Quality Pet Care have just looked after our Husky/GSD Dexter for 10 days while we were on holiday. They have been looking after my Mum’s dogs for the last few years and came highly recommended. We had a brilliant experience from start to finish, and were able to see updates and pictures while we were away which was so reassuring. Better yet, he came back to us very happy and looked like he’d had a lovely holiday himself! Thank you so much to the staff at QPC for looking after our very vocal and clingy boy. I doubt we’ll use anyone else now!

I have used Quality Pet Care on two occasions now and both times my Doberman has come back so happy and his usual playful self. I was quite nervous about his first stay as he can be quite timid with new people but Brett assured me he settled in really quickly, and I got photo updates to put my mind at ease while I was away. Will continue to use Quality Pet Care for all our holidays away, would recommend them to anyone, and a much nicer alternative to kennels.

My 2 dogs have been away 3 times to Quality Pet Care. They can't wait to go. I have pictures during their stay, and am happier for them to go into a home rather than kennels. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

*RECOMMEND* Our 10 month old Cockapoo stayed with Tony at Quality Pet Care 9th - 12th May 2019 in Gravesend. We wanted to place our Bailey in a home environment then a kennel, whilst we was away for the first time without our dog Bailey. I must admit it took some getting use to the Quality Pet Care policy. Within their policy of protection we could never meet the carer, have any direct contact with the carer or have any details of the carer other than knowing; carer's name, picture of him outside his house, what town he lives in, his age, and that he was retired. We had to place full trust in Brett and his choice of carer for our dog Bailey. How I am understood, it's to protect their business, carers, insurances and customers. Meanwhile whilst we was away, carer Tony updated Brett daily with pictures of Bailey to send to us (pictures attached is some of the picture sent). It really made us relax and feel rest assured Bailey is ok. Tony even took Bailey for a day out in Knole Park in Sevenoaks. We knew Bailey had 1-1 care. We knew Tony was able to keep Bailey comfortable whilst away with keeping up with his puppy training and routines. When Bailey returned back to us through Brett transporting to and from the carers house. We knew when seeing Bailey he was absolutely fine!! There was no behavior change in him at all!! He was / still a very happy dog! With that response and care whilst we was away, we would use Quality Pet Care again!!

Boo has been with Quality Pet Care 3 times now and has always come back happy, clean, tidy and healthy. She always goes off with Brett fine with no hesitancy. Before we had Boo she wouldn’t even see any human males and now is very relaxed with Brett. This service is wonderful if you have a nervous/sensitive dog way better than Kennels.

We have been using Quality pet care for almost 10 years now and have always been extremely happy with the care our outflow receives. Our dog always seems so excited to see Brett when he is picked up and settles back with us with ease after his time away. We will always use Quality pet care for peace of mind that our dog is well cared for and would highly recommend them.

Our 3 terriers 🥰 Molly the Westie, Bear Bear the Wouzer and Monty Sod the Scottish Terrier. They have been holidaying with Btett/Quality Pet Care for the last 4 years. I can't recommend Brett enough. We get updated photos and information regularly while away, and on their return. We can relax, knowing our pups are in safe hands and loving live ❤️

I have used QPC 3 times now and have a booking for a 4th in the summer. Brilliant service, they came around to our house, met our pets and discussed their routines, likes and dislikes in detail. Both my dogs have loved their stays. Added benefit is the dogs get collected and dropped back to you! Would recommend for anyone looking for a convenient and well-priced dog sitting service!

Our three terriers have been looked after in some ones home from home for the past two years with Quality Pet Care. Spoilt as our three are, we could not bare the thought of them being put in kennels. We know that the person Bret chose to look after our three; will allow them up on the sofa and bed, and give them lots of attention and cuddles, being looked after by someone who is knowledgeable about dogs and their needs; no comparison to being left alone with no human contact in kennels. Our three are only 3 years old and full of energy and mischief! and are used to lots of love and attention. When Bret collected them, they went off with him quite happily; tails wagging and didn't look back, which, as an owner is just what you want. We get updates and photos to show how they are, and we have piece of mind knowing that if there was an emergency and they needed vet care that Bret has his trusted vet nearby. As a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending Bret and Quality Care to look after your dog/dogs. Meaning you can enjoy your break away, safe knowing they will be well looked after. Evelyne and Paul take such good care of our pup Harley I cannot recommend them enough. I look forward to the photos and video updates and I trust them implicitly knowing my girl is in the best of hands and enjoying so much love and play time when staying with them ☺️

I have been taking my Cavalier King Charles puppy to Susan for a number of months now. He goes to daycare once a week and loves every moment there. He gets to socialise with the other dogs, goes on walks to the woods and gets to play in Susan’s lovely grounds.Susan has certainly bought the best out in my puppy

Susan is brilliant have been sending my 4 year old dog there for the last year for both boarding and day care. He runs to her as soon as she arrives to collect him and during covid her safety and cleanliness procedures are second to none. The love the dogs have for susan and vice versa are clear to see . With daily contact and pictures sent when boarding it nice to know our dog is being walked ( in private safe grounds ) fed and loved like a home from Home .

Our miniature Dachshund has been a regular guest at the Dog House Hotel both as a boarder and as a day visitor for doggie day care and she loves it! As a lockdown puppy we initially were looking for doggie daycare to help with socialising with other dogs. We were also struggling with recall. Both of these things have been addressed through time spent at DogHouse Hotel. Susan is amazing with the dogs in her care and they love her. We get an update at the end of every session and regular photos and videos of the dogs during their stay. Our little dog is a big part of our family but there are times when it is not possible to include them in what we are doing. So it is really reassuring to know that while we are away she is being looked after so well. I couldn't recommend Doghouse Hotel and Susan enough.

I have a 10mth old Maltese, I spoke to Susan told her all the information she asked about my reggie , who was lovely, we arranged an overnight stay before myself & Susan was happy & agreed a weeks stay at doggy Hotel, we we're both happy for this an myself an family we're going to Cornwall @ 6am Friday the 31st of July, an we Had dropped reg off the 30th july afternoon. Over 2hrs into our journey I received a text from Susan saying I had to go an pick reg up or get someone to pick him up as Susan had been up since 6am cleaning as reggie apparently was scenting over curtains, table, 2 dogs beds. Reggie has never done this before so I was shocked to hear he had done this. However I was annoyed with this as we had start our journey & the reason we put reggie at Susan's was because we had no one to have reg. We had to arrange for someone to collect him which then cost us more money, an after paying Susan £232. The lady who picked reg up also had to catch reg from running out of gates an Has now injured her shoulder due to this, Susan also told her that my dog had also scented all over her daughters bedding & mattress in her bedroom, which I don't no why reg was evan aloud in their as I was told by Susan she sits in the dogs living room in the house. Susan charged me £32 for the nights stay an then charged me £30 for cleaning & laundry. The lady who had reg said he didn't do anything like that at all the whole time she had him, an Susan also forgot reggies harness so couldn't be taken for a walk, which I only got told by Susan when I texted an asked about it. I spoken with a few dog owners an they have said aswell as myself, this was not professional at all in many ways, an why was my 10mth boy aloud in a bedroom an on bed to scent on mattress as well as everywhere else. I won't be using Susan again unfortunately, as I didn't think things we're dealt with a professional manner, like many I've losted a family member & had alot of stress & alot to deal with like many others over thes last nearly 2yrs an saved so hard to get a stress free week & the 1st day I'm having to sort out, pay evan more money to make sure reggie was looked after, an trust someone I've never met in person to look after my Maltese 10mth boy. If you have a young dog I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Also I was only told on the afternoon we dropped reg off that if the dogs chew anything you will get billed for any damages at all too.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Felt so comfortable leaving my dog in their care. Willow gets five star treatment which puts my mind at rest. I get regular updates and photos which goes above and beyond. Thank you for making my girl happy.

Already like a second home for our dog) When we left Stormy for the first time, we were very worried about how it would be and whether she would be able to cope with the separation from us, but as soon as we came to visit Shirley, everything immediately became clear, the dog will like it here) Before leaving our dog, Shirley invited us to visit so that our dog would have time to get used to the new place, that we would make sure everything was okay and meet her super cute dog Ruby. Shirley sent us pictures of our dog and wrote all the news about our Stormi! We have visited Shirley's 4 times now and know for sure that we will come many, many more times! Thank you Shirley for becoming a second home for our Stoma and a helper for me)

Shirley and her team (Tracy, Daisy and Angela) are absolutely wonderful people and very professional. We have a boy Chow Chow named Patience and he was with Shirley’s care since he was young. There were times that we have last minute requests due to difficulty in our work schedules but Shirley is very approachable and will go out of her way to ensure that Patience is well looked after. We do appreciate it Shirley. Always puts our mind at ease by sending photos and updates throughout the day. We would recommend Shirley and her team to everyone.

Shirley was amazing. From the moment I left my maltipoo with her I felt at ease. On holiday we got daily updates and pictures from her. My little dog looked so happy and settled. Would definitely ask Shirley again to look after her.

We recently brought a puppy and we needed to have someone reliable, friendly and professional who would take care of our new little baby while we were away. We found Shirley and we could not have been happier with the care she provided for our Mario. She went over and beyond to look after him, I got daily updates and photos and nothing was too much trouble for Shirley. Mario is totally comfortable with Shirley and will grow up knowing Shirley. My dog Amber has stayed with Shirley several times now and I never have any concerns about leaving her. It’s obvious that Shirley really loves dogs and takes excellent care of Amber whilst we are away - the regular updates of what she’s been up to are lovely (and sometimes very funny!) When our original dog boarder had to close her small business during covid, we didn't think we'd be able to find another who would look after our fur baby as if she was her own . Then we found Shirley, who immediately put our minds at rest. She was so friendly and Luna, who can be quite nervous of people, took to her straight away. She showed us all her insurance and registered boarder documents . While Luna is staying with her, she is very good at keeping us updated and providing photos . We'd highly recommend Shirley 🤗

Shirley has been great and set my precious siberian husky with a great dog walker named David. David is so loving to Diesel, really puts Diesel through his paces and leaves me lovely notes regarding the walk they had. Shirley is always available via phone and is always accommodating to last min changes. A great service and people who really do care about the dogs they walk and look after. They make a fuss of the cats, water my plants and gave me as many updates as I would like! Daisy and her team are fantastic, they really look after our girl and she always comes back from walks absolutely knackered. We've had daisy for around 7 months now and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. She has really helped our young cockerpoo socialise with other dogs and her confidence has grown massively. I have numerous pets; 2 cats, 2 chinchillas, 2 rabbits, 3 guinea pigs, 4 tortoises & an outdoor fish pond & needed someone to care for these animals for 8 days by coming into my home & feeding & cleaning them. I contacted Daisy & we met to discuss what needed to happen & subsequently agreed upon a price. Daisy then returned the week before to collect the front door key & make final arrangements for the daily care. During the 8 days we kept in touch & photos of how the animals were fairing were provided with me answering any concerns Daisy had regarding their eating habits. When I returned I found all the animals to be in good condition & cages tidied as agreed. I have no hesitation in recommending Daisy's services at all; she showed a professional & caring manner & a genuine desire to ensure everything went as agreed...…..I hope to use Daisy's services again in the future, which in itself is testament to how well I think she did...…..thank you Daisy (from me & the animals) for a professional & caring service.

After moving to the area, I was looking for a dog sitter for my dog who has epilepsy. I want to be comfortable with who I leave him with, especially as he is epileptic. I found The Wanderers online and after Lorna reassured me she had experience with epileptic dogs, I booked him in for a couple nights. He was very well looked after, I got sent photos/videos, updates and he really enjoyed himself! He has stayed a few times now and I have more bookings coming up, Lorna & Stan are always really accommodating as I’m always needing last minute stays! My dog now runs to the gate when we drop him off as he loves to stay there! Wouldn’t have him stay anywhere else! See use soon, from Bentley :)

I have used Lorna for a few months now when we need overnight care for our French bulldog. Our dog absolutely loves her stays there and always comes back pooped!! Lorna is very kind natured to the dogs she looks after, and I know ours is treated like another member of her family. Really glad we found her ❤️

Just collected my dog from Lorna and she was very happy, clean and it was clear she had a built a great relationship with Lorna. My separation worries were eased with lots of regular photos of my dog out on country walks and having cuddles at home. Lorna and Stan have been very welcoming to our boy Harvey, he has stayed a few times now to get settled in for a bigger stay we have planned. He is always greeted with open arms and big hugs and his tail is wagging happy to see them both. It is great we get to see pictures of his stay as well for peace of mind, and it is a home from home experience which we love.

We use Lorna & Stan for the dog boarding service and we never have to worry about our dog when we're away. We love Lorna & Stan! They are so friendly and super flexible. We often forget we need a dog boarder till the last minute and contact them last minute but they are so accommodating! Would highly recommend xx

I was really worried about leaving my puppy and saw the wonderful reviews for Wanderers on Facebook so thought I”d try it. It was definitely the right decision. Lorna is amazing and my puppy loves going there, she’s always so excited when she arrives and can’t wait to go in. She also happily stays overnight. I can’t recommend Lorna and Wanderers enough.

We’d been looking for a local daycare in the Dartford area for our two-year-old rescue golden doodle Bailey for bi-weekly and ad-hoc daytime care and potential overnight boarding. We were very nervous about leaving him overnight for the first time as he’s an anxious boy who really struggles being left on his own and when he’s not with us. We saw The Wanderers Pet Service on a Facebook group. The fact Lorna had so much training and background working with, caring for and studying dogs as well as her first aid training, made us really keen to meet her. Bailey had an initial meet and greet and the first day went swimmingly! We were so thrilled. He’s since been back a number of times and just had his first overnight stay! We can’t thank Lorna and Stan enough for their obvious care and attention with Bailey. He now runs to get into the gate to see the other dogs (and Lorna and Stan of course!). Lorna really helps put my mind at rest with updates, and it's lovely to see photos and videos of him and the other dogs on their walks and playing together. We are so pleased that Bailey has found a special place to go when we can’t be with him and we know he will be looked after impeccably. He can’t wait for his next visit! 🐾

Lorna has been taking my little darcey out for her walk for me while I am at work. Darcey absolotely loves her. Lorna is very reliable and flexible! I would highly recommend! I am so glad I have picked Wanderers pet service and will be using them ongoing!😁 I get photos and update of how she is! x

I was recommended the Wanderers from a lot of people via Facebook and I'm so glad of it. I have a very nervous dog who takes a long time to get used to people. After 3 days my dog didn't want to say good bye. It was obvious my nervous and shy dog really enjoyed his time at the Wanderers. I can't recommend Lorna and the Wanderers enough. Brilliant service!

Lorna was an absolute star, i have known her for years through facebook and i know she treats her dogs like her own. she sent me daily updates on peaches, with pictures and videos and she was honestly so understanding as this was the first time leaving my girl with anyone else beside family. Turner and Pooch have been marvellously. They have been walking our cheeky little dog for years now. Our dog absolutely loves all the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you to Nikki, Andy and all the crew.

I used this catsitter service for a few months. At first the catsitter was fine, I went away twice and had them feed my cat. However, on my 2nd holiday away, upon returning I found that what I asked to be done was not done. I contacted Nikki of Turner & Pooch to complain that the catsitter did not do what was asked of her. Without any investigation, or conversation with myself to find out what the issues was. Nikki, the owner dismissed me and told me that the catsitter did everything that was asked of me. As the owner of a business I thought it would be your utmost priority to find out what the customer was unhappy about. Nope, not Nikki, she obviously feels that the customer doesn't matter. I cancelled their services and asked for my house keys. At this point Nikki became interested in why I was upset, for me this was far too late. Please be careful of this organisation, not sure if their staff are actually feeding our pets and emptying the litter trays on the days we asked. They certainly didn't on the days I requested. My cat was distressed and upset. I would not recommend this Turner & Pooch and would never trust them with my cat ever again.

Great experience with Turner and Pooch, I am a natural worrier and therefore don’t like leaving my dog with anyone. Nikki and Rebecca have been great and patient with me. I now have every confidence he is in the best care and know he is looked after like one of there own. T&P share pictures of my dog having the time of his life and also bring him home clean and worn out! It’s worth every penny. T&P have been very flexible are very responsive. I fully recommend T&P to anyone who is looking for pet care services.

We have been using Turner & Pooch for over 5 years both in Upminster & now in Shenfield and they have always provided an excellent service. They are friendly, reliable and go the extra mile. Mike is so kind and patient with our dogs, Nikki is super efficient and knows all your requirements and goes out of her way to help. We have our raw food supplied by them, our dog’s walked daily and now use them for holiday house/dog sitting - Becky left our house spotless and the dogs very happy. We highly recommend their services.

We have been using Turner and Pooch for 5 years now and I am always very confident my dog will be looked after well. We use them on a weekly basis and get updates online with pictures with him playing with the other dogs. They check that every dog is suitable to go on the walks with your dog in case there is any biting that happens, which is very important to me. I have recommended them to many friends and they use them also.

A really friendly and professional team that go out of their way to ensure my dog has the best time and is properly cared for. Daisy has been going to daycare twice a week for about 9 months now and absolutely loves it. Nikki is really professional and organised and Rebecca and Andy are both great with her, she adores them. Very accommodating for changes that may be required and really thoughtful by giving little presents for special occasions, such as Easter and birthdays. I’ve already recommended their services to numerous people and will continue to do so. Thank you!

Our 1 year old German Shepherd, Poppy, absolutely loves her day care days with Turner and Pooch - she literally batters down the front door in the morning to see Mike when he arrives and always returns home tired and happy. She also had a grooming session and came home looking and smelling gorgeous! Nikki, Andy and the team treat the dogs as their own and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Had the lovely Esme cat sit over the weekend whilst we were away. She kept us updated when she visited and completed all agreed tasks. Esme was respectful and kindly cleaned the mess made when the cats went digging in my plant pots too! Would definitely be using them again.

I started using turner and pooch this year and can honestly say it was the best decision i ever made. I trust Nikki and Andy and all their staff 110%. The work and progress they have made with saffie is outstanding . They are patient and understand each person and dogs needs differently . Also go above and beyond the call of duty and treat each dog as a part of their own family. Absolutely outstanding 5** i would not recommend anybody but Turner and pooch .

Turner and Pooch have been walking my dog for 7 years. She is a very happy dog when out with any of the walkers and enjoys socialising with the other dogs. Nikki is brilliant and is always happy to provide any dog advise she can. Would highly recommend.

Sophie was referred to me by my current cat sitter (who was unavailable for a last minute request). Sophie helped us at the very last minute to visit our house once a day and fed our 4 hungry cats, clean their tray and make sure they are all ok while we were abroad. She is trustworthy, professional, dependable and always sends pictures and little updates once she has been and she even tries to coax them to play, she has since looked after our cats again at last minute and we are so happy to have met her and so grateful for her help with our 4 cats.

I could not recommend Paws Up Pet Care enough. Sophie provides a reliable, friendly and fun walking service for our two dogs. Her punctuality and great communication means i never have to worry. I don’t know what we’d do without Sophie now, she is a very welcome new friend in our dogs’ lives (and ours!).

Sophie is the biggest blessing to our lives! On the odd day where our 🐶 may need seeing to in the afternoon, Sophie pops in plays with him and lets him out for a toilet to break up his day. I was so lucky to find Sophie right at the last moment when my cattery let me down. She came and fed my cat Molly twice a day and as well as feeding her and clearing the litter tray she also spent time playing with Molly and sitting down for cuddles. Sophie is absolutely amazing with Dougal. He was a nervous puppy walking but Sophie 100% brought him out of his shell and he’s now confident walking with me and with other dogs when out with Sophie. I highly recommend her services as she is so good with Dougal and has a real understanding of dogs. Sophies Dogs is a massive help to me as I work from home and am often on long calls. It’s also a big highlight of Dougal’s day!

We left our puppy with Nicola and Andrea whilst we went abroad for a week. We could not have been happier with the service they have provided and the care and affection they have shown towards her -treating her as if she was their own. The daily updates are very reassuring and it’s lovely to see the photos and videos to show how much fun she was having with out us! We cannot recommend my best friend Chigwell highly enough and we will definitely be using them again in the future :)

Our Puppy loves Nicola!!, she is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations, micro chipping and in depth details of puppy during registration. She is flexible and reliable and takes him for lovely walks whilst he is with her. She is clearly very much a dog lover and loves your fur baby as much as you do. Nicola is fantastic at keeping me up to date with my dog throughout the day with pictures and videos. My puppy loves being with Nicola and comes home tried from all the fun he has with her. We are really pleased to have found Nicola and someone who loves our puppy as much as we do.

We had a fantastic time using the dog boarding service with Nicola. It was clear from speaking to her that she has great experience and knowledge about looking after dogs. As a first time customer our concerns and queries were put at ease with Nicola's professionalism and the continuous updates about our dog (including photos and videos). We also got updates on his eating, walks, playing and general well-being. We will certainly use the same great service in the future.

Nicola took a very good care of my dog when she was boarding for over two weeks. I received daily updates, photos and videos and I could tell that my little girl was having great time. I even started to worry that she will not want to come back home. It was a very good value for money and I can definitely recommend Nicola.

I stumbled across this company via Google search . I decided to contact them solely due to the smiley person in the image on the website, Nicola got back to me the next day. Speaking to her I felt reassured that she was the right person to entrust the care of our dog to. I am very pleased with Nicola and Emma, they are professional caring warm and friendly. They are at ease with what the do and the dogs are at ease with them too. I have used them more often than what I originally intended as our 9 month dog looks like he gets great benefit of the enclosed walk that we book him in for , especially being a lockdown puppy !!

Our dog LOVES hearing Nicola come to take him for his daily walk- he runs to get her a toy and wags his tail in excitement. When we got him from a rescue centre he didn't even know how to play or what a toy was, so it's amazing to see him run to his toys to share. Nicola is very professional and asked to see proof of vaccinations and micro chipping etc. She is punctual and reliable and takes him for lovely walks in Fairlop Waters which he had never been to before. She is clearly very much a dog lover and is confident walking him even though he is the size of a bear :-) We are really pleased to have found Nicola.

Nicola is a very friendly, professional individual, when we first met with Nicola our puppy who was 3 months at the time took to Nicola straight away and we could see that she would feel very comfortable. Nicola is always happy to answer questions and provide advice. We trust Nicola completely and most importantly our Puppy feels at home with Nicola. We have used day services as well as overnight and Nicola always provides lovely video and photos of all the fun our puppy is having. You will find a second home using Nicola’s services. Where do I start!! My puppy has been going on walks with My Best Friends dogcare Chigwell for the past couple of months and I cannot be happier with the service and fundamentally the care and love they show Hugo! It started with walks in the morning and as of recent I’ve not been able to walk Hugo because of health reasons, so Nicola and Emma have been taking him for the whole day and he’s so happy with them on the walks and has clearly developed a bond with both Nicola and Emma. He waits at the door every morning for them to arrive!! The updates daily with photos and videos are amazing and assures you that your dog is in great hands! They’ve also been amazing support as I cannot walk Hugo at the moment. Nicola is so knowledgable on all aspects of dog care and is also on hand to offer the best advice ! Thank you so much! Xxx

My pup has been with Nicola since the beginning of 2020. I am so glad I found her as you can tell she loves the dogs in her care and treats them all as if they were her own. Every time she arrives at my door my dog goes mental with excitement. I feel totally relaxed and calm knowing my doggy is in great hands. It's perfect for him to socialise too with other dogs and he always come home tired and happy.
