Jerry and Michelle are so great! From viewing their profile and reviews, I knew our dogs would be in great hands while we were out of town. Communication was smooth and reliable throughout the whole process, from the initial zoom to when we made it back to our respective homes. During the house tour on the first day of the visit, we were very comfortable and got along great. We received photos of the pups each day, usually with funny captions and usually with the dogs under their blankets. The house was super tidy when we got back, and we appreciated the fresh sheets after our 9-hour drive home. We would not hesitate to have Jerry and Michelle come back again - hopefully with nicer weather next time!

Give your pets a fun staycation!
Fiona was a really great sitter. She was super self sufficient, she sent many photos of Zoe and funny commentary. It was clear that she loved spending time with Zoe. She left my place clean and she was easy to coordinate with. I’d have her back any time.

Molly and Lee knew exactly how to be over the top sitters. The house and Tabby were well taken care of. I was pleased to know that they embedded with our community and staff. Additionally, Molly and Lee were able to explore beautiful St. Lucia to learn of why it is so great to live here. Mary and I look forward to their return next year. Molly and Lee, job well done. I appreciate the work on the lawns, absolutely beautiful.

Responsible and Caring
Aliza and Ric are repeat house- and pet-sitters for us. They are great, totally reliable and very pro-active in terms of sending photos etc. of Alice. We had to leave the house before they arrived this last time, and they had to leave before we returned, but we had no qualms about them doing a great job.

Rebecca is very sweet and incredibly considerate. We had a nice long zoom call before confirming the sit and she was easy to talk to. At the time I had two kitties and one was very ill. Rebecca asked thoughtful questions and had so much experience that my stress and anxiety were alleviated; I was grateful to have found her and felt completely comfortable entrusting my kitties and little piece of paradise to her. Unfortunately my Fizzy Fitzy's health deteriorated and he didn't make it. I let Rebecca know before the sit that it would be only one kitty and that he would be adjusting to the loss of his "brother" and companion and might need more care and attention. She was so kind and again, I felt like the universe had sent me the right person. Rebecca and I got a chance to meet as we overlapped by an hour or two on day one; I was so glad to be able to see her in person and give her a hug before I left. I returned after about 10 days to a calm kitty (which was amazing given that he'd just lost his lifelong companion) and an immaculate apartment. Rebecca even washed the sheets and made the bed which was so beyond helpful and appreciated after a tiring trip. Rebecca sent me a long message on the last day letting me know what had been done and showing a walk-through of the home (she's very thorough, which I love), so I knew what I was coming home to down to the fruit in the fridge. Seriously, the place was immaculate! I know you're journeying on Rebecca but I would love to have you sit anytime. Thank you!

Retired teacher is ready to care for your home and your pets while you’re away
Dave was so great and easy to coordinate with! He was willing to come by a day early to meet us and the dogs. He was very respectful of our place and left no mess behind. He even left a very kind thank you card. He sent pictures of the dogs out on a walk and communicate often. We will definitely have Dave back anytime!
Sue and Richard were greeted enthusiastically by the dogs ! They sent me pics of the dogs having a good time on the beach . Which is always reassuring. I can recommend them as dog sitters and they arrived on time and were packed up when I got back
Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. If you are looking for a pet sitter, look no further. Highly recommend Denise!
We could not have asked for a better house sitter than Myria! She is kind, personable, organized, responsible communicative and more...She read all of our instructions before arriving and asked lots of questions about our pups to make sure she understood their personalities and schedules. You can tell she truly is a dog lover. Myria provided regular updates and we felt 100% confident leaving our dogs in her care. We came back to a home that was spotless - you could hardly tell she had been here. I'd highly recommend Myria as your next zeewoi!
We had the pleasure of having Maggie (for the second time) to take care of our home and beloved dog Frida while we were away for 2 weeks. We couldn’t be happier! Neither could Frida! Our big dog is sometimes a bit stubborn and Maggie managed amazingly. We had daily photos and video, and Frida was clearly very happy, comfortable and very well looked after. We highly recommend Maggie to anyone in need of trustworthy and dedicated house sitter and animal lover
Joe was an excellent sitter and gave us so much peace of mind while we were away, dealing with one of our pup’s surgery recovery, which was an unexpected circumstance just prior to our trip. We felt fully comfortable and were so grateful to know that all of our dogs and our home were in such good hands during his stay. Highly recommend!
Liz was a fantastic sitter for our boys and took great care of our home. She was a great communicator and kept us informed of what was happening and how our dogs were doing. She also kept our home clean and tidy. We would be grateful to have Liz sit for us anytime!
Christina is the best house and pet sitter that we have ever had. She leaves the house immaculate. She is independent, reliable, and totally professional. Communication is excellent. In terms of pet care, Christina is special. I think that she is a dog whisperer. Bridie, our crazy Wheaten, adores her and is sad when she leaves.
Lynn and Ray were fabulous sitters, going above and beyond to take care of our home, yard, and rambunctious pup. Leaving him for three weeks was very difficult but we felt confident once we met them. They are great communicators, very professional, capable of handling any situation, and personable. Since they are fully self-contained in their van, they arrived a day early so we could show them the place, have our dog Bailey get comfortable with them (that was immediate ☺), and get to know them over dinner together. While on our trip, they sent us daily photos of Bailey, which we really appreciated, and updates on their activities. They took him hiking almost every day and kept him well exercised. Any issues that came up (e.g., our irrigation water ran dry a couple weeks in) they communicated to us and we were able to resolve them quickly. They also harvested ripe berries and squash for us and even harvested and dried tomatoes in our dryer. We spent our entire trip feeling assured that all things were being taken care of and feel ever so grateful that we found Lynn and Ray through TH. We returned from our trip to a house that was thoroughly cleaned (better than we left it ☺), with fresh sheets on the bed, and a happy dog. Five-star sitters for sure!
Tom and Diana were perfect house sitters and guests. Great company, our dog immediately made herself at home with Tom. Animals loved and cleaned. House spotless, great communication and even left a thank you card and gift when they left. I couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Oh my Goodness! Where to begin. Linda was the perfect house sitter for us and the perfect pet sitter for Olivia! She is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. When we returned from out two week vacation all our plants were alive, the garden was alive, the birds and fish had been fed regularly, and the dog was alive and happy! What more can you ask for, right? Well with Linda you get all that and more. Updates as you request - even videos of her morning walks with Olivia. The house as spotless as we left it, maybe even better! Even the porches were clean! Linda is a genuine treasure and our recommendation would be 10 stars if there were that many!!

Morgan is a dream. She not only watched my dog Sadie, but kept her clean and happy. Sadie gets so excited to see her. If I even say, “you wanna go see Morgan?” My dog gets excited. I feel like I’m leaving my dog with a family members which is so relieving because I’m gone sometimes for long periods of time. I never have to worry and Morgan always keeps me updated! Absolutely love this place!
I have a 2-year-old beagle mix named Samantha. She’s the greatest dog, and everyone loves her. Her only fault is her nearly uncontrollable excitement when she sees people and squirrels. Last Thanksgiving, I hired Morgan of Highpoint Farm & Pet Sitting to care for Sam in her home for 10 days. When my son and I picked up Sam, she was unusually quiet and didn't show excitement at seeing us. She was sedate as we left to go home. Even when she spotted a squirrel, she had no reaction. This was a stark contrast to when we have returned from other trips. Concerned, I examined Sam when we reached the car. I found two inflamed spots under her collar under her neck about 1 inch apart. The fur was rubbed away and there were traces of blood at a point in the center of each spot. She also had abrasions on the top of her nose. The dog bed that we left with Sam at Morgan’s house had drops of blood all over it. We drove straight to the emergency vet clinic to make sure Sam was okay and document her condition. The vet said that the abrasions were probably caused by rubbing against a kennel. She could not confirm what caused the spots on Sam's neck under her collar. I contacted Morgan about these issues, and she expressed concern. Although she hadn’t told me about any of Sam’s injuries when I picked her up, she did explain when I called later that Sam had gotten cut when she was playing. Morgan also confirmed that the numerous spots on Sam’s bed were blood. In retrospect, many things seem odd about the situation. For example, Morgan would not let us see where Sam would be staying, but instead met us at the park. (She did send photos of a bedroom in her house with a kennel, where Morgan said Sam would stay while she was at work.) When we dropped Sam off the day before our trip, Morgan met us in the parking lot rather than having us bring Sam to her apartment door. When we picked Sam up, Morgan texted several times to find out the exact time we would be there. Those are the facts. You can draw your own conclusions about what caused Sam's behavioral and physical condition. I found Morgan to be an engaging business person with good communication and professional billing/scheduling. However, I do not feel confident that Sam’s care measured up to how Morgan represented the situation. I hope this information will be helpful to others choosing a pet sitter for the dogs.
Morgan watched our lab, Moose, for 10 days. We were quite nervous leaving him, as it was the first time we ever left him. We certainly made the right choice by leaving him with Morgan. She communicated frequently, sending us videos and pictures of him. He was always happy and active. He was so excited to see us when we picked him up. He was in the best mood and had been cared for so well in our absence. Thank you, Morgan!
Morgan has been a gift! We own a farm with a large variety of animals and Morgan is the only one we trust with the care of our animals. We have four dogs, with varying personalities, and some folks are overwhelmed by them. In particular we have one dog who should be named Karen, he's judgy and isn't impressed by most people. He and Morgan were fast friends, and if she's has Red's approval, that's all that matters. Chickens, goats, sheep, dogs, cats, pigs, calves...you name it she's taken great care of it for us. Always going above and beyond, working on training with them and administering meds. A true extension of ourselves. Thankful for a trusted critter care taker.
Our dog Hazel stayed here back in May and Dawn was great, the place is clean and catered to Hazel's needs. Hazel is a rescue (I notice a previous review from Eddie L which is completely false), she's a Husky German Shepard mix and is very energetic as well as being an escape artist, Dawn was able to take this into consideration and provide ample boarding and stimulation for her. We also got her groomed here so as well as being greatly taken care of she also came out smelling and looking amazing! I wouldn't take Hazel anywhere but here! Edit: Wanted to also add that I was initially nervous about boarding Hazel as it was the first time I had to and Dawn would send me daily updates on how she was getting on which I really appreciated.
Kala enjoys her stays at Creekside. She runs right past me to go visit her friends. Not even a bye from her. Being nervous parents we appreciate the texts and pics that we receive from Dawn. I know that she is having a blast because when we pick her up after her stay she is exhausted and sleeps all the way home. Happy four legged child and happy parents. Thanks Dawn
I am a huge fan of Creekside Kennel. I have boarded my dog Bella there several times over the last two years. She is a Shiba Inu. It's clear she is loved there. Every visit Bella excitedly jumps out of my car and runs to the kennel. Also, Dawn is very knowledgeable about dogs & always shares valuable information about Bella and her breed. I always have Bella bathed during her stays. They do a spectacular job grooming her and she leaves looking beautiful!
A friend of ours recommended Creekside Kennels when our usual boarding place was booked. Dawn was quick to get back to me, she was friendly and very interested in learning all about our pups and their needs. We have used them twice in the last few months and are beyond pleased with their care and attention to detail! Highly recommend!
3 letters….WOW! Dawn is amazing with her handling of my 2 boys, Jonah & Jordan. My boys have high energy and when leaving Dawn, they are exhausted beyond belief!! I have added “Dawn’s Camp” to my vocabulary, which motivates my boys to respond to my commands!!!!!
We are from out town and had never left our puppy at a kennel so I wasn't sure what to expect. When we arrived at out appointed time the owner met us and showed us the facilities . The set up is great with individual grassy run -outs side by side with other dogs. The dogs could interact with each other but not get at each other thru the chain link fence. When we drove back in we could see another kennel worker sitting with our pup petting him. I was impressed with the set up ,the cleanliness ,and friendly staff. Wish Creekside kennel was 11 hours closer. We would use them all the time.
My entire experience with Dawn at Creekside Kennels was fantastic! I brought my cat there and she was quick to check us in because he was stressed from the car ride. She provided him with a special bed, high quality food and lots of attention. He's never come home from "camp" so happy before. He's been talking our ears off and being especially affectionate. Thanks, Dawn for all you do! I would highly recommend Creekside Kennels.
Both of my rescues do so well at Creekside! Each of my dogs have their own quirks that make staying at an average boarding facility unrealistic. Dawn is so good with the dogs and the facility is such an amazing set up. It is so difficult to not only find a facility that will board behavioral dogs but also a facility where you can truly trust your dog is getting the best care. The staff at Creekside are so incredible. Without a doubt, bring your dog here if you are lucky enough to get a spot! They have high demand! Nothing but good things to say about Dawn and staff at Creekside!!
Contacted to book dog for overnight stay. No phone contacts just emails. Didn't know all was set til several messages left. Today we attempted to drop off dog and leave for vacation. Lost trying to find kennel, called owner only to get answer machine. Found kennel, only to see kennel gate closed. Waited 15 - 20 minutes for owner to respond when we might be able leave dog. Finally Owner response was rude, not accommodating, saying we would have to wait til 445 or tomorrow! We had to cancel our Boston reservation with no where to leave our dog. It seems dogs are left unattended from 9am to 4 or 5 pm during day, at this kennel. We were surprised by owner response to help us in the face of a mistake in finding kennel or having a problem that day... Not a good business practice
Staff is so friendly, thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable! We were informed by Dawn that our pup Kiwi’s knee clicks when massaged - something she found during the groom that we had never noticed. We mentioned it to the vet who diagnosed Kiwi with “luxated patellas” - the joints didn’t form properly, in Kiwi’s case, a genetic defect. She’s now on a joint supplement and it will be monitored. This level of care and compassion is priceless!!!! We will most certainly bring Kiwi back for more fun 💗🐾
We are so grateful to have found Meg to take care of our puppy Ruby. Ruby has spent days and nights at Megs and she loves it! She loves playing with her fur baby friends and she loves spending time with Meg. We know Ruby is safe and loved every time she is with Meg in her home.
Meg is the best. She has been taking care of my puppy for a while now and has been energetic, reliable and quick to identify and communicate any issue worth noting. As a new dog owner I have trusted her advice and am happy to have her a part of my team. Most importantly, my puppy LOVES her!
She takes great care of the pets. Better then some parents take care of their kids, we have had 3 rescues and they all love going to Meg. recommend her 112%
Meg is outstanding! We went on vacation and she took care of our 2 dogs, Champ and Rosco, and our cat Gypsy as her own. But when she noticed the plants needed watering, she took care of them also. Going on vacation is so much easier now. Thank you very much.
Meg is amazing, my animals absolutely adore her! I cannot begin to cover how amazing it is to have multiple animals & still be able to travel with no worries! That was not always the case. Being able to leave town with zero worries is a godsend. When I moved into the area, Meg was a referral from another pet sitter that knew Meg could handle multiple animals, work with any breed and she would not shy away from special needs. The fact that all my furbabies absolutely love her is just icing on the cake. The furbabies and I are the fortunate ones, Meg makes it easy for us.
Meg is simply amazing! We have 2 black house panthers that are extremely skittish. We were extremely nervous how they'd behave with her, whether they'd come out to eat or not. When Meg visits to feed them they greet her at the door and accept chin scratches. They hide from everyone else but not Meg. She has a very calm and soothing energy that animals respond to. She is truly a house panther whisperer! Can't recommend her enough!
Headed out of town for Christmas and a week before leaving we realized we needed a sitter for our Bunny Lola. Found Meg online and she came to the rescue. She was extremely reliable and prompt. She was willing to come to my place for daily visits with Lola which worked out great for Lola. She is now listed in my contacts as Bunny sitter for future vacations. Defiantly recommend. Thank you Meg!!
We were heading out of town for a week and ran into a pinch trying to find a reliable pet sitter/boarder. All the big names were booked and couldn’t accommodate and most didn’t even answer their phones or call me back. On the second day of research and phone calls I came across Meg’s business. She was able to squeeze our Sherman into her schedule. What a blessing! Her high reviews were accurate in describing her quality of service, care, and competitive prices. She’s very personable, loves dogs and spoils them rotten! Sherman did not miss us! Haha! Every other day she sent photos and videos of the fun, friends and activities that the dogs were enjoying. You CANNOT get the level of care anywhere else like with Meg. It proved to be more of a home than a business, a passion more than a profit for Meg. I will DEFINITELY be recommending her to all my friends and booking with her in the future.
Love Meg, we work together in rescue. Let me tell you, I've never seen a more loving person. I highly recommend her services if you need a pet sitter, she will treat your dog as if it was her own.
Meg is fabulous with all animals. She is loving, kind, compassionate and a true animal lover. She has a heart of gold and treats her client’s pets with the utmost care. Highly recommend her!
I recently moved to the area and needed a place to send my dog, Torino, for daycare and boarding. From the very first visit, it was clear that Ellen truly loves and cares for the dogs. My little guy, Torino, immediately took to her, which is always a good sign. The daycare is situated on a spacious farm, which provides plenty of room for the dogs to run and play. Whenever we pull up to the farm, he gets excited. It's clear he knows he's about to have a great time. After a day at Ellen's, Torino always comes home tired but happy. This tells me he's had a full day of fun and exercise, which is exactly what I want for him. Whether it's daycare or boarding, I know he's in good hands with Ellen. Highly recommend!
Ellen and assistant Vinny are great and loved our dog like he was their own. Convenient and affordable home-style dog daycare. We brought our dog 2x a week when he was a puppy. Very accommodating for last minute requests.
We have two dashounds that are very spoiled and do not like to be away from us. We recently moved into the area and Ellen and her team at Darling Farms came highly recommended. We needed to board our dogs for several days over the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays this year. The later was on very short notice due to a death in our family. Ellen and team couldn’t have been more flexible and accommodating. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our dogs stay both times. As Ellen said - they had a blast. They played with other smaller dogs during their stay which was so nice. Most places from our experience just cage dogs for the most part of their stay. When we picked them up both dogs were calm and happy - not anxious or agitated. In fact they were off leash following Ellen down the deck stairs to meet us and with a gaggle of other small dogs wagging their tails in attention. We were completely blown away. And the second time we dropped them off for their stay- they ran into the house at the Farm- without hesitation!!! We don’t normally post reviews on anything but loving our dogs so much and finding Ellen and her staff at Darlling Farms so great we felt we needed to share our findings to other dog owners similar to ourselves that find boarding a challenge. She also does large dogs as well and has marvelous open fenced in areas outdoors for the dogs to play. As one person said to us- who recommended Ellen-when we questioned him “ Taking care of your dogs - this is what she does”. Amen!
My dog is currently being boarded there. Received a video from Ellen, this morning, of him playing in the snow. Thought that was such a nice touch. Nice to know that he's in good hands.
Don’t know if they’re still open but I called multiple times. No one answers, and when I left a voicemail no one called back.
We trust the care our animals receive when we board them at Darrling Farm. Our pets always come home happy and healthy.
Super nice people who took good care of our vizsla, Hubert. Easy to get to. A dog friendly place!
They take care of our 2 dogs. That is a great place Darrling Farm Dog Sitting (no cats).
Best dog sitter around. Our 3 dogs are sad to leave but happy to see us.
Beautiful location and set up, our dog was in such good care.
Emily was accommodating, and welcoming to a meet and greet that turned into an overnight stay for Rhoda. I was very comfortable leaving Rhoda with her. I received updates and pictures of the fun the dogs were having. We will be back. Thank you!
I highly recommend Emily for pet sitting/boarding. My dog is can tend to be a little shy with new people but he took right to her. She gave us a lot of updates and pictures while we were away, which gave me so much peace of mind. You won’t find better than Emily.
Emily is the best with all furry friends and truly cares about those she is watching! She makes sure that those she is caring for are well taken care of and has the best course of care for your pets while they stay at Ireland Hills. Your pups will have the most fun staying with her and Clover!
Emily was a great sitter for our puppies. She took good care of them while we attended a wedding in Vermont recently. They were very happy with her!💙💛💚 …
Emily loves dogs as is evident by how she took care of mine for a week. And she sent pics and updates to let me know they were settled in and doing fine. Highly recommend and i will be back!
Emily is great with dogs and has been awesome with my Murphy! Her dog clover and Murphy get along so well and Murphy always comes back a happy and tired puppy. Can not recommend her enough
