Such a caring staff that takes excellent care of my puppy. Recently had to board our puppy for a week bc of travel and he had such a blast. Lots of photos provided to me and the socializing has really helped with his overall training and interacting in public places. Had him groomed there as well and the groomer did an excellent job! Highly recommend ❤️

This place has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff are absolutely amazing to say the least. Everyone is friendly, kind and caring. My little guy goes there for daycare, and I could not be more happy or appreciative of this facility. Recently my little Linus was under the weather and they all were just as concerned as I was, to the point of reaching out to me when he wasn't there. Everyone there seem to genuinely love all the little fur babies and I could not even imagine taking my little guy to another facility. Thank all you ladies at LPS, we can't thank you enough!!! Special shoutouts to Chelsea, Aimee, Brittany, Hannah, and Destiny (she is a great groomer!!), and there are a few new folk that seem wonderful as well!!! (I'm sorry, I haven't learned all your names yet!)

Got to meet the owners at their 10th anniversary celebration. They are great people, very compassionate and loving with fur babies. I haven't taken my baby there but when I go out of town next I will definitely board him there.

I have called around for weeks trying to get my two pups in for a grooming and no one was available. I called here and they fit me in the next day, both of my dogs. I was so pleased with the customer service. I showed up and my two dogs looked like completely different babies. They looked happy and healthy with all that fur off of them and a full day at the spa. Thank you so much for taking care of my babies. We will definitely be back and absolutely recommend

Moved back to Virginia in September of 2020 and my Okie has been home alone until I brought him to LPS I started him last week and he was very skiddish at first , now he whines all morning till I put his leash on and tell him we are going to daycare, now he drags me to the front door. This is a good place when your dog enjoys going there.

I bring my 5 month old puppy, Sig, to LPS Doggy Daycare at least 3 times a week. After a full day of daycare (which is so reasonable priced), Sig will sleep from 6pm when we get home until 6am. As a busy medical student with long school days, Sig gets all his energy out at daycare and is a perfect angel in the evening. He has the same reaction as the dog park when we pull into LPS's parking lot now. He knows where we are and is so excited to spend his day playing with friends! He runs straight up to the check-in desk, where he is greeted by name, and happily waits to be let back into the playroom. The staff is incredible and truly care about each pup. They know each one by name and give me such peace of mind that my little guy is well cared for! Definitely recommend!

We board our dog, Daisy, at Learn Play & Stay while we are gone one weekend trips or vacations. She is always so happy to go there and worn out when she gets home! They take great care of her!

We regularly board our dog here, and she seems to enjoy it. The staff are very friendly and are great with the dogs. Sometimes there are weird scheduling issues, for instance I call to schedule boarding for multiple nights and then they call on the second day of our trip to ask whether we're going to pick up the dog before they close that day, even though I definitely asked for more than one night...that sort of thing has happened a couple of times, but they're always able to sort it out quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

I have 2 beagles who both have separation anxiety and have never been boarded. This past May I had no choice but to do so because I had to attend a funeral in NY. My husband and I were anxious about leaving our girls behind for 3 nights but after their stay at Prestige Kennel, we felt so much better about it! Allison and her team kept in constant contact with me, responding to my random texts checking on my babies. They sent me photos and updates, assuring me that they were having a great time and socializing well with the other dogs. When we picked them up they looked happy and healthy. We booked a one night stay there for them in August and this time we aren’t nearly as anxious about them staying away from us. Thank you to the whole team for loving up Rosie and Sophie while they were with you!

Can't say enough about Prestige! Our dog, Griff, is always so tired when coming home from a day spent with his dog pals! The Prestige staff is knowledgeable and so friendly! We have recommended Prestige to a number of friends and will continue to recommend them to anyone looking for doggy daycare or boarding! They also always get the best photos of our pup so that's just an added bonus :)

Prestige is absolutely top notch. They are willing and able to work with all breeds with their competent and highly trained staff and organized structure. Whether it's a play group or private care, they treat your pet like their own! Our boys were spoiled to death there and there's no place we would rather send them!

Even when I call on the phone, they know me as Amber’s and Patty’s mom. At drop off, my dogs are aways thrilled to be there and the staff is equally thrilled to have them. I’m thankful for a place that my dogs can go when I’m out of town that will love them and treat them as they’re loved and treated at home. This place has been a blessing to my family.

Prestige was absolutely wonderful to our guy when we had to go out of town. The facility is clean and we came home to a very happy and very tired puppy! And they even post nightly pictures for us to check in on him!

We used Prestige for the first time during Thanksgiving week. We were very impressed with the care our two dogs received. We felt at ease leaving them at Prestige while being out of town, and loved the photo updates. We are very happy with our experience and will definitely be using them again!

Maeve, our 11-week old Golden puppy, needed some extra supervision on the days that her brothers are in school. Prestige Kennel & Pet Services to the rescue! I was a little worried about drop off times, but the folks there were so flexible and accommodating! She was in excellent hands all day long and came home tired! First time we left our doggo ever and we weren't sure how he would respond. He has had aggressive behaviors towards strangers but the team at Prestige knew exactly what to do. Ollie stayed 8 days and he had a great time playing with the dogs and getting lots of love from the staff. They brought out his best self and made our trip enjoyable because we had zero worries about our baby. Highly recommended! Their facility is far larger than all the others and you have never seen a cleaner kennel. I couldn't find even one dog hair or dirt anywhere! It even smells great. I don't know how they do it! We love Prestige! The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and remembers us and our pups by name. We’ve tried other boarding facilities in Lynchburg, and our pups have been the happiest and most well adjusted after returning home from Prestige. It’s worth every penny for us to know that our pups are being looked after and loved so well while we’re away. Best in the Lynchburg area by far!

Our sweet girl Freya LOVES Petz !!! Whether it’s day care or boarding she is always so happy and is truly sad to leave !! I love how intentional the staff is to care for our girl, and how excited they are when she arrives. Even moreso I am never anxious sending her to Petz, because I know she is well cared for. I wouldn’t send our girl anywhere else.

So happy we chose Petz to board our dogs. I loved the updates with pictures of them having a blast with their new friends. I was worried about how our German Shepherd would be around new dogs, but she fit right in. Our Westie was hanging right in there with the big dogs he’s used to being with. The staff was fantastic! We will 100% use Petz again. They came home happy and exhausted.

They go above and beyond. Friendly and welcoming service. They take care of my dog as if he was their own. My dog is a lab with high drive and he’s wore out coming home.

I was a little apprehensive about boarding our 18 month-old Bouvier, but the staff a Petz took good care of him. I was reassured with their daily photo post. We'll be using them again when we have to leave town.

Friendly staff that clearly love animals. They post pics twice a day of your pet on Facebook which is such a great idea. They are super accommodating with last minute changes and their set up for your pet to play is awesome.

Best kennel I have ever taken my dogs to. The owners and other workers are super sweet and treat the dogs so well. Pictures I included with the review are ones taken by the people at the kennel. They take pictures every playgroup and post 2x every day - once on weekends. It is so reassuring to see your dogs playing and happy every day, it makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time away. They also worked so well with my dog Kiki who is super anxious away from home. She was so relaxed and happy there. There was no question she felt loved and safe. In addition, our puppy Bean is a very picky eater and they worked with him to try and entice him to eat each day. Also I was able to check in each day by phone or text to see how they were doing. I can not recommend them enough. I am so happy I found them. 😊

From the moment I walked in to drop off my dog to the moment I went back to pick her up, I had really good feelings about leaving my dog here. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming and it legitimately felt like they cared about animals and their jobs. I also felt like I received clear information about what to expect and was excited to know they were going to work with our dog to see if she could play with some other dogs even though it was her first time boarding at this particular place. On top of that, they post some great pictures on social media (which is what I included with my review) that allowed me to see my pupper happy at play and making friends.

Our pup spent one night and got a bath! He seems to have had plenty of fun (love that they share DAILY pics of dogs on IG) and he’s clean and smells great! They did cut one of his toenails a little too short, but they informed me of that right away. We’ll definitely be back!

My dog stayed here while I went out of town for the holidays and she was so happy during her stay!!! The staff here go above and beyond, if you’re looking for someone to watch your puppy this is the place.

We loved Kiki watching our dogs. Our dogs are older so need some extra loving and cleaning up after. Kiki was so kind and loving to them. I think they were sad we came home she spoiled them so much. She stays in contact with you giving you updates each visit including pictures. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Kiki is wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about Kiki. She is so kind and passionate about caring for your pets. She is truly a blessing! I have always been very nervous about leaving my dogs, but Kiki made me feel comfortable while I was away visiting family. I had Kiki do overnights and home visits during the day. I have two dogs with very different personalities and she was great with both of them. I loved that she sent me frequent updates with pictures to let me know how they were doing. She brought some different toys and treats to help keep them entertained on the days it rained while I was gone. One of my dogs is on the more timid side and by the second day she was out with Kiki instead of hiding in the bedroom (which she normally does she when I leave town). Kiki also made sure my dog’s medication was given and any and all training rituals were followed while I was gone. Additionally, I had my flight canceled and Kiki was flexible and was able to care for my dogs two extra days at the last minute. I had no concerns about my dogs being with Kiki while I was gone and I will definitely be using her next time I go out of town!

Kiki did a wonderful job taking care of our kitties while we were away. Loved the pictures and updates she sent with each visit. Will definitely use her services again. She is very caring reliable and very through in making sure your wishes are met.

If you need a professional pet sitter you must choose Kiki’s Pet Care. We recently had Kiki care for our cat Jasper while we were away on vacation. This was our first time using a service and we were a bit nervous. She came in advance of our trip to meet Jasper and we were so impressed with her questions and the detailed notes she recorded to make sure Jasper would receive the proper care. We left for our trip knowing that he would be in great hands in our absence. Kiki sent daily video and pictures showing the excellent care he was receiving and how comfortable he was in her presence (he can be disagreeable at times). We were 100% pleased with his care and Kiki’s Pet Care is who we will always call in the future.

We hired Kiki to stay overnight at our house and visit several times during the day to feed, walk and play with our 2 dogs while we were out of the country. She also dropped them off and picked them up from daycare. I am usually a nervous wreck thinking about leaving my dogs if I go out of town, but I was completely at ease with Kiki and Amber taking care of them. They even downloaded WhatsApp on their phones so they could send us updates and photos while we were gone. What an amazing find! I've already recommended Kiki's services to a co-worker. Will definitely use her again!

Kiki was a lifesaver for our two dogs! My wife and I were nervous about dropping our dogs off at a local boarding facility due to their anxiety and not being familiar with the environment, so we were looking up different options and came across Kiki's site. Her response times were very quick and her prices are extremely reasonable. We ended up paying less for our two dogs to stay home in an environment that they were comfortable in rather than having them being anxious and nervous in a brand new environment. You can also tell Kiki loves and cares for the pets she looks after. We received pictures and updates after each visit and saw our nervous and shy dog warm up to Kiki in no time and even give her some kisses! We will definitely be doing business with Kiki in the future!

Kiki took excellent care of my pets while I was away on vacation. She was very thorough in taking notes during the initial meeting and sent photos and/or video updates every day that she cared for them. Kiki's service has been amazing for our cat. Our cat is a bit shy towards the skittish side but she was perfectly comfortable in Kiki's care. We needed to find a Board and Train facility for our large 15-month old Bouvier, Toby, while I was having a knee replacement. Luckily our neighbor recommended Flat Creek Pet Care...what a godsend. Toby needed to learn to curb his enthusiasm when meeting new people and overcome his anxiety around other dogs. Susan Moon worked wonders and now Toby calmly walks around the neighborhood without any dangerous tugging or aggressive barking. What a great and caring trainer.

My Pittie mix Oliver just finished Susan's 3+ week Behavior Rehabilitation training program at Flat Creek Pet Care. Oliver had issues with anxiety based reactivity. I was reunited with Oliver a few days ago and Susan worked with me for several hours to make sure I was comfortable leading Oliver and controlling the e-collar. The transformation in Oliver is nothing short of a miracle. Although I am still learning all of the training myself, we now go on walks confidently, even with people/dog distractions along the way. Oliver responds so well and is obviously more relaxed when we are out and about. His ability to heel, down, sit, place, and break are amazing. Susan also worked with me on using the long leash and having Oliver return on command. I will begin working on that more once I have obtained more confidence on the short leash and e-collar. Initially, I was skeptical on the use of the e-collar, but now I am completely sold on it. The balanced approach that Susan using in her training makes so much sense and obviously works. During the training, Susan posted pictures and movies of Oliver's training and progress. It was amazing to watch him doing so well! She also answered my never-ending questions during the training. She is so knowledgable. A friend of mine recommended Susan and Flat Creek Pet Care and I am SO GLAD that I looked into it. Amazing!!

Needing an obedience class for my six month old German Shepherd, I asked my veterinarian for a recommendation. Her immediate response was Flat Creek Pet Care. I contacted Susan with several questions and got answers in a timely manner. Bea went through the course and I couldn’t be more pleased. She learned basic commands and overall is a more manageable dog in the home and around people. The learning didn’t stop when I brought her home. If I had a question or needed advice, Susan was always available to help me. Well needless to say, I enrolled my Australian Shepherd puppy in the puppy primer session and am getting ready to enroll her in the basic obedience session. My daughter even enrolled her puppy in puppy primer! I would without hesitation recommend Susan and Flat Creek Pet Care for all of your dog’s obedience needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I've been taking my dog here for years for daycare and couldn't be happier. My dog loves them and they love my dog. Plus they have always worked with me when I've needed something special.

We absolutely love K-9 Cloud 9! We started putting our 6 month old lab there almost 7 months ago and she LOVES it! She gets beyond excited everytime we mention 'daycare'. She jumps through the gate when she gets there! The staff has always been super sweet and kind! They are incredibly personal and know our girl by name! Overall, it is truly an amazing experience!

We have a 6 month old Australian Shepherd named Tye who is mostly blind and deaf. After hearing many great reviews about K9C9 from friends, I decided to give them a call and inquire about doggy daycare. Our other two dogs do not require constant supervision, but with Tye I wanted to get him established and comfortable with a kennel in case we ever needed their services. The person who answered the phone was so kind and caring and answered all of my questions about accommodating our boy’s special needs, so I felt comfortable scheduling him for a trial day care. Well, the trial turned into booking twice a week for the foreseeable future because he loves it so much. The staff is so affectionate and patient with him and they always give me updates about his day and progress when I pick him up. They have also coordinated a walk schedule for him to help us with the potty training process. The live cam is everything!! I would feel totally comfortable boarding him overnight if we ever needed to. Whether you have a differently abled dog or not, I highly recommend K9C9 for daycare.

I was nervous taking my pup to anyone initially, got a few recommendations to check out K-9 Cloud 9. Absolutely love taking my pup here. She goes here for their day care and boarding. She literally jumps out of my car and jumps around excited to go inside. And everytime we go everyone is always welcoming and friendly, they definitely put my mind at ease with the care of my fur baby.

My all time favorite (and my dogs all time favorite) pet boarding and grooming place! This establishment is very professional and by far the cleanest Boarding business I’ve ever been to! We absolutely love our dog groomer, Dani, she’s the best! Very attentive to detail and so sweet and kind! She even gave us a cute Christmas card with our dog’s paw print stamped on it! All the workers here at Forest Pet Care are the sweetest and truly love all the pets they take care of! We look forward to all our future visits to Forest Pet Care!

Great place for your doggy. They are treated like family. Our Fontana goes there for day care so she can socialize with her new doggy friends. And when we go , she love going there. The girl that takes care of you precious pet are awesome .They are well taken care of and also spoiled. You will love this place.

Lyla has helped us understand our new German Shepard puppy as much as she helped Stella be a better citizen! The facility is clean and has lots of space. All the employees are helpful and so friendly. Lyla even came to our house to do some additional training. Stella boarded here 9 days while Lyla worked with her everyday. I learned about them from a friend who raves about how they groom her white golden retrievers. Can't say enough good about this business and its employees.

1st time using FPC. I walked in to see my kitty after 10 days & she was relaxed, laid back cleaning herself when we walked in (unannounced) to pick her up a day early. I loved that they had later Sunday hours so we could scoup her up as she's young & we'd missed her terribly while we were away. I could tell she had been well taken care & was so pleased I'd chosen to leave my baby in their hands. Highly recommend & will use again! Thanks Forest Pet Care! ❤

Our dog is not agreeable to let us cut his nails. I can take him to Forest Pet Care where Lyla uses a dremel and he tolerates her doing this in only a couple minutes. She's knowledgable about dog health and dog behavior as well as grooming. There are multiple outdoor areas include grassy areas where boarded dogs that like to play together are often playing and running under supervision. The indoor kennels look and smell clean. This location is convenient and the management is reliable (associated with Pet Craze).

Love that Pet Craze has expanded to support more fur friends in Forest. Our dog Luna spends time at both locations for daycare, boarding and grooming. She absolutely loves going...to camp as we call it! Give them a try you want be disappointed.

Great staff, they seem to love what they are doing. I have the upmost respect for them being around all different types of animals and all the noise and stress that comes along with that. My only issue would be is they don't answer the phone alot. You have to catch them @ the right time

We’ve always had a good experience with Pet Cabana but today when we went to pick up our dogs, the price was double what we have always paid. When I inquired I was told that they needed to remove ticks and that justified a $150 grooming fee being doubled to $300. No phone call to let us know or ask if the amount was okay. We didn’t even get the standard call or email to let us know when to pick them up…. And don’t bother asking for a manager because there wasn’t one available. I’m all for supporting small businesses but sadly, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

I love the care they give the animals. Jake seemed to like it there and was comfortable staying there. The put up with and answered all my questions I had before he was boarded with them.

Suzette and her team are phenomenal! They each work hard with gentle hands to give your best friend the style you prefer. When you are on the go and need a safe overnight stay they also provide kennel services. Unlike other doggy hotels these make sure your pup has the best turn down service! Nothing is too good for your pooch here. With care so good your wiggle butt pup won't want to leave!

My pup left with a massive cut on her head from where she tried to leave the big dog area. I understand dogs are dogs but I got no phone call, no apology, anything. I will never let me pup stay here when I’m in town. I found some reasonable sitters on Rover.

My dog love it there. She is a collie and due to an injury I was still recovering from, I wasn't giving her the exercise she needed. Since she's been going I see such a difference. She is such a happy dog! Everyone there is an animal lover. Your dog or cat will have fun and be well cared for!

Booked a night of boarding and prepaid due to holidays. Had to cancel due to COVID exposure and called office asking for refund. Person said she would talk to manager/boss and get back to me, no call. Called back several days later, same response, still no call. No problem taking payment but some difficulty in returning calls and follow through/customer service. I will NOT be using nor recommending this business to others..

Our dogs use to hate car rides. After spending a week here (which they loved), now they beg to go for a ride and if we go on the route to Pet Cabana they get super excited! Highly recommend.

I love this place. I have been bringing my dog chip (2 year old dachshund) for the past year and he has been having a blast. He has made so many friends and every time I get off work and come pick him up he is just the happiest pup in the world. I recently took a vacation out of the country and I trusted them with everything in me to take care of my dog. I called a couple of times to check on him and was told he was going great! Which I was so happy to hear as he means the world to me. Chip will keep enjoying their daycare and the prices are so reasonable. I am very grateful to have been recommended this place as all the other ones I have tried didn’t treat their dogs the best. I highly recommend lakeforest I have even spoken to the manager personally about my concerns and she was just a delight and the staff are all so welcoming and sweet. For a dog kennel they always manage to make it smell so clean and refreshing. It has just been the best experience chip and I have had. ❤️

I have boarded my dog here and taken them to the next door vet for years and they have never done me wrong! My dog always comes back happy and is just as excited when he comes back to play with his kennel friends. Lexy and the whole staff are super kind and make me feel like family.

We had several ok experiences with Lake Forest Boarding, but the most recent one has spoiled it all. We have a very friendly golden doodle who we trusted in the care of Lake Forest for just over a week while we were away on a summer vacation. We booked him for playtime everyday as well as a kennel bath on the last day. We were called a few days before pick up to inform us that they were not going to be able to give him a bath, not a huge deal. We picked him up, prepared for the stinky pup that we have come to expect after 10 days of running and playing in a boarding facility with other dogs. Instead, he smelled like the shampoo we had him groomed with just days before we dropped him off. After reviewing his check sheet, it became clear that he did not have time out of the kennel each day, or even most days. It was documented that he had one afternoon in playtime. Upon further investigation, his check sheet was signed off that he was given food on days he was not even there while it was not initialed that he was fed and walked every day that he was there. Thank goodness he didn’t require medication, because who knows if/when he had been given any medication. When we brought this to their attention, we were given several different stories and the blame was continuously passed onto someone else. The only resolution was that we were not going to have to pay for the playtime that he did not receive… We did not drop our dog off to spend 10 days trapped in a kennel alone. I am very concerned with how Lake Forest looks after for the pets we trust in their care. We will absolutely not be using this boarding facility in the future, and would not recommend this kennel to anyone who wants their pet to be appropriately cared for while they are away.

Horrible! Cole answered the phone, and was told they do not accept new patients, however they advertise at that. I was referred to by a previous customer who will no longer be going as well, due to the rudeness of Cole. I was told to give them a call, as the other groomer was having car trouble, and was told to call and get the other groomer to take my puppy, and he told me that that’s not possible, as there is not room, and they are not taking new clients. You need to inform your groomers of that, before accepting others and giving false information! If one is accepting, and the other says the whole team isn’t accepting? Then who is lying. Cole has horrible customer service, and shouldn’t be able to communicate with customers if he can’t get his facts straight.

A+ All Around Had my dog groomed and boarded many times over a five years until his passing of liver cancer. They are a caring and compassionate business.

I have been taking my 3 1/2 year old German shepherd dog to Lake Forest boarding, daycare and grooming for well over 2 years. She goes at least 4 days a week, either full or 1/2 days. I feel so lucky to have this wonderful place to take my dog. She is so well taken care of by the highly competent, professional, friendly staff. The entire staff is knowledgeable about animal behavior, socialization, training, playtime, etc. If there are any concerns, someone will call me right away. In all of the time we have taken our dog to Lake Forest for boarding or daycare, we have not had a single bad day. The fact that they offer half days at half price is convenient and economical. The facility is clean and sanitized every day. All of the staff love the dogs and have their best interests in mind. They are open 7 days a week, which helps those clients who work on Sundays. I honestly don't know what I would do without this wonderful place and the people who work there. I highly recommend Lake Forest to anyone who needs a warm, friendly, caring place to take their beloved pets.

Love the work but as for being professional they need help they never return calls and cancel appointments and no call back to reschedule very unprofessional will never go back

Very impressed with this boarding facility! The employees are polite and helpful and remembered my dogs after just one visit! They also offer unscheduled tours of the facility and that transparency made me feel so much more comfortable. My dogs are always excited to go go here and come home tired from running and playing! Highly recommend!

I hesitated to write this review and wanted to give our dog a week to re-adjust to being home but her behavior has not changed. The first time we took our dog here and came to pick her up she came home with a wagging tail! This past time we picked up our dog, the worker brought our dog out with her collar on incorrectly and her head was down with no tail wagging. She seemed very unhappy which is unlike our dog who enjoys meeting new people and playing with other dogs. Since we have brought her home, her behavior has been different. She doesn't like to be cuddled now and is very jumpy when you go to pet her until she realizes it's one of us. We called to ask if anything had happened and of course the response was no, we proceed to ask what their daily routine is at the kennel and could not be provided with one. If I was provided with some information about her stay (i.e how she interacted with the other dogs, if she ate all of her food, how long she played outside, anything), I may have felt a little better about her stay but with no information it concerns me. I would not recommend this place if you want your dog to enjoy their time at a kennel, she was only there for two days she should not have been traumatized. I would like to note the vet at Lake Forest Animal Hospital, Dr. Holly, has been very responsive with trying to touch bases with us to figure out what has happened and has provided a few recommendations to help ease her anxiety. I do recommend Lake Forest Animal Hospital with five stars but we will be taking our dog to another kennel the next time she has to be boarded.

It was my dog's home away from home weekdays from 7:20am-5:30pm. Unfortunately, since I got a new job requiring me to commute a longer distance my new schedule and the time they opened and closed would no longer work for me and my pup for daycare. Nevertheless, the best place ever and plan to use Paws 'n Play as my preferred place for future boarding needs. The owner and everyone that works there are wonderful. We also like the fact that it not like your typical boarding or daycare facility, because it's really a house with a backyard and they post pictures daily on their Facebook page, so you can see what your dogs does all day. You won't find any place as great in the Forest/Lynchburg area.

Great place. Our dog loves going here. He’s so happy when we drop him off. He acts like he doesn’t know us anymore. But once we pick him up he’s super excited:) They take great care of our pooch and all for a reasonable price!

To say that building is a health risk is an understatement. I have been in twice to get my dogs and each time it was falling apart more and more. Holes in the ceiling, mold throughout the building, fans that electrocute the employees when the clean, no water some days because the owner doesnt always pay the bills on time and they lost power yet still forced their employees to work in the dark. They were told not to notify the parents when things are going wrong to keep customers but I want to know what is happening with my animals. The owner is unresponsive to messages and is constantly arguing and sending inappropriate text messages to employees due to being unhappy in her personal life. This is not professional and not a place or person I want looking after my dogs.

This is my favorite place to leave my pup when I need to travel for business, or when I can’t take him on a trip. He always has a great time running around and playing with friends. I don’t have any guilt leaving him with the boarder when I take him here. Wendee and the rest of the staff have never been less than accommodating, especially with my last minute begs to board Tucker.

Very friendly! My mom's dog seemed to love it there. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the building is a little dated. You can tell the setup was made with love though. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

Phone number on sign doesn't work. Had a scheduled time to drop our pooch off for a weekend get away, did the meet and greet, had plans to drop him off, she said she required paperwork and would email us, we called her the day of to have the paperwork filled out, we called her cell, texted her, in order to have paperwork completed, no reply, no email. We did not drop our pooch off, we didn't get the warm and fuzziness we wanted in order to drop off our four legged buddy. Lack of communication and trust is why we do not recommend.

Great care for your fur baby when you are out of town. Oliver loves Paws and Play. The socialization with other dogs is unique as he is not locked in a kennel 24/7 when we board him .... he gets to play! Oliver always gets great care here and his tail wags show that he loves going to Paws and Play. No issues with him getting his prescription food we leave for him or his meds. I highly recommend!

This place takes such wonderful care of our dog. The owner really loves animals and it shows by how well they are cared for. I am so happy to be able to have a great place to board our dog while we're away.

I was so excited to send my 8 month old golden retriever to Paws n Play for a little over a week. The reviews I had read were great—to my knowledge, my pup would get to be outside a lot while interacting with other dogs. And this was true! He came home exhausted (yay!). However, when I went to pick him up, he had a wound oozing on his nose. I asked what had happened (I was never informed of the injury when I was out of town), and was told it was probably the result of him and another dog “rough housing”. I took him to the vet a few days later to get it checked out, and she told me it was definitely a puncture wound, not the result of simply playing roughly with another dog. I completely understand that the owners can not control another dog’s behavior and can’t possibly have an eye on every interaction. I was moreso upset that I never received a phone call about the incident/wound, and there didn’t seem to be much concern when I pointed it out upon pickup. Paws n Play is a fun place for dogs, but due to the lack of communication on an issue as serious as a puncture wound, I unfortunately will not be leaving my dog here again.

I would take your dog anywhere else besides here. I went in to try and get my dog enrolled and the girl told me I had to leave and every new dog has to apply over text with someone named “Wendy” which I found odd. When I contacted Wendy she told me to come in around 10 AM on Sunday. I got there at 1010 and there was no one there and Wendy would not respond to my texts or calls. She texted me over 4 hours later saying they close at 10 and it’s my fault because I wasn’t there prior to 10 (around 10 does not mean 10 exactly). Clearly she forgot because why would you have someone get there at the same time you close it doesn’t make any sense. Also why would it have taken 4 hours to respond? If you have someone coming in for an appointment you don’t just leave after 5 minutes then ignore their calls.

Love this place! Only local place with an amazing set up for bathing and grooming your pet yourself to save on costs..I highly recommend them!

Petcraze kept our sweet girl while traveling and I felt confident she was in good hands. A customer who was ahead of me saw I was boarding our doggo and gave high praise of Petcraze's facilities. The front desk folks are warm and organized. If this is your first time boarding be prepared to spend some time filling out a long intake form. Maybe 15min or so. I'm glad they asked these questions.

The self wash stations for bathing your dogs is wonderful! They provide several different shampoos and conditioner, as well as towels and grooming tools and aprons. The fee is based on size of dog, but is well worth it. We will be frequent visitors! Thank you for having this option for pet owners.

Great place! They have pet care products, toys, food & supplements, boarding options, and grooming. They also have options for a self-serve pet wash where all of the shampoos, conditioner, brushes, and other grooming products are available for use at no additional cost. They have a High velocity air dryer in there also . I believe they charge based on weight. I'm able to wash my large breeds for less than $20 a piece which makes my pockets happy. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you need anything. I always enjoy spa days for the doggies. You can tell they have a love for the animals there. Seems like more than "just a job" for them 😊

We give Pet Craze 5 stars because they earned it!!! We use Pet Craze for daycare, boarding, grooming and purchasing dog food. The customer service here is great and the staff members are very knowledgable and friendly. So if you need a safe, fun, loving place for your dog to groom, play or stay this is the place for you.

Groomer was great! Easy in, easy out! Dogs looked great! Price was reasonable.

When we are are in town and need to quickly wash the pet babies we always stop in Pet Craze for a self wash . The service & cleanliness is consistent- that’s what keeps us coming back! We have 2 70 pounds dogs = $36 which is a reasonable price. I would recommend bringing your own dog cologne, the one available to self wash customers is not too pleasant and wears off quickly .overall great experience each time !
