I couldn’t recommend Emily enough!!! The care she has given to our fur babies over the years has been unmatched. She has a genuine love for all animals and goes above and beyond every single visit. Unfortunately we no longer use Pet Friends due to a job change and moving house however I would highly recommend anyone needing a pet sitter to use Pet Friends & Emily. We can’t thank her enough for all the love she has given to our babies- mostly to Luna love bug- we are convinced he loves his aunty Em more than us!! You can be assured that your pets are in the best care.

Emily from Pet Friends provided exceptional care for my 5 much loved kitties, exceeding my expectations in every way. Her attention to detail and dedication to their daily routine were impressive. I highly recommend pet friends From the very 1st phone call communication was clear and Sharon did all she could immediately from then the service was started and my pets were very taken care of I felt nervous at the start but it was very short lived as everything is documented and the reports were excellent I cant thank you enough for the response even as my request was very last minute.cant recommend enough

It is always a little nerve racking leaving fur children at home, but especially when they are old. We were so relieved with the care and compassion shown by Jenny from Pet Friends in looking after our 4 cats - 1 requiring some special care. Receiving daily updates and gorgeous photos helped with our stress of leaving them home and allowed us to really enjoy our holiday knowing they were in great hands. She is usually very stress with stranger after attacked by a neighbour dog last year. Her first time boarding with Helen for 9 days when I am away to attend business conference. They are so nice, professional and patient with fare price. Elsa and Shelley are the best for taking care of Guinean pigs. I highly recommend them! They will send pictures and notes to me every time after they take care of my piggies, and they help me feed them and clean the space. They are great!

We returned home from our little getaway down South. Walked in and the house was immaculate ! Cathy went above and beyond our expectations ! We used the team at Pet Friends last month after our other pet-sitting plans fell through last minute. Their admin staff were very timely and professional with their communication and the sitter did an exceptional job with our pets and our home. Our pups Barry and Missy were looked after so well! They came home with smiles on their faces and looking healthier than ever! Going on holidays has always been slightly stressful not knowing my mini schnauzer boys would be happy and get the same care and attention as they do at home. They can be a bit high maintenance 😆. Our boys have stayed with Jennifer twice now, and to see how much they enjoy their stay, the love she gave them, updates with photos and how now they get so excited to see her means that going away without them is no longer going to be stressful for any of us. Fast response, so caring and nurturing. Felt at ease leaving my boy Tux with her, he was so comfortable in her environment which is completely equipped with everything your dog will need. He had so much fun socializing, playing and going on walks. She updated me with photos and messages throughout his stay. So lovely to deal with will definitely be using her services again. Jennifer went above and beyond for the care of our dogs whilst we were out of the house for two weeks. She took them to the park/water a lot, made sure they were well fed and cared for. It was hasslefree even though we did give her some issues, but she dealt with them despite them being difficult! I am so glad to have found Jen! She is super accomodating as I need to drop my dogs off at 5:15am. She is easy to communicate with, keeps you updated and sends pictures/videos through out the day. It can be daunting to leave your dog with someone you haven’t met before but you can trust Jen to take great care of your dogs. One of my dogs (Gringo) is a handful and I appreciate how patient Jen is with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for daycare/sitting. Your dogs will be in a safe, loving and fun environment. My dogs were worn out when they got home after their first session and I could tell they had the best time. Thank you Jen ☺️

Jennifer is amazing! She has looked after our dachshund several times and absolutely spoiled him with attention every time- he loves her! Jennifer has been really helpful and flexible and easy to arrange stays with. She sends regular videos and photos which is great. Our boy can be nervous and has separation anxiety but Jennifer is like a dog whisperer and knows exactly how to manage him. I would definitely recommend her as a pet sitter!

Jennifer looked after ours two dogs Cleo and Goliath. They absolutely loved their stay and got to meet new doggie friends too. I would definitely recommend Jennifer to look after your pets as she is a true dog lover. She even sent us regular pics and videos as my daughter was missing them.

These guys are amazing! My doggo loves going to see his friends (human and dog) every week. They’re so kind and sweet with my boy and all the other pups. Hi I’m Ellie. I’m a lovely little blue heeler girl and I just love my daycare days. I have been going to daycare once a week since I was 10 weeks old. I have learnt so much like how to calmly meet and interact with other dogs and that I can be safe even if my pawrents are not around but mostly I have learnt how to have the most fun possible. I love my mum and dad more then anybody but if I had to chose other hoomans to hang with it would be the wonderfull workers here at daycare. Here is my favourite photo from a time I got to go to daycare for the second time in one week and we also got to help wolf and waggle raise money for a breast cancer charity 🎀 best week ever!!! We love the team at Woof n Waggle. Our fur baby loves her time at DayCare each week, she pushes us to get out the door and comes home knackered. The team at Woof n Waggle are lovely, they ensure they take time out to talk to their Waggle family each and every time the dogs are dropped off - service with a smile every time! The premises are sectioned off and they socialize your dog, with similar natured dogs - which made me feel at ease. The biggest smile on our doggo’s face, every time she’s picked up. Couldn’t recommend enough!

My little Iris gets the best care; attention and stimulation from the amazing team here at PawPals in Malaga. Since starting as a timid 10 month old in October 2022, it’s been fabulous to see how much more confident my dog is. Better still, being around other dogs regularly, has really helped develop her social skills. With their expertise in dog behaviour, the team are able to help me manage the cheeky pup attitude I sometimes encounter and help me with ways to keep less than ideal behaviour in check in between our weekly visits. My fur baby Storm has been going to PawPals for about a year now and LOVES it! As soon as I turn down the road she’s jumping to get out the car. The staff at PawPals are so loving - I feel so safe leaving Storm with them, they keep me updated throughout the day and she gets so excited to see them. I highly recommend PawPals.

Since puppyhood, Obi has been thrilled at Woof n' Waggle! The team has been with him from the start, providing personalized support through regular daycare and the Brain Busters program. Their guidance has helped him navigate adolescent behaviours and learn essential social skills, making a significant positive impact on his everyday life. We are incredibly grateful for their genuine care and have enjoyed watching Obi grow and thrive at daycare. We couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Woof n Waggle is run by a dynamic team of canine experts who have improved my dog’s wellbeing in so many ways; she can’t wait to get in the door, play, learn and socialise. We get photos and videos of our dogs’ experiences throughout the day and every dog is always so happy and glad to be there. The birthday parties are fun, as are the dress up days. We get the pics! Highly recommended.

I have been sending my dog here since he was 3 months old, he just absolutely loves it. When he realises where we are he gets so excited and practically tries to jump out of the car himself. The staff really are excellent and genuinely care for all the dogs in their care.

Our dog, Zara, has been attending Pawpals Malaga for over a year now and I’ve noticed such an incredible change in her! Pawpals is a fantastic place that continues to provide Zara a safe environment to socialise and learn. She attends their specialised “Brain Busters” class on Mondays which is tailored to working dog breeds. This class has really helped keep her stimulated and has taught her so much. She always comes home very calm, tired and most importantly, happy! The ladies at daycare are some of the loveliest people and I feel at ease knowing I’ve left Zara with such warm and caring people. I can’t recommend this doggy daycare enough 😊

Used these guys a lot over the years, sadly Charmaine has left she was great but new guy Anton seems very nice. Kennels are clean, well thought out, prices reasonable dogs always come home happy and healthy and they seem to have made friends with the keeper. 2023 was scary due to a bush fire getting very close, charmaine kept in touch and assured us overseas with communication and that she had plans and volunteers at the ready. We returned twice since and will again.

We had our boy Gary stay for a week and it was a breeze from the booking to pick up We will definitely use again . Our boy had plenty of space and exercise area. The kennels are very clean . Very happy with the service from Charmaine.

What a wonderful place to take my Blue Staffy Zeus for 10 days. Charmaine and the team provided a wonderful and caring service to my pooch, I could tell by his happy demeanour and shiny coat when I picked him up. Many many thanks and can highly recommend.

We boarded our two dogs, one which is 16 and they were well looked after. Both happy and healthy after a week of care. We will definitely use Donna again. Great price and great bush setting.

My little furbaby had the best time. Donna was fantastic and she loved looking after my dog. He was in there for a week and when I picked him up he looked brushed and clean and he was happy. Best kennels ihve found in Perth. Definitely taking our Chihuahua "Rabbit" back to Australann Kennels again

My toy poodle Pixie loves to go to Australann. Since she spends up to 3 weeks at a time here and is very happy and excited each time she returns here. She comes home happy and healthy. Donna( lady in charge of her care) is wonderful with her and Pixie loves her. I am really happy we have found somewhere really nice

Small dog kennels are clean and spacious. Small dogs let out together for periods in the day. Kept separate from big dogs.

Our Chihuahua has been going to the small dog kennels periodically for 9 years. We are always welcomed and Donna is great with him. Would recommend!

Charmaine was so lovely with our big dog and very accommodating managing to get us a booking with short notice during the busy school holidays

Our Syrah a Chocolate Labrador seemed happy, content and excited when we picked her up after her 2 week holiday camp. Albeit a little bit of weight. We included cognitive training and play days with others. Her report card from teainer/handler Steph gave us some tips for further development. May not be the cheapest kennel but quality is what we wanted, both for Syeah and our own comfort . Highly recommended...

Amazing! My very anxious greyhound comes home happy and clean and it's obvious he loves all the team and they love him. Wouldn't take him anywhere else. I drive past many other kennels much closer to home but it's well worth it as I have complete peace of mind when I am away. Patch had his 7th birthday when i was away recently and the lovely team gave him a birthday treat and sent me some gorgeous photos of him in a birthday hat. So thoughtful. Highly recommend

Thank-you Hanrob for looking after our gorgeous boy Archie for three weeks this July 2023. We were a little worried about him as he is very active and three weeks is a long time away. We needn’t have as the staff took great care of him and judging by the Facebook posts he had lots of fun. He came back smelling nice and they even cut his nails! On leaving he kissed the trainer goodbye. He will be back 🐕

Our big black, naughty, clever cat, Ollie, is always very well looked after and entertained when he stays at Hanrob Perth. He's been there twice now and is always healthy and happy when we pick him up. I recommend this pet accommodation.

Maddi has been staying at Hanrob Perth kennels since she was a pup. She is 10yo now and after her recent stay she settled in at home again immediately. Hanrob take really good care of your pet and ensure they are happy. What more could you ask for

Took me ages looking around and finding the right doggie hotel for Akira and my other 2 dogs. I'm very fussy and wanted a place that treats our dogs with 100% love and care. I found the staff and the professionalism at Hanrob great. Akira aka KIKI as the staff has named my sons rotti haha loves coming here and she acts like she owns the place. The staff has showed her love and attended to her always. When akira has come home she is balanced and happy. Looking forward to when the more luxury accommodation for pets arrives. Also good that they offer FIFO rates. Because of Akiras breed she is not allowed to play at play time with other dogs, but she seems still happy to meet new friends through the fence. Her nature and beautiful loyal nature I'm sure is seen when she stays at Hanrob. My other two dogs loved it at Hanrob as well the socializing is so good for them .

Love this place. My dog has Diabetes and eye problems and needs a lot of care. I couldn’t fault them, they took exceptional care with her. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Great staff, any dramas, and they give you a call. I don't worry about leaving the dog there, and to be fair, the dog doesn't seem to mind either.

Just started my Kelpie cross hunterway rescue dog, Doug at Hanrob Perth for daycare and getting him used to the hotel rooms for a future stay. The team at Hanrob have been on point with their communication and information and really clear on expectations and inclusions. First day check in was super smooth and easy. Being a rescue, Doug is pretty timid at first but the team were really professional in handling him and he looked pretty happy when we picked him up at the end of the day. I was super impressed how well they get the dogs personalities and their care and understanding. Thanks Hanrob Perth Team.

Julie's kennels provided excellent care for my Dog's recent stay. She entered the kennels with a previous injury which required 4 different medications to be administered during her stay. She had a bandaged foot which had to remain dry, she had to wear a cone, and she also required a prearranged vet visit to change the bandage. All of this was accomplished without hesitation. I would highly recommend Julie's kennels.

My dog has stayed twice now for a week each time. He has been happy and very relaxed away from home. Staff are passionate about caring for each of their guests. They were able to give me a detailed handover on my dog’s experience. What he did, what he ate, if he got on well with other dogs etc. I would definitely recommend this boarding kennel. Staff deserve 5 stars as well. Thank you 🤩

We had the worst experience at this kennel, staff lying and making offensive false comments about our dog just to prove she is correct. We previously had great service and accommodation for our dog when Shannon was in charge, but since she left, the service has gotten extremely bad! the owner, Julie, doesn't understand anything about customer service, rather than diffusing a tense situation, she further escalated it, she is absolutely irresponsible and very unreliable, don't trust your beloved family pet to these people.

First time leaving our doggy, the care seemed fine, I liked how they let the dogs have a play with the ones that get on.

We sent our fur baby in for a week.we have sent him to another boarding kennel before and he was happy and relaxed when he came back. We chose this place as it was nearer to our home.However, when we dropped him off he was happy. When we picked up, its been 2 days and he seems withdrawn and quiet with tail tucked under. He is always a happy and active boy, its sad for us to see him this way. Makes us wonder what might have happened.The lady at the teception seemed flustered and generally staff there did not seem friendly.We are definetely not sending our fur kid back there again. 👎

I can highly recommend Julies Boarding Kennels to anyone looking at boarding kennels for theirs dogs! Shannon was absolutely amazing with Amy and we are so grateful for the time Shannon spent with us leading up to Amy’s first stay. After a not so nice experience with another boarding kennel it was a huge relief to find Julies boarding kennels. We were so impressed with Shannon and Lexy’s experience with challenging rescue dogs like Amy, I felt extremely comfortable with leaving Amy in their capable hands for the weekend. Amy came home happy, content, soft and clean! Thank you both for taking such good care of Amy and bathing her! We look forward to using Julie’s Boarding Kennels again when we are away next.

Terrible experience. My male dog has been left with a female dog and the kennel owner found them "stuck" and it resulted in an unplanned pregnancy for the female dog. They didn't even contact us but were told when we picked up our dog. Very unprofessional and shocking from a long established boarding kennel.

Loki and I love coming here… Loki has his friends and his favourites… the staff are friendly and I adore Brittany and Lexi who have such loving personalities. When I leave my Loki Bear. I know he is safe and has a great time because he basically walks himself to the back door and barely says goodbye. Little jerk.

I can't reccomend these guys enough! Working FIFO sure has it's Downfalls around leaving my furbabies behind, however, knowing my pets are in great/safe hands makes it that little easier being away. Julies Boarding Kennels and Cattery go above and beyond as well as empathetic towards other people's lifestyles working FIFO. I also want to say thank you the Team and especially Tania (Reception/Admin) for all your efforts and always being in positive spirits! Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed, so thank you!😁

I had both of my doggies groomed last Friday and was very impressed with Jo's classy K9's. As I explained prior to the appointment, my dogs are long overdue for a groom, very anxious and needed to be separated from eachother. She was nothing but accommodating and put me at ease. She did a wonderful job and they came home looking gorgeous with there little bow ties! I will definitely be taking my dogs there from now on 🐾 thanks!

I’ve been taking my cheeky poodle Remi here for 5 years now since he was a puppy. Even after his traumatic knee surgery last year and him since then becoming sometimes anxious/snappy with touch around the area. - He is treated with nothing but love and patience.

Jo was wonderful with our 8mth old cavoodle. New to the puppy grooming world we had no idea what to expect or how our girl would behave or react. Jo reassured us that she would only do as much as she could without distressing our girl. We were so happy with the result.

Absolutely wonderful place. Was able to fit our 4 dogs in at short notice and are very friendly and affordable. Got our dogs back looking absolutely happy and georgous. I can honestly say that everything about our first home sitting experience was excellent. Our communications were all answered very promptly and the whole process was explained to us very well. Our house sitter Brad was just amazing, from the first time of meeting him he made the whole process so easy. He regularly sent us photos of our pets whilst we were away and we returned home to an immaculately clean house and pets that were very happy and relaxed. Laurissa and Rodin were perfect house and pet sitters for our staffy Boye and our 2 cats Ricky and Bluey . They kept us regularly updated with pics of our fur babies which we loved. Our babies were so happy and content, we were at absolute peace while on holidays knowing they were being well cared for and loved . They left our home lovely and clean on our return and even bought fresh bread , milk and biscuits which was really appreciated as we got home quite late from airport ..I would definitely and highly recommend Allpets Sitters to anyone looking for house or pet sitters .

Jan @ AllPet’s organised 3 pet sits for us during our time in Perth (1 short term & 2 longer term). The communication, with both Jan and the house owners, was great throughout. Allpet’s are very thorough in gathering all the information that the sitters requires about the sits, which gives everyone involved peace of mind before, and during the sit. Jan not only managed to find sits for our entire trip to Perth, she also matched us to specific pets, owners and locations that worked best for us. My boy has been enjoying holidays at the Swan Valley Cattery for many years. I have never had any issues with anything. My cat comes home exactly as I left him. I have over the years been inside the area where our boy stays. I respect that this may no longer be the case, as most businesses needed to move with the Covid times. I understand that their rules are only trying to keep my cat safe. Caroline and her team are strict with vaccinations being upto date (which I am grateful for). My cat stayed here for 11 nights April 2019. We looked online at a few catterys but this one seemed like she got the most room, it's cool how they get their own inside and outside space plus they let them out into a bigger space too during their stay. I didn't have any issues and staff were really friendly. I will bring my cat back here next time I go on holiday!

Unfortunately not the right fit for me and my cat. They initially refused to let me take her into the enclosure which I am used to doing at other catteries. After insisting to see where she was staying I was allowed in but decided to take her out as cages were tiny compared to Purever Cattery in Mundaring and outside area was fully exposed to the sun. It looked and smelled clean and they did reimburse me but will stick with Purever Cattery from now on.

We're so happy with Swan Valley Cattery that we've used their services again. Most importantly my cat is too. She is so content when I pick her up. It's like she's had a little vacay herself & loves it. We will always choose Swan Valley Cattery. Their service & conditions are fantastic. It can be quite an anxious time for our cats & for us when we go away on holidays, but with the lovely Caroline my mind is at ease as I know she is in great hands. So I'm able to enjoy my holiday without any worries. This time around you had to administer daily medication for my girl you went above and beyond, thanks a million Caroline & staff! My cat is happy & that makes me happy! We will always bring our girl here to stay whenever we go away!

We brought our cat here twice, the first time just for 2 days to see if he's going to like it, which he obviously did. And the second time we left him there for 12 days while on holiday. I like it, it was very clean and the people there are very friendly. Our cat enjoyed his stay and the company of other cats. We will definitely be going there whenever we require a safe, clean and friendly stay for our furry baby.

***Warning*** This cattery does not have insurance - or at least didn't in 2021. My friends left their cat at the cattery for the weekend of their wedding. Unfortunately when attempting to collect him they were told the cattery couldn't locate him just now and would call them once they were able to. It turns out he had escaped and been missing for over two days prior. They were unwilling to take responsibility for this and blamed the cat. There was no procedure in place to follow as they claimed this had 'never happened before'. Once the cat was located over a month later, due to his condition there was a substantial vet bill. The cattery were only willing to pay this off over a period of time as they did not have any insurance to claim against. If you are seeking a safe and professional environment for your pet I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.

We have used the Swan Valley Cattery accommodation three times this year. It is the best place , very well setup, clean. Our Lilly is not stress out there. Thank you very much to Caroline and stuff who are looking after our Lilly. We have a peace of mind when we are away. Svetlana and Uwe

My furbabies recently stayed at this cattery and I can't give enough compliments for the service I received and the care they took of my much beloved pets. The cattery itself is beautiful and clean, a feat with numerous cats, and well organised. The cages have their own outside runner which is a must for those kitties that like to bask in the sun. Highly recommend Swan Valley cattery, my furbabies are already booked in for their next stay!

Julie at Critters Pet Care has been beyond helpful and caring with our dog Lola. Julie always thinks about Lola's best interests and has been so accommodating with all of Lola's extra needs as she can be a bit timid and anxious. We trust Julie completely with Lola and are grateful for Julie's care of her whilst we're at work.

I just wanted to pass on how happy I was with Hillary's excellent service. My father's elderly cat is incredibly important to him and he was finding it very difficult to take time away to visit family overseas, as he didn't want to leave the cat without the best care. Once he met Hillary, he was immediately put at ease knowing that his furry friend would be in good hands. Her personable approach, and regular check-ins were more than we could have hoped for and my father was able to enjoy his time away without worrying. I would definitely recommend Critters to everyone!

The team from Critters Pet Care have looked after our galah, Roger, many times over the last three years.
