Lucy, Latisa, Grace and Katrina were phenomenal house and pet sitters. I cannot say enough great things about them. First and foremost they took great care of our pets. I received regular updates which always makes a pet owner happy. Our house was treated like their own. They left the house with clean sheets on all the beds which was so appreciated and the house was very clean. It is always great to come home without having to do laundry. Julie and Giles were great to the point that when we returned home late at night the cats didn’t even get out of their bed to greet us. Our home was left near and tidy and nothing was out of place. The only minor suggestion was for them to send more frequent messages, especially in the beginning of the sit. I’m sure they felt that all was under control (which it was) but as a homeowner I need more reassurance in the beginning. We were delighted to have had them stay at the house and invited them back when we take another trip in September if it works with their schedule. The cats love Julie and Giles and they were well cared for.

We initially accepted Deirdre and Jason for a long stay to look after our dogs. We were very happy they accepted. A few weeks later we realized we needed another sitter for another trip we had planned. So, we posted more dates on zeewoi. To our happy surprise, Deirdre and Jason reached out to us saying they could also look after our dogs and home with the new dates we posted. D&J are very self-sufficient, have the background knowledge and education of pet care, and most importantly a genuine love for all animals. This is most important for my wife and I. We knew from the first meeting with our pups they loved animals. Communication was excellent. The process before and during our sit was stress-free for us. We were given daily updates on our dogs including photos and videos. Any concerns D&J had were vocalized to us. D&J are also problem solvers and know how to react many challenging situations. Our routine for our pets was followed immaculately and all dogs were very happy and connected with them. Even our female dog Kinki grew close so quickly with D&J which is very rare. We had ZERO issues while we were gone and we were able to really enjoy our trip while we were away. The dogs definitely love being around D&J. Homecare: We are very pleased with the condition of our home when we returned. It was clean, free of clutter, and exactly how we had left it for them, if not even better! D&J even mowed our grass and took care of our yard! Our yard is not a small garden. It is very big and takes hours to mow. So we were very surprised and excited to know they did that for us even though it's not expected of our sitters!! They definitely went above and beyond what is expected. Our dogs are so very important to us. When we know we can trust our sitters it's the best feeling in the world. We definitely trust Deirdre and Jason with our most prized possessions and we look forward to the next sit with them in a few days!!! Ray and Lynn are absolutely the best pet sitters you could ask for. They were extremely responsive to texts and emails and chatted with us over WhatsApp before the sit. They were very flexible and arrived the night before our sit so we could leave early the next morning. They even brought us ice cream because it was Joe's birthday the day they arrived. Very thoughtful of them. They are very friendly, relaxed people that are easy to talk to. Our dogs immediately bonded to Lynn upon their arrival. The first morning our cat managed to sneak outside and was MIA overnight despite their valiant efforts to get him to return. Ray tried to capture him but our cat fought with him and escaped again before eventually returning the next morning. Unfortunately Ray was scratched and bit by the cat during this struggle. He developed an infection in his hand. We did offer to come home or find a replacement sitter so they could return to the US but they were able to get medical attention here and antibiotics. They are so kind and didn't want to ruin our vacation! Two days before we were to arrive home the infection in Ray's hand took a turn for the worse and they had no choice but to head home to the US to get immediate medical care. They waited for our friend to arrive before departing. We were so impressed with them that even under these stressful circumstances they cleaned our house and laundered the sheets. Our kitchen cupboards looked better organized than before we left. Our garden was watered and well cared for during the heat wave. They were excellent at sending updates and photos throughout the sit. Our dogs were very happy and well cared for. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

Christina knows dogs and helped us with a few Bridie issues. We got photos and some updates while away. She was flexible and very sensitive to all of our needs. We moved to the Louisville area about 18 months ago. When we needed a pet sitter, a friend from church recommended Waggs2Whiskers. We met with Kelly and were very impressed. Over these last 18 months, we have used their services multiple times. We started with two dogs and one cat. They are now caring for our two dogs, four cats, and six chickens. We can leave town or the country with 100% confidence that our pets will be well cared for and having fun. We receive messages and photos from each visit and know all is well. The funny thing is that when we get home and the dogs hear the jiggle of the door knob, they go nuts and are super happy but once they see it is just us (and not Kelly or one of her trusted employees), they kind of drop their heads and walk back to their beds. It’s like they say, “Oh, it’s just you. We thought it was the fun ladies.” 😂😂😂

What can I say...I have had some horrible pet sitting experiences in the past. But Kelly and her crew were absolutely amazing!!! We have 3 dogs and 2 indoor cats as well as a baker's dozen of barn cats and a couple dozen chickens. We booked overnight and 2 visits during the day. Kelly, Lissa, and Kristin did an amazing job! We were supposed to have Issac originally for our 2 day visits, but he was unexpectedly not able to do it and Kristin filled in last minute as well as Lissa and Kelly picking up a few of those day visits. Came home to a clean house that you couldn't even tell anyone had slept in the bed and well taken care of animals. I think my dogs were more excited to see the sitters than us when we came home, lol! I will definitely us them again and highly recommend!! They even had to put up with a skunk that decided to eat some cat food and then adjusted what to do with the food so the skunk would go away!

I have never been away from my two kitties for more than a few hours until this past week. Waggs2Whiskers and the OUTSTANDING cat whisperer, Rachel, provided love and attention and everything they needed for 4 days and 3 nights. My girls are mostly home with just me but on the first day, Lumi interacted with Rachel and even asked for her twice daily brushings which have never been done by anyone but me. Mia was more shy but by the second day, she was pushing her head into Rachel’s hand asking for pets. The notes and photos after each visit made me happy and permitted me to enjoy my activity away from home. We are so fortunate to have Kelly and her fantastic team in our area! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Why we LOVE Waggs 2 Whiskers... - Our 2 large dogs prefer their own home over a kennel - The staff is EXTREMELY dependable and trustworthy, with backups for emergencies - They bring in our packages and mail - Our dogs are NOT great on a leash and the staff is so patient and still give them their walk 3 TIMES a day! - We get pictures and detailed updates EVERY visit - the pictures are the best - We have had to travel last minute and they go out of their way to fit us in - They even got our dogs Christmas presents and cards HIGHLY SUGGEST!
My experience with Wags 2 Whiskers pet sitting was spectacular. My three boys had a multiple overnight stay with Kayla. W2W is very thorough with acquiring the initial information on each pet as well as the running of the home. Kayla was excellent with her communications and sharing daily pictures. I returned home to three happy boys. In addition, Kayla took wonderful care of my home. I would absolutely recommend W2W and will definitely be using them again.

My puppy has separation anxiety, so I started looking around for doggy daycare options while I’m at work. I found Raven’s service online and saw the good reviews/how close it was in proximity to my home. They have been extremely communicative and professional throughout the entire process. I get a “report card” at the end of my pup’s stay - complete with beautiful photos that make me feel like I was still a little part of his day. Not only does he get to socialize with other pets, he gets to expend all his puppy energy - which means he’s tuckered out and ready for sleep at the end of the day. Naturally I was worried to leave my puppy with other people, especially during a pandemic, but Raven’s K9to5 has alleviated that anxiety completely. They truly seem to care about my pup. Raven and her husband have exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the care my puppy is receiving/has received thus far!
I am so glad I found Raven and her husband! I have never felt so confident about someone else taking care of my doggo. Bella Rose has so much fun when she goes to stay with Raven. When we go on vacation she goes to doggy camp! She always has friends to play with and they do play! She is always so worn out when she comes home. And I love the pictures that I get every day. And the report card usually cracks me up. I was really late picking up Bella and they just rolled with it. Traveling is unpredictable sometimes. So thankful for Raven! She was able to help me on short notice and was super sweet and helpful! She was very patient with my shy and grumpy rabbit, and dropped by my hotel twice a day to make sure she had everything she needed. I was extremely anxious about leaving my rabbit alone, but Raven sent me pictures of her when she could, and I felt so much more comfortable about leaving. Very thankful to have found her and will absolutely be using her again when I go out of town!
I went to Florida for 5 days and used Ravens K9 to 5 to board my yorkie. This was the first time I have ever had to board my baby and I was so weiry about leaving him with just anybody. We are new to the area and really dont know anyone yet. I looked into the "pet suite" facilities that offer boarding and they keep the dogs in a kennel and all the dogs are left over night by themselves. When I found Ravens K9 and seen that the dogs were house board, I felt my dog would be alot happier there. After dropping him off I was so sad and couldn't even enjoy my vacation due to being worried about him. Raven made sure to ease my mind and send me pics and videos showing me that my baby was happy and enjoying himself. This made it much easier being away from him. After multiple pet sitters backed out we contacted Raven in the middle of a busy holiday planning season. Thankfully she was able to fit in our crew of 4 dogs and 1 cat. She stayed the nights at our house and did multiple daily check ins with them. Her communication was fantastic and we loved getting daily photos. Our house was left clean so you could tell she treated it as her own. The animals all enjoyed her company despite having a few naughty moments! We hope to use her again for any future vacations.

This was our first time using Raven's services for home visits for our 7+ year old cat Lola. Everything about our experience was wonderful. Raven and her husband were both friendly and knowledgable during their introductory meeting in our home. Lola warmed up to Raven very quickly. We were concerned in that we adopted Lola through Wisconsin Purebred Cat Rescue last Summer and she had never been without us overnight before. Her previous owners left her for sometimes weeks at a time. Raven let us know about her arrival and gave us thorough updates after each visit (including wonderful pictures). We used Raven's while out of town on vacation and found it to be a great place for our pup. Our dog, a Great Dane named Willow, had a blast there and literally played until she could play no more! The daily reports were very helpful and the daily photos that were included in the reports were an added bonus. Communication was quick and easy, and not to mention, Willow had a blast. Definitely will use Raven's again when the time comes!

Krystal has been taking care of my high maintenance dog since she was a puppy (she turns 7 this year). She found a small pebble in between her foot pads. I now check that frequently. She has also helped me with dog training. Now when we go for walks my dog goes up the driveway looking for her.
