Active, responsible, retired couple who love pets.
Dave and Belinda sent regular updates and pictures of the cats who warmed to them almost immediately, and bought treats for them :) They were kind enough to do the laundry and remake my bed which was much appreciated after a long trip home. The house was exactly as I left it; I would definitely have them back!

Experienced sitter, 5-star reviews. Meticulous, quiet, non-smoker.
I was thrilled to have Courtenay as our sitter. We had a few last minute changes and she was very accommodating. She is a very pleasant, well spoken person who bonded very quickly with our dog, Pepe. We were in Europe and Courtenay keep us we’ll informed via internet, pictures and all. We came home to a clean house, a happy pet and a delicious pie she left for us in the refrigerator. You would be very pleased to have her as your sitter. Lucy Hottle

Andrew and Sara were great! Communication both before and during the sit was excellent. As we were new to house sitters, and Sara and Andrew have a lot of experience, they were great at helping us get prepared. They arrived as scheduled and were very organized. While we were gone, they kept us posted on our pup and goings on with the house. We really appreciated how they dealt with a couple of issues that came up. We returned to a spotless house and a happy dog. We couldn't be happier with Andrew and Sara and we highly recommend them.

Retired ranch/estate managers free to travel & care for your pets, plants & home
Consider yourself fortunate to have Denise and Jason care for your pets and home. They have a variety of skills and experiences that made our country home with all it's "nuances and quirks" a place we could comfortably hand over to them. They came to visit twice so they were sure they understood all the details. They were quick to communicate when they had questions. We came home to a sparkling clean home and happy animals--dogs, chickens, and fish. We hope we can lure them back for future stays!

Brandi and Drue are more than exceptional sitters! My Leo, who is very timid around strangers, has a second set of parents in this couple. He LOVES them, and they love him! Both Leo and the cats are a bit high maintenance, yet, Brandi and Drue have managed to handle their special needs with persistence, skill and affection. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They have our highest recommendation!

Chre and Ty were absolutely fabulous. They took great care of our dogs, kept us updated and sent lots of photos. Excellent, responsible, reliable and clean—overall we highly recommend having them as housesitters.
Natalie took great care of it dog and cats! She was clean, organized, conscientious, and communicative. Our dog had a small cut on his foot and Natalie took great care to help him heal. I would highly recommend Natalie as a house sitter and pet sitter!
I was very happy with the love and affection that was very apparent when Travis and Shannon met the pups. I received one picture on my trip and was happy to see Shannon cuddled under a doggie pile. Nothing like seeing your dogs being loved by others as their own. Every thing was in its place when I return which was nice. I also received a welcome home gift handmade by them which was very lovely and made my day. I highly recommend them as trustworthy and reliable pet sitters to anyone.
Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. If you are looking for a pet sitter, look no further. Highly recommend Denise!
Sharon was an excellent sitter who I knew was taking great care of my two dogs while away. She walked them, was a clean guest, and sent regular pictures and updates. I’d recommend her to anyone.
We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again
Cyndi was fabulous. I'd describe her as the no fuss no muss dog sitter. While some dog sitters need guidance on every little detail, Cyndi was completely self-sufficient. She left the home in perfect shape and totally adored my pup. I'd gladly welcome her back anytime!
Shannon and Travis stepped up at the last minute when an earlier sitter canceled. Shannon and Travis took care our our large brood of animals for two weeks while we were out of the country over the Christmas holiday. They kept us informed about what was happening with the animals and our home. Our dog Pepper doesn’t like most people, but loved Travis and Shannon immediately. I would not hesitate to welcome Shannon and Travis back for another sit. They are very honest and friendly people. Their dog Dime is also awesome.
First things first, Linda is awesome! If she applies for one of your sits, you have to accept! This was our first time using zeewoi and is also the first time we have left our dog since we got him. Obviously, we were nervous at the beginning, but Linda removed all aspects of that. She is honestly one of the nicest, kindest, most polite people you will meet. From our first initial meeting, we knew that she was the sitter for us, and for Archie. The day that we left, Archie let out a little cry as we said goodbye. This was the first time he had done this (it broke our heart), but we knew he was in great hands! Throughout the week, Linda was extremely communicative. She would send us daily updates, share videos of their walks together, and send pictures of the two of them having fun. She spoiled Archie with love, attention, and a couple of new toys! When we returned, the house was in the exact same condition as we had left it, and was very clean and tidy. When Linda left, Archie ran to the door, started to cry, and sat/laid there for some time - And we think that this alone is a great reflection of the kind of person that Linda is. Linda – It was an absolute pleasure to host you in our home, thank you for everything that you did for us and Archie, and for making our first experience a positive and memorable one. Archie misses you! We hope you get the chance to do it again for us in the future.
I was fortunate to have Lisa as a sitter for my active, 7-year old lab mix (Ozzy) for a week in Bend. Lisa took the time to meet us via Facetime and in person before her stay. It was apparent she wanted to be well-prepared and aware of any special doggie needs he may have, or any help I needed with watering plants or bringing in mail. She took great care of Ozzy while I was away and sent me regular updates and photos of their outdoor adventures. I returned home to a very happy dog and a house exactly as I had left it. I'd welcome Lisa back anytime!
As ever, Charlie was the perfect dog/house sitter - took loving care of our dog and looked after the house and garden as if they were her own; all returned in immaculate conditon!

This was our first time leaving our dog, who is like family, with a boarder. We were very reluctant but didn't have a choice because our pet sitter fell through when leaving town for vacation. The staff was not warm or welcoming at the time of drop-off. They were also non-responsive when calling multiple times and emailing to check-up on our dog while we were out of state. We had to call and choose the new customer option to get anyone to answer the phone. When we picked up our dog it was the same as dropping her off, no warm welcome or info of how her first stay went. We were even half-heartedly instructed to pick up her belongs on the side shelf before leaving. The only positive about the stay was the wash and grooming that was done (for an extra charge). We probably will not be returning to this location and will look for other options in the future.
** BEWARE OF DOGS DAY INN-NORTHPARK ** If you take your dog here or are considering it, please hear my story for a minute. I had taken my sweet Annie girl there since approximately February and she has had a great time playing with the other dogs in daycare. In the beginning of September, one day we walked in and the entire staff had changed which I thought was odd in itself. All seemed to be ok for a few weeks until my girl hesitated twice before walking into the building, acting like she didn’t want to be there. So, I started inquiring about her play time and that’s when they told me that she had a temp-test and was determined that she was dog-aggressive. She had been playing all these months with other dogs without any issues as she LOVES other dogs and multiple former staff members have told me that she is NOT dog-aggressive. The point of taking her there is for her to play with other dogs. Then they told me that she had been isolated all day and was only having solo play. NO ONE had ever communicated this to me nor had they asked me if she could be “tested” or isolated all day. They have no records of when this was done nor was there any communication of any kind. I would not have known about this had my Annie acted like she didn’t want to go there any longer. And to top it off, I have left at least 10 messages in a week for the owner to call me and he refuses to return my call. Not a great business practice to ignore your customers. I hope you will reconsider taking your dog to them as they mistreated my girl and I’m sure she is not the only one. If you have any questions, please feel free to PM me and I’ll give you more details. And a last note, Annie is at a new daycare where she passed her evaluation and is having a great time playing with other dogs!
We have been using them for years now for our three fur kiddos. NEVER had a problem and i’m picky because these are my kids and one of mine is very timid and picky with who she’s around. They always have been fine until around September this year. We walk in and the entire sweet loving staff that we always enjoyed was replaced which we are business owners and know how staffing is but here me out and stay with me. One we do not board our together to make it easy on staff as they can get rambunctious but we found out once we picked them up that they were “roudy but fine” but were all three in one cage. If they would’ve looked in our past history even if I were to have not told them three cages they would’ve saw that. I get it though mistakes happen I just ensured they knew for the future. Fast forward to October when we dropped them off they were still set to room together (glad I asked) and when we picked them up is really what did it for us and we will not be back. There was a young male working and then a lady (she was very sweet) . She went to get the dogs and the boy proceeded to check us out. We have been using them for years and have always been giving a military discount even up to our september visit. No one ever told us that things changed with that so imagine our surprise when we they were trying to charge us without the discount. The lady was informing us that the staff before weren’t charging correctly and essentially taking money from the company. Once again we own multiple businesses so we understand that BUT we should’ve been told way before pickup about the change. The boy up front got EXTREMELY nasty with my husband saying things like the “owner can’t talk, i’m not giving his number out, why do I need to bring up the invoices, i’m charging you this it’s what I gotta do, I’m going to call the police” Was yelling etc not trying to rectify the situation with us at all. The lady who was up there called the owner for us which was what we were asking for in the beginning and let him know what was going on. He told them to bring up the invoices (which was what we were also saying to show that we weren’t lying about what we’ve been charged) the owner was nice and allowed us to use the discount one last time. We are extremely thankful for the lady who helped us and the owner but that guy up front left a sour taste in our mouths and we won’t be back sadly after so many years and won’t be recommending our friends who have expressed interest as well as those who book there now to go back. He truly needs to work on customer service and not listening to react but listening to understand.
Really happy with how my Lab turned out from his bath/deshedding. He is a 5 year old lab, with no prior experience at groomers. I was nervous and so was he, but when I picked him up, they reassured me he did great. And he smelled amazing, was so soft and shiny. I was really impressed with the results.
Have taken my schnauzer here twice, they do a good job. I used to take her to another groomer in Atascocita. We went there for 5+ years and loved it. But, with my work & sleep schedule, it can be difficult to get there from Kingwood in traffic. Dog Days Inn on Northpark is 1/2 a mile from my house. The ladies are always very sweet and accommodating. However, I do wish they required vaccination records for pets. Grooming drop off between 7:30-9:30am and Roxy is usually ready by 12-2pm. I like a short schnauzer cut for the summer without a long skirt.....it just gets matted. The ladies groom her well- to meet my requests. Her beard is choppy looking in this picture because I had to cut some matted mud before she went for grooming. I was hoping they would have straightened her beard up. That’s okay, she still looks fresh and beautiful!
They did a great job with my 10 yr old GSD. He looks very handsome now, smells good and his nails are the perfect length.
This place is amazing! My dog LOVES attending daycare here daily. The staff is phenomenal and always go above and beyond. They treat you like family and love your dog like you do. Dogs Day Inn Pet Resort- Kingwood is definitely a blessing!
I've been bringing my Pomeranians here for almost 20 years. They do a great job with grooming, and the staff is great with animals!
Absolutely terrible job. I normally never post anything negative as we all have an occasional bad experience. Follow up is everything especially if the customer has an issue. Went there once and they did an OK job. Went back again to get my Lab shaved down once again and it looked like they had a person in training working on him. Gaps, bald spots, uneven in many places, etc. When I called back, I got the run around from a young girl at the front desk who refused to give me her name and refused to have the owner or manager call me back. She basically said I needed to chase them and maybe they would help me. I would not recommend having this rude young lady answering the phone or working the desk with customers. It's now been over 2 weeks an not so much as a follow up call. If I treated my customers this way we'd be out of business. Good luck if you choose this place and your family pets deserve better treatment as if she was this way on the phone, how do they treat our pets when we leave them there for a few hours or even worse a few days
(Your response to the review doesn’t change the fact, IT HAPPENED. Have a great day.)Lost my reservation. Lost my choice of dog room. Had a space for him literally that is just step in for my 45 lb bulldog. Then comes these random out of complete nowhere policy fees that no one meventioned. And it’s only told upon arrival. They just took my dog in the back, didn’t even let me see her before she goes, just took her back without me at least taking her back. I ended up just telling them to give my dog back to me out of frustration. Went to the back myself to get her and the smell, the humidity, unclean, was appalling. As a bull dog they cannot be in hot areas due too long. Poor thing panting and drooling . Never again. Don’t expose your fur-baby to this.
Brittany and her team were amazing! We boarded our dog for over a week. Pictures and updates were sent throughout his stay. He went on walks, ate homemade treats, and made new doggie friends. I would highly recommend Kingwood Pet Sitting, they provide quality care.
Brittney and the boys have been caring for my pups and kitty for almost 2 years now. They are the most loving caregivers for our pets we have ever had. We can now be free to travel without worrying knowing our furbabies are in good responsible caring hands while we’re gone.
Kingwood Pet Sitting is like a second home for our dogs Suzie and Sadie. We will never use anyone else. Our dogs love it there.
Wonderful!! This is our dogs home away from home. Loving and caring family. Our dogs are always well taken care of. We never have to worry. They even get homemade treats. I would give Kingwood Pet Sitting more than 5 stars if I could. They love my dogs like their own.
Very trustworthy with both my pet and my home. Highly recommend
Lori has been dog sitting our two dachshunds for years now, and she is fantastic. I never worry when we go out of town if our pets are okay because I know Lori is watching them. I could not recommend her more highly.
We have used Abbeys Affordable Pet Nanny service for over 10 years. I couldn't recommend a better pet nanny. She is very reliable and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this service!
I was referred to Lori by one of my neighbors on Willow Terrace in Kingwood. My dog Sophie and puppy needs a lot of attention and has diabetes. Lori helps administer the diabetic shots and cares for Sophie when I am away. Lori is very reliable and takes care of my pet on short notice! Lori is the only pet sitter I could find that would fit me on her schedule with a short notice of less then a week. Thankyou Lori for taking such Good care of my pets.
Lori from Abbey's was referred to me by a veternarian in Kingwood that said she had a very good reputation around town in Kingwood. Lori gave my 3 cats insulin shots since they are all diabetic and did plant maintenance on all my indoor plants when I left town short notice for a family emergency. Lori did an excellent job and I will call her back in March when I go to Florida for vacation. The kennel I used last time gave my cats fleas and my cats did not look happy,However with Lori the cats looked a lot happier and well taken care of. She even vacummed all the cat hair off my furniture and carpet! 5stars and a thumbs up for Lori and Abbey's!
Lori is an excellent pet sitter, took care so well of my dogs and cats, that I will always call her whenever I travel out of the city. She is also a great House sitter, when I left for one month she took care of my pets , my plants, and security of my house.
Lori was awesome. She was patient and kind to my pups. Lori took care of my boys while I was out of town and she kept me informed. I would choose her as a nanny any day over bording at a kennel. Her prices are very affordable.
Abbeys takes care and walks Goldie and Oscar my 2 Bull Terriers 3 times a week for the past 7 years now. I am glad I found Lori because she has turned out to be extremely reliable and punctual Pet sitter and Dog walker. My Dogs really love her ! I live in Kingwood and I will give 5 Stars to Abbeys without a doubt! 9/16/2014.
Her services rock and she is really good with my pets.
Lori is wonderful
Not responsive
Kaylee was very responsive and took excellent care of our pets. We have an Australian Shepherd with epilepsy and Kaylee administered all of his medication without issue. She also sent pictures throughout the trip so we felt comfortable. She is a joy to work with and we cannot recommend her enough.
Kaylee has kept our dog a couple of times so far--one was for a week visit. We like Kaylee because of how quickly she responds and how reliable she is. Just as important, our dog likes Kaylee because she lets her cuddle with her and spends time playing with her. We received pictures and updates from Kaylee. That also is so important to us.
A very caring and sweet young lady who will share those qualities with your fur kids. Reliable, responsible, and respectful. Don’t hesitate to use her pet sitting services.
Wonderful- very dependable. She has stayed in my home and taken great care of all our pets.
She’s wonderful with all our fur babies!
Rebecca is excellent. Very trustworthy and responsible. I loved the report & photos I got after Rebecca watched my puppy
Thank you Gary for your review, we’re greatful for your business!
