Louise and her team have been amazing with our puppy, Winnie. We live in Greenwich, but are often in Chelsfield to stay with family, and they have been so flexible helping out whenever we need daycare / boarding. She loves to go and comes back exhausted, so we are happy! Prices are very reasonable, too. Would highly recommend.

Louise cared for our two pugs while we went on holiday. The dogs loved her could tell by the photos she sent me. I enjoyed my holiday without worry . I highly recommend louise to new clients she was outstanding.

My little guy Archie is a 1 y/o maltipoo and has been going to doggy daycare here twice a week since he was 6mths. He LOVES it. He has a great time with his doggy friends and adores the staff who take great care of him. He is completely exhausted when he gets home from the day's adventures. I also get him groomed here; he's not a fan so it's nice that it's done by people he knows and trusts. Highly recommend Louise and her team!

I was reasonably happy with padifoots. The walkers are very good and they were always happy to provide updates on my dogs walk when I happened to speak with them. Found the owner to be slightly uncommunicative and forthcoming with information or responding to queries but as my dog loved the walkers i was ok with this. Just been told at 10pm on Sunday that I have 5 days to find a new dog walker as she has moved and will no longer be providing a service to dartford, to say I am fuming is an understatement and I know of other dog owners in my area in a similar position. Moving does not happen overnight and the lack of communication is disrespectful to a loyal client of nearly 3 years. I would not recommend them because of this as you never know when the "goal posts" will change

First of all you need to understand that Lily is my baby and as such, only the best will do for her. That's where Padifoot Pet Care came in. My home life circumstances changed and as such I was going to be spending more time away from home. I went along to meet Louise and to 'check the place out' before committing to leaving Lily in their care, all looked perfect and all my questions and concerns were answered without a flicker of hesitation. Initially I was just looking for someone to look after her a couple of days a week here and there while I was at work. I have to admit that the first few times I was very nervous about leaving her, allowing my mind to wander and imagine all kinds of dramatic scenarios...nothing of the sort happened...in fact, Lily loves it there. As soon as we turn the corner to drive up the road, Lily is alert and making whining noises demonstrating how excited she is to be going there. She has the opportunity to socialise with other dogs, she goes out for lovely long walks and runs around freely with Louise and her team having the time of her life. As I said, it was initially for only a day here and there but it has turned in to much more than that and some weeks she is there every day. She has, on occasions, stayed overnight and again, the first couple of times were the hardest (for me, not her) but she was fine. I love it that she is happy to go there as often as she needs to, I love how friendly Louise, her family and team are and how much care they take of not only my girl, but all the dogs in their care. It makes my day when I see photos posted on their FB page and I can see how much fun she is having. If your dog is your baby and you are having any doubts whatsoever, trust me, this is the place to go, they love and you too will be happy with your choice to take them there. I would definitely recommended Padifoot Pet Care to everyone (in fact, I tell most people I meet about how great it is). If you are in any doubt, just have a look at the photos on their page, Lily is the chocolate lab with only one eye...the one loving life and having a ball!

Padifoot Pet Care are the best in town! You only need to open their front door to see how happy the good boys and girls are, all wagging their tails. As a Home Board, the dogs get the absolute best treatment you could wish for when compared to standard kennels. The dogs have such an active day, every day, with multiple walks in the local fields and woods, and non-stop playtime with their doggy friends during day care. The owner has worked with dogs for over 15 years, so really knows what she is doing with the animals, how to take the best care of them, and how to properly deal with any troublesome situations. We have relied on Padifoot for over 3 years now to watch our two kitties, and we've only had good experiences. Lucy has been looking after our pets for a few years now and it’s always been great! She is all the things you want when you entrust your precious critters to someone - diligent, responsible, sensitive and a natural with animals. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Little Critter Care is a wonderful organisation - giving complete service to the little pets left in their charge. My indoor cat was very happy to be visited and Lucy took time to feed, play and groom him - to say nothing of regular picture updates of his antics ! It meant I was able to fully relax during my weekend away which was very special and much appreciated. Highly recommended if you are going away this summer !

We have a border terrier named Lily. When I say we have, she is really like another member of the family! She is now 15 but still going strong and can go for long walks, however she cannot hear and cannot see very well anymore......so when we have to go away for a few days we want her to be in good hands! Lucy has always been the perfect person for looking after her. Lucy loves animals, and when she comes around Lily is so happy and excited. Plus, Lucy knows every pet is different, and she has a lot of experience and common sense. I would highly recommend Lucy to everyone who needs a pet sitter.

Lucy is the most incredible pet sitter ever. Our guinea pigs live when she comes to look after them. Additionally she’s been taking the most onerous part of owning pets off my hands by cleaning them out weekly. The hutch is always immaculate afterwards. She’s incredibly trustworthy and great with communication. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. We’re all gutted she’s moved from the area!

Lucy is absolutely brilliant, so reliable and cares for pets as if they were her own! I knew we'd found somebody special when she came to meet our pet rats beforehand and was super thorough with their needs and any additional information we needed to provide, making really detailed notes. Lucy has been trimming our rabbits nails regularly. One of our rabbits is very nervous but Lucy is very good and calm with them. She is reliable and really helpful, gives us suggestions and helps with our general questions about rabbits! We would definitely recommend her.

Our piggies had a lovely time with Kerry during their stay! Our girls missed their pets but were happy to see pictures & videos of them online and to see that they were happily running about & eating their veggies. Highly recommend Kerry’s pet hotel. Our rabbit, Tsuki has such a fun time, and was very spoilt. Kerry knows her pets, so you don’t have to worry about them at all, they will be well looked after! Tsuki will definitely be going back for another stay soon, we wouldn’t leave him anywhere else!

First time having our rabbits boarding anywhere. My partner visited to see if it would be the right fit for them and found it was. Kerry is a lovely person and clearly loves animals. Kerry and Linda are fabulous. They have looked after our little old bunny 'Teddy' beautifully. It is so lovely for us to know that Ted is being looked after so well. We totally trust Kerry and Linda. It's a great environment they keep. Being away for nearly 2 weeks, we know that Ted has been loved, groomed and fed. We do not have to worry about him at all. We loved watching the little videos of him on Instagram. I'm pretty sure now Ted is back home he might miss some of his free time to play, especially with the cuddly toy lamb.

Our rabbit Binky stayed at Kerry’s for 2 weeks while we were our honeymoon, and we were so happy with the service he received, that we booked him in for his second holiday! We loved seeing the updates on Instagram and could see how relaxed he was. Kerry is so attentive and caring, we know he’s always in good hands. Thanks so much Kerry!

Kerry’s pet hotel was recommended to us and our 2 guinea pigs had a lovely stay at there while we were on holiday, they came home very happy! Our guinea pigs had lots of space to run around and plenty of fresh veggies to nibble on every day, their ‘guest room’ was always kept very clean with plenty of fresh hay and we will definitely use Kerry’s pet hotel again next time we go away. Our rabbits stayed at Kerry's whilst we were away, and we could not have been happier. We had regular updates on Instagram and both bunnies were very happy. I felt relaxed knowing they were in capable hands, which is important. The space they stayed in was lovely and clean. I would recommend Kerrys Pets hotel to anyone and I will be using them for all future holidays.

Oreo and Kitkat had a lovely holiday at Kerry’s Pets. This was the first time we had used Kerry’s Pets and we were completely confident in our “ladies” care from the moment we arrived. It was great to see a couple of videos of them when we were away. Would totally recommend! Update - Oreo and Kitkat have had a few stays now and have been joined by two little “sisters” Toffee and Treacle…the four of them just spent 10 days at Kerry’s Pets and had a lovely time. Kerry also gave us very helpful advice when we were bonding them prior to their stay.

Great friendly, professional service. I have got a rescue dog who can be quite nervous, Daisy understands her needs and is great with her. Therefore, I feel confident when Daisy looks after her. I would highly recommend Daisy's Pet Care.

Daisy and her team are fantastic, they really look after our girl and she always comes back from walks absolutely knackered. We've had daisy for around 7 months now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She has really helped our young cockerpoo socialise with other dogs and her confidence has grown massively. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with my dog. He comes home happy 👍

My dog stayed at Woodlands Kennels over Christmas for 9 days for the first time. On drop off we were told we could not see the kennels, we also werent allowed to leave our dogs bed there due to covid even though they are cash only. The times for drop off and pick up are all wrong on the website so would call the kennels for the correct information here, we did notify the owners about this and they said they know the website is wrong. When we got out dog back after the christmas break he had two abscess on his paws, one was infected and ooozing. We asked the kennels if they knew what happened and they said they diddnt.

Unlikely to use again. The owners seem nice. We weren’t allowed to see the kennels on drop off which made me feel uncomfortable/suspicious - owners blamed covid but to not see any of it when it’s mostly outside?! The dog came back thin, he came back with a bad bout of kennel cough (despite being jabbed), and he came back with an injury to his leg (photo after cleaning) which the owners tried to tell me was mud - accidents happen but they didn’t seem to know about it - and he had just been bathed. And lastly, cash only?! £300 for just under 2 weeks we thought was very reasonable.

I’m really not sure about this cattery. The staff were friendly enough. They looked after my cat for 4 nights, charged me £96 though. I am concerned about how this place is representing itself as a kennel and cattery, yet there are no photos online of the cattery. When I arrived I asked to see the cattery, they wouldn’t let me as someone is on-site clinically vulnerable. Left me a bit worried. They did send photos, runs appear very basic. My cat came back having lost weight and was sick a few times on the first night. But apart from that seems to be fit and healthy. 3 stars because, although friendly, felt uneasy with lack of info about cattery.

Many, many thanks for caring for Daisy our German Shepherd this week. Woodlands is the ONLY kennel we are prepared to leave her with. Daisy is happy to just walk off with the staff, which speaks volumes. Everyone very friendly.

Recently purchased the most beautiful, Australian Shepherd puppy from Robert and Louise. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Lovely to talk to and deal with, and really couldn’t have had a better, healthier more well adjusted puppy. He’s an utter joy to all.

We have two rescue dogs, Molly and Sasha. They couldn’t be more opposite if they tried. Molly is cuddly and likes most humans but Sasha is not a fan of other humans, which can make finding somewhere for them to stay very hard. We stumbled upon Woodlands and I can honestly say that they go above a beyond. We can go away without worrying and they are not fazed by Sasha’s complex ways. We have just picked them up from their 4th stay, which was 6 days. They are both happy, well fed and Sasha’s fear of humans improves every time she goes there. You can tell that they love animals, work hard and most importantly give us feedback about the girls which we haven’t really had in other places. They are always at the end of the phone if we want to check in. We will use Woodlands every time we go away! Thanks so much for all your hard work, Laura & Aid

I have been using Woodlands for my dogs for over 5 years and always recommend them to my clients (I'm a dog groomer). Up until a couple of months ago I had never had any problems and my dogs always came back well fed, properly groomed (when requested), and happy. However, the last stay they came back from with various scrapes and cuts, and they were very anxious and skittish. Not to mention that the grooming I had paid extra for had not been done properly; when I got my dog home he was so badly matted that I ended up having to cut out the matts myself and re-groom and bathe him. He wasn't even properly clean and was very nervous about being handled which he has never been before. I recently found out from talking to some fellow dog owners who board their dogs at Woodlands that they, too, have had problems with their pets there including injuries that could not be explained, animals coming back very thin and/or dehydrated, and dogs that seemed to be quite traumatised - especially around food/resources. I don't know what's going on at Woodlands, but their pet care is no longer what it once was and I am sad to say that I will no longer be using or recommending their services.

We started boarding with Woodlands in 2017 after moving into the area. My dog had been unhappy at a previous kennel and I was so relieved when after his first boarding experience at Woodlands, he emerged happy and content. Being an American Akita, he is very intelligent and prone to stubbornness, but he jumps all over Brady when he sees him and gives him kisses, which says it all. The team has always been very prompt with communication, always keeping me informed on the first day about how my dog has settled in; as well as throughout the visit. At one time my dog developed a hot patch whilst boarding over the summer (long haired dogs are prone to this), and Brady and his team provided excellent care, rushing him to their vet and giving him the immediate necessary care. They have also come to my aid when health situations meant I needed immediate boarding, and their pickup and drop off service is excellent. Will be using for years to come. Highly recommend!

Fantastic kennels and cattery. Our family all use them for numerous cats and dogs and every time our animals have been looked after superbly. Recently my mum's cat was there and had an injury from prior to his visit. The staff looked after him amazingly well, took him to the vets when needed and kept us informed at all times. The care and attention was fabulous and the staff very considerate. Would highly recommend to all.

Unfortunately I won’t be using Woodlands again. My cat came home incredibly thin after staying here and ate about 3 days worth of food in 1 hour upon coming home. You are not allowed to see where they keep your cat and they only accept cash for some reason which is not explained. I really wanted to like this place, the reviews for the kennels are good, the staff are friendly, but something just doesn’t sit right me.

We've been taking our rabbit, Coco, to Binky's for three years and he's always really happy to go and comes back looking healthy and well groomed. And our sons love getting a photo or two of him while we're away. As well as taking great care of the animals, Jo is really professional and organised with the bookings so we know we can rely on Binky's each time we go away, which is really important to us. We're so grateful we found Binky's and genuinely can't recommend them enough.

We have left our two rabbits at Binky's on countless occasions over the last few years, including one long stay when we were abroad. Jo always takes such good care of them. She gives them loads of attention and we are always confident they'll have a safe and happy time whilst at Binky's. Highly recommend!

Jo at Binkys Boarding looks after the buns as if they were her own. The level of attention and true love for the rabbits under her care is unmatched. She is always available for advice and a friendly ear. The new indoor set up is one of a kind and truly shows the dedication of both Jo and Doug to making this an environment where rabbits thrive. We have used Binky's boarding regularly over the past 2 years for our 2 guinea pigs, Nibbles and Otto, and have always been very pleased. They are very well cared for, and Jo responds very quickly to queries and is very accomodating, the guineas don't want to leave. I would definitely recommend using Binky's.

Our hamster Ruby had a great stay at Binky's Small Animal Pet Boarding and was well taken care of by Jo! Jo is very knowledgeable and attentive to the animals' needs. Ruby was clearly happy and content during his stay as evidenced by the regular WhatsApp updates, and we appreciate the love and care that Jo gave him. We highly recommend Binky's for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable place to leave their furry friends.

My two rabbits had a great time with Jo at Binky’s Boarding. She clearly loves bunnies and all animals. The animals I’m her care are all happy and well looked after with plenty of attention as well as indoor and outdoor space. Jo was very easy to deal with and quick to respond to all queries. The photos and videos of the rabbits were also much appreciated. I happily and wholeheartedly recommend Binky’s Boarding to anyone who needs boarding for their small furries!

My rabbit spent 2 weeks at Binkys Boarding and what I can say is that Rory didn't seem very excited to come back home and leave aunt Jo and the furry friends behind. He really had a great time, been well taken care of and spoilt. He is very fussy and came back home with a new preference for his hay lol. Been sent pictures and updates via whatsapp constantly. Jo is a lovely person who loves animals. When I first brought Rory, she took him out of his carrier and hold him, something Rory doesn't like and I expected him to look alert and scared, but no. After a few seconds he just looked so calm and peaceful in her arms and it made me so emotional. I know he felt she has a good soul and he just trusted her. Will defo bring Rory back every time we need a place for him. This is his holiday! <3 Thank you, Jo!

Our rabbits both had a fantastic little holiday of their own staying at Binky’s Boarding. It is a lovely clean set, up and you can easily see how much Jo loves her own animals and also shares that with her furry guests too. Couldn’t believe my eyes when Goldie happily sat there having a cuddle and stroke from Jo, when I count it a success just being able to pick him up! Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants somewhere where their bunnies can be well looked after.
