Jon was an outstanding pet & housesitter. He was responsive in our communication with him, he left our home in immaculate condition, and most importantly, he treated our pups as he would his own. Multiple walks, just enough treats to keep the kids happy, and a lot of TLC defined his stay in our home. An added bonus is that he is a professional photographer and took some stunning photos of our little ones. Definitely a 10+ sitter!

Cina was absolutely amazing! She watched our house, two large dogs (one of which is not dog-friendly), and our 20 year old cat for a couple weeks while my wife and I were out of town. We were able to give her a list of things to watch over and we were able to leave with confidence that she would be able take care of everything / everyone. She was very respectful of our home. When we got back, everything was clean and in order and out animals were very happy! She was very communicative...she let us know if there were any issues with the house the arose and offered to fix them for us. She send is photos and videos of our animals everyday! I would very much recommend Cina to anyone looking for someone that they can trust while away.

Happy, energetic, non-smoking retired couple who love to travel and love pets.
Alan and Glenda were an absolute delight. We met up the evening before the sit and left the morning after, so we had some nice time to visit, chat and learn about their travels. Chasqui (our dog) had clearly made a bond with them as she was begging them to throw the ball when we got back from our mini-vacation. She smiled at them and cuddled up to them...not something that would happen if she had been ignored or treated badly in any way. The house was scrubbed down and neat upon our return. Everything was in perfect order. We couldn't have asked for a better sit. Except for walks in the neighborhood to lunch spots, they stuck to home, enjoying the garden and Chasqui's company. In a nutshell, Alan and Glenda are calm, polite, kind, mature and conscientious sitters and we would not hesitate to have them back.

Maryna was an excellent pet sitter and houseguest! Communicating with her was easy, and she always responded to my messages quickly. She was also incredibly self-sufficient! Moreover, Maryna graciously agreed to check on my neighbor's cat for a couple of days as well. My dog bonded with her quickly and was happy and healthy when I returned. The house was also spotless. I would happily have Maryna sit for me again!

Denise was by far the best pet sitter we have ever had! She watched our two pups while we were gone for 3 weeks and took amazing care of our dogs and home. She took the time to ask questions and make sure she understood each dog’s needs as well as how to take the best care of our house before we left. She sent videos everyday updating us on how the pups were doing. We were so happy to see how much quality time she was spending with them and how much they loved her. Our dogs were so sad to see her leave and we can’t wait to have her back. Denise made sure that the house was in perfect condition when she left and treated our home as if it were her own. Diane and Les were excellent pet and house sitters. Jet was a very happy dog when we returned and Diane had shared many photos of their days together while we were away on holiday. The house was very clean and tidy when we returned and some milk , bread and sweet treats had been left for us, which were very welcome after our 2 long flights home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diane and Les as sitters for your home and pets, everything was done to a high standard and Jet was happy in his usual environment , which is all we wished for. Lisa and Matt were absolutely fantastic sitters for us and our dog, Moose. Not only were they flexible when our flight was changed last minute, they also were able to stay an extra day to accommodate the changes. They communicated with us promptly during the scheduling and planning process for the housesit. They arrived on time on the (re)scheduled day. They acclimated to our dog very quickly and gave us piece of mind as we left by taking him on a walk to avoid his separation anxiety. We chatted every day and exchanged photos of Moose playing at the beach and in the yard. He was so happy! No problems were encountered with the house. Even our neighbors commented on how friendly and kind Lisa and Matt both were and how they really cared for Moose. The house was spotless when we returned. Everything in proper order, better than we left it. We can't thank them enough for the excellent experience!

We are very picky about our dog sitters, and we chose them because they have been doing this for a long time and track your wants and needs carefully and follow through with utmost care and integrity. They offered to come the day before we left to meet Winnie so that we could rest in that she would trust them and connect to them. Honestly, we would hire them as our only dog sitter all of the time if we could. I cannot thank them enough and say enough good things about them. They also took very good care of our house and plants.

Liz did an amazing job babysitting our home and our pets (3 cats and a dog). Communication with Liz was easy and we felt at ease knowing that everything was being taken care of. Liz took our dog Summer for daily walks and kept her entertained. We got regular photos of our pets which were great. She even looked after and watered many of our outdoor and indoor plants! We have taken our pups to Bow Wow twice now, they were recommended by our veterinarian's office. Both times we have been happy with the stay. Our dogs, Dixie and Gracie, are both large and still young so they can be a handful. They seem to enjoy going. They have strict rules about shots and treatments so we feel safe with Bow Wow. Both were adopted from different rescues approx. 7 months before their first stay at Bow Wow. We were worried about them feeling abandoned as that was all they knew for the first year of both their lives. But they came back happy, they even bonded closer and not only sometimes choose to share a bed now but they even rest and nap together more now. The first stay was for 5 days, their second was for 9 days. Both seem to have been positive experiences. They post pictures on Facebook every couple of days so we were able to see them happy and safe and share the pictures with our family and friends. That helped us miss them a little less. They make notes of special diets, behaviors, and history to give the animals better care. We get to take their toys, their food, and even their beds with them so they feel safe. We are happy with Bow Wow, we recommend them and will go back for sure.
Bow Wow has been taking care of my Great Dane for around 2 years now on select weekends. They have always taken very good care of him and he comes back home happy every time. We have seen his sleeping arrangements and even for a big dog he has plenty of room to walk around. The staff are always great to work with. I would happily recommend Bow Wow Pet Resort to anyone.
We went out of town for a few days and boarded our dog, Waylon, for the first time. I was very nervous, but knew he was in good hands based on the recommendations of others. He’s so wore out from all the fun he had, he’s been napping since we got home! Not spoiled at all! I love that they post photos of the dogs on Facebook, refreshing to see they’re enjoying their time there! We will definitely be using Bow Wow again in the near future!
Our dog Coco is a rescue dog - the staff at Bow Wow have done an excellent job of helping Coco adjust to her new life. They know how to handle her so well and it puts our mind at ease when we know she is being well cared for. Thank you for loving Coco!
Bow Wow always provides the best care for our doggies. We love seeing and check daily for the Facebook pictures they post while we are far from home. We will always use them when we travel.
My dogs have been going here for both daycare and boarding for 8 years. They love it more than a lazy day at home, and boy are they nice and worn out when they get done for the day. I love how they give the dogs breaks during the day so they don’t overdo it. I’m pretty sure the owner and employees love my boys almost as much as I do. I would never think of going anywhere else. They are economically priced for 5 star treatment.

When Giulia goes to Bow Wow, she doesn't just sit in a pen ... She is outside playing with all her friends ... Dogs and people!!! The dogs are well supervised; the staff knows "who plays well with whom"!! Bow Wow is a happy, friendly place to be!!! Cannot say enough about Kristin and Cagney and the staff at Bow Wow!!!

Went in for the first time to get my dog's nails trimmed. I was welcomed with smiling faces from the caring staff. This was my dog's first time getting her nails done by anyone but me. The staff took her outside as I watched thru the window. They were gentle and caring and even kissed my dog on the nose. They treated my dog like one of their own. Don't hesitate to visit this business for a caring, loving, and professional visit!

These people are amazing. My dog does great here. We've used them the last few years when we went on vacation. Daisy was happy to go home, but smelled good, and did not seem unhappy to have been.
We took a long week end out of town and had our puppy stay the weekend. Drop off was easy and pick up was just as easy! Pricing was also really good! He was happy as ever when we came back! I texted during the stay checking on him and she replied promptly with updates!! I'd highly recommend!
We really enjoy taking our dogs to "The Dog House on Apple Road" and so do our dogs! You can tell that they truly love doing what they do. Max and Bella get all excited as soon as they figure out where we are headed. Prices are fair and kennel is extremely clean and organized.
They provided great care for our Collie, Ozark. He had an indoor/outdoor run area. Ozark was clean when we picked him up. He was able to use a doggy door to go outside as needed. The kennels are air conditioned as well. I love this place!
Amazing people and clean place for our Buddy dog. He loves being there and you can tell they care about the animals they keep. They are also so great to work with us on last minute needs.
Loved the way they treated our two dogs. They looked spectacular after grooming.
Be warned this place does not count time like most boarding facilities. Got charged two days ($50!!!!) for my dog to be there for 24 hours. And the only reason she was even there for that long was because they only allow drop offs and pick ups during certain times of the day.
I boarded my dog here and it waz great experience. I felt very comfortable leaving him in their care. He made many new friends and was very well taken care of.
