Lacey is amazing, a real dream-come-true pet sitter. My cats adored her, and it was obvious she gave them her time and care. We received regular updates as we had requested, which included videos and photos. The cats seemed to enjoy Laceys company so much, that upon leaving, they were checking in on her. Communication with Lacey was great, before and during the sit, and she was flexible to stay an extra night as our flight home was quite late. Grateful that she referred to the welcome manual regarding bins etc, as we had completely forgot, but she just got on it. Very self-sufficient and tidy guest, and any pet owner would be lucky to have her care for your pets.

Let me start by saying that I have never approved a zeewoi with children to petsit and was concerned about doing so. After a FaceTime chat with Kemi I decided to give it a chance. As a veterinarian and despite having teenagers, I was concerned about having small children in my non child proofed home with animals they do not know. The first day seemed difficult for Kemi and family as they adjusted to my dogs, who are excellent with children, but I do not think they were accustomed to a young, large breed dog. They seemed concerned, confused and critical of normal behaviors for a Golden Retriever… like trying to eat the other dogs food. When we spoke one Facetime I let Kemi know my Cavalier sleeps in bed with me, but the night of her arrival she made it clear that would not be possible for her as she can not sleep with an animal and wanted to know the alternative. I gave her permission to have him sleep in his crate, which he isn’t used to and was disappointing. Over the 10 days they were with the dogs, they gradually became more comfortable with them and their routine. Kemi is extremely meticulous about following the welcome letter exactly and had many questions about that. There were some strange things though - like being sent photos of my small dog’s poop on my floor… when I asked if they left him in his crate (as he always should be when not home) I was told her child forgot to latch the crate door so he was free in the house (something he is never allowed) and he also was not given the opportunity to poop outside (as it was communicated he always must after eating) before leaving him. I also repeatedly asked for him not to be walked on a leash outside (she sent photos of her children with him outside on a leash) because he is trained on the invisible fence, but Kemi was too nervous to do that. They let my large dog out without a leash with the invisible fence though…. We came home to find our home just as clean as we left it - Kemi even removed and laundered the bedding before leaving our home. They were also really good about picking up the poop in the yard, which was nice and were very respectful about my home and belongings.

Joy and Brandon were excellent sitters! We had a video call before the sit to answer any questions, and text messages with photos while we were away. They left the house nice and tidy, and all of our pets were happy as could be. We would love to have them back any time! ( I think they could even tend to my bees in a pinch...they have beekeeping experience.)

This was our first house/pet sit with @zeewoi and we were extremely pleased! Robert showed up when he said he would, he accommodated our timelines and our dog's scheduled routine. He left our home in excellent shape and we had a very happy, relaxed pup to come home to. It was important to us that Robert meet us via video chat or in person before we left and he went above and beyond. He sent photos of our dog, Cooper, and him throughout the sit and we could tell that Cooper was very happy with Robert. He responded immediately to our texts, giving him updates about our return. Communication is so important for making sure both the sitter and the house owners are confident in one another. Robert is very outgoing and friendly and we have 100% confidence in him to look after our home and our dog when we are away. We look forward to Robert providing another future home sit.

Kelly was an excellent sitter for us. She communicated well, before the sit and during the sit. When we got home, the dogs and our guinea pig were happy and well. Kelly was dependable and showed up exactly on time. The house was well maintained and clean when we arrived home. We would definitely host Kelly again.

From her promptness to schedule a pre-sit call to her truly thorough tidying of our house, Stella was an amazing housesitter from start to finish!! She read all the info we put together ahead of time, and asked for clarification on just a few things which made us confident that the pup and the house were in good shape :) Stella was really gracious when we admitted to not having a coffee pot, and handling things calmly when there was an incident with street parking. Maybe most importantly though our dog Luke was calm when we came home. I think if future sitters are clear in their expectations around frequency of communication/photos and the dogs needs then Stella is the perfect person to exceed your expectations!

Our house was immaculate upon our return and Michele made her famous lemon chicken recipe which we gobbled up and then we asked for the recipe. We loved Misty!!!! She was absolutely the most perfect baby sitter for our dog and an amazing short term tenant at our house. Not only did she keep the house clean but she even washed everything she used before we got home. We even got a couple gifts from her. She is such a sweet human, kept in contact with us while we were gone and sent videos of the hikes and walks they went on. I would 100% ask her to stay at our house again

Alexandria was by far our best sitter yet (and we've had excellent zeewoi sitters)! She was responsible, self sufficient and very responsive. She took the time to come meet our dog ahead of time and to run through the routine before our trip. She was communicative and sent great pics of her adventures with Rupee while we were away. She was extremely clean and followed our household routine. And to top it al off, she left us with a homemade vegetable soup for our jet lagged return home from Europe! Robert and Biljana are absolutely the best sitters you could ever get. We have used them several times already. They have always arrived at the stated date and time. They are eager to receive any and all instructions and will follow them as stated. They keep us informed almost every day on our dogs and send pictures regularly. They always go above and beyond their duties. Robert has fixed a few things around the house without being asked. They buy things for our dogs and have even trained our dogs on certain issues. They made a concerted effort to get to know the neighbors and talked up our dogs to all of them. They will be discreet with any and all information given. We really appreciated all their hard work and effort. They have certainly elevated the bar for the next sitters. Biljana took very good care of our plants and spoiled our dogs to excess. They now expect the same from us!! We will welcome them back anytime. Hiring them is a decision that will not be regretted.

We were so happy with Lynda's care for our senior pup. Lynda was extremely accommodating with the key hand over situation we had considering our early flights out of Berlin. She was easy to coordinate with and made this part of the holiday very smooth. We could also tell Sesame was in the best care. We received updates and photos of Sesame on walks and getting cuddles. We know Sesame can be sassy sometimes but Lynda was great with her little attitudes and handled her with ease. It was also really heart warming to see that Lynda truly enjoyed her time with Sesame and created a strong bond with her. We love to know that our dog is loved and treated with the care we would give her if we were home. Both my partner and I were able to fully enjoy our holiday as we knew from updates that Sesame and Lynda were doing well. Our apartment was clean and tidy when we returned and the sheets had also been washed. We would definitely have Lynda back and would recommend her to anyone else looking for an experienced sitter to stay with your pet.

I cannot thank Jenny and Geoff enough for stepping in at the last minute after the original sitter cancelled. They are a great couple, friendly , organised and extremely capable. Also they LOVE animals. My dog and cat have clearly been given a great deal of care and attention in my absence. Jenny kept in touch with notes and lovely photos, Geoff cut my grass and I came home to a spotlessly sparkling house ! Thank you so much! I had Emily do 2 nights at her place w/ all 3 of my pups, for me to leave town to attend my son's wedding. It was very important to me to have them in a home setting. I visited 3 other pet sitting options and none were a setting that would be best for my pets. This was my first time leaving all 3 for 2 days. Emily did a great job caring for them and they were so happy to go for a ride w/ her - I used the pick up and drop off service, which was super helpful to me. Emily is the absolute best dog sitter. She is the only dog sitter that I feel completely comfortable leaving my boys with. Not only does she take care of their basic daily needs, but she also makes sure to actually spend time with them. She is NOT one of those dog sitters that just lets them out and then leaves again. She takes care of their needs and spends time with them. She constantly updates me throughout my time away. She will always be my first choice when I have to go out of town or be away for a day. I can finally enjoy my trips and not have to worry about my dogs at all!
I can’t say enough about Emily and the love and care she shows my babies. I have had goldens that lived long and happy lives till the age of 16. I never once boarded them. I since got a new baby after such a long time and she is the only person I have ever felt comfortable to leave my babies with. She treats and loves my animals like I do. My animals love Emily so much it is an easy and stress free decision to leave them in her care no matter if it’s dog walks, boarding, or just play dates she supervises. We all think that no one will take as good of care as we do with our animals, Emily is an exception to that rule. The fact she is so educated and accomplished in her field, and is able to give medication and help special needs animals is a huge plus. She is truly a one of a kind person! Thank you Emily. Emily did amazing! My 2 dogs were very happy when I got them from 5 days of Emily keeping them ! She really loves animals and took extremely good care of my sweet dogs! She also kept us updated on everything the entire time she had them ! We loved seeing pics of our dogs. I would give her 5 stars!!

Emily and her partner are just who my husband and I were looking for to keep our pups (aka our children). They are amazing!! We boarded with them, and Emily assured me that somebody was always home with the dogs and always let me know when the dogs would be alone for any period of time (which was not necessary but still very much appreciated). She always kept me posted on how the pups were doing, sent pics, and always so responsive! For the first time, I was able to enjoy my trips without worrying about my babies back at home! Emily is absolutely amazing at what she does. We are very fortunate to have her in our lives. Our two dogs love her so much that their ears perk up whenever we say her name and they know they will be visiting her. We have been with Emily for a few years now and we always feel safe and secure when she has our dogs. And I know without a doubt they love her to death as well. She is very good with sending pics and updates of their day and even when our dogs may need extra attention or take a medication, she is very good at making sure they are well taken care of. What am I NEVER when Furkid sits – stressed! Lori and Shana are phenomenal with my babies. They’re on time, patient with my three hyper-bouncing fur babies, follow all feeding and med instructions, and give extra-extra love and hugs to my babies.
