Sam came to pet sit for me whilst I went on holiday and she was fantastic. Sam took the time and effort to visit us several times before going away to make sure our dog was familiar with her and comfortable. Whilst we were away Sam kept us up to date with regular pupdates and photos - this was a lovely touch and really helped us enjoy our holiday knowing that our pooch had a firm friend in Sam. Sam stayed in our house for the duration of our holiday which was another bonus as it meant our furry friend got to stay in his surroundings. Our house was left in perfect condition when we returned from our holiday. Again this was a fantastic bonus. I’d highly recommend Sam if you’re looking for a pet sitter who really cares and understands animals, we will definitely be looking to have Sam look after our pooch again in the future. Sam, has been walking Eva our staffie, whilst we have been away, she's not the easiest to walk, but Sam inspired confidence, and Eva loves her, I would highly recommend Sam, she genuinely loves dogs, and clearly understand behaviour. Which gave me great piece of mind . Thank you Sam

Sam looked after the house and Stanley for 2 weeks and I highly recommend. We got the best welcome but he was so calm and can tell he has been so well looked after.

Our two guinea pig have always come to piggie paradise at hug a bunny hotel. The care and attention Karen gives them is 5 star and for me to know that they are being cared and looked after when we go away. I wouldn't put my piggies anywhere else I love the fact Karen send pictures and updates if how our guinea pigs are . They are slightly pampered piggies and Karen is happy to cater to their every whim .

We LOVE piggie paradise! It’s like a home from home for our piggies and Karen is so accommodating. She was amazing when we had to explain the daily medication needed for one of our piggies and I felt confident that I was leaving him in great hands. Karen loves all of the piggies like her own and she makes everything so nice for them. A wonderful set up! Keep up the great work!

Karen is brilliant with our animals and always looks after then with love and care. I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is fantastic. We have 4 Guinea pigs and they always stay with her when we are away. Excellent facilities, excellent service.

Our piggies always go to Piggy Paradise at Hug a Bunny Hotel whenever we’re away. They’re always so well cared for and it’s such a weight off our minds knowing they’re looked after and receiving all the fuss that they’re accustomed to.

I can't explain the peace of mind that comes from my piggies staying here. I know they are in excellent hands I don't need to worry about them at all. My boys come back clean, fed and happy.

Stacey started walking our pup from 12 weeks. She was so good at coming in for puppy play time when she was too small to walk. Now she takes her out for long walks , and with other dog friends too. Our pooch loves Stacey. We also love her! She is super good at communication and bookings, always accommodating. She really cares about our training style and has helped us with all the puppy stages from teething to recall enforcing. We have a highly active working breed and Stacey handles her very well.

I've been relying on Stacey for years, and she's fantastic. When our dog was a pup she would take him for short walks and spend the rest of the time playing with him. He's now nearly 3 year's old and goes for an hour walk with Stacey every few days. She's introduced him to new dog friends and he is always excited to see her. She's very accommodating and is great at communicating and responding. I feel very confident that Stacey is always alert to the dog's well-being and I'm so glad we found her!

We are so glad we found Stacey when we moved to the area. She has been such a delight to have walk and and look after our dog, especially with how flexible and caring she is. I could not be happier with the service! I’ve never before had anyone I didn’t know come in and look after our cats, we always had friends or family to do this. We decided to try out a cat sitter and well, the cat sitting sisters were truly amazing. I received daily updates with pictures to let me know how the cats were doing, and Ali went out of her way to collect a very important parcel for us. It was my 30th birthday present! Thank you! We came home to two different cats! In the best possible way! Our fur babies have never really been friends, they like to fight and wouldn’t even really eat together but since Ali came in they now eat breakfast and dinner together everyday without any fighting or animosity! We definitely reflected on a few things. I couldn’t recommend the cat sitting sisters enough, genuine, lovely and trustworthy. I would happily leave my babies in their capable hands again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS. Charlie and Tia say hello! 🐱

In addition to my comments below, Ali has since cared for Sonar during some difficult times. She was very kindly 'on call' when I was in A&E overnight with my Mum who had dementia and had broken her hip. And again a few months later as my Mum's heath unexpectedly declined and she came to the end of her life. I honestly don't know what I would have done without Ali who said to me, you be with your Mum, don't worry about Sonar, I'll look after her. My Mum was a 30 minute drive from home and without Ali I would have had to leave her which would have been absolutely awful. Ali sent photos and messages so I knew all was well with Sonar. Ali is a very special person who cares so deeply for the cats and humans that she helps and I would be lost without her ❤ Ali is absolutely fantastic and my cat Sonar adores her! I cannot recommend Ali highly enough. I've never had to leave Sonar with a cat sitter before, she is an adored 16 year old who takes a few medications and loves fuss and cuddles. Ali was happy to visit three times a day and to give Sonar lots of love in my absence. Ali is very responsive to emails and messages and as soon as I met her, I immediately liked her and could see her genuine love of cats. She was so gentle with Sonar who responded by rolling over and asking for a fuss! As I was going on a retreat and my phone would be turned off throughout we had a couple of trial runs to see how Sonar would be without me and to allow Ali to get used to the medication regime. This was a success and as soon as I saw the video of Sonar curled up on Ali's lap, I knew all would be well! Ali sent photos, messages and videos which I saw as soon as I switched my phone on and this showed me what a wonderful time they had together. When I got home, Sonar was very happy which is so reassuring. I'm a very protective cat Mum and would not have been able to go away without feeling 100% happy and confident with Ali which I do.

Wonderful service by Ali at the Cat Sitting sisters. Ali took great care of our two cats while we were on holiday. We got regular photos, updates and videos. Ali was very thorough and looked after them diligently as if they were her own. We’d 100% recommend this service & look forward to using the Cat Sitting Sisters again. We have never used a cat sitter before, but Ali was amazing and very professional. Checked in with photos whilst we were away and made sure our two boys had a stress free time. Ali made a point of coming around and meeting the cats, getting to know us and taking down “the routine” :-) Will now be using Ali instead of my own family. A**** and 11/10

I got in touch with Ali and she came round to do a home visit and to meet my 18 year old cat Roxy and I liked her straight away as she came across very gentle and caring. Ali visited Roxy twice a day and on the first visit she gave Roxy her medication, fed her, let her out in the garden, cleaned the litter tray but more importantly she gave Roxy lots of love and affection. Ali also sent me daily photos and updates which was lovely and it put my mind at ease. Nothing was to much trouble for her. I was able to go away and not worry about leaving Roxy like I had in the past. When I got home Roxy was relaxed and happy and this is all down to the wonderful care she has had, I can't thank Ali enough. I will be using Cat Sitting Sisters again without any hesitation 🐱

Its important to know that your best friends are happy and safe when you are away. Luna and Clarence love staying with Natalia and are so well looked after they have a holiday as well. Highly recommended

Our dog has been going to Basil's for 2 years now and she absolutely loves it! We wanted to make sure she was in a comfortable and loving home environment as she can be nervous, and Basil's ticked all the boxes. Natalia cares for each dog as if they were her own and our furbaby is always super excited to get to daycare in the morning, and suitably worn out in the evening!

Mylo goes to Natalia for his holidays when we go on ours. The minute the door is opened he is through it!. We have used Basil’s boarding services quite a few times now and love the regular updates and pictures we get. Natalia understands each dog has its different needs and ensures their time at her house is as comfortable and stress free as possible. If they want the couch, they can have the couch. 🐾 I cannot recommend her enough and am never worried about leaving my ‘third child’, just maybe a little guilty……🐾

Natalia and Basil are great! Our dog attended weekly daycare for two and a half years, and he loved it. Early drop off and late pick up hours made the schedule really easy with working hours. Natalia works hard to ensure dogs are a good fit together and adapts to the needs of individual dogs. The small group and home environment means every dogs gets special attention.

Fantastic care for my nervous dog! I highly recommend Basil’s Doggie Daycare to anyone looking for daycare and boarding- I use both of these services. Natalia is so knowledgeable and excellent with dogs, I know my dog will always receive the best care with her. She has so much fun and gets lots of attention. Last year my dog spent over a week boarding here while I was away, she came home happy and relaxed. I received daily updates, photos and videos of all the fun and had no concerns or worries at all. I have a booked a further boarding stay.

Natalia is not only knowledgeable and professional but has a true affinity with the dogs in her care. Tilly is happy and contented when she has a holiday with Natalia and we are happy and contented to go away leaving her in safe loving hands.

Fantastic experience of day and overnight home boarding care for our lively sprocker spaniel ‘Woody’. Woody has stayed with Natalia and Basil every year for the last 5 years (except during Covid) for our annual 2 week holiday and has also stayed numerous weeks, weekends or odd days. He is always very well looked after, well-walked and Natalia even cooked dog biscuits for him during his stay on his Birthday. Really appreciate all the personal photos and videos Natalia sends during his stay with reassurance that he is having a great stay! Highly recommend

Our doggie stayed for a few nights and when we picked her up she did not want to come home she was so happy. Very well looked after. Will be using basils again in the future for over night stays and weekly walks

My dog Inca loves Natalia very much, rushes into her place every time. She takes good care of Inca and send us pictures and video of cute moments of Inca and let us know how's Inca doing that day, give advices when needed.

Our 2 year old saluki cross has just come back from a 3 week holiday with Natalia and we couldn’t be happier with the level of care and love that Natalia provides! Natalia is so knowledgeable and professional, and clearly loves all the dogs in her care. We’ve used Natalia for random daycare and the odd weekend before this and every time Natalia keeps us up to date with how the stay is going. As soon as we pull into the road Luna recognises where she is and is excited to get inside and see Natalia.

Waggy Walks 4 Dogs is a true home from home. Our frenchy loves his daycare visits , and boarding holidays there. He couldn’t be in safer hands & Vicky treats him like one of her own. The care and attention to his very specific needs is incredible , along with Vicky’s superb knowledge , love and dedication to all dogs in her care. I highly recommend. 5*

Vicky is amazing with dogs and is highly reliable and trustworthy. I use her services for day care and boarding and my dog loves it. Communication is great and I always get photos and videos. There aren’t many people I trust to look after my dog but with Vicky I always know he’s in safe hands. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely excellent! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dog. A wonderful home from home & a fun, safe & comfortable retreat that my pup loves to visit. Vicky takes the dogs on enriching walks & spends quality time playing with, training & loving each dog & treats them as part of her family. I always receive regular updates & wonderful photos when my dog is boarding which gives me total peace of mind. A wonderful service that I am incredibly grateful for.

We could not recommend Vicky and Paul enough, there is no one else we would trust to look after our Italian Greyhound. Vicky treats our iggy with the same love, care and attention we would at home. Her support, advice and help has been greatly appreciated. Looking after our dog from a very excited puppy to a now much calmer (albeit particular!) 4 year old! They’ve always been there for us when we needed them and gone above and beyond for our dog who we miss terribly when she isn’t with us, but we know she is safe and in a home away from home with a good routine.

Vicky is amazing. Without her help, knowledge and wealth of experience I wouldn’t have done so well in getting my 4 star rating for my doggy daycare and boarding business. Vicky is professional but also really lovely. I’m so glad I called her to ask one simple question when I first started. Absolutely fantastic company. Vicky takes such good care of my whippet when we go on holiday and it gives such peace of mind knowing he is so happy and well taken care of. My dog has been going here for nearly a few years now. It started as someone to look after the dog on occasions when we were away but he loves it so much he goes every week.
