But Osana was so calm and reassuring, telling me not to worry, and she really worked wonders. My puppy looked so good, and I left with total peace of mind. A fantastic experience all around! ❤️

Today was our first trip to Osana’s Pet Salon, but will now be a regular for us. The team at Osana’s was so soothing, gentle, and loving to our golden doodle who was having her first trip to the groomer. They walked through the different cuts they recommended and asked about our preferences for her as well. Not only does she look amazing, but they were so great with our two kids who wanted to watch their pup finish her first cut. Our family is very impressed with the care and grooming process and will definitely be back for many, many more. #doodlelife

I was recommended Unleashed by a family member. However, they didn’t answer the phone or ever call me back to make an appointment like their voicemail said they would. So, I got online and started searching for dog groomers. See, I’ve never owned a long haired dog before and I recently inherited the sweetest 12 year old girl. She needed grooming bad. I saw this place had a good rating and I called. Making an appointment was quick and easy. They did so well with my dog. She looks amazing and I will be bringing her back! The only thing I could “complain” about, and it’s my fault too so I won’t harp on it. When I made the appointment I made it clear I had never been with them before or gotten a dog groomed before. The lady on the phone said that was fine and did not tell me that a dog had to have updated shot records to get groomed. I had no proof of shot records prior to appointment because I had only had the dog for 3 days at this point. If my vet apt hadn’t of been first I would’ve brought her to the groomers just to be turned away because no one mentioned to me that this was a requirement. I would have appreciated when I said “I’ve never gotten a dog groomed before” for them to have let me know that. I had to call and reschedule once I found that information out so I could get those records and shots updated for my dog.

I absolutely wish I could leave Osanas 5 stars. I love the results on my Shih Tzu from my visit yesterday. He looks like a completely different pup, but in a good way. I am totally satisfied with his grooming. He’s not traumatized or in shock, and is functioning like his normal happy self. I also love that Osanas sends out plenty of appointment reminders and also a follow up message to see how your appointment went. My reasoning for leaving 3 stars is very personal. Firstly, as a local guide, I enjoy taking pictures of many different establishments to give the community better insight on what that specific business has to offer. As I was in Osanas, I loved how cute the salon was and began to take pictures of the many things I liked. I did snap a few pictures of my pup as he was being groomed, because he’s my new fur baby and I was very excited. The young ladies doing the groom then got very awkward and had rude looks on their faces. One of them approached me and asked me to stop taking pictures and especially not with her face in anything. I hate that they ASSUMED that I was taking pictures of them, their entire demeanor was off (But if you look at the pictures attached, I definitely made sure to only have my pup in there, and not them) but I said “sure, I understand” I then left to sit in my car because I was uncomfortable at that point. After waiting for 3 hours in the car, I went in to check on my pup, and the young lady started saying, “Ma’am! Ma’am! Ma’am!” As soon as I walked in and looked around.. as if she was saying, what do you want? Why are you in here? It made me feel very uncomfortable.. I went back out to my car. My final reason for giving three stars is what makes me want to give 0 stars! My step father passed away about 3 months ago and the shih tzu was his baby! He took great care of him and loved him dearly. I was unaware that his family had no one to care for the shih tzu and about a month ago I decided to take him in. I scheduled an appointment for him to be groomed with Osanas right away, because I realized he was quite furry and had been matted pretty bad. The appointment was canceled due to the weather. I booked again immediately and he was seen yesterday. What I originally booked an appointment for was a groom and de-shed. After they had got him ready on the table, the young lady informed me that he would need to be completely shaven. And that the total would be $100, versus the $65 I was originally told. I was fine with it, but didn’t like the fact that they already started the shaving before informing me of the price difference. I was glad I had the extra cash anyways as they were not taking any card payments. The young lady who told me this came off as rude/blunt and was not personable at all. After my puppy was done, I was very happy to see him, but the young lady made me feel terrible that I had not gotten him from my step fathers family sooner. She lifted up the coat that was matted and shaved from him and bluntly/rudely was saying that it was the worse case she has ever seen in her life. I felt terrible and only thought about how my step father really did love this puppy and how he is no longer here with us. I felt as if I was being judged although I have not even had my puppy long and immediately took him in for service. They were not friendly to me at all and I felt very uncomfortable during my visit. I am happy with the results, but in the future, please don’t be quick to judge people when you have no idea of the situations tied to the reasons their animals need groomed.

Extremely long waiting list. few months ago my cat was groomed and he was matted pretty bad, the service was expensive but understandable. 2 baths and demanding and a haircut $150. I've been waiting 2 months and they call for to make an appointment. Then cal back for rabies record. He is a old cat, 100% indoors and his shots are expired, now they won't groom him unless he gets shots. Just a few months ago , no shots required, and his shots were expired now. The reason for the long wait is the cat groomer goes back to Mexico , it's not that they are booked up. Won't be back, don't bother sending emails, they don't respond

I took my seven months old goldendoodle in to be groomed at 9:30a.m. During check in, I was asked if she had been groomed before and I stated yes. I received a call from Osana at 3:30p.m. stating they were having difficulties grooming my puppy. The lady told me she would try again to get her groomed. I told her again that she had been groomed before. She stated she would call me when my puppy was ready. 4:00p.m. rolled around and I hadn’t heard from them since 3:30pm so I got in my car and drove there to check on my puppy. When I arrived at 4:45pm I was told she had not been serviced yet and asked if I could come back. Keep in mind that I dropped her off at 9:30am. I told the man who ask if I could come back that I would. I hung around in the area until they called me. At 6pm I received a call from Osana, the lady on the phone said “they wouldn’t let me cut her down, but she has matting on her chin and asked if I wanted it taken care of. I told her yes, we ended the call I went to get my puppy at 6:30pm, I asked the receptionist what was meant by the call I had received stating “they wouldn’t let me cut her down”. She stated that was just the way the lady talked and she meant my puppy wouldn’t let her cut her down. I paid $55.00 for a face trim, nail trim, and fanny. She stayed there from 9:30am-6:30pm. My puppy hair is still too long. That was a waste of my time and money. Never again.

I took my puppy to Osana’s after being highly recommended via FB. I spoke with the staff and they told me what to expect and if things change they would let me know. My puppy is seven months and has been groomed before. So, when I was told that for the first time they would only do a face trim and a few other things. I requested to get her cut down. When I went to pick her up, it looked as if nothing was really done besides fluffing her up and they said she had some matting, that was removed. But overall I was not pleased and when I complained and asked if they could cut her, the staff said that they’d have to wash her again but really didn’t offer to fix anything. My puppy’s hair is still in her eyes. I literally wasted $50. A lot of people spoke so highly of Osana’s and I just did not get that same feeling.

No question about it! They knew exactly what to do when we took our baby in! Completely happy and love that they knew just how to style Lexi! I would highly recommend!

I was feeling nervous about leaving my 11 month old doggie. They staff was kind & understanding of my feelings. They put my mind at ease by answering all my questions & letting me watch her interacting with the other dogs. The facility is very clean & well run. I feel that Dogtopia is a good fit for us.

The staff are so kind and help me take after our Gracie. If anything happens during the day they are quick to let me know. She had some stomach trouble and sent me pictures and kept me informed. They made sure to put balm on her paws when she was getting used to running around so much! They took amazing care of her for the week she boarded with her. Everyone is so kind and quick to answer questions.

We had the most exceptional experience at Dogtopia. Our dog was fearful of everyone except other dogs. After a few days/ week at doggy daycare he was a completely different dog, trusting and seeking out human affection. I can only imagine it was the kind, patient and nurturing staff that was reasonable for his transformation! He is now a very happy boy!! Thank you to everyone at Dogtopia for helping him get his happy back !

As most of us fur baby parents know, canine influenza has been on the rise. Our baby, Jennie, attends Dogtopia Daycare and Boarding on a regular basis, and they have been so upfront with disclosing the possibilites and speed that this plague travels. Despite that, after interviewing other facilities , I opted to put my Jennie with the staff who love her and have cared for her for 2 years now! Yes, I had to give in and get the canine flu shot for Jennie, but my last 7 day trip proved that this clean, caring, conscientious, concierge staffed facility is first class! Jennie had no signs of illness...in fact - she was wonderfully energetic (she's 9) and happy when she came home! The staff knows you will be arriving curbside (through the wonderful app) and they greet their guests with a smile and assurance that they will be well cared for! There are doggie cams in every play room and they always get outdoor time too. This review is really a full "10" as I am sure Jennie would give them 5 stars also!

My grand dog Theo spent over a week here recently and he had a great time. I love how you can peek in on them via your phone and their Webcam. He had to go 3 days for trial playdates before he could be boarded and by day 3 he was running back to his area on his own which speaks volumes on how much he was enjoying it there. The first day I took Theo there was another dog that went running back on his own as soon as his owner took the leash off. Really great option for boarding while on vacation or just socializing bored dogs. I like that they have a doggy playground inside and out and get alternating playtime in both with a naptime mid day to rest.

Take your fur babies to Dogtopia!! Megan and the team are absolutely amazing and have a calling to administer to animals!! Megan has a beautiful personality and loves what she does. It was like dropping my fur baby off with family. Best experience and feeling ever as it relates to handling and dog care.

Dogtopia has been the perfect fit for us. The staff is professional and gentle with my pup. They keep me informed of anything I should be aware of, while assuring me that they're closely monitoring all pups and making decisions that are in everyone's best interest. My girl has been treated kindly from the start and I'm comforted with the fact that each day is a great one for her at Dogtopia.

Took our 3 dogs to daycare to “try it out” before boarding them over New Years. This is the first time the 2 pups have ever been away from us, so we were a little anxious. Our babies had a FANTASTIC day! They came home happy and relaxed, not stressed at all! The staff is so friendly! The facility is clean and inviting! We are so glad we found Sidlehill Farms.

Sidlehill Farms has been our favorite boarding place for our sweet pup! A true 10/10 experience. Our dog has been to a couple other places but she was so anxious that she wouldn't eat. Thankfully with the care of the amazing staff at Sidlehill Farms, she ate every meal and enjoyed her time playing outside in their open fields with other dogs & staff. They were amazing at sharing pictures of our dog as well as updates whenever we asked. Be sure to book in advance as they are quite popular! (deservingly so!)

Our pups stayed for 10 days in a suite. As a pack of 4 they loved staying together where they could eat, sleep and play. Loved they had their own run. They were well cared for and happy upon our return. Would highly recommend.

I know when I need dog care that I can always rely on Sidlehill. I trust them. My dog is excited when we drop off and their grounds are absolutely gorgeous. It’s such a home away from home luxury experience for my dog. Cannot recommend them enough! One of my favorite things is when we pick our dog up after a stay, they specifically talk about her in ways that tells me they spent time with her. She adores them!

Mabel and pepper absolutely loved their first time boarding! Everyone was super kind and attentive and answered every text and phone call we made to check on our girls! We loved how much love and attention our girls were getting from the lovely staff. They also took the best pictures of our girls!

This was my precious 2 1/2 year-old GSD Maggie’s First stay. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of everything I encountered here. Phone calls were promptly returned even when just enquiring about their facility! Tours are offered to see the facility and grounds so I could see the set up and options for her. Turning into the driveway, my thought was I wish they had cabins for people too, because it’s that beautiful and peaceful! The actual buildings and part of the grounds for the dog boarding was beautiful and extremely clean. My Maggie has had a couple of bad experiences elsewhere because she’s timid. And sometimes she fights hard to hide to avoid being left. However, at Sidlehill Farms, she not only walked in calmly, She went and greeted some other human guests, and actually wanted to go greet a dog that was coming in the door.. And when the tech took her away, for the first time she didn’t fight or cry to get back to me! When I picked her up, it was so smooth and orderly. Maggie was happy to see me, and she seemed like she had had a good time! I did not get back and exhausted in highly stressed dog! I highly recommend this place and my Maggie will never stay anywhere else! It’s huge, it’s very clean, and extremely well managed with huge staff to take care of this Home away from home ! It is the first time I didn’t shed some tears When I had to leave her. Thank you!

I took my two dogs for grooming today. The appointment was at 11:00. One is a malti-poo, the other is a Westie. Holly did a great job on both of them. They texted me at 1:30 saying they were both ready for pick up! They both look great! We will be back!!

I very much appreciate the staff at Sidlehill Farms. They respond to my questions. Love the opportunity to send a text message such as how is my dog. Which is responded in a timely manner as well as a photo of my dog, Duchess. The cost is very reasonable. The facility is clean, and pleasant. Plenty of outdoor play areas. I will use the services again at Sidlehill Farms.

This was our first time using them. We were very happy with the friendly staff and the care our fur babies received. Upon request they will even send you pictures and let you know how they are doing while you are away. This gives you piece of mind while your gone from your fur children. We are so happy we find this place and will definitely use them again. Thanks to the great staff.

We are really happy with the love that our sweet girl was given during her time at Sidlehill Farm. We appreciated the responses to our text messages and the photo updates. This was a great experience and I see the difference in boarding with a boarder vs utilizing a veterinarian service. Big difference, more attention for our pet and more time for her to play. She actually looked happy when she came home unlike the last time when we boarded with a vet office. She got depressed and sick. Totally different experience and we will utilize Sidlehill again.
